Today around 5.30 i booked a ola mini
I booked ola from marina beach to srm potheri i was in a hurry i had to reach srm till 7
I told driver to reach srm fast
What he did was he took me to the college from longer road to avoid traffic
But we got late and reached college till 7.40
Its only 30 to 35 kms from marina beach to srm
I reached to srm and then i got ola bill of 1100 rs and it was 63 kms which is twice the regular rate
Please i want that driver to be fired if possible or atleast be given a punishable amount to be paid

    Refer to my ride con[protected] wherein i travelled by ola bike from my home c232 hari marg malviya nagar to fiitzee near bhaskar office but driver suresh kumar yadav did not end that ride at fiitzee and ended that ride after 12.7 km wherein actual ride was 2.4 km. I had lodged the complaint the next day on phone but still i am not reimburse the excess amount. Kindly do needful.

    Dear Sir or madam...today their was full rain in our area bangalore kalasipalya...I was with my family...
    I saw all the drivers were not with passengers...they were roming simply alone...no one accepted my request when I booked...so I kindly request you to...plz solve this problem and remove those types of drivers from duty..thank you

      Ola cabs/12 hours or 120 km rentals/26th aug 2017/9am.
      Crn :[protected]

      I had worst travel experience for the tour (Details mentioned above).

      The driver (Mahesh raj, ph:[protected], car verito no : ka41c0095)
      Was driving rashly (High speed despite asked to go slow two times, speaking on mobile driving in one hand).
      For most of the time he spoke in a nice friendlier manner.
      He also took 500 rs for diesel, in advance, saying we'll adjust in the final bill.
      But at the end of the trip the bill came for inr.2372 in the ola app.
      He made (Pretended) some calculations and demanded extra 770 rupees.

      Since i didn't want any arguments/scuffles in front of my house with two senior citizens (One being a heart patient) i gave inr 3142 in cash.
      I forgot 500rs which i gave earlier.

      Once the cab left the area i remembered this and called the guy who said he also forgot and promised to return the 500rs after completing the current trip.
      After that he never picked up my phone.

      I accept there was some stupidity/mistake from my side also.
      But this is the quality of some drivers who could damage the reputation of the company itself if left unchecked.

      So i lost totally 772+500=1272 rs for a trip of 153 kms on that day.
      I reported this issue in "support" page in the mobile app but even after 3 days there has been no response/communication from them.
      That's why this post to create awareness.

      Generally my experience with cab operators including ola has been good so far.
      But this incident made me feel bad about the operators/cab drivers.
      If at all any representative from ola sees this, i request them to work on this to avoid these (Drivers) things in future.

      I got the email from OLA support as given below. Hi Ramkumar, Thank you for contacting Ola. We understand your concern that you have paid extra cash to the driver partner for the booking ride CRN: 995657000. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Post validating the issue with our concerned team, we found that no extra amount was collected apart from the bill amount. Hence, we regret to inform that we will not able to proceed the refund. We would like to inform you that now through "App Notifications", you will be able to know the payment mode and total bill amount immediately after the ride. Henceforth, request you to confirm the same before making the payment to the driver partner so that such errors won’t occur in future. Please do not pay additional cash to the driver partner if you have sufficient Ola money. We hope to provide you with a better ride experience in the future. Please reply to this email if you have any questions. We will be happy to help. I am happy that they act on a complaint and respond .I wish not to pursue this further

      Hi All,

      I got reply from OLA Support team that they enquired this incident with the concerned team, the concerned person said that he had not taken any extra amount other than mentioned in the bill.

      I also didn't take any receipts/acknowledgements for the amount paid in CASH.

      So I do not wish to pursue this any further as I take this as a 'fine' for my mistake of not collecting any receipts

      Thanks 'OLA support' for the tremendous support provided.
      I submitted wrong address by mistake and 3 times the money was deducted from my ola account even when the ride was short.
      My money is not being paid back to me now

        As i was traveling with my friends in ola cab on 28th july. As i left my phone inside the cab itself. After stepping down from the cab i called him but still he is denying that he has not taken the mobile. As i can remember exactly that mobile was on the back seat. Even my friends remember that. But the driver is denying and telling some rubbish things. The driver details are as below. So please help me out. So please help me out.

