Tried booking cab on olashare thru ola on 10.08.17 from 19:45hrs from dhakhuria to uniworld city, newtown (22kms). Price of ride shown on each attempt was ranging from rs. 250 - 260 (As ola sharepass rates was applied). Finally at about 20:20 for the ride shown priced at rs. 259/- on ola share with ola sharepass applied, was able to tag a cab on ola share. But, as it was raining & as i was tracking the cab to my location, i didn't notice the sms sent stating the fare for the ride as rs. 664/-. On arrival of the cab, i noticed the rate mentioned only while checking for the otp. Immediately i contacted the helpline executive who replied that rate would not be reversed as the prices were fluctuating. I earnestly requested the executive how a ride of 22kms on ola share with share pass applied could amount to rs. 644/-. The executive repeatedly insisted on me submitting proof for my claim. I tried to explain to the executive that the price fluctuation, if any, may have happened after my placing the request & cab being tagged and i have placed my request only for the rate of rs. 259/- for the ride on ola share with ola sharepass applied as otherwise there was no requirement of me to take ola share as well apply ola sharepass. Executive kept stating me to provide proof to support my claim.

    I booked ola shuttle for travelling from Triangular Park to DLF1.Booking number SRN7255175. There is a traffic signal just before the pickup point. The shuttle waited in the signal for 30 seconds and did not stop at pick up point. When I called Ola customer care, they checked their system and told me the shuttle stopped. As the car stopped for red traffic signal, may be it was showing in their system that it stopped.
    Rashbehari Avenue is one of the busiest roads in Kolkata and it is not possible to board a cab when it is waiting at traffic signal. That is why pickup points are there.
    They did not check at which location the shuttle stopped and did not refund my money.

      I have booked ola with below mentioned detail. Driver giving me excuse that ola server is having problem and asking for custom fare, and when I didn't show any interest he canceled the trip den I book another ola, there is absolute no problem.

        The black and yellow taxi was smelly and dirty. Unfit and unhygienic for travel. On top of that the taxi driver was eating gutka and the nauseating smell was all over the dingy car. The ac wasn't working and the driver wasn't tech savvy and couldn't use ola app properly. It was overall a very disappointing experience for a regular ola user. A request to end the merger of ola with black and yellow taxi.
        Thank you for support.

        Driver has cancelled my booking.

          Hi,
          I have been taking the service of ola cabs from more than 18 months on daily basis. After spending some handsome amount daily, i never received a satisfactory service from ola. Infact today morning, back to back 20 drivers cancelled my booking as they didnt want to go to ncr part of the city as it would have costed them toll. Upon registering complaint in ola customer care, they made certain promises that they will take the necessary action against the driver. They sent me the same email that i receive after complaining against the driver. The time i hung up the call, i noticed that my ola account has been blocked. This service is intolerable and cannot be accepted under any circumstances. This has to be raised at some level such that concerned people can notice such things.

            Yesterday at 02:16 pm i had booked a cab vide crn[protected] which showed me of rs 504/- whereas when i dropped at the selected location driver partner had asked me for rs 916/- which i paid.
            For clarifications i called your support team who had assured me the excess refund but today i had received rs 145/- refund instead of rs 412/-

              Yesterday i, booked a cab. On contacting to the driver of my booked cab after 3-4 min. He told, he has no info regarding booking, pls wait when i will get info will reach to your venue. But after 4-5 min. I contacted him again. He said i still not have booking may be because of some technical issue. You just cancel the ride and make fresh booking. On doing so i got message regarding cancellation charges of 50 rs. Which i have to pay on my next fresh booking.
              Now my concern is if driver is not willing or not getting details then it is not my fault. Why i should pay cancellation charge.

                Hi, my name is gaurav singh bhadauriya, i was working with taxi for sure and this company was owned by ola cabs / ani technologies and we have to resigned from there and we were told that all pf related concern you can contact on [protected]@olacabs.com. I resigned july 16 and as per process after two month i started to follow ani technologies and i send my documents to ani office as i have received a mail to do so. Then i tried to get status of that after couple of months i received a reply from team stating that now process changed either directly send documents to pf office or process online. However my kyc not updated and i have forgot my password and lost my no. So now i am not able to change mobile no. As kyc not updated also d. O. B not matching. I am requesting him to update my kyc but no response at all. Kindly do the needful.

