I was charged for a ride which i did not take. The driver took the otp and then denied my trip. On complaining to ola they say they take action regarding the driver but what about my refund?? I paid for a trip which i didn't take. Need my refund asap.

In my account the bill amount is showing 150 but actually auto driver charged 200 and also he has taken longer route. It's not about Rs 50. It's about faith on ola
My ola account is blocked initiating that ola terms and conditions not followed, but i am a regular user of ola i i do not do such violation .Request you to kindly activate my account on urgent basis.
I wl be highly obiliged.

    I have taken a ride on ola rental crn [protected], as there was a problem immediately i tried to cancel and as i was unable to cancel the trip i had asked the driver to cancel the trip, he had cancelled the trip and said that i had to pay inr 1328, even the cab has not gone for a metre from the boarding point. When i called the ola customer care, they are un professional and said nothing can be done. With out using any services i had to pay 1328 rs, even i had raised complaint on the website but no use. Request you to look into this and be a professional company.

      Why location should be enabled to open ola app? This is rediculous; i just wanted to add money to my ola wallet but when i open ola app, it's asking to enable location. Enabling location to add ola money, updating profile, view rides history, and as per new rbi guidelines everyone should do kyc to add ola money, for all these activities why to enable to gps location?

      Enabling gps location is consuming my internet, and my money is getting wasted. Location should be enabled only when i tried to book my ride. Seems like, there is huge scam involved in it between ola & telecom operators to squeeze the money from customers.

      Very worst application.
      The driver aaked the otp over the phone and refused to go to after reaching him. Rather told me to go ahead and complaint and started shouting at the airport. Highly unproffesional and rude.

        I booked a ride to chennai airport from perambur (23.1 kms) on 14 nov 2017 at 11 am. I have been charged 2.5 times in the name of peak hour charges without any intimation while i confirmed the booking. I am very much distressed over such an incident since i would have opted for some other option rather than paying such a huge amount for my journey. Please do all that is necessary.

          This harassment of ola has started since 23rd october, my ola money account shows 0 balance, when called customer support they say that they have received cyber crime notification against the txn. Why this is not informed to me by any call /mail??? After calling several times they unblocked it and apologized for their mistake as the txn was not from my card. But what is the use of apology when the same thing happens every time i recharge my ola money wallet. Today is the third time my ola money account is blocked and i got the same reason from support that they received the cyber crime notification for 23rd october txn.. This txn was reversed and ola and refunded me the amount. I dont understand why till today no one from cyber crime has contacted me but ola money keeps on blocking my account without any intimation.

          I am planning to take this with consumer court as ola money department don't even bother to call you back for your complaint!

            All of a sudden my account was blocked on 10th nov and with no reason at all. My ola money is also blocked. I have sent 7-8 mails but no reply. They are not giving any reason also as to why my account is blocked.
            They are such a shameless people that they are cheating their old dedicated customers. I don't know why not any senior official read all this and take action. Are they not bothered about reviews and rating. All are sitting dumb.

              Sir i booked cab today @ 12:30 approx. I saw fare 169 but when driver drop me on desired location the fare value increase to 309. Can u please tell me why that was happen?

                Ola is promising 15000 mbg if the drivers complete 60 trips in 3 days. After working so hard and completing those trips, my bill came to 11000 and so according to them, i should get the remaining 4000 rs, but they paid me only 1200 hundred rupees at the end of the scheme, and they deducted 2800 rs as their commission, this is in addition to the deduction of commission from each and every trip. This cannot be called as 15000 mbg. They should stop making all these false promises and luring drivers. Is there no one who could stop them from playing all these tricks with poor drivers. Is there no one who could tell them to bring clarity to their business. What our government is doing i don't understand.

                  Hi team ola,

                  I booked ola cab driven by surendrakumar s ([protected]). Otp: 9862 from chennai central railway station to anakaputhur via pozhichalur, i just asked the driver to drop on the way at egmore. Suddenly dont knw what happend to him he started shouting like mad guy he said in tamil "no i won't go in that way i cant do that in your way i will go through map direction only". When i asked him why are you shouting he asked me to take my luggage and get out of the cab and also asked me to pay the charges since he has started the trip. I was humiliated he insulted me in all ways. Later i got out of the cab and sent my family alone. He also stated he dont want any customer satisfaction, without customers satisfaction how can you run a co. By keeping such lunatic driving a cab will bring your brand value down and the passenger will not be safe. I need an explanation.

                    To the concerned head,

                    Please note on 7th november i was surprised to find that without any prior intimation or stating any specific reason ola cab blocked my acoount. I am extearmly sad and surprised with this kind attitude towards your customer.

                    My money is lying with in ola money and also my passes. You can very well check that i travel with you daily for the last one year.

                    On calling the csd i was informed that i have to request in writing to ublock the account and they can not do anything about it nor do they have any specific reply.

                    I am really surprised to know how can you treat your customers in this manner and insult them? Without any substantial evidence and proper information.

                    In their"prewritten terms"... Its mentioned "if i cancell couple of times in a day" or "if you suspect any misuse"

                    First of all i would like to know which one is applicable for me with proper evidence and justification? Since i am aware that i use my accout legitimately and perfectly according the terms laid down by you and certainly never misused it or took any undue advantages / claims till date.

