This morning i booked an ola auto from saidapet to west mambalam, chennai. On calling the driver, i had specifically mentioned an aged person is traveling and told him to just wait for 2 minutes. She also walked as fast as she could to the road but when i called the driver he said once booking is done i cannot wait and just left telling you can cancel the drive. Booking number ref: crn[protected]
This kind of behavior is just intolerable when you can't be patient for even 2 minutes why do you place ads saying auto will come anywhere. Just remove all your ads and shut your company till you find proper drivers! I don't know if any kind of action will be taken but to those who read this, dont prefer ola auto unless you don't have any other options!!

    Today 29th november 2017. I attempted to book at ola taxi from worli to infinity mall andheri (W). While while booking the waiting time showed 2 mintues the ola cabs booked had waiting time of 9-17 minutes.

    When i cancelled the booking rs.25 was deducted once and again the second time rs.25 was being deducted

    I feel if the time show was 10-17 minutes i would have not booked the service.
    So this money rs25 deducted and another rs. 25 showing as to be deducted must not be deducted and refunded back to me.
    I will not use ola services till this issue is resolved

      I tool mini cab from dorabjee paradise to wakad i. E ride of 31km and normal rate for which is rs.350, and pre booking rate wad around 311 but when my ride was finished bill was gerated of rs. 768 which double of the normal fare.. Driver took that money and said it is extra, normal fare is between 350 to 380.. Lodge a complaint with customer care abd you will get refund for sure..
      When i am trying customer care, my call is getting disconnected with the message saying my number is not registered, i used same number to log in, otp was generated on same number, driver called me on the same number before the ride and your customer care also called on same number.. Please get in touch with me and refund my money or else will lodge comlaint against ola and driver for looting common person and cheating with different fares i. E pre booking and post ride

        I booked out station cab from vijayawada to gudivada on 29-nov-2017 and got silver zest vehicle no ap16tvc1365 with otp 1668. When we onboarded into cab and said otp driver told me that is invalid and after multiple options attempts driver asked me to cancel ride which charges me 150 rs and unable to book the another cab till the payment done for 150 rs. I tried calling customer care but unable to find no please help me out.

          The behavior of ola staff at their service center is worst.

          They are just not at all bothered about solving your problem.

          They simply say no matter whatever i do i will get my salary on time.

          They make you wait for hours for just a small work and make you come again and again.

          This is how you train your employees to behave with customer?

          Hope the staff will get changed or improved.
          Its not fear...ola cab rates are rs. 6 / km.
          But i did paid Rs. 664 for 36 km ..and additional charge extra...
          Total paid 751 rupees for 36 km.
          So I'm not satisfied for ola cab sevices..

            I booked an auto through ola app at 8.57 pm on 28/11/2017. Before booking, the amount shown was rs 41 and after i reached my destination my bill was rs 101. I know that the predicted amount is not the exact one but the difference of 60 rupees is not tolerable. My registered number and mail is mentioned below.

              Hi,
              I used ola cab 5 time between 6th nov to 13th nov. But even after requesting several times and writing several mails to ola i did not received any bill for said trips. I tried it using ola app but when i did not received bills i wrote a mail to ola support and result was disappointing, called them on their call center but the person sitting on other end was not able to download and send me the bills. On which my complaint was escalated further (As they told me) and since then i am waiting for somebody to contact me and resolve my issue.

              This is really very difficult to for me understand if iam demanding (Bills for trip) something which i should not.

              Really pathetic service from ola. Because of not getting bills from ola i am not able to raise my expense reports and get reimbursements from my company. My expense reports are on hold and received credit card bill will ola pay my bills till i get my reimbursements.

                Ola cab driver intentionally blocked/tried to hit our bike 3-4 times from jntu to hitech city flyover with cab number ts10ub0607. On seeing this one of our co-rider suggested to note the cab number to complaint to ola. But the customer support people denied to take the complaint asking for fir with the police. When i asked how police will take fir for rash driving as they have more complicated things to do, they told that they cannot even warn the driver without fir. I feel it as maintaining cabs is not company's responsibility and it is only taken care by police. The company is not responsible for their driver??
                I booked ola cab from Pragati maidan to sector 15 Rohini at fare of rs. 436 .However at the destination the fare came at rs 648 .This excess fare was gross negligence to defraud the customer . The excess amount be refunded immediately .
                The same thing also happened on one more occasion.. Immediate response please.
                My name is Manju Kallur. took a Ola cab ride from BCC layout near Chandra layout to RT Nagar on Nov 17 th morning. I was charged rs 662 which is like more than 3 times the usual price. Usually it comes to 236 rs. I am a regular customer and I need a refund of this. The distance is only about 12 kms.
                When I open the app the cab availability time shown and pick up ETA has so much difference. The ola auto has this difference without fail. Cabs have this difference around 80%.