          2 days (25/08/2017) before we had chosen ola cabs (Sedan type) for traveling from kalaivanagar arangam (Chepauk, chennai) to puluthivakkam (Chennai) which costs ₹299 only but today we returned to the same location (Chepauk) by choosing only mini type car which costs ₹770 and the amount was not shown in ola app. Consider this or else u have to face the consequences (Ola)

            I have booked ola from 78, badruddin tayabji marg to bandra west. I been to this location many times before. It always took same fare estimated during booking. Today non ac taxi estimated around rs 271 and ac taxi 358.. I chose non ac.. But ola money deducted 358. Hows tat possible.. Plz explain.. I go to this location at same time on sundays n fare never goes more thn 260.. It don't come under peak time charges.. Today also i dint get any msg regarding increased charge due to lack of taxi etc.. Instead it was d charge shown for ac taxi.. Plz resolve this prob soon n refund my money back.. I m regular customer of ola.. It was not expected.

            Cant u provide regional songs in play...y ll u provide only hindi...i m fed up..supply kannada songs in cabs or bluetooth or wifi connection...u ll provide this play options but it ll b waste... Its better booking a normal cab they ll only play songs

              I will file a police complaint against ola, they are deducting from my credit card and also auto share pass deduction they have done from my credit card. I hereby request you to refund back my 50₹, which you deducted from my credit card ending 2743 and also to stop auto recharge from my credit card, i will file a complaint against you in consumer forum.

                Ola taxi was booked by me on 21 august 2017 at 3.45 pm, the pickup point was near valluvar koottam, nungambakkam, chennai 600034 the taxi no. 8783 and otp no.7673 (As i could recollect) brought me to my destination at purusawakkam near abirami mall. The driver in mid twenties wearing jeans and blue shirt tucked in, has noted something in his register while dropping me at my residence.
                We could see the driver meddling with gps and showed rs.303/- as the charges. When i enquired about the fancy charges he said it is peak hours charges. I told him there will not be any peak hours around 4 pm. He twisted saying it depends on the availability of taxis. But the mobile message indicated charges as rs.130 only. When i lodged a complaint to ola support, (Ticket[protected] i was asked to provide the crn/osn number for the concerned ride.
                As is the practice experienced all the messages etc. Of ola are erased once the transaction is over. With the details given it should not have been difficult for ola to trace the details given their efficiency in dealing with customer support!!!
                But ola does not have the intention to acknowledge the deceit done by the driver and refund the excess amount paid.
                It may be ola app is so designed that all the transactions and other details once are erased the ride is over. The answer was tailor made: “we can totally understand your concern and it is our utmost intention to assist you with the same. However, we are unable to find the particular ride with the information that you have provided. So, in this case, we request you to get back to us with a screenshot of the booking receipt so that we can assist you further.”
                In fact i had ola money. I have stopped because of the deceit and cheating by the drivers charging twice the normal and legitimate charges under the pretext of peak hours which are never defined nor specified.
                Ola stands for open looting authority.
                Their unsupportive and hostile attitude towards the customers need condemnation.
                As there is no regulatory authority to control these monopolists of taxis they charge as per their whims and fancies, double the normal fare. This is just unfair, unjustified, unethical and immoral.
                The can driver was late, plus charged cancelation price . This is very inconvient

                  I hired a ola from thane to bandra at 8 august from thane railyway station but drive some what rude or navie i dont now he was harsh in talks and also not provide suffient time to be seated and also not place bagage not in bagage carrier nor in back side. But ask there is a fuel gas tank in that and on carriage no sling availbale we travell very uncomfortably and y we hired ola that beacuse we need some confort and also slowing the ac which make it worsen but i stop many time but if this type of ecentric behaviour will

                    I took a raid from kamakshi hospital chennai to thiruvanmaiyur signal. The ride was fine but i rs.200/- in cash to the cab driver while getting down. I did not see the invoice message and the bill was charged as rs.55 from wallet + rs. 62 as csh... But i gave rs.200 and the bill was only rs.117 which i saw later in invoice message.

