I booked a cab.. And cab driver mr tushal mettal said, can you please cancel the ride. I m also go there i[censored] want i will drop you and it will be good for me due to this i will save some money.. When i reached gurgaon i give him 2000 rupee and he didn't return my money and run away.. So what should i do? It's a very bad experience and i will not suggest anyone to prefer ola cab facility..     I left my luggage at ola cab and i contacted customer care to get driver number and they provided the number also but i called driver and saying i will get your luggage but he is not doing it. I am trying from sunday evening on wards today it is tuesday evening, 48 hrs over no response from him please do something to get my luggage.

    If driver is not able to get my location ask him to drop my luggage one of your ola office so that i can collect it soon. Because it is emergency try to understand and do favour on this complaint

      This is for your information that i observe that bad smel in car like smoking smel. After some time vomting due to bad smel. Billing amount is 120 rupees i give him 500 note but driver not refund 380 rupees.

        Hi team,

        Still issue is not resolved, how can you people close the ticket without discussing with customer or resolving the issue.
        Today i booked cab at 7.10 am and i reached office at 8.50 am which is too too late to get dropped at office.

        There were no traffic at all on roads, so please don't give excuse that i reached office late due to huge traffic, you people had provided wrong long deviations.

        I booked cab from kundalahalli itpl main road and my drop was at c v raman nagar (Comes near to hal), so mine would be first drop.
        But you people wrongly provided me long long deviation, so first drop was domlur and second drop was ulsoor which is far far away from my route.

        To drop other co-passenger cab need to move from hal and as per correct route i would be the first drop but you people had provided me last drop reason i reached office so so late and got better scolded from my manager.

        As per ola aps, i would get dropped at office on or before 8.30 am which didn't happened and its took 1 hr 40 mins to reached destination which is less then 12 kms without any traffic.

        No idea how many passengers like me bear such problem daily without their mistake but ola aps mistake.

        Can some one please look on this query and update/ installed/change/modify new equipment which will show correct drop as per nearest location in-spite of facing issue (Far passenger will get first drop and nearest passenger will get last and very late drop).

            I had booked ola "prime sedan" from mahadevapura to bengaluru city railway station recently. The map shown on ola app was 16km & rs. 342 as charge.

            When driver started the trip he said ola is suggesting a new route with less traffic and shorter time. We haven't noticed that it was 24km distance (Later after journey driver mentioned they (Ola) do this when we are two trips ahead to finish our daily trip package in order to make us drive longer). But this was very disturbing and frustrating that when we arrived the destination the charge was = rs 453.

            We were not satisfied with the service.in order to save the money ola india is cheating the passengers. I would request this as serious complaint as many time i have faced the same that driver suggests he knows the route and trick by taking traffic as reason.

            This is many of friends complaints too. I am not sure if i need to post the trip id here as this forum is public and can harm the driver who gave the details too.

              I recharge my account balance you can see was 2722.in the afternoon my ola account is gone. I cannot see my ride history my balance is gone.
              Ola select membership which i bought also gone. Have reported the matter to ola customer service but nothing done yet. I want my money reimbursed back.
              As i have discussed this is a backend issue with ola systems. Stop giving me same repetitive answers that you can see my balance as rs10. I want my money immediately back.
              Its more than 20 days due to which i have inconvenience my ride history is gone. All my rides between october 2 to nov 8th 2017 (Since i need invoice to claim for reimbursement) have been tagged to some one else account. I am attaching all the rides which i took from october 3 to nov 8th. Please check in whose account the rides are now tagged. Send this to ola team also. Kindly resolve this matter.

                Dropped a passenger (Women and a child) before the final destination in the middle of a lonely road @ 10.20 pm in the night. Took a wrong route. Took away the luggage of the passenger. Even after knowing that passenger was new to bangalore he did this. He didn't even have the courtesy to call ola people and make clarifications. He was mean minded and forced the passenger to get down from the car in the night in the middle of the road. People like him are putting ola reputation at stake. This incident has scared me soo much that next time i would not take ola and will suggest the same to my friends. Please respond back to restore the trust and confidence of your customers. Looking forward for a reply.

