I am so disgusted by your services. At the time of need Ola cab has never come to help me out. I have lost all trust in your services. Here is the list what i experienced...
1. I booked an Ola cab in advance on 4th Aug 2017 to travel early morning 3:30 am on 5 Aug 2017. While booking it was mentioned that the money charged is inclusive of advance booking charges but soon after booking i received a message saying Rs 30 additional shall be charged as advance booking charge.
2.I was still okay with it...but the the cab did not turn up early morning. I booked
another cab which too did not turn up, then again i booked an ola cab which too showed that it is on the way but it never reached ...soon i booked another cab which was 6 min away and then it showed 10 min away n then at one point showed 60 min away.
What a wonderful way to serve the customer! I am highly disgusted. Such poor service. In addition you ask for cancellation charges on the next ride. This is not the first time i have experienced this but before also i have put a similar complaint.
Is this the way you serve your customers and run your business?
Do you ever take action against the drivers who bring down your reputation?
How can you build in trust of your customers like this?
What is your customer care team doing to help out customers like me?
After such humiliating service how dare you charge for cancellation charges?
Kindly note the details of the cab booked by me who never turned up.
