Invoice received from ola for taxi services availed does not contain the gst break up and the percentage of tax levied.

It only contains the taxi charges amount and taxes component.

As per gst laws, when a consumer is levied a tax for a product or service, the manufacturer or service provider should provide the gst compliant bill, which should contain the following break up

Complaint agains driver, crn[protected],
From my location to destination which would take on only 30 rs, drivers from above crn wantedly taken me in opposit direction even though the route is clear on map. When i questioned the driver for the route, he was rude and scolded me, and i was dropped in some other location, it seems ola is very week in auto services....

This complaint is regarding the driver under ola cabs.
My friend booked a ola cab to home around 12:45am
2 of my friends were travelling from the cab.
One of my friend vommitted in the car on the way.
After vommitting my friends agreed to pay the cab driver the cleaning charges for the cab.
During that time the driver became agressive and slapped my friend for vommitting in the car.
Driver did not...

They say per km 6 rupees, however, the fare is incorrect most of the times.

- no proper fare break on the bill. Details like km travelled, waiting time, etc is missing, but its was there before.
- most of the time, i can see peak hour charge, even if there is enough cabs available or if its not a peak hour.
- i feel they are charging way high....

Once you board the cab please share otp-1230 with driver to start trip.

Drive took long route also didn't not drop me to my said destination in spite of giving him details which charged me extra and waste of time.

Kindly take necessary action and revert....

Lost my mobile phone mi5 in ola taxi ride crn[protected], driven by sandeep kumar tiwari on 16.8.2017 at 6.48 pm. Taxi booked from mobile application of number [protected]. Rang up my phone on both sims [protected] and [protected] but mobile is dead or switched off. Ola does not give the number of the driver to contact him as the phone of driver is only in my lost mobile...

We r employees and booked to destination penamaluru. And many hesitated to reach there. As rtc buses are full i claimed to go by ola. But where as they demanded for more than ola money which is not the amount they acquire for. And this is how ola could get disfame. I wish ola is not only for earning money but also could satisfy the customers by effective transportation. Please kindly take further action....

My wife along with my mother booked a cab on 16/08/2017 around 10am to go to hospital. Crn no is[protected]. The driver stopped midway and said the cab will not go to the location fixed. He abandoned the customer midway and fled the spot. Lots of inconvenience experienced due to this conduct of the driver. I want refund of the money charged and request to remove such drivers so that no harassment is caused to any of the customers in future....

I booked cab from my location to my office location. They charged me Rs.30. But driver not followed map navigation and he take me 16km long from my drop location. I called to OLA support team they told me sorry for that and we will drop you after second drop. But second drop was after 10km. Then even I agreed. But driver told me I can’t drop you because we are too long from your drop location and get off from car otherwise I...

I booked ola cab on 14th aug 9pm for journey scheduled for 15th aug 7:00 am from miyapur to balapur. But the very last moment cab is cancelled, i was constantly checking from 6.30 to 7.10 am for ride now option and alot of cabs are available but with alomost 2x prices. Ultimately realised that Ola company is trying to loot people considering their real need, this is really insane....

On 13.08.17 I booked a ride from Salt Lake to Lake Gardens with a discount code. The estimated fare with 50/- discount showed 191/-
Once the ride was over, I was charged 250/- & no discount was applied.
On complaining to Ola about the same, I was said I never applied any discount code at the time of booking the cab.
This is simply cheating it's customers.
If I never applied the discount code, then how did the app...

I booked the cap to goto nearest Mall in mohali for some shopping purposes and after trying 3 times atlast I got my booking confirmed from OLA cab driver name 'Sandeep Singh' OSN no. '[protected]' on 12 Aug at 3:59PM.

Firstly.. Driver came late and after picked He keeps talking to his friend and drive in a very bad manner. It was very unprofessional and nothing was till this ... After just 100 meters he might got some other passenger...

Please be aware all Ola customer now they have started cheating customer the new way the price u would be shown at time of booking won't display the same at your arrival destination it would increase by 150 rs at least it happened with me twice and when I refused to pay the customer service said sorry wrong billing was done please be aware of these fraudsters Ola cabs.....

I have been a regular user of ola cabs but since i have changed my home i am facing a lot of problems in booking the cab. Also i am not able to book cab at night. There are no cabs in my region i think. So, ineed you to some action to resolve this problem. Please do something for it. I am facing alot of problems. I took a ride today and my bill was 145 ...but in confusion...as ola cab driver had no change ...he asked me to collect change and gave me back 100 when i paid 200 rs then when i cant find the change ...he took back my 100 and got change from out side...when he came back he said he returned me 200rs earlier..completely so i need to pay him100 more which i did...but in confusion...he forgot he returned me only 100 not 200...and as he left...

I had a flight in the morning which i missed because of the ola cab inconvenience. I booked a cab for 9:50 am (For the airport) which didn't arrive till 9:45 and i just got a message saying that "we couldn't find a cab for you". Even after booking in advance ola has caused such inconvenience due to which i missed my flight. This is really ridiculous!...

It is very shameful that such a huge organisation having so many customer care numbers but there no one free to receive the call.

Thankfully this was not a case of security of customer otherwise god knows what could have happened!!!
