Despite previous correspondence and escalations, my RC has still not been registered with the RTO, nor is there any information available online regarding its status. This delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on OLA's commitment to customer service.

OLA Team
I try to contact many time to ola team through email or physically but do not support. Without any inquiry they saif. file is alrady sent to RTO.

RTO Team.
I got one letter form RTO team after CM helpline complain the cleary said they didnot got any file from OLA side so they can't prceed.

Still i am waitng for OLA reply.

    Hi team, I have purchesed the OLa ev scooter on 20th November 2023, I have gone outstation for 3 weeks and when I came back my ola scooter was discharge and I was unable to charge again, so i raised a complaint they have taken my scooter and I talked to the customer service as they informed that it is under warrenty you wont be charged but today 20th June they are calling me saying you need to apy for it as you don't have 70k inspite just pay 10K and get your scooter fixed. This is a very anapproprite behaviour not expectad, kindly please let me know what can be done.

      Permbur to neelankari around 20 km when booking time it's shows Rs550-591 amount but when reaching destination it's shows 691 and another think driver accepted the ride asking extra 200Rs for drop

      Ola fraud company and also drivers also scammers

          Today is May 9th, 2024. On April 19th, 2024, I purchased an Ola S1X 4kWh, priced at 1 lakh and 10 thousand rupees. I paid the full amount expecting delivery on May 9th, 2024, as indicated. However, despite their terms and conditions mentioning delivery subject to stock availability, I still haven't received the product. I feel deceived by Ola Electric's false delivery promises, causing mental distress. I intend to take legal action against them and believe the Indian government should address such matters.

            I had taken ride from my home to Adani Shantigram in Ahmedabad on 1st May 2024 and booked Prime Sedan between 9 to 9:30 AM. The Driver dropped me near the gate of Adani House and the payment was through Ola Money so I got down and asked him the payment is online. I went upside and was busy in work. After around 1 hour I got notification from Ola that my ride has got ended just now and I have been charged Rs. 745 for the ride. I was surprised and when I checked the driver went to Airport from Adani House and then ended my ride. I do not know why he did this. First time I have experienced such thing with Ola. I tried raising complaint through the App and also raised complaint through twitter handle of Ola Support but since last 4-5 days they are not responding appropriately on the matter and every time I hear same story that it is under investigation. I am surprised they take so many days to investigate such simple matter. What would they do if there is any safety or other issues related to lady taking ride? What would they do if there is concern about the safety of any passenger and the drivers are misbehaving? Would they take so long every time then what is the meaning of having Support team?

              I used Ola Cabs to book a ride in Mumbai and on completion the driver asked for the ride money to be paid in cash, on insisting so much I paid him. But then I received calls from Ola saying that I should've paid through Ola Postpaid and not by cash.
              Also, there is no way to specifically verify that the money has been paid through cash by the passenger unlike Uber which handles it perfectly.
              So, since then I have been receiving constant calls from Ola asking me to pay the due ride amount even though I have already paid it.
              The frequency of calls has increased so much that I receive around 90-100 calls per day even though I have blocked several of the numbers. It is very irritating and I have tried connecting to customer care regarding my concern but they don't help me resolve it either but just ask me to pay the money.

                I'm writing to address a frustrating issue I encountered during my recent Ola ride. I booked a trip using the Ola app and chose to pay via UPI. Unfortunately, the payment didn't reflect in the app, leading me to believe it hadn't gone through. Consequently, I had to pay the driver in cash for the same ride.
                Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through the app and reaching out via customer care number and emails, I haven't found an appropriate solution.
                I have diligently followed prescribed procedures for reporting payment discrepancies, yet I am met with nothing but automated responses or silence.

                  I took on March 22, 2024, where despite paying via UPI, the payment didn't reflect in the app, leading me to pay the driver in cash for the same trip. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through the app, customer care calls, and emails, I haven't received a satisfactory solution, encountering only automated responses or silence.

                    I have completed a ride with auto driver Auto•CRN [protected]
                    I have paid 2 times due to network issues didn't noticed the payment is done for 2 times. I have told to the driver regarding the same and he went without responding. Please check and refund the amount. I am attaching the screenshots of the payment.

