Ola charges ride time fees for the amount of minutes that the customer takes to complete the distance. If you travel for 50 mins you pay inr 50 ride time fee for sitting in the cab.

If you are already charging the cost of travelling from pick up to drop what is the logic of ride time fee? Its just blatant cheating of the customers - when your customer support was questions he had no logic just started stuttering that this is as per company policy

Over and above surge fees - ola shamelessly now also charges ride time fees..

Time there was some competition to ola and uber..

    From 9 may to today date of 19/7/2017 not ola money and incentive add my atm card.

    At 27 june reattach me at paharganj office and give me card atm but now this time is not activate

    At paharganj office attach me at 2 time.
    At my device show me my auto no mention at 3 time

    But my balance send at second atm card but ye card mujhe nahi mila is par balance ja raha h

    Me 20 baar office ja chuka hu par mujhe koi response nahi mila

    Apse request h ki plz solve my problems or call me this no [protected]. My name is jagjeet singh

      My previous mobile number was [protected] in the name of krishnaswamy and address is h-130, pariwar presidency, anugraha layout ph2, bilekahalli, bangalore-560076=my present mobile number is [protected]=the balance in my olamoney a/c as of yesterday was rs.1918.
      =when i tried to update my profile with my new mobile number the balance did not get transferred to this number. I have raised a complaint bearing number 466786 dt.18/7/2017. I was promised that the balance will be trtansferred to my bank account in full within one business day.
      =for your information my bank a/c no. Is[protected] with icicibnk, jayanagar 9th block, bagalore in the name of ramaswami krishnaswamy.
      =please confirm receiptof this complaint and do the needful urgently

      Driver name Somnath Nath.Car No WB25F6600.CRN NO CRN[protected] Driver did not reach but pick up arrived shown on ola app screen.driver did not contact.Map location indicated that cab was nearby but driver switch off his mobile and after 30 to 45 minutes he himself cancelled the booking, which was confirmed by him.
      As per Ola teams says 15 days will deduct 200 Rs so 3000 Rs as security deposit but in my case you guys have debited more than 3000 Rs so can you guys give me my entire summary and i want to see how much amount has been deduced from my account.

        I hired outstation ola from mumbai to vapi for 24 hours. We were 7 mins late. Driver charges for next 24 hours. I called support team and requested mr asif (Supervisor escalation) that if we r paying for next 24 hrs atleast we shd get the cab or make me speak to some manager. It was our 1st trip wid ola and even driver was unaware of rules and regulations.

        It took me 30 mins on the phone with asif. Still he could not resolve the matter.

        When i asked for my complain number he said i cannot give u.

        He said i can put a request to arrange a call back from the manager in next 4 hours but it has been more than 8 hours. No body called.

        I asked for my request number to arrange a call back.. He did not give me request number also.

        This is so unethical.

        We are from delhi. And it was our 1st experience with ola in mumbai for an outstation trip.. Atleast the drivers should be aware of the rules.

        Mr asif told me why did we stop the trip if we wanted services for next 24 hrs. But the question is that how will we come to know that we are being charged for next day without ending the trip???

        The driver did not inform us.

        It was clearly mentioned that we get 1 hour grace period.

        We were 1 hour 7 minutes late.

        So actually only 7 mins late than the company policy.

        So if we don't get the cab for next 24 hours the company should charge us for only 7 mins on pro rata basis. Simple calculation..

        I called the driver who was taking his next trip to pune..

        How can the driver do that??

        Your company is doing fraud with people. I am assuming that the driver purposely did 7 mins late.. So can get double profit..

        Taking next day trip charge frm us.. And also from his next customers.

        Correct me if i am wrong at anything that i said..

        But ur company... Ur customer service team.. And ur drivers all are cheaters..

        I need a good reasonable answer to this situation...

        I had requested ur support team.. And they said they will get back to me.. But they did not...

        It has been more than 8 hours..

        Either they should have closed the case with me on the phone.. And should not have promised a call back..

