Please be aware all Ola customer now they have started cheating customer the new way the price u would be shown at time of booking won't display the same at your arrival destination it would increase by 150 rs at least it happened with me twice and when I refused to pay the customer service said sorry wrong billing was done please be aware of these fraudsters Ola cabs..
We have booked ola ride and charged 50 rs extra in the name of outstanding. I dont have any outstanding due. This is very wrong behavior of Ola cabs and if you will not resolve this matter in 10 days I will directly go to the Consumer forum.
My account is blocked i have requested to release my account yesterday but till now my account is not ok for booking a ola cab
Ola service sucks, the ola driver doesn't arrive on our location and that makes me cancel the ride and for that I get fine for cancelling wow what a logic and upon that customer care number is for wasting our time as no one attends the call I repeat it sucks

    I have been a regular user of ola cabs but since i have changed my home i am facing a lot of problems in booking the cab. Also i am not able to book cab at night. There are no cabs in my region i think. So, ineed you to some action to resolve this problem. Please do something for it. I am facing alot of problems. If the booking is successful the driver cancels it saying that i am too far from your location. So, i request you to do something.

    Who is the bluddy owner of this ola cabs. I think he should teach there drivers how to drive.today I got injured by old cabs accident.my bikes mirror also totally broken by your driver I will fire complaint in the police station.

      I took a ride today and my bill was 145 ...but in confusion...as ola cab driver had no change ...he asked me to collect change and gave me back 100 when i paid 200 rs then when i cant find the change ...he took back my 100 and got change from out side...when he came back he said he returned me 200rs earlier..completely so i need to pay him100 more which i did...but in confusion...he forgot he returned me only 100 not 200...and as he left i checked and found out i have paid him 250 rs where as my bill was only of 145...i need my 100rs back...any how..in no way i m paying more... And why so much confusion...when they are running with cash..cant their driver keep 50 rs change..thats expected...anyway..i need my extra 100 back. I mailed them aa soon as this happened but no reply still now

        I had a flight in the morning which i missed because of the ola cab inconvenience. I booked a cab for 9:50 am (For the airport) which didn't arrive till 9:45 and i just got a message saying that "we couldn't find a cab for you". Even after booking in advance ola has caused such inconvenience due to which i missed my flight. This is really ridiculous!

          It is very shameful that such a huge organisation having so many customer care numbers but there no one free to receive the call.

          Thankfully this was not a case of security of customer otherwise god knows what could have happened!!!

          I am regular customer of ola cabs. I have faced problems many times and raised complaints by commenting on the support tab while giving rating to the driver but these complaints went unnoticed.
          This is with reference to a recent ride from an area in nagpur named dhantoli to sahakar nagar which is a distance of approximately 7 kms at 6:45 p. M. On 12/08/2017. (Otp 3187 mh31eq0508 white indigo)
          While booking the ride there was no notification regarding peak time charges.
          Yes there was traffic. On reaching the destination i had a expected a bill of rs140 and found it out to be rs384, which is not justified the support shows :
          Total distance travelled to be 28.7 kms whereas it is not more 7 kms

          Distance fare was calculated on 28.7 kms

          Time taken was 20min for which separately rs20 were charged.

          On complaining about the same to the driver, the driver also agree to the illogical fare and tried to called on to the customer care but no single person responded to the same. No one picked at any place whether it be nagpur, bangalore or mumbai. One person picked up at bombay customer care after 10 mins but there was no one ready to listen or speak.

          This is not acceptable from such an organization.

          The application does not provide with any facility to file a written complaint later (I. E.) after giving rating to the driver.
          The facility available asks to choose the complaint type from the options available and therefore i had use this platform to raise the same issue.

          I hope the management wake up from the slumber and look into the matter? (Especially customer care) before its too late.

            Hi Sir / Mam,

            I have booked a cab service (OlaShuttle) from my home to my office, timing was 8:45 drop and 9:30 am pick up, the cab were always late to at their pick up time and never reached to destination at time. One day they suddenly cancelled my cab service and pass, they refunded my amount to ola account, i had to pay to other cab and return home. when they ask why should i pay to transfer back to my account they say it's because of RBI guidelines, even i asked to share the guidelines which they failed to submit.

            I request is to transfer my money back to my bank account without charging me, as they failed to deliver the service.

