I booked a cab for my client on 21st January from Pondicherry to Chennai and when my client got off, he was shown a payment page of some previous ride. Hence my driver paid in cash(4094 + 300)Rs. The driver could not terminate the ride as he did not ask for a STOP OTP which is required for outstation ride. The ride was ongoing for 9-10 days on the app until I noticed and called the Customer care. Customer care manually ended the trip and a bill of 3977 was generated on OLA postpaid money. The customer care person told me that they will refund only 2600 as the driver is claiming to take only 3300 which is less than the trip amount should have been. 2600 is some calculation they did. I disagreed and asked for full clearance of 3977. They argued saying how did your client pay the amount without checking. Their driver did not bother to terminate the trip until I reached out and they are saying I am lying. I also shared the photo of the amount shown by the driver. Now I am getting multiple calls, midnight threats and being harassed to pay the bill by ola postpaid money. They are so rude and say they are not liable. Its mental torture.

    After updating Ola S1 pro to Move OS4, tamper detection was triggered and scooter is not responding to anything now. It's completely dead.

      Hi Team,

      I booked ola auto on[protected] at 5.50 pm for my parents. once they reached the destination the driver demands the cash amount of Rs. 300 ( Rs. 241 bill amount + extra amount ).
      So the total amount Rs. 300 was paid by my parents, but the postpaid amount also detected from my account.
      I have attached the screen shot of the ride details. Kindly require help on this issue.

        free extended warranty the same I received from WhatsApp survey link but when I check in Ola cab app and Ola electric app, I did not find.

              It is a matter of great regret to inform you that my vehicle bearing registration no. OD 33 AL 4024 (OLA S1 X+) has not yet been delivered/handed over to the undersigned.

              Actually, my vehicle has been registered under Bhubaneswar II RTO since 24.12.2023. In the meantime, more than 72 hours have been passed from the registration of my vehicle, the vehicle has not yet been delivered.

              My order ID was 1223-GSP121 and I had purchased on 16.12.2023. Inspite of my several interaction with the representative of OLA Experience Centre, Damana Square, Bhubaneswar- 7514016, they have failed to handover the vehicle to me. They are stating that the vehicle is at OLA stock yard at Jatni.

              Under the above circumstances, I would request to take immediate steps for the early delivery of OLA S1 X+ bearing Registration No. OD 33 AL 4024.

                My Father, ordered Ola S1X plus on 10thNov
                2023, OET-[protected]-WPY274 on the name of Sujeet Kumar Gupta and
                made payment of Rs.124109 in which 50999 was paid through UPI & Rs
                69815.96 through HDFC credit card. Remaining amount was adjusted with
                instant discount which was applicable on the card. Later we cancelled
                the order on 2nd Dec. UPI refund has been credited on 5th Dec but No
                refund credited...

                OLA air purchased December 19 2023, while running vehicle suddenly stopped all of a sudden on road traffic, this happened 3 times in 2 days and causing severe issues including mental stress time waste money waste office delays family disturbance everything

                    This is a complaint against Mr.V.Dinesh Kumar, Auto rickshaw Driver . Vehicle Number TN10BA3165.
                    This happened on 16.12.23 at Chennai, I booked a autorickshaw via Ola from pallavaram to koyambedu .The ola had showed a ride amount of 385Inr. On the way to my destiny Mr.dinesh had diverted his auto to gas station to refill, he requested me to pay a bill of Rs450. I demand an explanation for why I should pay 450Rs instead it is showing 385Rs in Ola . He said that you are carrying two bags with you .I said that I am not obliged to pay you extra fare . After that mr.dinesh shouted, and threatened me that I will leave you this spot inside of taking you destination, and finally with a long argument and as it getting late for my bus I was forced to pay that money .I really don't understand that is that rule to pay extra if carrying out own luggage in ola.Finally before reaching the destination Mr.dinesh Kumar said that you arrived to the destination and said to get down . As I am new to the place and we'll I was disturbed I got down and after that when reliased that he had dropped me few meters before the destination.
                    I was totally disturbed after. It made to feel what type of people exist without a humanity. And I request to whomever sees this mail please take a stern action and to punished with a heavy fine on the above mentioned Autodriver so that it may not happen to you also ..

