I have been a customer with ola for more than 3 years now. For my rides, i have always, paid by cash. Till date, i have never made a payment by any mode..

On nov 13, i used ola share to go from my office to malathi manipal hospital.
The next morning, on nov 14, i opened my app to book a share to the office. To my shock, it opened to a page, where it showed i had taken a trip and was asking me to pay rs 4285!!! The app remained stuck on that page for 2 days!!!
Also-some card has been added to my account-a card that neither belongs to me, nor has been added by me.

Date of supposed trip - nov 13
The driver’s name showing in app-naveen h
Time of supposed trip start-3:20 p. M.
Time of supposed trip end-10: 53 p. M.

Place of trip start-29th main, d group layout, srigandada kawal, annapurneshwari nagar, bangalore 560091
Place of trip end - laggere bridge, narasimhaswamy nagar

All through this time, post my return from the hospital, i had been in my office.
I immediately called the ola call centre. I got this totally useless customer care advisor called teju, who had no clue about what to do.
He only seemed to have 2 sentences which he parroted endlessly-“ma’am, you only must have taken this trip”. Secondly, “you only have to make the payment ma’am”
I had to educate him to give me the driver name, his phone number, trip details and to try to contact the driver.
He finally saw the light and called the driver-but the driver did not pick his call. After 15 mins of wasting my time, he agreed to transfer my call to the supervisor.

Thankfully, i got a sensible lady called sukhwinder, who again tried calling the driver. He did not pick the call again.
I was told my case is getting investigated. 2 days later, my ola account was blocked and since then, i cannot book an ola.

I placed my complaint on the facebook page and have no response except, ”we are investigating”.
Meanwhile, to top all the embarrassment and harrassment, ola chose to block my account and conveniently closed the ticket stating they’ve asked me for additional details, which they have not.

Today, i’ve spoke to another customer rep called rakesh, who has stated he is reopening the ticket and will try to get it resolved asap.

Once again, i've been sent an email that all this was my fault and that my account will be blocked forever.

What kind of customer centricity is this? Harassing a customer, who is asking for the investigation and rewarding the driver, who chose to run away and go awoi!!!

I need a complete investigation and closure to the case. Please help get this resolved and restore my account immediately!

    Yesterday traveled from heritage complex, yelahanka to mrn complex, kamala hehru extension,. Dep 0817. Arr: 0943. Distance 26.4 km. Actual distance as per google map 13.7 km. Crn number [protected]. Driver: nathan basu. Was charged rs 472/-. (26.4 km!) kindly take action to credit excess money. Taxi took normal route, via ms pallya, yeshwantpur. Person who traveled knew the route. No detours were made.
    I am a regular ola traveler and you can see my record. I always keep money in ola; terribly upset ; feel cheated.

      I booked an ola cab on monday 20november around 7.30p. M from tilak nagar vishal mega mart to baljeet nagar lal mandir new delhi. I left my mobile in a cab, within 2mins i started call on my mobile number but the cab driver didnt pick up and switched off my mobile.. I called on customer care too many times but no one answer my phone..
      You have tracker you can reach to the driver.. Plzz consider on my conplaint my mobile number is [protected] cab booked from this number only 20nov 2017 from tilak nagar to baljeet nagar around 7.15p. M

        I took a ride from mysore road metro station till double road, raja rajeshwari nagar on the 19th november. While booking the auto, i was provided with a ride estimate of rs. 91, however when i reached the destination the fare charged was rs.239. I took the same route in afternoon via ola auto and i was charged rs.38. I understand there was traffic hence the price was raised from 38 to 91, however i cannot get any explanation as to why i was charged rs. 239 for such short distance. I want my money to be refunded. This is utter cheating done with the customers, specially who are the regular customers. I need my refund back as soon as possible.

          Today i took a mini cab. The ride was 33 km but the fare was rs.1407. It was mentioned in fare breakup that the fare increase was rs.743 even when no information was given when booking the cab. I have been using ola for a very long time and this kind of service is very disturbing. Kindly look into this issue and arrange for the refund of the money.
          My account is blocked.I am a frequent user and if there were cancellations it was the drivers fault not my fault please let me know whether you will active my account or not.Plz let me lnow soon

            My wife took a ola cab at st. Joseph college, langford road, bangalore with otp 6394.
            The driver making unnecessarily all around, spending 30 mts to reach residency road, infact it takes 5 mts to reach.
            When she asked about this roaming he further delaying.
            Still is in the cab only.
            Kindly look into that.

