I booked from my mob [protected] - and the otp received for the booking from sobha magnolia, bannerghatta road to city railway station is 8510 and the driver's mob no. [protected] -
But the driver instead of dropping at city railway station he went beyond and argued that destination was not mentioned as city railway station - pl feedback for action taken
I have book a cab but driver cancels the ride driver details Amit Kumar Trehan (UP80CT5097) you should take the action otherwise i will complain on consumer court.

    Driver was abusive.. Asked me drop out of cab after arriving 20 min late after booking... He was rude... Blamed me for traffic jam... This is my first experience with ola where driver was so rude..

    If i did not have to go to office then i would have canceled him... The way he spoke was in a manner i should slap him and in this case i would like to repeat his words..."1 to aisi booking ki inki wajah se traffic jam se ana pada aur upar se inke tain tain suno".. And you know what i said to him "bhaiya poori road khali hai traffic jam kahan hai"" illitterate haryanvi tone. Honestly speaking i want this guy to say sorry to me and terminated so that atleast he should understand how he should behave when he is on job

      Hi, i am a ola cab user. I uses this service for my daily commutation.
      I filled my ola wallet. As soon as i filled money the next day they blocked my account. I dont know for what reason. The worst thing about them is they have blocked me so i cant even call customer care. This is the height.

      I dont know what is the thing i have violated. I booked ola auto and the driver cancelled, i had to suffer for that.in the same day they blocked my account with no reason.

      I sent an email to their customer care, after a long waiting they replied i have violated their policy. I dont know which policy i have violated.

        Today i booked ola auto from mylapore to vani mahal, tnagar, chennai.
        Auto fare sent to my mobile was rs 31 but the driver demands extra rs 10 showing some other screen in the drivers mobile. This problem happens often in chennai ola auto.

        Always we can't call customer care asking auto guy to wait and verify the amount with your customer care. Please provide solution for this issue.

          Now a days ola cab totally cheating to customer, after booking ola cab wait for 30 min no rsponse from the driver, that time inhave cancel the trip, after 5 month means today i have booked ola cab from samrudhi layout to kalayani magnum tech park, ola cab genrate the bill more then actual bill means 50 rs extra, i don't know why they charging exta money, if driver is not responding after30 min every one cancel the trip. This is totally cheating to customer.

            This is regarding cancellation charges complaint. We booked ola ride on 7th june 2017. Driver name was lalit kumar jha... We made a call him twice, thrice but his number was out of service. We booked again ride.. But you guys.. Added cancellation charges.. Rs.25 in my bill. That was not our mistake. That is mistake from your side. Give us better solution.

              Ola cabs has a habbit of leving double toll taxes and later on when you will try to complain it to them they will create a fake details and will prove that charges are correct. This can be proved even from the goverment sites that there is only toll between noida to delhi and that is for inr 100. Ola charges 225 for the same. This happened with me on 1st of july and i denied to pay driver the extra 125 charged and when driver an di call the customer care they said that it has been charged incorrectly and don't pay this amount to driver and they sent me an email of saying your issue has been resolved but later on they didn't send any correct invoice and while doing booking for the next trip they deducted the amount and now they are saying that this is the correct amount. Ola is a cheat company from top to bottom who is cheating indian public and who dont have idea of routes they will get cheated badly. Please stop this king of cheating services as this is creating mental trauma for customers as their money gets being cheated. I am filing this complain as this was not the first time. This has happened before but we ignored but everytime it can't be ignored. Consumer forum is my last hope and please suport in this.
              A fraudster calling from [protected] have called off and used my ATM card and debited RS 9000 from my account.. Can I get back my money?

                On12.07.17 at around 4.23 to 4.40, whichever auto i booked they all cancelled just by hearing or not hearing the dropping point, i booked 5 auto totally. If you can not give service to ur daily customers then why the hell are you running business. You get me booked to a vehicle which far away from my place even thought nearby autos are there. Even the drivers are irritated if you give them booking which is 2 km away. Have some sense and do the business

                Today I booked three ola to go Rajvilas Jaipur from Narayan Singh Circle. But unfortunately first driver cancel the ride himself second not pickup from location . another this driver picked up and take OTP no then misbehave with me. Finally he dropped wrong location and charged.

