My name anshul from agra i use to book ola cabs almost everytime in need till now i didnt have any regret about booking ola intsead i always delighted by the services. This was the horrible incident which happened with me on dt: 22-aug-2017 around 5:40 pm when i had to reach my home in extreme urgency i booked ola cab from agra cantt to taj ganj at first i had to approach the car with my luggage to other side of the road with my family. Even after asking the driver he ignored in very recluctant manner.

After approaching the car i asked the driver to help me in putting the luggage in car so that we can drive back to home asap to which he stared using very harsh words and shouting over me saying " this is not my work i am a driver not ur servant either do it on your own and cancel the cab... Etc etc (Said in hindi)". After this i was putting my luggage in car and he was whispering some words in front of my family he said, " jane kahan kahan se ajate hai" what the hell he means by that. After this when i asked him to pay some respect to others or your customers he was not even listening to us instead he started to offend me by some abusive words. It was so disgusting. The public near me was almost on his head as he was misbehaving with me and wife. Somehow i mannaged and saved that # driver.
At last i have no other option then to ask him to drive back to home as soon i get into in car with my wife he knocked the door and said " i will not drop you leave the car and get another car (Said in hindi)" and he forced me to cancel the ride.

Then i haev to leave the car and told him that i m gonna complaint about him but it doesnt even effected him and told me to do whatever you want. Then i have to taken an auto rickshaw and get back to home. I took the car number and driver name

This was really ridicilous i dont know how you hire these kind of people. After all this i must say that i may not gonna use ola service in future its a worst thing. We are not taking a free dropping service we are paying for it and even after paying if someone talks and behave like this i cant rely on ola services.
I want revert for this incident i m not writing to give a feedback but to complaint you for the impolite/aggressive and worst behaviour of driver.

I would request you to please look into this matter and take some action against them so that no issue may be faced by other people if not, blacklist the company is all i can say.

    Ola... Please think before you hire drivers for your organization. Especially tamil nadu chennai. After a booking when i make a call, the driver demands the drop location where it will be shown to him only after we tell the otp. So when i said the drop location in call he just barely said that i won't come and asked to cancel the ride. What the * attitude is this??? U need to resolve this. Or else your organization will be ceased soon.
    Yestraday night i had book a cab for some reason i have to canclled i m also ready to pay extra charge for my canx
    but the driver is calling me and using false language

    Although I was picked out on road outside Delhi airport the driver took parking charges whereby he should have picked from pick up point. Did not receive receipt of total amount taken from airport to hotel the grand, Vasant Kunj Delhi.

      Ola team,

      I booked a cab today at 4:15 am (23rd aug 2017) driver arrived 15mins earlier to pick me which is totally fine and then he asked for the otp once the trip was to airport he refused and my flight was at 6 with out any option i had to request him later he said that the ola money was not deducted and collected 600 and did not stop the trip even after dropping me to the airport, so my ola money bill was 1100 instead of 550 additionally 600 cash just because i used ola i had to pay inr 1150. Very well folks i appreciate your service. I will ensure that this is taken on a very serious note if my issue is not addressed.

      Ola cab double the amount for their service .usually charges for ola micro is 200-250.
      Yesterday they charged 398, and distance 27.8 km. Actual distance is 14 km only.
      The extra amount should be reimbursed

        I had booked ola cab today for 9:20pm pickup from the station but driver cancelled the ride at their own will.

        What is this???..

        Some joke is going on regarding ola ride.

        Ola is not faithful to customers who book them for later ride. It is the driver choice he want to pick u or not.

        It is foolish.

        Ola cab services are giving mental torcher to rider till last moment.

          I was traveling by ola auto.
          The location was from. Hiranandani estate today enclave to r mall thane. By 9.45pm on 21st august 2017.
          I was shown 29rs while i was confirming the booking. So i had booked the auto, but after the travel git completed, i was charged 50rs.
          Which was 21rs more than what was actually shown by the company.
          The company has shown something different and charged something diffetent

            My ola account is blocked with out any reason.
            On demanding the reason to customer care they said that
            "we suspect that your ola account is being misused to commit fraud or abuse, or there has been a violation of ola's terms of service".

            But i had been a victim fraud and abuse by there drivers and even complained in the app but never got any response. And my account is having ola money on asking money back i got the reply that once account is blocked money is gone.
            Its my money earned by my hardwork how irresposible can be the ola team.

            Plz help me regarding this.

              Driver cancelled the ride and started abusing us and was not ready to listen to us. Is this the way you treat your customers??? And on top of it you charge me 50 rs fine for driver cancelling the ride. Why have you kept such employees in ola as drivers??? We had to wait in the scorch sun and what is the end result? Get abused from the driver??? Such drivers license should be barred, such a shame ola. I need revert on this immediately.

Copy of this above mail also sent to dgm state bank of india. Sp cyber crime and customer grievance cell rbi. Your early action is highly appreciated.

                  I took cab from madiwala bangalore to sanjay gandhi hospital. It is 4 km from madiwala when i booked the ola cab the amount shown was 51 rupees. But driver was too clever it took wrong way i told him why u r taking wrong way he said the correct path was having more traffic and he charged 97 rupees from me. I booked on 19th aug 2017 auto crn[protected].
                  Please refund my amount.

                    My account was blocked around 8aug.
                    I called and mailed on [protected]@ola.com customer care to find out the reason n i rcvd mail from some harish that technical team is checking when again i mailed i rcvd reply from saipawan that i had violated their rules. I asked about the incidents on which rules are violated and what rules are not adhered. Since five years there are only two cancellations one taxi and one auto from my account rather i purchased their pass and it got expired even i requested to modify it but they didnt so i dint even complaint about that. Are ola guys playing the fool and this is very unethical and unprofessional?

