Tried booking cab on olashare thru ola on 10.08.17 from 19:45hrs from dhakhuria to uniworld city, newtown (22kms). Price of ride shown on each attempt was ranging from rs. 250 - 260 (As ola sharepass rates was applied). I booked ola shuttle for travelling from Triangular Park to DLF1.Booking number SRN7255175. There is a traffic signal just before the pickup point. The shuttle waited in the signal for 30 seconds and did not stop at pick up point. When I called Ola customer care, they checked their system and told me the shuttle stopped. The black and yellow taxi was smelly and dirty. Unfit and unhygienic for travel. On top of that the taxi driver was eating gutka and the nauseating smell was all over the dingy car. I had booked an ola cab on 2nd apr'17 which was cancelled by the driver. I am being charged rs. 75/- as cancellation fees even though i am not at fault. I called up customer care number and after following the instruction, i am now being told that this is not refundable as it is valid only for 30 days after the booking date.