                  Dear consumer complaints team,
                  This occurred on a ride from gurgaon to greater noida friday evening between 8:30 and 10:45pm. The trip fare amount was rs.1, 282 and payment method was olamoney. However the driver insisted i had selected cash payment and also charged wrong amount of rs.1, 510.

                  Further details
                  I had been trying to get a cab for about 30 minutes when i finally found someone willing to take me. Obviously i was relieved, and the driver seemed nice enough at first. Then after the trip started, he told me that i had selected cash payment. I was surprised as i was quite certain i had selected ola money. I tried to verify this on my end, but unlike in the uber app, ola does not allow you to check your selected payment method once the trip has started.in any case, i figured that as is standard practice the driver would show me the final fare amount and payment method on his device when the trip ended. When i arrived at my destination however, the driver informed me that he could no longer show me the trip details on his device as the trip had ended! I tried to check on my phone but was unable to view the invoice notification we get at the end of a trip because the trip was still showing as ongoing on my app! I waited for 10 minutes with the driver before i finally got out. Then the moment i stepped into my house i got the notification that i had selected ola money and the fare amount had been deducted from my account! Clearly the driver had kept the trip going so that i would not be able to see that i had actually selected electronic payment! Furthermore, the driver had actually collected an extra rs.300 above the fare amount! When i filed a complaint with ola, they came back to me 2 days later saying that upon 'further validation' i had actually paid via ola money and not cash therefore they would not be able to process my refund. When i called them up to find out what kind of 'validation' they had done, they said they spoke to the ola driver! In other words, they validated my claim by speaking to the very same person who lied and cheated me! I have been chasing ola customer support for almost a week now with no success. I even tried contacting the driver partner myself on his registered number. He confirmed his identity when he initially answered, but when i confronted him about what he had done he said he was someone else and denied any knowledge of the trip or even driving for ola! Far be it for me to get my money back, what really makes me cringe is that ola have taken no action against this driver whatsoever, and he is still driving around running his scheme on other unsuspecting travelers. I urge you to take the necessary action, ola is acting very irresponsibly at the expense of its customers and this cannot be allowed to continue unchecked.

                    I booked a cab around 09-:00 and then i put my luggage and then i asked him i cannot go so i have him 100 rupees and he told me he won't cancel and put penalty and then took 500rupees from me. After that he cancelled the booking. He asked me give me 500 rupees i won't put any penalty. I was waiting for 15-20 minutes so pls i gave him 500 rupees and he told me he doesn't have change will return 450 back. Then i called and i told him i need my change back so he told yes bhaiya i m coming and he didn't arriv and i called him to give my money back and that driver just told me forget about ur money now. I said i will complaint and he told me i will come to your home and beat u up as he was some harayanvi *

                      I have booked a ola shuttle of WB19H7833
                      Today 12th July, at 7:02pm at ecospace. I was there till 7:40. But unfortunately I don't know why shuttle went away without picking me!! Which type of driver he is! Irresponsible I have spent my money also. It is already deducted. Very poor service.
                      Please let me know what is the reason behind that? We don't have any value of time! I waited for more than 30min. They were too late. If they can't give proper service then they shouldn't serve any this kind of service! How will I get my money back? Please try to resolve it! I am a offiecegoer I have to do lots of work as well. I won't give valuable feedback to anyone. I request you to charge the driver of the shuttle.whu did he do that! Please kindly review my notation. Thank you!

                        We took a cab from east of kailash to nizamuddin railway station at 5:15am on 12.07.17. Our destination was just 15 min away and we have a train at 5:50am. But we reached station at 5:42am as our cab driver who was not aware of the route and was not following our instructions properly.
                        Our train was just to leave and we took the same in hurry which was not safe also.
                        And this all happen because of the driver.

                          The above share cab was booked on 11th july... The cab did not come to my pick up point and was arguing that he was at my point... I was on the road waiting and told him i couldn't see him... However he cancelled the trip without telling me and i was charged a 25 rs for cancellation... I will not pay for it because i have the call recording and it wasn't my fault... I will raise a complaint if this is not resolved.

