I had booked ola outstation from mumbai to lonavala for 24 hours. After boarding the cab & riding for say 15 minutes the driver informs that he has got a booking for 12 hours while i had booked for 24 hours. We called ola helpline & the only solution they could offer is cancell the existing booking deboard the cab & book another cab.
I informed ola that i am travelling with a special need child & there is no way i can de board in the middle of the journey & wait for another cab which can take some time. I had requested the agent that his manager should call back so that we can sort the matter.
No one calls back inspite of making ola sensitise that i am with a special need child.
Ola only knows sorry, cancel booking, rebook etc.. The company seems to have no solutions or sentivity towards these situation.

    The cab (Hr55w5473) was booked 15mins ago. After coming the cab driver demanded money on the spot. Even after repeated asking of taking the money after the ride completes, the driver demanded money and refused to start the ride until i paid. The driver was extremely impolite and i am stopping to use ola cabs until and unless ola takes further action against this man.

      Today i have tried to get back my unused deposit of bank of baroda, jessore road, kolkata and lodged a complaint in this website . Invertently i have shown details of my bank a/c in the website.Instantly a person, mobile no: [protected], called me again and again and assured to return my money. But i found that he just withdrawn rs 19000.00 (rs nineteen thousand only) and transferred to the a/c of ola cabs instead of returning any money to me. I have not availed ola cab today and this transaction is totally a fraud.
      I, therefore request that this amount of rs 19000.00 must be refunded back to my bank of baroda sb a/c immediately to avoid any hardship

          Booked cab today i. E. On 3rd august 2017 from
          Chitrapuri colony to patancheru. While booking, it showed fare as ₹ 446. I booked it. While i was at my destination and completed trip, fare changed to ₹ 696 for the same distance.

          How pathetic service by ola cabs. Their business is about to close very soon.

          I will never use ola cabs and ask my friends to do the same. I am uninstalling mobile app.

          If i dont get any resolution, i will file a case against this company.

            Hi,

            I had recharged ola wallet on 3rd august, 2017. Money got debited from bank, but yet now it has not been credited to my wallet. Kindly refund my money back into my bank account or recharge my ola wallet.
            It is the second time i am getting such poor result. I am a regular ola rider and cannot expect such blunder or technical failure from your side. Do the needful today itself.

              Today i purchased rs. 80 share pass. When i tried for cab booking, it says share pass cannot be applied as fares are lower. Such a cheater and fraud company. It didn't mention anything like that of lower fare and non applicability of passes while buying. I haven't used any passes yet. I just want my passes to get cancel and revert back my money. It's not just about rs. 80 but it's about the unfare and unclear practice of your business and fooling customers.
              I have been asked to cancel the Uber cab and requested to book OLA with cash payment.

              I was not aware about the reason for change of payment mode.

              Later i came to know that the driver charged extra fare from my fried to whom i booked the cab.

              I have made a complaint to OLA about this issue. But they are not considering the issue.

                Hi team,

                It is pathetic that i had to face hell lot of trouble while booking ola auto at night specially.in the afternoon when i book an auto, he driver cancels the ride at will and after calling he disconnects the call. I keep on complaining the ola team but no action gets taken and i had to suffer a lot. The executives working there ate even more pathetic as they keep on copy and pasting the same response over and over again but i dont see any improvements. Despite of being an old ola customer i regularly had to face lot of trouble specially with auto. Limits crossed when at night when it was raining i booked an auto and after i reached my destination i gave him 20bucks more than the normal fare as a sign of good gesture. But that auto driver came sprinting back at my home and kept on ringing the door bell and asking for more money. He charged at me. I dont know the way he was aggressive, anything could have happened. I am new to the city and i am facing so many issues. I am not getting any help. Please help me.

                No Steps has been taken by the company. I still get the same issue everytime. The company gives a fake assurance but there has been no improvements till date. Even though i have mailed the CEO of OLA but the same gets repeated. olasupport@olacabs, com. Pathetic service.

                  Suresh[protected] dzire tn85c4048 came to location (Otp 4059). But refused to pick me because of my choice of ola money. He had abruptly, discourteously stranded me. I had picked an auto to reach my place. What sort of this attitude? Another driver sugumar[protected] called be 15 minutes later. I have not sought for any alternative. But you levy cancellation fee.

                    I have booked the ola many times and i faced the same issue many times, but still i am using ola services because i am fool and i doont have much options because of time availability.
                    I have done booking today 02-aug-2017 4 times and every time driver denied to come to my location.
                    This is totally not acceptable. I will take the serious action against ola services very soon.
                    This is not happening first time, multiple times i faced the same issue.
                    I am really disappointed that behavior received from Mr Sanjib Driver of ola ..you people dont know how to talk with passengers...you are appointing anyone on drivers sit & ruining brand image of Ola...

                    Please do not do that...