              Vehicle no. Mh 04 hn 2768.. Me n my husband was traveling from kandivali to andheri from western express highway by around 12.30 noon. We had reached near to goregaon or jogeshwari when this taxi driver happen to come from behind, his cab was almost touching our car, he overtook from left n went ahead. When we tried to talk to him he arrogantly said he will drive the way he wants n we r no one to teach him.. The passenger seating behind was least bothered n did not utter a single word to the driver.. We told him to stop cab n wait aside but he flew away..in spite of this incidence he continued to drive very close to our car pretending to bang resulting in damaging our bumper. We chased him till andheri n took photo of his car.. There was no traffic police at all on the way. We had work in andheri so had to go our own way.. However we want a strict action to be taken against this driver.. After this we called ola call centre to check whether this car belongs to them but they refused to share any information and suggested to go n complain in nearest police station... I repeatedly requested them to atleast confirm if this car belongs to them but they denied to give any information and continued to say go legal.. We feel so helpless in our own city...

                We booked a cab with driver name sonu. While booking the app showed ₹17 by applying a coupon but when the app showed the bill it was ₹90 and we had to pay it by cash. I am totally angry and do not know why such kind of things are happening. That is totally fraud and i am going to complaint it forward in many places. I will also write blogs at many sites including review on google and google play store in the app section. I want all my money to be refunded back to my account and want this issue to be solved. Please take the required action against them.

                  He sent the following mail to ola customer support but the issue still not resolved.

                  Dear ola,

                  I am a registered user with name vivek goswami. This is related to the incident occurred yesterday with my wife and parents during ola trip.

                  Yesterday my phone was having problem. So i used ola cab service through my wife's phone. I helped her registering to ola cab and booked a cab for outstation delhi to jwalamukhi (Himachal). The booking was confirmed and confirmation msg was received to my wife's mobile number [protected]. My parents kids and wife were ready for the pick up by ola.

                  The pick up was scheduled to 11 am. But after many calls to driver he picked them at 1:45 p. M.

                  The driver car was not in condition for a long drive as one of its tyre was not fit (Due very less air). He assured that he will get it done in nearby air filling point.

                  My family was new to ola experience. During the journey (Which never competed) the cab also stopped for cng gas filling making it further delay to reach the destination. After few minutes one of the car tyre got exploded. The driver denied to travel further due to his car break down. My family members could not inform me due my phone was not working and also they thought not to inform me and cooperate with the driver, who took disadvantage of the first time travelling family by ola.

                  Today i checked with my family then i came to know that the ola driver arranged a separate car just within 15-20 k. M away from our pick up point in delhi.

                  My family had no choice but to face this pathetic situation created by the ola driver. They were stranded in delhi for more than 3 hrs due car breakdown and awaiting another car arranged by request your ola driver. My family (My old parents my kids of 4 years and 1 year and my wife) had to spend a nightmare created by your insensitive staff. Their journey which started at 1:45 pm was a compete hell. The journey was interrupted, they changed to a another car which picked them 4:30 pm at some point in dwarka (Don't know exact location).

                  At 11 pm they managed to cross ambala only. They were completely tired. They had to reach destination by that time but they were at ambala. They reached 4 am at nangal. And they were exhausted and terrified by travelling more and ended the journey their itself and went to one relative their at nangal (Punjab).

                  The journey which started at 1:45 pm on 7 aug was supposed to end at jwalaji himachal at 10-11 pm was ended at nangal (Punjab) at around 04 am on 08 aug 2017.

                  If you people have left little bit of humanity and i[censored] want to do something over this issue please call me on my phone number [protected] as i am your customer more than 8 months and have very often booked your services.

                  This was the first time that due my mobile unserviceable i had to book your service from my wife's phone. I did not know that you people and your staff is so irresponsible.

                  Kindly get back with a reply so that i can proceed for further action from my end.

                    Ramu [protected] cab grey kuv br01ph4204. I booked at 12:40 pm from gpo patna to vijay nagar road no. 2 hanuman nagar, patna. Otp 9241.
                    I left my pearl jewelry set (Necklace, earning, watch) in the car.
                    2ndly i've been using ola service for this route since 2 days day & night & my bill never crossed 163/170 & every time i use same location n it hardly takes me 15-20mins to reach the destination & he took 69 mins as he didn't know the way and bill came to 268 for his mistake & he was taking to people by getting down & taking 7-8 mins of waiting. I was ready to give what normally my bills comes 170/200 but he refused n left.
                    Now i'm calling to take my stuff he confirmed that he found the pearl set but now he is not receiving my call.

                    I kindly request you all team to get my pearl set n get it delivered today or latest by tomorrow by 11:30 am as i've my flight for mumbai tomorrow.

