I put in ola money rs. 599 on 12 july 2017 through debit card. I have been using similar mode of payment for recharging ola money.
After sometime my balance was showing as rs. 500.- i have checked 'your rides' and summed up. But i have failed to reconcile.

What about rs. 99. -
Please explain where it has gone? I wish to have a resolution and clarification.

    I have paid of 297 rupees which was charged extra.. And i have not received any flash populating that it will be charged 2.8 times. Pleae review and refund the extra money. I have done same trip today and it was charged 71 rupees to and fro..

    I have booked a previous advance booking and it said me you will be charged an advance of rupees 30 and i cancelled it immediately

    Please note how can we afford if you are charging extra without noticing. As i have discussed with customer care it was said there was a system or technical glitch..

    Ola are charging extra without noticing public.. Please be aware before booking the cab... Otherwise uninstall the ola app and prefer uber which clearly notifies you will charged an estimated money

      On 29.07.2017 around 20:05 hours had confirmed a ola share booking no. Osn[protected]for going from police training school, ajc bose road, kolkata to diamond city west appartement of behala chowrastha, kolkata. The booking information said the pickup will reach in 6 minutes and when i called up the driver on his mobile [protected] to know his current location he said he is beside hyatt regency hotel which is 11 km from the spot i was waiting and would take at least 20 to 25 minutes to reach my spot.

      Within next 3 minutes i received a message from ola stating "sorry! Your ola share booking has been cancelled as driver was unable to serve you this time. Please try booking again."

      Immediately i also received another message "rs. 25 cancellation fee will be charged on your next ride" for no fault of mine.

      This is a gross negligency on ola's part and their gps system is in a jeopardize situation. Their vehicle allocation takes place once the vehicle has crossed the waiting customer and travelled another 1 km or so and the vehicle has has to reach them after a merry go round trip.

P[protected], am working as cab driver with your esteemed company for the last about four years. During these four years, there is no any occasion that any passenger has ever made/lodged any complaint against me, which can be confirmed from your own record. I have always served the passengers with their full satisfaction. I have an unblemished record as a cab driver. Despite of the above facts, i am shocked/surprised that your esteemed company is not allowing me to log-in and i have been black-listed by your esteemed company for the reasons best known to the officials of your esteemed company. It is, therefore, earnestly requested that necessary directions in this regard may please be issued and my name may immediately be removed/deleted from the list of black-listed cab drivers, so that i could be able to earn my livelihood. Besides, the reasons of black-listing my name by the officials of your esteemed company, may also be intimated to me at the earliest.

          I have had extremely bad experiences with ola... Once i booked a cab and called the driver. He said he won't be able to come so i asked him to cancel. He kept arguing with me saying that i should cancel. Then he cut the call saying ' keep waiting where you are, i won't cancel'.
          Then most of them drive as slow as 30km/hr even when its an empty road. Ola has untrained and unprofessional drivers. And the worst part is that ola doesn't even give a damn about customer satisfaction.

            My son had to take a flight so we booked an ola share cab for airport on 27th july. The confirmation and the cab details were sent on my phone as a message and in the ola app. Driver name yogesh kumar and osn number[protected]. I also spoke to the driver to help him with the location. The driver mentioned that he will be there with us in a few minutes. However he did not turn up. When i tried to call him his phone kept coming busy. Assuming he could be trying to call us i kept my phone free for the next few minutes. But he did not call.in the meantime the app started to show that the cab is waiting at the destination and i am required to board it. Which was completely a lie as we can see 600 metres around our house. We got very panicky as already 20 minutes had passed and any further delay would cause us to be late to reach the airport and miss the flight. The ola app by now send a message that the cab had been canceled by the driver.in the panic i made another booking on the ola share and got a confirmation for the ola driver surendra kumar sharma and as my brother was standing outside looking for the cab, he too made a booking on ola share from his phone and he too got a confirmation for the same ola driver surendra kumar sharma. Osn number[protected]. This time the cab arrived after 10 minutes and my son was on his way to the airport. We obviously cancelled one of the bookings. And surprising ola slapped rs 25 fine as cancellation fee on the booking that we had cancelled.