              Ola,

              Your auto drivers are not accepting ola money.
              What if someone does not have enough cash and tries booking.

              This is not the first time.

              I have faced more than 30 drivers telling no to ola money.

              They are telling that ola is paying only very less to that we have actually paid as the bill.

              Please take some action.

              Or do not advertise your ola money scheme in tv or online.

                Hi ola team,
                I'm a regular old rider, using old daily while going ofc n coming back home.

                I want to raise a complain against the old driver who has picked me today 20th nov 2017, rise details: osn[protected]

                My name is swati maheshwari.

                As my regular schedule i have booked the ola and call the driver immediately after i receive the confirmation that old is booked.

                I was able to see that tehdriver was 5 misn away from me via navigation, but he picked my called saying that it would take me 20mins to reach the destination, i asked bhaiya it is showing that u r only 5 mins away, he said dont know its showing incorrect, i cannot come, cancel teh drive, i said i cannot because ola will charge me, im ready to wait for 20mins but u can come. He said no i cannot come and drop teh call.

                Still i didn't cancel the cab and waited for him.

                He came i shared the otp and he started the shared drive.

                Over teh curisity i asked him bhaiya why u denied though u came in less than 5 misn now to my location which u were saying 20mins.
                Very rudely bluntly and arrogantly he replied - aapko bola tha na cancel kero, nhi keri to aana pada, pata nhi kya dikkat thi, aapne batamizi keri cancel nhi kia mere khene per, isliye aaya hoon.

                I was looking at his face as i was not expecting this answer.

                I said bhaiya u r on ur duties n not giving me any favour, he said favour he to hai 52 rs dekar 8 lacs ki car mein baitho ho to favour he ker rha hoon.

                And subha subha dimag kharb mat kero... And he haunted me like a ghost.
                Harresed me...in between he kept saying one or the orther thing... I dont feel like arguing with him as he was noobody for me...
                I got so scared.

                He picked the next candidate and drop me.
                Just wanted to know are these illertriate people are kept by ola as their drivers who even dont know how to talk n what to reply and with so much of attitude???

                I want justice and want the driver to be taught manners.
                Some strict action to be taken against him, i scared that if it would have been a night time he could have done anything, the way he was scaring at me.

                  I booked a ride on nov 17, 2017 from diamond district office, hal road bangalore to janhavi shelters, yelenahalli-bangalore. Total distance is 13 kms i had booked it under the share ride pass 12 kms for fix rs 90 and balance will be charges at variable. I was excepting the fare would be around rs 125 (90+15+tax). But to my surprise it was rs 172 + tax 13.11 total of rs 186.

                  When i raised a complaint they told me that it is prepaid and system calculated. After that i provided them the actual distance based on the google gps which is 13 kms for which they claim that it is 17.34 kms, when i asked for the details of route and billing break they refuse to give the same. Instead they say it is calculated by system.

                    Ola cab driver vehicle no. Mh43 d 9017 brown wragon r miss behaving he even don't know how to talk with customer such driver not suit ola standard. Please take correct action. I respect every ola drivers and it service but this worst experience change my mind. I called ola to come at bus stop, maitri park, chembur but he doest know where this place. My question to ola why they recruit such driver who even don't know about mumbai. I am just shame on you ola.

                      Booked an ola ride (Vehicle number: tn 11 v 2358) today morning and after a wait time of 10 minutes (He was dropping off another customer) he arrived at the pick point. When i was about to board, he asked me whether the mode of payment is cash or ola money. He asked me to cancel the ride when i responded as ola money. Since i was in urgency and i already waited for 10 minutes, i told him that he could have called and told me to cancel the ride instead of making me wait for 10 minutes. He became furious and started shouting in all sorts of offensive foul and vulgar language. When i said i will raise a complaint with ola he responded that nothing will happen with such complaints. Really a disappointing and disgusting experience with ola. Such an unprofessional drivers should be removed from ola. When ola is promoting customers to use ola money, drivers are abusing customers for using the same. Time to say good bye to ola and start using uber. Disgusting customer service.

                        I had pre - booked a cab from ola on 11 nov'17 for 4.30 am.
                        Knowing the fact no cab will be available at that time, i pre - booked it for my parents convenience.
                        I got the msg triggered to me at sharpe 4:30 am and this the the time where in i required the cab for journey..
                        Upon that there is no compensation and apology from ola.