But booking without any information has been canceled, and again i had booked a mini-ola cab but ola letting more than 10 minutes today. Reasons we miss my flight and again re-book new flight worth rs. 9, 000/-+. I want my money back, which i have to spend more for you. Details i send through in scree shot.

                    Hi

                    I had booked an ola cab on 2nd apr'17 which was cancelled by the driver. I am being charged rs. 75/- as cancellation fees even though i am not at fault. I called up customer care number and after following the instruction, i am now being told that this is not refundable as it is valid only for 30 days after the booking date. I am a loyal customer to ola and it is hampering my future bookings and also my future interactions and relationship with ola.
                    I would like someone from ola to refund my cancellation fees and if not i may have to opt for another cab provider and definitely will never recommend anyone to ola in future. Also i will make sure that my close friends and family will never opt for ola going forward.
                    Note: rs 75 may not be a big amount to ask for cancellation however it is not ethical to charge me as i am not being at fault and i am adamant that i will not pay this at any cost.

                    If you still want a loyal customer to your company, cancel my cancellation fee and also someone from ola give me a call to confirm this.

                        We were in sri sri sweets near sainik school. After booking the ola we called him to update him the exact location. He said he don't know where the place is at first, and then he said he will only come till the provided location, we said okay. Then come near gate. For further explaination we took help from a local respected person. After waiting and again calling him.. He was not even near the provided location and was arguing with us, even he used slangs and rough language. Being a girl if we use ola then please the company should assure that it gives us reasons to trust further also.. Not give reasons to blame.                           I had booked a shared cab yesterday evening from sultanpalya, athmananda colony, ist main road to anjananagar, magadi road... Ahead of sunkadakatte.

                          The details of the trip are as follows:
                          Driver's name - g r paramesh
                          Mobile no[protected]
                          Car no - ka01af2825, white swift dezire
                          Otp - 6890

                          When i boarded the car there was one passenger inside who got down in rt nagar after which one more passenger boarded the car in mekhri circle and another in brigade gateway. Both of them got down in different locations in mahalakshmi layout and i was the only passenger left.

                          The entire way, the driver kept ruing and complaining about the fact that my drop point was too far and that the fare of rs.249 which i paid upfront while boarding the cab was less. As far as i am concerned, the fare was pre fixed and even if i had booked a individual taxi i would have had to pay another 100 rs more but since this was a shared cab i also travelled the longer route because my co passengers had to be dropped. When i never complained about extra time or the extra distance i had to travel, i don't know what right he has while making money also for the same.

                          Then three kms before my drop point he took a wrong turn and when i asked he said that the traffic is less this way and dropped me in chandrashekar layout in a place called srigandhadakaval. The driver try to fool me by saying that my location is the house on the right side of the road in the dead end. But i had put the location only as anjananagar, magadi road and not any house number at all. I knew talking to him and arguing about would have been a waste of time as he was in a hurry to leave and he had premeditated the entire thing.

                          Since the place was totally new to me i walked around a bit asking for directions and then boarded a bus which goes close to sunkadakatte and walked two kms from there to my house. On the way when the driver asked me where my drop point was, i had told him very clearly that its after sunkadakatte and the same was showing location i had booked.

                          This shows the immense lack of commitment, discipline and fear among st
                          Your drivers which blatantly encourages them to indulge in such activities and also brazenly get away with the same. This is breach of trust that a customer like me places in a company like ola where the contacts a limited to mails and messages and the only point of contact are these drivers of dubious and scheming nature.

                          Companies like ola in a greed to garner a bigger market share and increase their profit margins hire people with criminal backgrounds and put the modesty and lives of their customers at great risk and also get away by putting all the blame on the customers by giving lousy and lame excuses and help their employees get away scot free and embolden them to commit graver crimes like rape, robbery and murder.

                          In my case i am a able bodied youth but what if there was teenage girl or a old woman or a man stranded in a unknown place at night. Who would have taken responsibility for their safety and of their belongings.

                          I am aware of the fact that i am wasting my time writing this mail and its inconsequential to both ola who employed the driver and the driver himself as he is more likely to indulge in a bigger crime in the near future. I am also sending a mail mentioning this entire episode to the police and also file an online fir urging them to take strict action against the driver and also ola for employing him and leaving customers at the mercy of such people.

