Regarding crn[protected] and crn[protected], on first occasion driver was 8 kms away from my location, why was he booked being so far away
Second booking, my pick up location was wrongly given as my drop address by the app.
Why should i spend my time, energy snd money correcting your mistakes??? Least you can do is correct your own mistakes and stop harassing the customers
Good morning sir, I recently booked a bus ticket on yatra ayaans paid via OLa money. Ola money got deducted but the ticket was not booked hence I got a Message saying my money will be refunded by 5 days, is it possible to refund earlier?
My reference I'd is cyyd-ghcd-vn8h.

    Dear sir,
    I use ola cabs frequently and i wish to write about recent irregularities experienced.

    On 26/07/2017, i bookedmini ola cab for my daughter to come from komarla brigade residency to yellenahally main road, near dlf, akshayanagar - paid rs. 171-00
    On 27/07/2017, return ride from / to same places, paid 184-00

    On 28/07/2017, i took mini cab from yellenalalli main road akshayanagar, to police commissioner's office, infantry road, fare was 264-00, but i paid rs.280 as the driver had no change.
    Again, the same day, from infantry road to yellenahally main road, by mini taxi, i paid rs. 205-00 (Why this big difference in charging?)

    On 4/7/2017, i booked ola cab twice from max insurance location, rv dentalmcollege road, waited for more than 50 mts, second booking taxi came and picked me after several tel calls to tell location. Is it due to that drivers are not really oriented despite keeping location maps in front of them?

    'on 5/7/2017, once again my daughter took mini ola cab from komarla brigade residency to yellenahally main road, took 1 hour 15 mts, and charged rs. 220-00 (Where as on n26/7, the same ride was charged
    Rs. 171-00. My daughter mentioned that this delayed drop was due to that the driver took different routes at padmanabhanagar and hulimaavu.

    Now the question comes why such irregularities. Is it that the drivers are not well oriented, or deliberately they take different routes to increase taxi fare? And how can we make sure that we are getting honest and quick cab services?

    Certainly i look forward to hearing from ola.

        My account was blocked on 28th july. I cld customer care to find out the reason n i was told that i had violated their rules. I had msgd my grievance n i got a reply from them asking for my mob no. After providing my no the next day itself my account was unblocked. Today when i tried to make a booking i realised that my account has been blocked again. Are ola guys playing the fool?

          On 04/08/17 i have traveled only 1.4 km in 17 minutes from paramhans nagar to pancsheel nagar in indore and ola cab charge me 1022 rs. The issue was generated from driver side and customer care side. Customer care executive of ola says that "sir please provide stop otp to the driver, there will be no charge on you" than i was provided otp to driver. Than in my ola cap application 1022 rs bill was showing and i cant use ola app continuously. So this is a harassment of customer by ola company driver. I am providing you invoice copy to you in which it was clearly shows what is happen with me. I want that billing amount can be removed from my application account.

            Driver cheated and complete ride without me. He promised to cancel ride to get the otp from me through call. At that same time i have spoke to customer care & raised complaint (Ticket no# 55394711, 55401087, 56324674.. Still i didn't receive my money. Again and again raised complete.. But there is no action done. Pls refund immediately and take action to driver.. Otherwise i will close ola account..

              A month ago, suddenly wehn i opened ola app to book a ride, i found it was blocked and it asked me to wait for 24 hrs since it had been temporarily blocked
              Later a week passed and still it was blocked
              I mailed to the ola help
              And they said that it was permanently blocked but didn't give any reason

              It has become very inconvenient for me since the app has been blocked, as i totally relied on it for all my rides
              But the ola is not having a sincere attitude, they have just blocked my account without giving any reason
              I would even like to apologise if i had violated any of the terms of ola unintentionally, i wouldn't repeat it again but they need to inform me about it ofcourse
              I hope necessary action is taken about it as soon as possible.

                Sir,
                I have been charged cancellation fees for my share ride which was cancelled by the driver.
                Due to this cancellation i had to book another ride and wait extra to reach my destination.
                Please refund the undue cancellation charges. Also take up the matter with the driver so no has to go through this inconvenience.
                Awaiting just action.

                  We have booked an ola cab which was swift dezire and the number of the car is ka 52 1479 name of the driver is shiva prasad...
                  We booked an ola prime from 7th cross someshwaranagara, jayanagar 1st block, blore -11 to 5th cross lakshmi road shantinagar bangalore... We have forgot our hand bag in the car but the driver is denying so we kindly request you to take further step and if not we need the numbers of the passengers who took the ride after us...

                    I had booked ola outstation from mumbai to lonavala for 24 hours. After boarding the cab & riding for say 15 minutes the driver informs that he has got a booking for 12 hours while i had booked for 24 hours. We called ola helpline & the only solution they could offer is cancell the existing booking deboard the cab & book another cab.
                    I informed ola that i am travelling with a special need child & there is no way i can de board in the middle of the journey & wait for another cab which can take some time. I had requested the agent that his manager should call back so that we can sort the matter.
                    No one calls back inspite of making ola sensitise that i am with a special need child.
                    Ola only knows sorry, cancel booking, rebook etc.. The company seems to have no solutions or sentivity towards these situation.