                        From the day I have received the delivery of my OLA S1 Pro scooter, I have been facing different issues. Sometimes the scooter doesn’t start, sometimes the horn doesn’t work. Many times I have raised requests regarding the noise I get from the wheels, the crackling sound from the dashboard. But I have not received any responses from OLA electric. Even after calling the customer care after a very long waiting period, they just gave me a reference id to which they did not respond. It has always been the same. Months they take to resolve any issue and that too, it never happens. Please help me out. I am really frustrated

                          I would like to request you that I took a ride through OLA application on 10 th Of November. My friend booked that cab after completing the trip I made the payment and the driver told me his qr code scanner was not working and I transferred the amount on his personal number that was 630.The next day I got to know the payment was automatically deducted from his account. Then I called the driver and told him why didn't he tell me that payment was already made and asked him to get the amount back. He just told me confidently that he couldn't do that because he transferred all the amount to ola account on the other hand when we contacted with ola support team they just told me as the amount was transferred on his personal number in that case they couldn't help me. Then I sent an email to OLA Grievance officer they also did not help me. It has been 1 month but the problem has not yet resolved. I just to get the driver punished and also want to my money back and he should get punished because as he is not trustable today I am facing this issue but in future he will make fool others. OLA company should take the responsibility that this kind of incident should not happen to anyone. Please look into this matter and help to resolve the matter as soon as possible. I have not replied yet neither from company nor from the driver. I shall be grateful to you if you take the action as soon as possible.

                            I took ola cab on 14.11.2023 morning 7 am, once i reached home, I forgot the ola money and asked driver to give the paytm scanner and i paid 508 rs through my paytm account to him, but ola money also deducted

                            Please refund my amount as early as possible

                              I, dr. Mahendra Singh from Gohad, Dist. Bhind, Madhya Pradesh and now a days, I scheduled for my Research with the institution of Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University, Jabalpur
                              being a Biker, I always attached with 2 wheeler sports vehicle and i was riding with kTM RC.
                              electric vehicle has also good torque than i planed to move on F77 Space Edition but I went to nearest electric vehicle store which is OLA store i took test ride and experience was so good in hyper mode of OLA S1 Pro.
                              there was two executives who explained the fetchers and specifications and another person from bank side for funding/Financial issues where both are captured me to buy OLA by their marketing skills and i didn't get attention towards own mind. I just done the deal with Mr. jay (OLA executive) he took my iPhone to completing the process for buying OLA. simultaneously Mr. muzayat khan starts the Finance process and taking my signature on many Documents while they told me S1 Pro is not available it will be too much late in its delivery and having More Complaints so you can Choose OLA S1 AIR it will be delivered within weak. i said ok and make payment on 8th October of RS 41302 /-(Reservation ID - OET-[protected]-yhs371)as DP and remaining on finance (4100 approx. into 22 times) with 21000/- interest and extra for completing the essential documentation Viz; Rent Agreement...etc. than leave the OLA experience store after the process were completed .
                              next day i received a call from OLA to complete your document process than i went again on OLA store where both of OLA Employees demand me extra money to correct the some documents and registration no issues as well as address problem etc. but i provided them all of possible things and wait to get my new scooter on The Holy days Navratri.

                              i asked to OLA Executives regarding my scooter delivery as per promised on 15th October but they refused for delivery and told many problems in company's manufacturing so it's getting late and while waiting Navratri has gone than i talked his senior Mr Rohit and share all story of back waiting for scooter than he suggests me to make full payment and make trust to delivery with registration within 15th day on the day of Dhanterus (10/November/2023.
                              i was in mental pressure to fulfillment the commit and save relationship with some one than i had to sell my Bike (KTM RC-200) immediately on 28/October/2023, paid remaining amount of RS 96, 122 through the same process of application which was downloaded and operated by OLA Employee while purchasing on 8th October 2023.
                              after the full payment of scooter its other process are going to done fast and registration done (MP30ZC1507) on 31/Oct/2023 and delivery date shown on Application as 1/2/3/4/5/ November/2023 variable but i stay on the given time of period.
                              and i was also trying to contact OLA Customer care and chat support on application but i didn't get support and touch from any side.
                              than i contact to OLA store on 10/November/2023 and Mr jay told me Rohit sir is no more he suicided so all case are pending these will we resolve after joining the new officer.

                              OLA make me Fool and Harassments of my mental state as well as using my approx. 1, 40, 000/-

                                OLA charged me waiting fee which is not due to customer/passenger. Even I was standing at pick up poing before driver arrived at the point. OLA has imposed waiting charges on my bill which is not justified as no waiting occured due to customer/passenger.

                                This way, OLA is making unjustifiable money from customers which is unlawful. I was waiting for driver for my pick up before driver arrived, then why should I pay for waiting charges ?

                                Is someone sincere enough in OLA to look in the matter carefully and do the right action against this matter ?

                                  On 2nd Feb, I had a OLA auto ride for which I paid Rs. 453 to Cab driver through GPay ( I have proof of it) and today on 15th Nov when I was booking for cab ride, that 453 showed me as Pending amount and it made me pay that as I could not book new ride. This is cheating where payments made directly to OLA drivers are not updated in OLA app and it made me pay Rs. 453 again. More to this, OLA app simply says that this can not be settled and ticket is closed, this is pure cheating from OLA.