                            I would like to complain regarding my trip on 6th july 2017. I have booked a cab prime suv on 6th july. Iboarded the cab at himagiri nagar colony and dropped at himagiri nagar colony itself. It was not even a kilo meter. But still from my ola money it was a debit of rs279. This is so disgusting. Necessary action has to be taken regarding this. And return my rs 279 back in my ola money. Next time i got an idea that we should not use ola money but we should pay the cash. If you are charging rs279 for not even a kilometer., then it is waste o[censored]sing ola cabs. The driver as me to give a complaint regarding this issue

                              I have booked ola cab on 09.07.2017 ; about 4-5 cabs were available in the app. The moment i booked the cab driver vikram singh (Dl1rta9947) msg came in my mobile and within few minutes the cancellation message also came. Then again i booked cab and driver vikram singh (Dl1rta9947) msg came for booking. When i called up vikram singh (Dl1rta9947) he confirmed his availability and said that he has reached at pick up location. However, he was not their. When i asked him to reach in my block "c" he was very adamant to talk and hang up the phone. The second time when i called him up he was very rude. And at the same time ola msg of 50rs cancellation charges came, when i even dint even cancelled the cab. The msg read out that as i have wasted valuable time service of driver i have been charged so.

                              I would like to tell that i was a female pessenger with heavy luggage and 1.5 year baby along with me. This, kind of rude behavior from your driver is not accepted. I request you to take strict action against the driver. Further, i would like to enquire about the policy - that what about the valuable time wasted by passenger if booked cabs are canceled from your side.

                                I'm not at all satisfied with my last ride with ola. The driver didn't drop me at my destination. Instead he asked me to go via train because of traffic. It was evening time and how was i suppose to go via train from andheri to virar..?? He directly refused to go saying that he doesn't have cng in he car. I had 3 heavy luggage's with me. Please i request you to take an action on this.

                                  I had booked the ola auto service from above mentioned address. But the driver collected extra charge from the passengers intentionally from them by telling a false stories.
                                  The same thing i was complained to ola customer care services they said to raise complaints on ola app but there is no option to lodge complaints in ola app so i call to customer care of ola and raise complaints but no use after 2 days again i call to ola customer care but they said my complaint was closed.
                                  This is the reason can clearly understand that they were cheating customers and misusing customer money. They had not refund the balance amount which paid extra 120 rupees.
                                  The drivers and management were doing a scam of ola cabs. They were demanding extra amount from passengers.
                                  So i request government to take a serious action on ola company and refund the extra amount which i paid to driver

                                    My previous account is blocked and i created a new account with a same e-mail address but it was not accepted by the app and showing a message that this email address is already in use. The account is blocked and i taken a new sim and as i try to login with the new number then it shows that message. The email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
                                    Can you help me to solve this problem.
                                    We have booked ola rides for 4 tyms and they got booked we have waited for 5 mins long and then rides got cancelled automatically.. this is very time wasting wait..not at all satisfied with the services
                                    While booking it says Rs 8 per Km.
                                    I travelled for 1.8 kms...they are saying your charge is 129 Rs.

                                    Aven after waiting so long... Ola is BAD.

                                    HORRIBLE Service.

                                      Booked a cab for dropping at airport. The driver was supposed o pick up at 3.45 am. No message from ola regarding trip other than the confirmation of booking. When searched in the application, a cab was assigned. Tried to contact the driver and the number was switched off.

                                      Imagine the situation, whar we have to take a flight at 6.00 am and the callous nature of the service provider by not responding.

                                      Un-fortunately, there was no provision to call and enquire the status. The standard reply when lodged a complaint is that they will take care next time.

                                      At 5.45 am, i receive a message that my trip has been canceled.

                                      Ola talks big and claims of excellent service. This is the service they provide.
                                      Fortunately, another service provider responded and we were able to catch our flight.

                                      We suffered lot of agony and tension because of this in efficient service by ola.
                                      Hello today I booked an ola share ride from my Lumia phone 730. My problem is the location has changed automatically these are the ride details OSN[protected]

                                        I left my bag in the cab. I called the driver then he said to meet at tilak nagar metro station so that he can return the bag. But when I went there he didnt pick up my call.