        Your employer mr asif challenged me.. I should do watever possible.. Nothing will happen.. And no one will help me... This reply is not expenced frm professionals.

        I need a good explanation to this matter.. Or else i challenge to go to consumer court..

        I am highly disappointed and would never in life recommend anyone to commute in ur cars..

          Hi ola

          I booked the cab and as the application was not working i was not able to see the booking. So i had to book another one,
          New booking can arrived. After few min i received call from another driver asking for pickup.. He started abusing words which can not be mentioned here..
          He was ready to fight meeting me just because his cab was booked n i boarded another one


          More then driver it's ola actually which is making drivers irritated.. Why they respond to customer like this...

          Ola should fix it otherwise it will create big mess some day

              I have been charged wrongly rs 100 as airport parking, whereas i have boarded from taj which doesn't need for the cab to go to parking or airport pick up point at mumbai domestic airport. The driver didn't paid any airport parking charge & is charging rs 100 from customer.
              This is cheating, without paying charging from customer.
              After complaint they refused to refund rs 100.
              Its not about rs 100. But this is cheating the customer. If i wouldn't have checked the invoice then it would have got unnoticed.
              Very very worst service. Please anyone don't book ola auto.
              They are giving very worst service and scolding us in bad words.

                Hi,

                Reporting the issue for the 5th time here.

                My dad was traveling from ola cabs on saturday, i. E 15th july in pune from swargate bus stand to pune international airport. He was traveling to delhi on the same day after the drop. He left his phone in the cab and he was not able to contact the driver. As soon as he got down, he checked his pocket but the phone wasn't there and the driver ran away. He was not able to contact anyone as his phone was lost. He somehow contacted me and i tried calling ola for this emergency but i got the worst response ever.

                When i called ola, i told my problem but firstly the support people in ola just follow the basic script which they are used to say for every call. I don't know if the person even tried to understand my problem. I told him the registered mobile number i. E [protected], he then asked me the registered email id. I mentioned 2 email ids which were not verified he mentioned. I have got the email from ola on one of the mentioned email ids with the crm number and the driver details. The support person told me he cannot help me as i can't provide the registered email id. I mentioned the person who's phone is lost knows the email id and i can help with the number only but the support person constantly told me that he can't help me and he was asking me to contact my dad to ask the email id and then call back the customer support.

                I don't understand that your support people even understand the problem that the phone was lost. How will i contact my dad who is sitting at the airport without phone and ask for the email id? The support people probably are brainless and do not have the capability to understand the issue.

                I also told them that i have the crn number and if they can contact the driver and ask about the phone but the support person had the constant reply that they won't be able to help me. I don't think if ola can understand the special cases or how do they deal with it. I think if ola would have supported a little then we could have caught the driver and got the phone back but never mind, ola doesn't care about the riders.

                So, after 3-4 calls with ola support and same conversation, i somehow managed to get the drivers number and i already knew the car details and the driver's name. When we called the drivers number given by ola, we contacted the driver ourself as ola told they trust their drivers more than the passengers.

                Nevermind, we called the driver ourself and we got to know that the person who's number ola gave was not driving the car but his brother was. So the driver was driving on someone's name and license that day. The driver's brother told us that he is not able to contact the driver himself from last two days and then he gave us the person's contact number who was driving the same. We called that person and he confessed that he was the one driving and on ola all his details are wrong. The driver's details on ola have different details from the person who drives that car.

                I would like to file a case against ola on this as ola cannot help the riders. I myself did all the interrogations and research and got all the information and ola never helped me.

                This is how ola deals with emergency cases. I think uber is better with support then.

                  Now a days ola cab totally cheating to customer, after booking ola cab wait for 30 min no rsponse from the driver, that time inhave cancel the trip, after 5 month means today i have booked ola cab from raunak city to kalayan junction, ola cab genrate the bill more then actual bill means 50 rs extra, i don't know why they charging exta money, if driver is not responding after30 min every one cancel the trip. This is totally cheating to customer...

