Dear team,
This is to inform you that i have a booked a advance cab for tuesday morning i. E. 15th nov at 3.45am on monday evening at approx 11pm, and got the confirmation on cab details at 3.30am, accordingly, we called to cab driver, initially he was in sleepy mood, and somehow he convenice to come on pick up location, saying he comes in 5mins on call, but soon after, his call not connected and after he cancalled the cab on his behalf only.
Now, i have the flight of 12k from bangalore to jaipur at 6.05am, which was missed because of his mistake, and i have lost my amount.
Am at bangalore airport with family, going to native on family emergency, now its all go in waste.
So, now this is request you to please as this is ola mistake, so initiate/refund this amount to me.
Else, i have write to consumer court for further action, and anyhow, i take this amount from ola.

But i did paid Rs. 664 for 36 km ..and additional charge extra...
Total paid 751 rupees for 36 km.
So I'm not satisfied for ola cab sevices..