                      Tried booking cab on olashare thru ola on 10.08.17 from 19:45hrs from dhakhuria to uniworld city, newtown (22kms). Price of ride shown on each attempt was ranging from rs. 250 - 260 (As ola sharepass rates was applied). Finally at about 20:20 for the ride shown priced at rs. 259/- on ola share with ola sharepass applied, was able to tag a cab on ola share. But, as it was raining & as i was tracking the cab to my location, i didn't notice the sms sent stating the fare for the ride as rs. 664/-. On arrival of the cab, i noticed the rate mentioned only while checking for the otp. Immediately i contacted the helpline executive who replied that rate would not be reversed as the prices were fluctuating. I earnestly requested the executive how a ride of 22kms on ola share with share pass applied could amount to rs. 644/-. The executive repeatedly insisted on me submitting proof for my claim. I tried to explain to the executive that the price fluctuation, if any, may have happened after my placing the request & cab being tagged and i have placed my request only for the rate of rs. 259/- for the ride on ola share with ola sharepass applied as otherwise there was no requirement of me to take ola share as well apply ola sharepass. Executive kept stating me to provide proof to support my claim.

                        I booked ola shuttle for travelling from Triangular Park to DLF1.Booking number SRN7255175. There is a traffic signal just before the pickup point. The shuttle waited in the signal for 30 seconds and did not stop at pick up point. When I called Ola customer care, they checked their system and told me the shuttle stopped. As the car stopped for red traffic signal, may be it was showing in their system that it stopped.
                        Rashbehari Avenue is one of the busiest roads in Kolkata and it is not possible to board a cab when it is waiting at traffic signal. That is why pickup points are there.
                        They did not check at which location the shuttle stopped and did not refund my money.

                          I have booked ola with below mentioned detail. Driver giving me excuse that ola server is having problem and asking for custom fare, and when I didn't show any interest he canceled the trip den I book another ola, there is absolute no problem.

                          Detail of that crook driver is as below

                            The black and yellow taxi was smelly and dirty. Unfit and unhygienic for travel. On top of that the taxi driver was eating gutka and the nauseating smell was all over the dingy car. The ac wasn't working and the driver wasn't tech savvy and couldn't use ola app properly. It was overall a very disappointing experience for a regular ola user. A request to end the merger of ola with black and yellow taxi.
                            Thank you for support.

                            Driver has cancelled my booking.

                            I am at unknown place.

                            I hope you understand.

                              I have been taking the service of ola cabs from more than 18 months on daily basis. After spending some handsome amount daily, i never received a satisfactory service from ola. Infact today morning, back to back 20 drivers cancelled my booking as they didnt want to go to ncr part of the city as it would have costed them toll. Upon registering complaint in ola customer care, they made certain promises that they will take the necessary action against the driver. They sent me the same email that i receive after complaining against the driver. The time i hung up the call, i noticed that my ola account has been blocked. This service is intolerable and cannot be accepted under any circumstances. This has to be raised at some level such that concerned people can notice such things.

                                Dear ola team,
                                Yesterday at 02:16 pm i had booked a cab vide crn[protected] which showed me of rs 504/- whereas when i dropped at the selected location driver partner had asked me for rs 916/- which i paid.
                                For clarifications i called your support team who had assured me the excess refund but today i had received rs 145/- refund instead of rs 412/-

                                  Yesterday i, booked a cab. On contacting to the driver of my booked cab after 3-4 min. He told, he has no info regarding booking, pls wait when i will get info will reach to your venue. But after 4-5 min. I contacted him again. He said i still not have booking may be because of some technical issue. You just cancel the ride and make fresh booking. On doing so i got message regarding cancellation charges of 50 rs. Which i have to pay on my next fresh booking.
                                  Now my concern is if driver is not willing or not getting details then it is not my fault. Why i should pay cancellation charge.

                                    Hi, my name is gaurav singh bhadauriya, i was working with taxi for sure and this company was owned by ola cabs / ani technologies and we have to resigned from there and we were told that all pf related concern you can contact on [protected]@olacabs.com. I resigned july 16 and as per process after two month i started to follow ani technologies and i send my documents to ani office as i have received a mail to do so. Then i tried to get status of that after couple of months i received a reply from team stating that now process changed either directly send documents to pf office or process online. However my kyc not updated and i have forgot my password and lost my no. So now i am not able to change mobile no. As kyc not updated also d. O. B not matching. I am requesting him to update my kyc but no response at all. Kindly do the needful.

                                        I had booked an ola cab on 2nd apr'17 which was cancelled by the driver. I am being charged rs. 75/- as cancellation fees even though i am not at fault. I called up customer care number and after following the instruction, i am now being told that this is not refundable as it is valid only for 30 days after the booking date. I am a loyal customer to ola and it is hampering my future bookings and also my future interactions and relationship with ola.
                                        I would like someone from ola to refund my cancellation fees and if not i may have to opt for another cab provider and definitely will never recommend anyone to ola in future. Also i will make sure that my close friends and family will never opt for ola going forward.
                                        Note: rs 75 may not be a big amount to ask for cancellation however it is not ethical to charge me as i am not being at fault and i am adamant that i will not pay this at any cost.

                                        If you still want a loyal customer to your company, cancel my cancellation fee and also someone from ola give me a call to confirm this.