                  Today in the morning we are driving at antu the cab driver almost hit our bike intensionally 4-5 times. One of the rider suggested us to note the car number. He did this till we are into hitech city flyover from jntu hyderabad. Car number is ts10ub0607. Removing from duties such personnel is very good for other riders. Such a rash driving is not acceptable at all.
                  Today, one of the ola cab drivers broke traffic rules and was speeding his vehicle when he hit our bike at one of the busiest traffic junction at Sachivalaya Marg and left the place hastily when tried to be stopped. He not only fled from the place without stopping and apologising for causing injuries but also risked others' lives by such rash driving. He was followed by us and also a traffic police for 3-4km but he managed to flee. We want actions to be taken so that drivers stop acting such irresponsibly when on road. My father had to crossed road when he barely able to walk and when i called ola office dhanbad he said sir wo apni suvidha dekh rha aap apni and the worse part is i tweeted this incidence to ola and their shocking reply was
                    We regret any hassle caused. We did check with the driver partner and he confirmed that the trip was completed as per the client's request due to the traffic jam. Also, the driver partner will not be able to drop you further once the ride is stopped. We strive to serve you (1/2)

                      This is to inform you that i have a booked a advance cab for tuesday morning i. E. 15th nov at 3.45am on monday evening at approx 11pm, and got the confirmation on cab details at 3.30am, accordingly, we called to cab driver, initially he was in sleepy mood, and somehow he convenice to come on pick up location, saying he comes in 5mins on call, but soon after, his call not connected and after he cancalled the cab on his behalf only.

                      Now, i have the flight of 12k from bangalore to jaipur at 6.05am, which was missed because of his mistake, and i have lost my amount.

                      Am at bangalore airport with family, going to native on family emergency, now its all go in waste.

                      So, now this is request you to please as this is ola mistake, so initiate/refund this amount to me.

                      Else, i have write to consumer court for further action, and anyhow, i take this amount from ola.

                      I ride the ola share cab today on 7.20 by vehicle No KA02 AE4825..wn I was booked..wr my location driver has came and before I riding he asking me pay the showing amount and he was told me i[censored] nt paying i will nt taking u ride..

                        I hv already raised a ticket (Ticket[protected] on nov 6 regarding unauthorised access to my account. The person had changed my email id and then mobile number.
                        On raising the issue to ola customer care ; i managed to know that his name is lohith and mobile number 9*

                        The last booking i used ola money was on nov 3 for crn[protected] for rs. 86.
                        2. I was not able to log in my account on nov 4 and the ola app was registering my mobile number (8*0) as a new user.
                        3. At this point of time if you try to see my account under this mobile number it shows blank and my entire rides etc have been erased off.
                        4. I have record of all my emails / invoices etc and i have attached a few for your reference in the emails sent with the ticket #.

                        * i need to raise this as an big security issue because some one has been able to do this to my account - he can or is doing it with so many other users.
                        *i also need to ensure my ola balance is restored back asap.
                        By mistake I have paid amount in both ola credit mode & Cash mode, so I have claimed the amount which is extra, but they are simply saying that it is not our scope.
                        It is really irresponsible.
                        Due to a.c. blocked I m not able to book a ride

                          I'm a regular user of ola cabs. For my office commute, i use ola share cabs. The routing that ola cabs follow is extremely pathetic. For example, if my pickup is in tilaknagar and drop is at hitech city, the co-passenger pickup/drop would be in begumbazaar, which is nowhere on the way to my destination and instead is about 7-8 kms out of the way. By the time the driver completes dropping, we get another such pickup/drop which is again out of the way. Hitech city is a common drop location as there are too many people commuting to the same place for work. It is the it hub of the city. Ola is only bothered about charging the passengers exorbitant amount of surges and extra charges, but doesn't care at all about passengers' timings. It takes about 2 hours to commute, while half of commuting can be cut down if they provide proper routing. Ola started of well but now has only turned into a money laundering business which cares least about the customers. If they have a problem, they should increase the number of cabs but not play around with the timings of people. A few minutes up and down is adjustable, but hours and kms of difference is unacceptable.