                    Hello,

                    Today the ride that i took with plz is maybe the number 2000th ride. My registered no is [protected].
                    Today i booked a micro cab no wb 04 b 1387
                    I boarded the cab and the driver started the trip. He suddenly got a booking and he told me that he cannot drop me in my location and has to go for his new booking.
                    I told him how is this possible as he started my ride and i will not unboard the cab.

                    I called ola customer care at 33553355 some niharika received the call. She was sorry at all but said sorry. She said that the driver cancelled the booking wen the driver was in front of me and he didn't touch the device.

                    The woman went on patronizing me stating that she can do anything. When i forced her she said she would book another for me n after 15 mins i got another cab.

                    Its pure harassment i faced with my sick mom by me. I had financial loss as i couldn't complete the work i was going for.

                    I need immediate action to be taken. If no body actually bothers to look into it. Then i will approach consumer forum now. You can look me up. I work with abp group and posting the news isn't a big deal for me.
                    I took an auto from 16 - a palammarg to Hauz khas metro station got a fare estimate of 53-56 rs then during the billing I was charged 252 rs and a distance of 24.2 kms travelled in 17 mins .

                      I had hired an ola cab today i. E. 15 the july 2017 from mumbai international airport to my residence at lake homes powai, the driver mr. Prabhakar na asked me to pay rs.100 for airport fee. I paid it. Then i was asked to pay rd.257 which i. Paid. Upon inspecting the receipt now, i see that i am charged again the same rs, 100 again. Why is this so? Please revert

                        I booked from my mob [protected] - and the otp received for the booking from sobha magnolia, bannerghatta road to city railway station is 8510 and the driver's mob no. [protected] -
                        But the driver instead of dropping at city railway station he went beyond and argued that destination was not mentioned as city railway station - pl feedback for action taken
                        I have book a cab but driver cancels the ride driver details Amit Kumar Trehan (UP80CT5097) you should take the action otherwise i will complain on consumer court.

                          Driver was abusive.. Asked me drop out of cab after arriving 20 min late after booking... He was rude... Blamed me for traffic jam... This is my first experience with ola where driver was so rude..

                          If i did not have to go to office then i would have canceled him... The way he spoke was in a manner i should slap him and in this case i would like to repeat his words..."1 to aisi booking ki inki wajah se traffic jam se ana pada aur upar se inke tain tain suno".. And you know what i said to him "bhaiya poori road khali hai traffic jam kahan hai"" illitterate haryanvi tone. Honestly speaking i want this guy to say sorry to me and terminated so that atleast he should understand how he should behave when he is on job

                            Hi, i am a ola cab user. I uses this service for my daily commutation.
                            I filled my ola wallet. As soon as i filled money the next day they blocked my account. I dont know for what reason. The worst thing about them is they have blocked me so i cant even call customer care. This is the height.

                            I dont know what is the thing i have violated. I booked ola auto and the driver cancelled, i had to suffer for that.in the same day they blocked my account with no reason.

                            I sent an email to their customer care, after a long waiting they replied i have violated their policy. I dont know which policy i have violated.

                              Today i booked ola auto from mylapore to vani mahal, tnagar, chennai.
                              Auto fare sent to my mobile was rs 31 but the driver demands extra rs 10 showing some other screen in the drivers mobile. This problem happens often in chennai ola auto.

                              Always we can't call customer care asking auto guy to wait and verify the amount with your customer care. Please provide solution for this issue.

                                Now a days ola cab totally cheating to customer, after booking ola cab wait for 30 min no rsponse from the driver, that time inhave cancel the trip, after 5 month means today i have booked ola cab from samrudhi layout to kalayani magnum tech park, ola cab genrate the bill more then actual bill means 50 rs extra, i don't know why they charging exta money, if driver is not responding after30 min every one cancel the trip. This is totally cheating to customer.