                    Request refund my amount of rs.138/-.

                      I am so disgusted by your services. At the time of need ola cab has never come to help me out. I have lost all trust in your services. Here is the list what i experiences

                      1. I booked an ola cab in advance on 4th aug 2017 to travel early morning 3:30 am on 5 aug 2017. While booking it was mentioned that the money charged is inclusive of advance booking charges but soon after booking i received a message saying rs 30 additional shall be charged as advance booking charge.

                      2. I was still okay with it... But the the cab did not turn up early morning. I booked
                      Another cab which too did not turn up, then again i booked an ola cab which too showed that it is on the way but it never reached... Soon i booked another cab which was 6 min away and then it showed 10 min away n then at one point showed 60 min away.

                      What a wonderful way to serve the customer! I am highly disgusted. Such poor service.in addition you ask for cancellation charges on the next ride. This is not the first time i have experienced this but before also i have put a similar complaint.

                      Is this the way you serve your customers and run your business?
                      Do you ever take action against the drivers who bring down your reputation?
                      How can you build in trust of your customers like this?
                      What is your customer care team doing to help out customers like me?
                      After such humiliating service how dare you charge for cancellation charges?

                        An ola driver is driving like an #. He is changing lans without any indicators and i catch him somewhere around nodia and he is totally drunk. Then i saw a traffic policeman i told him his taxi number then policeman try to stop him he did not stop he try to escape but policeman partners help him and stop him. His taxi no is hr 55 aa 2179 if you guys didnot do not do anything i swear to god i am going to charge an fir againts him or you guys please take some action againts him..

                          Hi,
                          Am amit kumar gupta,
                          Registered with [protected] in ola.
                          Yesterday (August 24) i had booked a ola share and from sukh sagar (Near ola support office) to mantri classic, (Koramangala).
                          The driver picked me and forced me to leave cab at bellandur, i made a call to ola support and support team had a conversation with the driver, and they suggested me to leave the cab and they will book a cab for my home and took complain.
                          But after i get out of the cab, they told that they are unable to book a cab, i shall try from my end, it was around 12-1 am (Night).
                          I tried to book cab but my ola app stops working showing some technical issue, i was left alone 9 km far at the unknown place with no support from ola team, finally, my phone switched off due to low battery, i cannot contact to anyone. Finally, i had to take fare auto, with cost me around 7 times the fare.
                          At morning, i again call to support team for my app then finally at 11 a. M my app is working. But none of the support team helped me at that
                          Place.

                          I had booked ola on 8August at 09:30 pm
                          I am giving warning to you that you are charging so much money only for 2 km disctance and even I picked the car from out of the station and then also parking charge added there.

                            Though the cabs are available, bookings are taking too much time.we are not facing any issues with the drivers the trouble is with allocation of cab by the system.now a days it's taking minimum 2hrs for booking a cab.This shows the worest management of the Ola. As a frequent traveler I am really frustrated from past one month.If this repeats it states the downfall of Ola

                              Ola share is a nice way to loot customers. Never ever going to take the service again. Any how let me explain how my horrible trip started this morning. I had to go from padmanabnagar to kudlugate and trip should have taken not more than 53 mins. I took the ola share which was supposed to make me reach my destination at 10.20 am. There was supposed to be 2 pick-ups and mine was supposed to be the last drop.

                              Now this was the first surprise, the indica already had the driver, three adults and a 8-10 yr old kid inside. I got into the cab at 9.05 something, the driver arrived later than the expected time to begin with. Then the driver dropped two adults and went to pick up two more from jaynagar. It was already 9.53 at this point and i decided to get off the cab at this point, since there was no way that the cab would drop me off at my location by 10.20 am and i was already delayed.