                            I booked a cab on 26th nov 2017 from iit bombay to anushaktinagar, chembur. The ride of 14.5 km cost me 629 rupees, including cancellation charges. But, i never cancelled any cab, i don't know how any cancellation was involved. But the main problem was there was an extra charge termed fare increase of 345 rupees, over and above the distance fare which was given as 116 rupees only.

                              I withdrawal my rs 1999 from ola wallet to icici bank account yesterday. Transaction status was successful but the amount is not credited in my bank account. They promise me to credit the amount in 6 hours. Now its 24 hours. Neither i get the money now any call from ola money team. I do this for emergency purpose. Very pathetic customer service by ola.

                                I (Sampath - [protected]) booked a ola cab this morning (26/11/17) from chintadripet to indira nagar water tank, adyar. The driver (Toyota etios - tn 92 a 0501) called up and said that he arrived to the pick up point after 5 minutes he called back again in the mean time we are stepping down from second floor. I replied to him that we are on the way and will be reaching you in 2 minutes but he never listened to me and start to complain that since he was parked on the side the passersby were looking at him and asked us to come fast where in i asked him tht what should i do for the passers by suddenly he said i cancell my booking you find an other taxi and he left immediately. Has this driver have any courtesy, manners, responsibilities etc, towards the customers the customers like elders can not come and stand in the middle of the streets right? Show some respect dear
                                There was an other incident happened with this same ola cabs like 3 months back that driver fced traffic jam and he called me up and cancelled his trip by himself where i happened to pay the retention for his reluctance.
                                Is this the right method to ripp the customers for the drivers own mistakes and negligence. Can you (Ola) look into avoid the retention for you own mistakes. I need compensation. Expect reply please.

                                  I was waiting with my family for my car at passenger pick up area in terminal1a, delhi airport. An ola cab was parked in front o[censored]s bearing no. Dl1yc9338. When my car arrived i asked the ola cab driver to take his cab few meters forward so that my car could come in front o[censored]s because i had trolly full of baggage and two kids. This ola cab driver simply came out of his cab and started shouting abusive words at me, to which i also reciprocated. It appeared to me as if i was a scapegoat, he had some other tension which he blasted on me. I was just wondering if ola has any disciplinary committee that can control such insane drivers. Because now i have in my mind that its an ola cab driver who misbehaved with me. I would request ola team to give counselling to this driver. Mine was a 5 minute incident, what if he misbehaves with passenger who has to spend much more time with him.

                                    I had booked an Ola cab for my travel, the driver arrived asked for the otp i gave him that, he checked the drop location asked me to get down from the cab stating he wont to that place and cancelled the ride.

                                    I was charged a fee of Rs111 for the same...which i have pay through my debit card linked to the account.

                                    I called Ola Support asking to remoge the charge as the trip was not completed...they asked me to pay the charges first and told me to raise a complaint later once I clear the charge they will then share the feedback withe driver.

                                    What kind of a service is this...I spoke to their supervisor in ola he again said the same thing and asked me to pay the charge...he said that he can see the trip was cancelled and the cab didnt moved from the pick up location but I have to pay the charge and then later raise a complaint for sharing the feedback with the driver.

                                    How pathetic service is this provided by ola.

                                      I had booked OLA outsation CRN number CRN[protected] and another CRN[protected]. My pickup was 11am 23nov from pune to mahabaleshwar and back on 25nov 11am. We were havong kids and Due to some traffic v reached pune by 2 pm. We were late by 3 hrs but we were charged for 3 days. When we asked the call centre we were given 2 options.
                                      1. Inform driver and keep.the cab for 3rd day i.e 11am on 26NOV. But driver did not agreed.
                                      2. Pay driver for 2 days and driver and ola will settle the issue. But again driver did not agreed stating OLA has harassed him previously also in similar case.

                                      As per OLA outstation policy We were not informed about any extra charge 8 hrs prior our trip ended. I have all my call recorded.

                                      While.going to mahabaleshwar i had asked the driver of
                                      CRN[protected] informally about charges for extra hour and was informed approx 60 rs per hour.
                                      The issue.with CRN[protected] was solved and we paid the driver for 2 days.
                                      But _CRN[protected] was harrased us. In any case i will not be paying 3000 rs for 2 hrs. At the same time once i reach my hometown i would take this matter with consumer forum. Manager was supposed to call but no calls as if now.

Miss naina from mira road lease office told me that she put email to concern department for reversal amount pending and after deducting such amount my deposit will be return back after 1 month, hencefore no contact had been made and no refund, kindly find solution out of it, thanks