            To begin with, the cancellation charges are not valid because we took that ride. Secondly if rs 25 are levied for cancellation from our side then cancellation charges should be paid to the consumer if the driver cancels the ride. Infact ola should also pay for the hardship that the consumer had to go through and the stress and panic that was caused by ola cancelling the confirmed booking. And what if my son had missed the flight? Would ola pay for the second ticket? Its very convenient to make money as an aggregator of taxi services. But does ola take responsibility of the drivers actions?

              Google maps shows the distance between my home location to office location is 7.5 kms. So i choose your share pass of rs49 which is suppose to be applicable for my next 5 share rides to be charged as rs50.
              But at the time of actual booking it shows me rs.69 for 1 seat.
              I feel my rs 49 are wasted completely
              I will never ever going to buy any pass.
              The worst thing is ola don't even have there customer service to interact with there end users. It feels like ola is worsts when you have complain but no one is there to hear your problem
              I want my rs 49 back which i wasted on your share pass

                Hi, i was charged an incorrect fare and the customer care argued with me stating that the drop location is incorrect. I cannot understand how people grab ways to earn money from consumers. The app showed a total price of rs 32/- with discount but the actual fare charged to me was rs 48/- its not about rs 15/- or rs 20/-. This really shows how ola tries to recover after you have taken the trip, since the consumer has no choice but to pay them. This is really really poor. On top of that not accepting the mistake and shouting and behaving with the customer unethically is really sad and disgusting. Deleting their app forever and not going to use it, and will also try to spread maximum about what you always do, since its not only me but many people facing these same issues, but since i have time i have to take a step and put up on media.

                  An ola cab driver with cab number - ka05 ad 5780 was driving very rash in the morning and overtaking my car in a small one way road at doddakannneli.

                  He has literally made damage to my car right side mirror and while questioning this to him, he was least bothered and in turn arguing to do what ever you can.

                  Request to please check with the concerned cab driver and take an action.

                    While driving my navigation stops oftenly. I complaint about it. They told me to restart device or to log out & log in or to visit ola office i do everything as they say but problem not solve.
                    In running condition at unknown place if navigation stops how can i drive towards customers pickup point.
                    Then ola system mark that as did. How can system decided it if it don't have idia about actual situation.
                    Why should i pay the penalty.
                    I am very upset with ola sometime i thought is it i do wrong by join ola.
                    Please do needful.

                      On monday, 24th july my wife booked a ola cab from mayur vihar to uttam nagar for my daughter. The vehicle came and journey was started. After some time, one message was received that the vehicle has been cancelled. My wife was afraid, then she contacted the driver, he said mai to savari ko noida utar kar aa gaya, my wife started weeping and range me the incident. I rang up at delhi police on 100. Then i told my relative who is in police. But after some time the bill was received on phone for rs.500 plus. We enquired from uttam ngr relative, who confirmed that passenger reached safely. Why the message of cancellation came on mobile, why driver said he dropped passenger at noida. It created great tension to us. Pls. Find out and make arrangements so that it may not recur again.

                        One ola auto bearing reg. # as 01s 3184 and driver's name - rafik ali was booked on 26.07.17 at about 4-00pm. Otp for relevant drive was also provided through sms and the auto was also on its way to pick up. But, suddenly, the booking was cancelled unilaterally without citing any valid reason. This is most disturbing and undesirable from ola cabs. The matter should be investigated to avoid recurrence and serious inconvenience to a bona-fide customer. Otherwise, the reputation of ola cabs is sure to get jeopardized.

                          I took a ola from the airport yesterday night.

                          My ola money balance was approx 250.

                          I never tried or was trying to charge additional amount.

                          Surprisingly when i reach the destination there was an sms that rs 1999 has been taken from my credit card.

                          How can they do that without my knowledge & authorization.???

                          They say that it is all reset and agreed by you, but i have not in my consciousness agreed for a auto debit of rs 1999.

                          Last time i consciously made through credit card only for rs 999. But never wanted auto debit in future... But they claim that i have set it.

                          They have to change the system of auto debit without permission with a fool proof knowledgeable transfer of money.

                          Kindly intervene so that they change this system which is not safe & correct.

                            I have booked two seats in an ola cab share 5-10 min. S ago. Its details are attached with this email. But when the cab came, the driver told me that only 1 seat was booked. Then i was told to cancel the ride and i did it and for that rs.25 has been deducted. What is this going on. I just want the money refunded back or not to deduct that money in my next ride. Otherwise, i will take legal step.