                      The cab (Hr55w5473) was booked 15mins ago. After coming the cab driver demanded money on the spot. Even after repeated asking of taking the money after the ride completes, the driver demanded money and refused to start the ride until i paid. The driver was extremely impolite and i am stopping to use ola cabs until and unless ola takes further action against this man.

                        Today i have tried to get back my unused deposit of bank of baroda, jessore road, kolkata and lodged a complaint in this website . Invertently i have shown details of my bank a/c in the website.Instantly a person, mobile no: [protected], called me again and again and assured to return my money. But i found that he just withdrawn rs 19000.00 (rs nineteen thousand only) and transferred to the a/c of ola cabs instead of returning any money to me. I have not availed ola cab today and this transaction is totally a fraud.
                        I, therefore request that this amount of rs 19000.00 must be refunded back to my bank of baroda sb a/c immediately to avoid any hardship

                            Booked cab today i. E. On 3rd august 2017 from
                            Chitrapuri colony to patancheru. While booking, it showed fare as ₹ 446. I booked it. While i was at my destination and completed trip, fare changed to ₹ 696 for the same distance.

                            How pathetic service by ola cabs. Their business is about to close very soon.

                            I will never use ola cabs and ask my friends to do the same. I am uninstalling mobile app.

                            If i dont get any resolution, i will file a case against this company.

                              I had recharged ola wallet on 3rd august, 2017. Money got debited from bank, but yet now it has not been credited to my wallet. Kindly refund my money back into my bank account or recharge my ola wallet.
                              It is the second time i am getting such poor result. I am a regular ola rider and cannot expect such blunder or technical failure from your side. Do the needful today itself.

                                Today i purchased rs. 80 share pass. When i tried for cab booking, it says share pass cannot be applied as fares are lower. Such a cheater and fraud company. It didn't mention anything like that of lower fare and non applicability of passes while buying. I haven't used any passes yet. I just want my passes to get cancel and revert back my money. It's not just about rs. 80 but it's about the unfare and unclear practice of your business and fooling customers.
                                I have been asked to cancel the Uber cab and requested to book OLA with cash payment.

                                I was not aware about the reason for change of payment mode.

                                Later i came to know that the driver charged extra fare from my fried to whom i booked the cab.

                                I have made a complaint to OLA about this issue. But they are not considering the issue.

                                  Hi team,

                                  It is pathetic that i had to face hell lot of trouble while booking ola auto at night specially.in the afternoon when i book an auto, he driver cancels the ride at will and after calling he disconnects the call. I keep on complaining the ola team but no action gets taken and i had to suffer a lot. The executives working there ate even more pathetic as they keep on copy and pasting the same response over and over again but i dont see any improvements. Despite of being an old ola customer i regularly had to face lot of trouble specially with auto. Limits crossed when at night when it was raining i booked an auto and after i reached my destination i gave him 20bucks more than the normal fare as a sign of good gesture. But that auto driver came sprinting back at my home and kept on ringing the door bell and asking for more money. He charged at me. I dont know the way he was aggressive, anything could have happened. I am new to the city and i am facing so many issues. I am not getting any help. Please help me.

                                  No Steps has been taken by the company. I still get the same issue everytime. The company gives a fake assurance but there has been no improvements till date. Even though i have mailed the CEO of OLA but the same gets repeated. olasupport@olacabs, com. Pathetic service.

He had abruptly, discourteously stranded me. I had picked an auto to reach my place. What sort of this attitude? Another driver sugumar[protected] called be 15 minutes later. I have not sought for any alternative. But you levy cancellation fee.

                                      I have booked the ola many times and i faced the same issue many times, but still i am using ola services because i am fool and i doont have much options because of time availability.
                                      I have done booking today 02-aug-2017 4 times and every time driver denied to come to my location.
                                      This is totally not acceptable. I will take the serious action against ola services very soon.
                                      This is not happening first time, multiple times i faced the same issue.
                                      I am really disappointed that behavior received from Mr Sanjib Driver of ola ..you people dont know how to talk with passengers...you are appointing anyone on drivers sit & ruining brand image of Ola...

                                      Please do not do that...

                                        I took ola "auto" ride from intel technologies india, srr1, bangalore, 23-56, p devarabeesanahalli varthur hobli, ballandur post, outer ring road, bengaluru, karnataka 560103 to sparkling nest apartment, garudachar palya, mahadevapura, bengaluru, karnataka 560048 which is around 7.8km.
                                        Ola charged 165rs. I take ola everyday for the same route same time in same traffic and it comes to 117rs. On august 1st ola took advantage o[censored]pfront price and charged me 50rs extra. Ola is giving me silly reasons to defend this.
                                        I need your help.
                                        I do not understand that if you have set your price for Rs 6, then from Virar (W) to Goregaon(E), there should be Rs. 313 for 52.1 km and your tax can be increased to rf. 350 rupees but every time from 850 to 1000 You have to pay rent. Please Explain it