                    Auto number 0787 in Madurai. Raid from maattuthavani to Srinivasa Perumal koil. Knowingly took wrong and round about the route to charge more. Estimate was Rs.64. But at the end of travel, charges were Rs.124. How it happened? I lost respect on OLA.

                      Yesterday night (20/08/2017) at 10:52 pm i have booked a ola share.
                      As soon as my cab arrive there were already 4 passenger siting in the cab. When i enquired the driver said that he can't accommodate me as he already have 4 booking. And when i cancelled the ride with the same reason, still i was charged for cancellations. This has happen twice. Ola doesn't concern then self with cancellation. They neither follow up with the complaint nor refund for the same.
                      Driver detail is attached with the mail.
                      Increase the account exceeded so to get account easly i dont have proper phone so that i have to create new ola on every phone this my number [protected] please increase it
                      Today I travelled in ola cab and paid 152rs as peak hour charge. The fact I haven't informed by the pls side.

Some time he takes more money from us to say ki they don't have change r u serious we r not bekuffff yr... Don't make ur company so unhealthy. W e respect ur company bt y r ur driver doing dis.                           Complaint id: 58467655 is still awaited, reiterating below the issues faced:

                          1. Driver came at 10:30 am, the trip was to start at 10:00 am, because of the late start we got stuck in traffic
                          2. There was no wi-fi in the cab, although basis the booking, we were to get free wi-fi while on board
                          3. Driver asked us money inr 1000 at the start of the trip (Said he needed fuel and took a detour), and inr 100 while we were to start back to the origin
                          4. Ola app says, for an outstation cab, additional kms will be charged, no where its mentioned, the charge in case of additional hours; we traveled extra 12 kms and took additional 4.58 hrs to reach back to the origin. For extra 12 kms and additional 4.58 hrs, we were required to pay for 500 kms
                          5. Since the wifi was not working and on the way there was signal issues, hence it was difficult to navigate correctly.

                          Attached travel bill. The toll taxes are charged to every transit between Delhi and NCR cities. In name of state/MCD taxes, the company is collecting surplus taxes.

                          Why is Ola charging commuters between satellite towns to Delhi 100 Rs on every exit / entry inspite of the fact they buy monthly toll passes at fixed price ? It seems they are trying to cheat customers by overcharging them in the name of toll taxes .

                            I had bookd a cab today the auto driver started the ride jst about a min away from my society he refused to continue the ride stating that it is booked for a different location i showed him the correct booking on my phone but he continued to argue he then maid me get down n was asking to pay the money for the ride when i refused to do so because he dint complete the ride he started talking rudely any using abusing language on the road shouting loud i told him call the call centre and he refused to do so please take some action on this driver as he jst made the ola experience pathetic no manners no way of talking to a woman i need some strict action on this or i am going to report this to the media and on social sites this behaviour is intolerable

                              My friend harsimrat tried to book a cab this morning.
                              Date of incident - 19/aug/2017
                              The location of booking was phase - 2 mohali and when the booking was done from mobile application the driver marked as arrived on location falsely, although he was in phase 8 mohali still he said he is at the booking location. I even have a screenshot as well for the mobile application, attaching with this complaint which shows the booking location and car location far away. Still application shows that cab has arrived.

                              When on call it was tried to explain to him that he is incorrect and was lying, he started abusing like hell.in punjabi he was abusing the maximum a person can and seemed drunk as well.

                              Cab no. - pb 01b 0116, driver name - harnek singh, car - white amaze

                              I need this to be actioned with immediate effect. Please let me know for any other information.

                                I sujit salunke today morning time nearby 10.45 i booked ola auto from billabong highschool to aditya estate near mindspace it shows me fare about 40.00/- rs only i had confirmed the booking and when i rechd the destination the fare charges is showing 71.00/- this is disgusting its totally unfair. It happens two to three times please look in to this and get resolve as soon as possible.

                                  Invoice received from ola for taxi services availed does not contain the gst break up and the percentage of tax levied.

                                  It only contains the taxi charges amount and taxes component.

                                  As per gst laws, when a consumer is levied a tax for a product or service, the manufacturer or service provider should provide the gst compliant bill, which should contain the following break up

                                  Gst % and amount charged
                                  Cst % and amount charged
                                  Sgst % and amount charged
                                  Igst % and amount charged

                                  I have attached the invoice received from ola

                                    Complaint agains driver, crn[protected],
                                    From my location to destination which would take on only 30 rs, drivers from above crn wantedly taken me in opposit direction even though the route is clear on map. When i questioned the driver for the route, he was rude and scolded me, and i was dropped in some other location, it seems ola is very week in auto services.

                                      This complaint is regarding the driver under ola cabs.
                                      My friend booked a ola cab to home around 12:45am
                                      2 of my friends were travelling from the cab.
                                      One of my friend vommitted in the car on the way.
                                      After vommitting my friends agreed to pay the cab driver the cleaning charges for the cab.
                                      During that time the driver became agressive and slapped my friend for vommitting in the car.
                                      Driver did not even drop the passengers to the desired location.
                                      This is the worst a customer can expect from such renowned company.

                                        They say per km 6 rupees, however, the fare is incorrect most of the times.

                                        - no proper fare break on the bill. Details like km travelled, waiting time, etc is missing, but its was there before.
                                        - most of the time, i can see peak hour charge, even if there is enough cabs available or if its not a peak hour.
                                        - i feel they are charging way high.