                  I booked in 24 hours advance an ola cab from behala to airport in kolkata for 5 pm on 4th december 2017. 15 minutes before ride, ola sent me driver details. I called driver around 5 pm asking where he is. He asked my destination and said he is coming. After that suddenly he cancelled and rejected my calls. His records also vanished from my ap. I don't remember his car number but his phone number is [protected]. Can ola locate him and sanction him.

                  Luckily i called uber and could reach airport. Ola just lost me and my family as customers.

                  I received a coupon from ola which the app later rejected to accepted. I tried 4 times. Not only did it waste my time it is down right derogatory as I use the app at least once everyday but also raises a big question on your technical efficiency.

                      I would like to lodge a formal complaint against your driver mr. Mohsin mulla whose taxi my son neil d’souza and three of his friends took to reach their college bombay scottish, mahim on 29th november 2017. Below is the series of events that took place.

                      1) he booked the cab at around 7:30 am from woodland avenue, vijay nagar, andheri (E) to bombay scottish school, mahim.
                      2) the driver mr. Mohsin mulla ([protected]) arrived at about 7:33 am and all 4 passengers left the destination at around 7:37 am.
                      3) the driver seemed to take longer routes. I. E. Instead of taking the sahar airport elevated road; he chose to take the lower road which takes longer which delayed my son’s arrival to the destination. He was not actually following the google map suggestions for shorter routes which was necessary for this trip as they were already delayed.
                      4) they reached the destination at 8:19 am.
                      5) since the entry gate of the school shuts down at 8:20 am; my son who was seated at the front seat was hurrying up to pay the fare and rush for the entry.in this pursuit, he forgot his cell phone (One plus 3t) on the seat itself.
                      6) during the school assembly (Like 20 mins later) he recollected he missed the phone on the front seat of the car. He tried to reach his cell no several times; but it was switched off.
                      7) after this, they called ola helpline and obtained the driver’s no. ([protected]). They called him more than 10 times until 10:15 am.. The phone was ringing but the driver did not pick up.
                      8) through his friend’s phone they tried to track the missing phone through google and snapchat but it showed deactivation somewhere near coffee by di bella at veer savarkar marg which is just few meters from bombay scottish school. Photo attached.
                      9) at about 11 am after continuous calls to the driver’s no ([protected]); a lady picks up the call and starts speaking in a different language (Probably telugu). She said she did not know hindi and english. Thinking that it is a wrong number, they called the same no. ([protected]) again and again; but each time this lady itself picked it up.
                      10) after school hours i. E. 3:15 pm they went to ola mahim office. He explained the problem to them and the attendants assured that the phone will be got back. A helpline no. Was also given. They called the no. And one person by the name of manoj recommended to file an fir. We applied for the same (Attached).
                      11) my son was continuously trying to reach him throughout the day and at about 5:30 pm or so, he picked up the call and said that he did not find any phone in the car. He said after their trip he went to antop hill for carwash. This was the same route where my phone got deactivated.
                      12) when my son asked him how come the phone was earlier answered by a telugu lady, he casually said it may be due to a cross-connection. How can a cross connection take place 6 – 10 times.

                      From the above sequence of events; it is but obvious that the driver is falsifying facts. I sincerely urge you to reprimand him and obtain the phone back and return to us.
                      Today I had to cancel ola ride thrice from 8.50 pm to 9.20pm, I was waiting for the cab for 30 min at a place where everyone is staring at me, for a female it's very uncomfortable. I want to waive the cancelation fees and take necessary action at the earliest.

                        On thrusday dtd 30.11.17 i call auto from ghatlodia to khadi the fare was for
                        Rs 99/ but auto driver taken rs 199/- when i ask then he explain that rs/- 100/-
                        Was recover for cancellation charges. But i have state that this first time i use auto or cab for hiring.in a past i have not book any journey or book.
                        So explain in the matter.