                        I want you to take necessary action on this.

                          Sir, on 15th november around 9'o clock i took a cab from old bowenpally to ashok function hall at saroor nagar. He charged me 368 rs. On same day. At evening approximately at 4 i had booked an auto from old bowenpally to ashok function hall at saroor nagar. He charged me 468 rs. Why did that auto driver charged that huge amount? Compared to a cab charges auto charges must be low. I need genuine answer from your side. Please anser me as soon as possible.

                            Ola customer service is not good. Ola team only spoiled ola company name. 16-11-17. I was booked on ola outstation package. Total amount it was shown 1736 rs and also same amount was collected by your driver. But your cheating team will deduct my ola credit 500rs. I was complaining your ola customer service, they are simply said please go to court and give police complaints. If customers giving complaints they are not taking any serious actions. Particularly mr. Arun who is handling escalating complaints his answer is irritating. He is simply supporting your driver partner. Without proper investigation your team encouraging your cheating driver. Am writing to social media for the same concern and i need a justice to me. Please take necessary action and also take a disciplinary action against your ola driver as soon as possible.

                              Ola cabs has robber me of my money deposited in ola money account.
                              I have not bought any pass, however the company by some default option has charged me money, without my knowledge.
                              On complaining they are refusing to return my money for two share pass which has been charged from my account unnecessarily.
                              I feel cheated and robbed and this option seems to be notorious for consumer.

                                1. I booked an ola cab
                                2. Swift desire was allocated to me & i contacted the driver. He came to pick me up & i loaded the baggage in it. The otp did not work. So strange.
                                — sms fm ix-olacabs recd is reproduced below.
                                Sukhvinder ([protected]) is on the way in a white swift dzire mh46ad1466. Please reach terminal 1b to start your ride.
                                Once you board the cab please share otp-9378 with driver to start trip.
                                — soon after i got a call from another driver waiting for me with same otp.
                                — sms from vm-olacab
                                Ajay ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a silver wagonr mh47n1649.
                                Once you board the cab please share otp-9378 with driver to start trip.

                                I had to change the car with baggage.
                                The cr has tyre puncher in the way.

                                It was not a good experience with ola this time.
                                1. Please rectify the bugs in car booking system. Why should a customer get two cans for same booking.
                                2. Have reliable cars. What is the point in having a 4.9 rated driver who cannot keep the car in good condition.in fact the driver kept on speeding up until i told him that car is making abnormal noise.

                                  I booked ola auto from villivakkam jaganathan nagar to kolathur bhavani nagar total fare is 29 only but he collected cash amount of rs.30 and also my ola money of rs.29 is deducted from my wallet he cheated me and shouted me to give so i gave cash to that driver i need my amount refund my amount of rs.29 to my wallet

                                  And also the auto number is differ

                                  Auto name - bajaj re

                                  Dont cheat us like this it is repeatedly happened to me. Refund my amount

                                  His attitude was very rude to me

                                    Ola has blocked my account on 16-nov-2017 saying that multiple cancellation happened on same day. Actually there was only one auto cancellation done by the driver not from side on 16-nov-2017. After that i updated the cancellation reason in the app and booked another trip. Don't know why my account is blocked after that. When i asked them for the reason below is the reply i received.
                                    "we would like to inform you that it is completely system automated and there is no manual intervention. Hence, we will not be able to share any further information and will not be able to unblock the account."

                                      Icici bank and ola are cheating customer by giving offers on collaboration. Icici gave a coral plus debit card with 249 monthly maintainance fees stating that i will get 1st 40 rides as ola select rides in a year. For this i just need to add my coral plus card to ola app. Ola does not let me add my card and they say it’s for privileged customers only. Ola send message to add card and cs says it is promotional message. Please help stop these people conning the customers like this.

                                        Many a times it happened that drivers dont inform about ride cancellations and they simply do not come for pick up.once it happened that at 8 30 pm I had to call customer care to cancel ride of morning 10 am which was still shown as scheduled!

                                        Each time when raised this to Ola, the same point said that feedback being taken & will take actions sobthat such issues won't occur again, but no substantial actions being taken and issue is recurring

                                        Really pathetic and difficult to face sitution it becomes as you don't get conveyance in morning rush hrs.
                                        That impacts whole planning and meetings in morning slot at ofc.need to get rid of such incidence on High priority