                              Much to my surprise, i was charged the entire amount of 310 rs for the trip which was going in the opposite direction of my destination. The company conveniently decided to add more people and keep extending my time of drop without checking with me or the other passengers. By this logic, i could reach my destination in the evening and there's no limit to the number of trips or kms ola can add to the ride. How is this fair? What do you think of your customers, their safety, time and money? How long do you think you can survive in the business by looting people like this?

                                This is my second worst experience with ola cab driver. First time i did not reacted but this time it was unbearable. The taxi driver started speaking bad words at ahmedabad airport. I told him to come pick up point. He said he will not come and started saying bad words. I was upset so i asked him were he is he said in the parking. I went to parking and again started saying bad words. The cab no is gj01- et 1465 maruti waganor. Very bad experience. I will pass this message to all my friends & make sure that no one takes a ride with ola. Very very bad.
                                I observed unauthorised access to my ola account and rides were booked without my notice utilising ola money.
                                I brought this to the notice of Ola customer service representative.
                                He said that ola teams not responsible for this
                                As a reputed service provider, this kind of irresponsible support is not at all expected

                                  Hi team,
                                  I have been charged rs. 271 for my travel by ola auto (Crn[protected].
                                  The travel was only of 3.4km and fare estimate was of rs 20. However while paying, the fare was shown as 271 with 28.6km travel. The travel time for 28.6km is shown as 21mins which is not possible either.

                                  Please check.
                                  I have attached the screenshot of the bill charged and also of the actual time and distance taken to travel between the two locations using google maps.

                                    I am writing this to convey that ola driver by name:kumar, vehicle no. Ka41b9497 has harass me and charged rs.1006/- for the trip otp-5872. I have traveled the same place for rs.340 in the previous ride. But kumar has harrased and collect huge amount from me.

                                    Please take the immediate auction against him and do the needful.

                                      We have hired an ola cab from nagpur to jabalpur as my father in law was expired and i hv taken prime sedan from nagpur and the driver sahin via mobile no [protected] he taken advance in terms of disel crn no[protected]. And when we reached jabalpur he has taken 6255 instead of 4255. He has not returned the money yet and saying every now and then that he will credit that 2000 in ur account.
                                      Plz help on urgent basis as we r the traveller me - puneet gandhi and my wife rinki gandhi.

                                        My name anshul from agra i use to book ola cabs almost everytime in need till now i didnt have any regret about booking ola intsead i always delighted by the services. This was the horrible incident which happened with me on dt: 22-aug-2017 around 5:40 pm when i had to reach my home in extreme urgency i booked ola cab from agra cantt to taj ganj at first i had to approach the car with my luggage to other side of the road with my family. Even after asking the driver he ignored in very recluctant manner.

                                        After approaching the car i asked the driver to help me in putting the luggage in car so that we can drive back to home asap to which he stared using very harsh words and shouting over me saying " this is not my work i am a driver not ur servant either do it on your own and cancel the cab... Etc etc (Said in hindi)". After this i was putting my luggage in car and he was whispering some words in front of my family he said, " jane kahan kahan se ajate hai" what the hell he means by that. After this when i asked him to pay some respect to others or your customers he was not even listening to us instead he started to offend me by some abusive words. It was so disgusting. The public near me was almost on his head as he was misbehaving with me and wife. Somehow i mannaged and saved that # driver.
                                        At last i have no other option then to ask him to drive back to home as soon i get into in car with my wife he knocked the door and said " i will not drop you leave the car and get another car (Said in hindi)" and he forced me to cancel the ride.

                                        Then i haev to leave the car and told him that i m gonna complaint about him but it doesnt even effected him and told me to do whatever you want. Then i have to taken an auto rickshaw and get back to home. I took the car number and driver name

                                        This was really ridicilous i dont know how you hire these kind of people. After all this i must say that i may not gonna use ola service in future its a worst thing. We are not taking a free dropping service we are paying for it and even after paying if someone talks and behave like this i cant rely on ola services.
                                        I want revert for this incident i m not writing to give a feedback but to complaint you for the impolite/aggressive and worst behaviour of driver.

                                        I would request you to please look into this matter and take some action against them so that no issue may be faced by other people if not, blacklist the company is all i can say.