Immediately after getting down from the car, i phoned to my mobilefrom another phone of some person. The driver confirmed that my phone is in the car and will return in few mintues. Though i called many times he had not returned till this time 8.30 pm. Pl register a complaint and try to restore my phone number which is in his possession.                             I realized that i forgot my luggage which is a brown box with electronic items like boiler and straighter and many other stuffs.. I took the cab from acadia and was dropped at police housing corporation of tamilnadu.. I would like to have the luggage back.. Plz help me out

                              I had booked an ola using the ride later option a day before as my father had to leave for the airport next morning. The ride got scheduled and the driver details were shared 15 min prior to arrival. Few minutes after my father boarded the cab, i noticed another ride got scheduled and the details of the current ride vanished and the app showed another driver reaching my place. I got confused as to how can another ride get scheduled when the passenger is already in the cab and is in a ride. After reaching the airport, my father understood that the driver had cancelled the official ride but dropped him unofficially. He charged him as per the ride estimate. All these could not be discussed and clarified as my father was in a hurry to leave for his flight. I could not track the ride and also the fare summary was not sent to my mail. This is for your kind information that this matter be taken seriously and looked into to avoid such instances that can lead to untoward incidents and controversies. An immediate action on this matter would be appreciated. This is for your guidance please.

                                I'm a regular customer and use ola cabs daily. However, i faced this scenario multiple times that i was charged higher than expected and the promo code was not applied - because may be driver took longer route or whatever surge charges reason but why it was showing much lower fare when i booked?. I tried to lodge complaint on ola app but no use : (

                                Not sure if this is happening with other customers or me only? Promo codes are just a scam which never got applied at the end of trip.

                                  I am writing to dispute against your driver rajesh s, auto crn [protected], on nov. 28th at 5 pm i had booked an ola auto from hutchins road to ibrahim sahib street, bangalore with my six yer old child and the fare showed rs. 29/-. Driver rajesh took a long route and dropped me at commercial street which was very far from the designated ibrahim sahib street. When i asked him why he dropped me at commercial street he said ibrahim sahib street is just walk able distance from here, as i am new to bangalore i do not know the exact routes. When he dropped us at commercial street the bill came to rs. 110/- i was shocked at this price as i have travelled before to ibrahim sahib street with fares of maximum rs. 30 or 40/=. I told him i had no money to pay as i had carried the exact change for this trip driver rajesh was very rude and started shouting at me where the crowd started collecting to enjoy the abuses thrown at me by driver rajesh, he even threatened me that he will take me to the police station, i told him i had hired ola only because it showed rs. 29/- and not rs. 110/- and moreover his hooliganism just put me off as i had my child who was just too frightened seeing him shout at me.

                                  Sir i have been using ola for the past so many years and have always give 5 star ratings to your drivers and appreciated them for their good work. But this incident has just put me off track and doubt olas credibility in the market.

                                  Request you to please investigate this matter and strict action be initiated against driver rajesh as some one else may face the same situation as me..

                                    I have got ola credit limit of 500 rs into my ola account, i have travelled in ola and paid extra amount in form of cash after my journey, actual credit limit in ola is 500 and they sent me message to pay 750 rs
                                    I asked them the details, they are not sending the detailed receipts of my travel and no response from them, and they are sending messages daily to pay amount.

                                      I booked a old micro cabd from bangalore, near jayadeva hospital on november 29th 2017 at around 7 pm. This booking was done through ola app. The booking got confirmed for white ciaz ka13 c 1183, driver contact # [protected] and driver name theertha. I got the message and i contacted the driver to guide him the route. He asked for the drop location i said i'm in traffic and i will guide you the drop location once boarded the cab. After 15 mins i again called the cab guy seeing that it is not moving in my direction, he again asked for the drop location and had to make him clear that why do you want me to tell the location when it is already done through ola, you need to check this with your company (Ola). He was so adamant to say that if you say the drop location only i will come if not i will not come. Then without any choice i told him the drop location. Then this driver said i will not come to the pick up and do what you can do. I had to stand in the road for 45 mins waiting for him to either come / cancel the ride. Then all of a sudden the booking got changed from this to another driver name ramesha without any call or msg even after 30 mins. Ola needs to work on this bit with their drivers and teach then the courteousness and professionalism and how to behave with customers. Ola sucks.

                                        I have booked ola cab yesterday at night 9 while coming from ola i just forgot my mobile in the cab. Then later on i have called to tat ola driver, i ask him whether my mob is their r nt. He told me its not their. Afterwards i have told him i ll complaint to police then he told me to give 500 rs then only i ll give ur mob and next morning i have called then he try to flirt me. Then later he was demanding more money to give him and ola driver care no is ka 03a 8985