                            I booked a "ride later" service for delhi airport in one day advance and got the message "u will be provided ride details 15 min before scheduled time". Got shocked when no information received till scheduled time, rather when i called call center they said since no cab is available in that area at that time so my ride was cancelled. I could miss my flight because of their this unprofessional arrangements. They should not commit any such service which can create problem for the client specially when someone has flight to catch or anything important for that matter. Thanks

                              Avinash pandey ([protected]) was on the way in a white swift dzire hr55aa9002. So what he did was before coming to the pickup location he had already confirmed that he had arrived to your pickup location. Also he didnt call or said anything, later we called him to asked where he was then he said he couldnt come to your location because the entrance door was closed. Apparently you have this 3 min timing of waiting for the passenger to arrive, if they dont the ride get cancelled. But clearly this wasnt our fault since he had already press the confirmed button of arrival. Had he not done what he did.. We would had used your service.
                              This is very reckless... And its not acceptable... What if it was an emergency to go somewhere and because of your poor service we had to cancel our ride.. Is it acceptable? No.
                              Please tell your serviceman to perform better and if it is not possible to reach their pessenger by any means.. Kindly inform them that because of this and that we are not able to reach you... Please select other location or tell us where we can come to pick you up.. Instead of confirming it before reaching their pessenger.
                              I hope this wont happen again in future.
                              I took ola from meerut railway station my cab ride was 50 rs and on my way they took me tax of 40 rs saying it's a toll tax of meerut please help me with this issue they said the people going with ola have to pay this what kind of service is this

                                Hello. This is third instance your driver behaved rudely and asked me that luggage is not allowed in sharing cars. He was having cng kit so asked me that luggage is not allowed. Is this the policy of old. And u r charging cancellation fee from customers. Same is the case with u r auto drivers. First they ask where the customer has to go. Then they decide. Is this the system. I how been wrongly charged cancellation fee. Despite reminders u people don't listen or look into the matter.                                   Greetings of the day.
                                  Iregret to inform you that today i have hired an ola cab from uttara housing complex (New town) to airport terminal 2 which was a 10 minutes ride of about four kilometres. The estimated fare shown for this trip was rs 9 7 but after reaching the destination the charge was shown as rs 197 which is almost double of the estimated fare as they have charged the fee for parking which is not taken while going to airport as airport does not charge anything if the vehicle leaves within 15 minutes of entry. Such type o[censored]ndue charge is unexpected from a company like ola. There i hope that you will take necessary action to return the extra charges at the earliest possible.
                                  I was just book the ola and he is charging offline instead of online charge... and at last he is refuses to go...my father is suffering and this will happen so i am little unhappy by the service... please make the ola more accurate so that this will be avoided.. the driver no. is [protected]...please take some serious action..

                                    This is shilpi gupta, i have booked my ride on 6 august 2017 at 5:52 pm. I have ride around 22 minutes while in my billing charge me around 33 min and for only just 6.3 km of ola micro ride they charged me 121 that is totally unjustified. The ola app has entered automatically start location which was incorrect and when called the driver he takes around 15 minutes extra to come at my location. Ola has started ride at the time of booking instead of when ride start. What is the point of giving otp customer when they can start the ride whenever the driver want. Please solve this issue immediately or i will complaint to consumer as it is illegal unethical behaviour of ola and cheating with customer

                                      I have booked a ride from stanford convent school, badarpur new delhi to anand vihar isbt and the driver charged me 460rupees including 200state tax.. I want to know why he has charged me 200state tax as there was no need to charge as the destination was in delhi only. Please reply ke as soon as possible. You cant make consumer fool just like dat. I will file a consumer complaint regarding this if you will not get back to me soon.

                                        Hi.. I have booked an auto yesterday in ola app. And i had been used a coupon chn69 which is an offer provided in ola app to travel at rs.69 for 6 kms. I have booked a ride with pick up location as thoraipakkam and drop point as ags navalur. My booking was confirmed and i received an auto driver number. I called him and asked where he is exactly. He asked me the pick up and drop point and told me to give rs.250 for that ride. I have been told that i booked a ride in ola app and used coupon. He immediately told me that he will take this ride and cut the call. His mobile no is - [protected]. If auto drivers are not ready to take a ride which is booked in ola then why you guys are giving the customers to book an auto ride in your app. This is really not good and your service is impacting beacuse of these drivers..
                                        I have book a ola vid booking no CRN[protected] on 30 jul 17at tirupati but stand after long wait driver could not reach to me as i was in hurry to caught train.i have cancelled the booking .i got sms on my registred no that 50rs will be charged from next booking.