                      After taking an OLA cab from Mumbai airport to Malad West, I paid the fare (445) via UPI to Ani Technologies. However, the payment doesn't reflect in the app, and I had to pay the amount in cash to the driver, as his app indicated cash collection. This appears to be a scam, and I'm seeking a refund for the payment made to ANI Technologies.

                        So Recently a month ago I purchased Ola Vehicle S1X+ after paying 1.10 lakhs. It was Working Fine until the update came in just after installing the update I was facing many problems in my Vehicle. At 1st Unlocking problem then came the Nightmare while riding the screen blackouts completely and vehicle stops working I raised this problem in front of their Servicing team so instead of solving the problem they started teaching me JUGAADS to keep running my vehicle but Today as I went to complain about the problems faced by me in front of the Ola members the Display of my vehicle got burnt means it was not displaying anything. After 10 minutes of continuously trying to open they failed to do so and now vehicle is complete dead. So Now what I want is Ola Electric must solve my problem at the fastest possible way and if they fail to solve my problem I'll freaking go to Court.

                              OLA RIDE DETAILS: CRN [protected] on 22 Jan 2024 from 11 AM to 2.56PM from Wanowrie Pune to Oxford Golf Resort.Bavdhan, in White Tour S CNG driven by SHRIDHAR RAM GURAV. Had problem with App on my Phone. Driver's Phone App showed charges of Rs 1522/- As the driver till then had shown good behaviour, I gave him Rs 1550/-(including balance as tip) Asked him to upload the payment on his phone. Ever since OLA officials have been harassing and threatening me with phone calls asking me to pay Rs 1000/- as balance of Post Paid claim.
                              Driver is not responding to my innumerable calls on No[protected].
                              Today I have received over 13 calls from OLA officials since moring. Hence this complaint.
                              I had sent an e mail to OLA customer service explaining the situation., but no reply received.
                              I am 79 year old doctor who served in the Army for 38 years. I will be grateful if you can sort out this problem. Because ola CONTINUES TO THREATEN ME, I am not revealing my name.

                                  I booked an OLA cab on OLA postpaid to travel between Bangalore city railway stn and Airporton 21 Dec 23 (CRN[protected]). However, the cab driver cancelled the trip.
                                  On 27 Dec 23, I received the bill for the month and cleared the dues of Rs 59.

                                  On 25 Jan 24, more than a month later OLA charged me Rs 50 for cancellation charges for this trip as an after thought. I raised the complaint but the company did not do anything to resolve it. They provided a coupon for Rs 50 which dint work. I used OLA on 31 Jan, 07 Feb and 11 Feb 24 after that.

                                  I raised this issue using twitter and the OLA app.
                                  I have cleared the dues for Jan 24 also with this Rs 50. I have not received a satisfactory reply for this.

                                    I booked a cab for my client on 21st January from Pondicherry to Chennai and when my client got off, he was shown a payment page of some previous ride. Hence my driver paid in cash(4094 + 300)Rs. The driver could not terminate the ride as he did not ask for a STOP OTP which is required for outstation ride. The ride was ongoing for 9-10 days on the app until I noticed and called the Customer care. Customer care manually ended the trip and a bill of 3977 was generated on OLA postpaid money. The customer care person told me that they will refund only 2600 as the driver is claiming to take only 3300 which is less than the trip amount should have been. 2600 is some calculation they did. I disagreed and asked for full clearance of 3977. They argued saying how did your client pay the amount without checking. Their driver did not bother to terminate the trip until I reached out and they are saying I am lying. I also shared the photo of the amount shown by the driver. Now I am getting multiple calls, midnight threats and being harassed to pay the bill by ola postpaid money. They are so rude and say they are not liable. Its mental torture.

                                      After updating Ola S1 pro to Move OS4, tamper detection was triggered and scooter is not responding to anything now. It's completely dead.

                                        I booked ola auto on[protected] at 5.50 pm for my parents. once they reached the destination the driver demands the cash amount of Rs. 300 ( Rs. 241 bill amount + extra amount ).
                                        So the total amount Rs. 300 was paid by my parents, but the postpaid amount also detected from my account.
                                        I have attached the screen shot of the ride details. Kindly require help on this issue.