                    Secondly they have not yet refunded my ola money and the and the amount of my unused passes amount

                      I have booked a cab from sector 137 noida location. I asked driver to come to gate number 1 of supertech ecociti because gate number location is showing in gps and he agree to do that. I was waiting for him at gate number 1 and he started the time, when i asked him "bhaiya time aapne already start kr diya hai", he tld me that i have already came 600 meter far just because of you and i told hime that why did u agree earlier. He asked me to get out of the car and and thereatned me to cancel the cab but i refused because i was getting late for my office. He started the ride and when we reached to the drop location i close the door of cab and he shouted "pagal hai kya". This is the way driver behave the client. Meanwhile i am going to file a fir against him because he embarrassed me in public.

                      This is Surya Chandra (MY LEASING CAB NUMBER IS TN09CH9813 ). The issue is I'm not able to get power zone booking... MY APP VERSION IS 8.4
                      THE POWER ZONE APP VERSION IS 8.5 I NEED THIS UPDATED VERSION...
                      After having finished my ride in an aola auto, I paid 150 to the driver while later I got to know that the money has already been paid through ola money. He charged me extra.

                        Today morning around 10:25 am at hsr layout greenview hospital signal, one of ola's driver skipped red signal, came in a wrong route and hit my bike and ran away without even looking back at what happened. I don't know why ola hires such irresponsible idiots who don't have common sense and basic manners.
                        This shows the true nature of ola's procedure of hiring drivers, hire drivers who kill people on roads and run away (In short 'murderers') ola is really doing a great job, reducing india's population.

                          I took a ola rental ride on oct 16th 2017. And i made d payment through cash. Yet ola is asking me to make the payment again. I called the diver to know what happened with the payment. But the diver kept disconnecting my calls. I called and raised complaint twice to ola but no response. This is sickening to know how incompetent ola is.. Disgusted with the entire situation.. I have been an ola custom for a really long time.. And this is not something i expected ola to do..

                            After booking shared cab, the total cost was around rs. 314/-.

                            Cash to be paid=rs. 227/-

                            Since no money left on wallet, i have recharged with rs. 599/-. Total balance

                            Shown is rs. 686/-.

                            After the raid, i have paid rs. 227/- but noticed that rs. 314/- deducted from

                            Wallet instead of 87. I have asked the cab driver but he said talk to customer

                            Care as it is showing cash for him where as total fare has been deducted via

                            Ola money. Looks like its a royal way of cheating customers by ola

                            Developers who developed ola money app.

                            How can i get my money back.

                              Hi,

                              I had booked an ola cab on sunday (5th november) morning and made the payment on sunday itself via credit card. The amount was deducted from my card but the payment statue is not updated in my ola account due to which i am not able to book any ride as whenever i open the application i am getting transferred to the payment due screen.

                              Regarding the issue i had raised a complaint on wednesday (8th november) and have shared all relevant details with ola team (Screenshots of my card) on wednesday itself. But still (Today is 11th november) i have not got a resolution. I have sent multiple email to ola support regarding my issue but theses guys are not even bothered to send a reply. When i call there customer care the associates sitting there tell me they have escalated my issue and i will get a resolution as the earliest. But nothing happens after that. I believe they are not even worried about the customers and are very neglecting them. All this actually shows how in-efficient they are in doing their jobs.

                                Whilst driving in the middle of the trip ur driver got a pick up which got cancelled..
                                Bt the driver tried to accomodate him in the vehicle without authorization...
                                I objected 2 it but the driver started an abusive fight and threathened to get us off the vehicle...
                                We felt so helpless and were soo frightened with the absurd behaviour/.. Kindly take strict action regarding this driver

                                  Said driver told me that drop destination is showing at hadapsar bus stop & he refused me to take hadapsar industrial estate. Demanded force fully rs. 30 & took rs 30/- ; refused to drop on hadapsar ind. Estate. I had to book again from same place to drop at same destination. Again same driver was allotted to me. You can check my rides. I had to pay again rs. 30/-.
                                  1) why this happened; don'the you have any control over such drivers? 2) we trust ola. If it your internet error; why should i suffer. Thanks god it was matter of rs.30/- only. But such practises will encourage cheating & this will jeopardize ola image.
                                  Hence, you are required to give me discount in forthcoming ride. Or otherwise i will have to go for other transporters.
                                  Hope you will understand the seriousness of instance & see this should not happen with others.

                                    I have been a loyal ola customer fr more than 3 years now. As usual i was booking a ride to work when my acct was blocked for no rhyme or reason. I called up the call centre who sd that i hv violated their terms. To which i asked them which terms. They sd that they had no clue why my acct was blocked and i was to send an email which i did. I got a response stating that they were also not aware of the issue and they need to investigate. R u guys kidding me??? Without even telling me what exactly have i violated how can ola block my account. As a consumer i have full right to know that.??? Never ever i have recd such pathetic service.

                                      Am repetitively facing issue of changing fare wherein the fair shown before booking is less than actual charged whechecked with ola for such complaints it's told that it will get refunded by clicking on link thay t they will sent. But no such link is forwarded. What they said on call that this will be taken care, is not followd

                                      Rather the same steps for app are given from which no action being taken

                                        Today i booked ola shuttle for the departure time of 7:48pm from techno polish mahindra showroom. I was standing there for 30 minutes. I was continuously trying to connect to the driver but he was not taking the phone. After 20mins the driver picked the phone and told that he is not the driver for that shuttle and someone else is the driver of that shuttle. Then after 30 mins i received a notification of auto cancelation of the shuttle. This is really very much disappointing. If the shuttle is canceled this needs prior intimation. Who will take care of the harassment i faced today? This is not acceptable at all.