                                  This is regarding cancellation charges complaint. We booked ola ride on 7th june 2017. Driver name was lalit kumar jha... We made a call him twice, thrice but his number was out of service. We booked again ride.. But you guys.. Added cancellation charges.. Rs.25 in my bill. That was not our mistake. That is mistake from your side. Give us better solution.

                                    Ola cabs has a habbit of leving double toll taxes and later on when you will try to complain it to them they will create a fake details and will prove that charges are correct. This can be proved even from the goverment sites that there is only toll between noida to delhi and that is for inr 100. Ola charges 225 for the same. This happened with me on 1st of july and i denied to pay driver the extra 125 charged and when driver an di call the customer care they said that it has been charged incorrectly and don't pay this amount to driver and they sent me an email of saying your issue has been resolved but later on they didn't send any correct invoice and while doing booking for the next trip they deducted the amount and now they are saying that this is the correct amount. Ola is a cheat company from top to bottom who is cheating indian public and who dont have idea of routes they will get cheated badly. Please stop this king of cheating services as this is creating mental trauma for customers as their money gets being cheated. I am filing this complain as this was not the first time. This has happened before but we ignored but everytime it can't be ignored. Consumer forum is my last hope and please suport in this.
                                    A fraudster calling from [protected] have called off and used my ATM card and debited RS 9000 from my account.. Can I get back my money?

                                      On12.07.17 at around 4.23 to 4.40, whichever auto i booked they all cancelled just by hearing or not hearing the dropping point, i booked 5 auto totally. If you can not give service to ur daily customers then why the hell are you running business. You get me booked to a vehicle which far away from my place even thought nearby autos are there. Even the drivers are irritated if you give them booking which is 2 km away. Have some sense and do the business

                                      Today I booked three ola to go Rajvilas Jaipur from Narayan Singh Circle. But unfortunately first driver cancel the ride himself second not pickup from location . another this driver picked up and take OTP no then misbehave with me. Finally he dropped wrong location and charged.

                                        Dear consumer complaints team,
                                        This occurred on a ride from gurgaon to greater noida friday evening between 8:30 and 10:45pm. The trip fare amount was rs.1, 282 and payment method was olamoney. However the driver insisted i had selected cash payment and also charged wrong amount of rs.1, 510.

                                        Further details
                                        I had been trying to get a cab for about 30 minutes when i finally found someone willing to take me. Obviously i was relieved, and the driver seemed nice enough at first. Then after the trip started, he told me that i had selected cash payment. I was surprised as i was quite certain i had selected ola money. I tried to verify this on my end, but unlike in the uber app, ola does not allow you to check your selected payment method once the trip has started.in any case, i figured that as is standard practice the driver would show me the final fare amount and payment method on his device when the trip ended. When i arrived at my destination however, the driver informed me that he could no longer show me the trip details on his device as the trip had ended! I tried to check on my phone but was unable to view the invoice notification we get at the end of a trip because the trip was still showing as ongoing on my app! I waited for 10 minutes with the driver before i finally got out. Then the moment i stepped into my house i got the notification that i had selected ola money and the fare amount had been deducted from my account! Clearly the driver had kept the trip going so that i would not be able to see that i had actually selected electronic payment! Furthermore, the driver had actually collected an extra rs.300 above the fare amount! When i filed a complaint with ola, they came back to me 2 days later saying that upon 'further validation' i had actually paid via ola money and not cash therefore they would not be able to process my refund. When i called them up to find out what kind of 'validation' they had done, they said they spoke to the ola driver! In other words, they validated my claim by speaking to the very same person who lied and cheated me! I have been chasing ola customer support for almost a week now with no success. I even tried contacting the driver partner myself on his registered number. He confirmed his identity when he initially answered, but when i confronted him about what he had done he said he was someone else and denied any knowledge of the trip or even driving for ola! Far be it for me to get my money back, what really makes me cringe is that ola have taken no action against this driver whatsoever, and he is still driving around running his scheme on other unsuspecting travelers. I urge you to take the necessary action, ola is acting very irresponsibly at the expense of its customers and this cannot be allowed to continue unchecked.
