Ola cabs has robber me of my money deposited in ola money account.
I have not bought any pass, however the company by some default option has charged me money, without my knowledge.
On complaining they are refusing to return my money for two share pass which has been charged from my account unnecessarily.
I feel cheated and robbed and this option seems to be notorious for consumer....

I booked ola auto from villivakkam jaganathan nagar to kolathur bhavani nagar total fare is 29 only but he collected cash amount of rs.30 and also my ola money of rs.29 is deducted from my wallet he cheated me and shouted me to give so i gave cash to that driver i need my amount refund my amount of rs.29 to my wallet

Ola has blocked my account on 16-nov-2017 saying that multiple cancellation happened on same day. Actually there was only one auto cancellation done by the driver not from side on 16-nov-2017. After that i updated the cancellation reason in the app and booked another trip. Don't know why my account is blocked after that. When i asked them for the reason below is the reply i received.

Icici bank and ola are cheating customer by giving offers on collaboration. Icici gave a coral plus debit card with 249 monthly maintainance fees stating that i will get 1st 40 rides as ola select rides in a year. For this i just need to add my coral plus card to ola app. Ola does not let me add my card and they say it’s for privileged customers only. Many a times it happened that drivers dont inform about ride cancellations and they simply do not come for pick up.once it happened that at 8 30 pm I had to call customer care to cancel ride of morning 10 am which was still shown as scheduled!

Each time when raised this to Ola, the same point said that feedback being taken & will take actions sobthat such issues won't occur again, but no substantial actions being taken and...

I have made a payment credit from my account using the ola app.in this the payment has been debited from my account but the amount is not credited in my ola account. Payment transaction reference number is given below

I tried to book a ride. I selected micro cab. It shown inr 197/- as the fare. When i was watching, suddenly a msg. Came that buy a ola pass to get this for 127/- and upon clicking it took me to share pass buying screen. I purchased the pass worth inr 30/- whatever shown on the screen. Later when i came back, it gave a msg., pass is not valid for this ride, so cannot be applied. So i ended up paynig inr 197 + 30/- = 227/- instead of inr 127/-....

The ola taxi which has been booked on 5th nov. 2017. That was cancelled by taxi driver and not by me. Your taxi driver argued and denied to come. One more comlaint is also there, your app do not provide the exact pick up location when i mention the address in your address bar. For 564 9/b saket nagar bhopal it provide the location 3a /3b saketnager bhopal. Or some where ahead from saket nagar panchwati shopping complex.

Today i book a ride (Auto) without any information how he can cancel the ride and i call backed and asked him why you cancel the ride he says "for giving 30rs why i need to come" is this the way u treat a customer. And for the name sake you giving the offer and putting advertisement to attract the people and their is no use of it utter waste of your service. If your not going to take any action on him.. I had a bad experience at pune airport on 11th night as i kept waiting for ola driver. The drivers were very much on spot but avoided me even after talking to me on phone and in person. Kept waiting for five minutes to get my booking cancelled. It got repeated for three drivers. I am fined rs 50 for cancellation. At last i had to travel by uber. It was from 1.30 am to 2.30 am in night. Feel hurt. Unfortunate. I refuse to pay...

I have taken a ride on ola rental crn [protected], as there was a problem immediately i tried to cancel and as i was unable to cancel the trip i had asked the driver to cancel the trip, he had cancelled the trip and said that i had to pay inr 1328, even the cab has not gone for a metre from the boarding point. Why location should be enabled to open ola app? This is rediculous; i just wanted to add money to my ola wallet but when i open ola app, it's asking to enable location. Enabling location to add ola money, updating profile, view rides history, and as per new rbi guidelines everyone should do kyc to add ola money, for all these activities why to enable to gps location?

I booked a ride to chennai airport from perambur (23.1 kms) on 14 nov 2017 at 11 am. I have been charged 2.5 times in the name of peak hour charges without any intimation while i confirmed the booking. I am very much distressed over such an incident since i would have opted for some other option rather than paying such a huge amount for my journey. Please do all that is necessary....

This harassment of ola has started since 23rd october, my ola money account shows 0 balance, when called customer support they say that they have received cyber crime notification against the txn. Why this is not informed to me by any call /mail??? After calling several times they unblocked it and apologized for their mistake as the txn was not from my card. But what is the use of apology when the same thing happens every time i recharge...

All of a sudden my account was blocked on 10th nov and with no reason at all. My ola money is also blocked. I have sent 7-8 mails but no reply. They are not giving any reason also as to why my account is blocked.

Sir i booked cab today @ 12:30 approx. I saw fare 169 but when driver drop me on desired location the fare value increase to 309. Can u please tell me why that was happen?

Ola is promising 15000 mbg if the drivers complete 60 trips in 3 days. After working so hard and completing those trips, my bill came to 11000 and so according to them, i should get the remaining 4000 rs, but they paid me only 1200 hundred rupees at the end of the scheme, and they deducted 2800 rs as their commission, this is in addition to the deduction of commission from each and every trip.