                              I had booked ola share cab for my nephew for travel from thane to mumbai airport (Domestic terminal). The ola share cab is a pre-paid service. The trip cost of rs.423/- was debited from my ola money wallet and the driver also collected the same amount of cash at the end of the trip.
                              I had put in my complaint on ola support id, but they replied as cash not being collected by driver. I have the contact details of cab driver.
                              जब मैंने विशाखापट्टनम Airport से Simhachalam के लिए Ola Prime book किया, मुझसे 170₹ ज्यादा वसूली किया Driver RAMBABU ने।
                              Toll tax हमें देने को बोला., जबकि टोल टैक्स बिल में इंक्लूड था। दिनांक 5 july 2017 को। about 2:45pm. कृपया कंप्लेंट नोट करके समस्या का समाधान करें।

                                I was billed rs 291 while going from my home (Paldi) to premdarvaza (Ahmedabad). After completing my work, i booked another ola ride from premdarvaza back to my home (Paldi). Now i was billed rs 96. For the same distance and same kms, how can the prices be so different?

                                Clearly ola has no tab on bill generation. Also there is no direct email address on their website for registering complaints. It seems the company is not interested in taking a note of complaints.

                                Should this email fall in right hands, i need a refund of the wrong charges. Please call me on +[protected].

                                    Hi, sir / madam..

                                    I was travelling to chennai on friday, 21-july-2017 and booked an ola cab for my travel from the chennai domestic airport to my hotel grand cascade in periamet area.

                                    The purpose of this email, is to share my experiencing my travel in ola cab no. - tn74am - 7375 from drop from chennai airport - arrival to grand cascade hotel, periampet.

                                    On boarding the cab with my family, i requested the cab driver (Prabhu) to increase the ac temperature from 1-point to 2-point.. He refused to do the same stating that he doesn't have diesel in car.. (Despite have 3 fuel bars out of 8 bars whilst boarding the cab and till drop-off point) and since i was making payment through ola money and not giving him cash, he could not buy fuel for the car and hence, he cannot increase the temperature.

                                    I would like to share that this is the most lamest excuse i have heard from any ola driver till date.in case he did have fuel issues, he should not have accepted the booking request.

                                    Also the driver was acting smart and spoke rudely interrupting the conversation between me and my family when i tried explaining why he wasn't increasing the temperature from 1-point to 2-point and said me not to forget that i was in chennai.. To which i was forced to revert that i had firends and family in chennai too and they would put him right by explaining things to him in tamil, if required.

                                    I would like to highlight that i was travelling with my family and not travelling free or on discounted fare payment.. Then why should i be subject to such kind of behaviour and in-convenience after paying the full fare..

                                    I have travelled with your other cab aggregator companies in other parts of the country and have not received such harassment from their drivers ever.

                                    It is only my humble request to kindly look into the matter, please and ensure that the ola drivers are not misbehaving with their customers and are trained properly to avoid any inconvenience or harassment to customers.

                                      This morning i booked ola auto through the app, while booking the cost shown was 43rs (As per attachment) but when ride was completed the charges collected was 70rs (As per attachment). This is truly unfair on the part of ola to charge additional, had i taken normal auto it would have costed me 40-50 rs. The driver also took a long route instead of a short one and even that dint make any sense. Please refund the additional cash charged.

                                        On 23/07/2017, i traveled from mahavir enclave, palam, new delhi to rr hospital, dhaula kuan, new delhi. I started at around 09:00 am and reached my destination at around 09:30 am. I by mistake left my phone samsung j7 gold on the dashboard of the car about which i am very certain. At 9:58 am when i realized so, i called the cab driver who bluntly refused to acknowledge that i left my phone in his car and has not been picking up my calls ever since. I tracked my phone location from googlemaps and it showed somewhere around rk puram sec-6 which was not in my route but is a nearby location of the trip. I also confirm that after my phone call with the driver, he removed the battery and sim card from that phone as google location is unable to update since then.
                                        I request the concerned authorities to take the appropriate action against the car driver whose details are given below except the name which i am unable to recall and kindly help in the retrieval of my phone.