                      I took ola "auto" ride from intel technologies india, srr1, bangalore, 23-56, p devarabeesanahalli varthur hobli, ballandur post, outer ring road, bengaluru, karnataka 560103 to sparkling nest apartment, garudachar palya, mahadevapura, bengaluru, karnataka 560048 which is around 7.8km.
                      Ola charged 165rs. I take ola everyday for the same route same time in same traffic and it comes to 117rs. On august 1st ola took advantage o[censored]pfront price and charged me 50rs extra. Ola is giving me silly reasons to defend this.
                      I need your help.
                      I do not understand that if you have set your price for Rs 6, then from Virar (W) to Goregaon(E), there should be Rs. 313 for 52.1 km and your tax can be increased to rf. 350 rupees but every time from 850 to 1000 You have to pay rent. Please Explain it

                        I booked an ola and the driver took otp from me and then after submit the otp he immediately stop the ride. For which 65 rupees ola money deducted from my ola money account. The driver giving me reason that from my destination place he will not get return trip. So he float with me that if you will give me 100 rupees extra from your bill then only i will go. And when i refused to do this then he stop the ride and told me to take another can.
                        This is very serious offence.

                          It was such a vulnerable experience with ola cabs. We had a flight to catch and the driver didn't come only. It was so irresponsible on the behalf of the company.
                          The driver's name is amjad. I am never ever going to book ola cabs again. This is one of the worst experiences ever with ola. If we miss our flight, is the company going to pay for it? I am going to spread the issue publically. People should be aware of the improfessional behaviour.
                          Yesterday I was booked ola from reliable lifestyle layout, I got white amaze driver name k Kumar, he was cheeting passengers
                          I have given 500 but he said to me that 50 rs is given and he took 750 rd from me for the bill of 315 rs, such idiots are riding in ola

                            Hi team,

                            On 24th, i booked a cab around 4:30 pm and came from bellandur to e-city. After i finish a small work i booked an auto around 5:30 pm but the driver didn't show any sign to pick me up. Also, he rejected my second call. So, i cancelled it (That too before the time they charge me cancellation fee) and booked another auto and came home. All went well.

                            Now, i am seeing that olacabs has blocked my a/c because of policy violation. Strange! I have not violated any policy.

                            I have purchased a pass @ rs. 49 which will expire in 30 days. I believe they are doing this intentionally to fool their customers.

                            I already have contacted them via email and social media but they couldn't tell me clearly which policy i violated.

                              My driver, samarjeet kori reached almost 10 minutes late inspire of the given time of 7 minutes. He was behaving in an indecent and rude manner when he reached me and did not shouted back at me when i told him he was late. Please look into this matter and i would appreciate it if you could take some action. Thank you

                                I bought a share pass for five rides. The first two rides were smooth and i was charged the deducted fee (Share pass applied).

                                The next four rides were billed extra, even though the share pass was valid but it was not applied any time in next billings.

                                Henceforth i was made to pay the cost of share pass but was not able to avail any benifit. I was charged the normal fee.in other words i paid twice for same thing.

                                  I am a Ola user for about 3 years now, I used to see peak time pricing max of prie x1 time or 1.5 times,

                                  ately as ola has started fooling customer's with peak time pricing without proper intimation x2, x3 or what ever demand may go upto X6 times as informed by so called supervisor Mr S Rakesh from bangalore /Hyd ola customer support.
                                  I was charged 512 for same ride i used to be chaged Rs 150 and in peak time RS 250, Now they have X3 times Rs 512.(follishly that was not a rush hour it was at 2.40pm)

                                  Dear govt,
                                  Please look into and kindly do needful to control and regulate the peak time charges/pricing of these operators, They are not the only cabs or means of transport left on earth to charge and multiply with X2, X3 ..X10 times as per they wish, were 100 ride would be 1000rs in peak time.

                                  I have attached my invoice bills as proof for same.

                                    Dear sir, i have booked ola prime play for ride from gaba corporate suit noida to charmswood village faridabad today on 31.7.17 noon. On arrival of cab it was surprising that there was no space for luggage inspite of cab being swift dezire as dicky was having gas cit and no roof luggage arrangement. Car no was hr55 ab 3617. On raising this issue, driver sandeep tyagi told that he can't do anything as cab owner is ola company itself!! It was clearcut cheating as i have booked prime play cab and cancellation was costing rs 75 on next ride.
                                    Such type of cheating and inconvenience is not expected from your reputed company.
                                    Please resolve the issue and take care in future.

                                      HEREWITH I HAVE ATTCHED THE BILL INVOICE RECEIPT
                                      on dated 27/07/017 morning i booked ola cab (Mini) through the app, from Ahemedabad Airport while booking the cost shown was 350 but when ride was completed the charges collected was 2197 (As per attachment). This is truly unfair on the part of ola to charge additional, had i taken normal Prepaid taxi from Ahmedabad Airport it would have costed me 850- 900 rs. The driver also took a long route instead of a short one due to water login in every where. Please do the needful and refund the additional cash charged.

                                      This kind of service From OLA not accepting at all. i have raised the issue through customer care and tried different phone line but cant reach.

                                      Please find the solution and refund my money at the earliest.

                                        Whenever autos and cabs are booked in chennai city they refuse to take the rides when the charged amount is small and the distance is short. When the driver is called to inform and guide them, of the pick up location to save time and fuel, they ask us for the destinations. If they are informed of the destinations they cancel the bookings themselves putting us into unnecessary inconveniences, waste of time as we are forced to rebook. At times they ask us to cancel the bookings for us to bear the cancellation charges. When we refuse they dodge us by delaying cancellations from their end. The apps prog should be made such that the drivers cannot cancel the bookings.
