I have booked a mini in ola and started ride. I paid the bill through GPay my transaction was successful. But the money was not received by the driver. So I paid again to him.

    Ola money is showing an outstanding amount in my account. I have paid Rs. 399 to the driver, after my trip on 3rd June 3.55 pm. Attached is the transaction details from GPay. Please clear the deus ASAP.

      On 02nd June 2023, I had taken one way outstation ride via Ola Cabs. However at the end of the trip I have been charged for both ways toll charges and additional 52kms has been added to the bill. Usually it's chargeable on 4500 and they have charged me 6890 it's a fraud and over charged.
      Following the breakup of amount paid.

      Total ride charges- 6260
      Toll Charges (both side) - 630
      Overall final bill - 6890

      Ola postpaid -1500
      Remainder amount - 5390 (paid via gpay)

      You can find the screenshot of my payment attached with this mail paid via UPI to the driver and ola bill enclosed.

      My concern is with regards to why i was charged for toll both side when I had booked for one way only. As mentioned earlier I need a final resolution on this concern.

        I am getting multiple call from OLA to clear the postpaid amount of Rs120.00 since a very long time. I have raised multiple concerns with the OLA team, however there is no response from them. Now I started getting calls that my CIBIL will be impacted and they also have my contact list and they will start contacting them regarding the payment. Also stating that some agent will come and collect the amount. I am fed up with the continues calls and this harassment. Please help me to get this issue resolved. attaching the evidences for your references.

          Hello,

          I already paid for the ola cab via online transfer (cash to driver and receiving mails, whats app, messages to pay ola money dues. why should i pay money again to ola money. As loyal customer to ola cabs i moved out of it due to this post paid scam happening now.

          one of the driver intentionally took money stating that he will return my money once he gets money from ola money as on his screen cash was showing. he gave me his number and later messaged me saying he has got ola money. when i asked him to return the amount i have paid him, he starting ignoring my call and blocked number.

          already raised support case with ola support and no help is received. the only answer i got was to visit app and check booking and raise ticket against those crn

          if needed i can share the transaction done to the drivers

          I have raised multiple tickets, tweets and also have done multiple messages on twitter. These guys are mentally harassing daily by calling

After reaching the destination payment was taken by the driver in cash as well.. He said he has not received the payment. Kindly resolve the issue and refund my payment done through Paytm.                 Hi,

                This is in reference to one of my trips that was booked for an Autorickshaw on 17-May-2023 at 8:42 AM. I have done a payment of Rs. 463.00 twice for this trip using UPI but haven't received one payment reversal for this trip from Ola cab company.

                The trip details are as below -

                Trip ID - CRN [protected]
                UPI transaction reference #[protected]Rs. 463.00)
                UPI transaction reference #[protected]Rs. 463.00)

                These 2 payments were completed by UPI.

                Request to look into this issue soon and ask OLA to revert one of the payments of Rs. 463.00 to my original payment mode ASAP.

                Note - Have sent emails to Ola's support and Nodal Officer but haven't heard back from them at all. The Ola Support Ticket #[protected]
                It's been more than a month since the payment got deduced by OLA usless system is not refunding one amount. Their support channel seems to be just for sake of show, and grievance officers are just sleeping on people's hard earned money. Pathetic service!!

                  I booked an Ola ride from Pune to Ahmednagar on 30th May for my Sister in law. (CRN [protected])
                  I chose an option to pay in cash at end of the ride.
                  When the ride was completed, the driver took Rs 3537 in cash from my sister in law.
                  My paytm wallet shows following entries on 30th May-
                  1. Rs 3167 put on hold for order at ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd. at 8.01 am
                  2. Rs 3167 on hold released by ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd at 11.21 am
                  3. Rs 3167 paid to ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd. at 11.21 am
                  4. Rs 371 paid to ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd at 11.21 am
                  Net Rs 3538 of payment was deducted from my wallet, in addition to the cash Rs 3537 payment made to the driver.
                  The bill for the ride as per the app is Rs3538.
                  I requested Ola support through the app to refund me Rs 3538, but they refused.

                    I am getting repeated calls and messages from different numbers everyday almost 6 times a day .. How many do I have to say that I already paid the fare at the drop itself but still it says to pay ..
                    I hope that u try to resolve the problem as soon as possible ...

                    If not at compulsion I might lodge a complaint against you guys to cyber portal bcoz this issue I'm facing from almost 20 days but still no response at all ..
                    I hope u take my complaint serious and resolve the issue as soon as possible ...

                      I already tried to complain few weeks ago .. Now I am saying again .
                      I am getting repeated calls and whatsapp messages from different numbers saying to pay the fee eventhough I paid the fee at the time of drop .. its been 15 days and still I am getting calls and messages ..
                      Try to stop them as soon as possible ..

                        On 29/05/2023 I travelled from nirala estate, noida to sector 23 Ghaziabad.
                        For which the bill was of Rupees 312. I paid the amount to ola driver on completion of journey through upi id whereas a same amount of money is charged on me through ola postpaid wallet. I contacted the driver about the same, in reply of which he told me that he can't do anything as the payment mode was shown by cash.
                        The proof of both payment is attached for your reference. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                          On 26 May 2023, I had booked an Ola cab to travel from Powai to Family Court in BKC, Mumbai. At the time of booking the cab the fare shown was ₹364. However the driver took me to a different place instead of BKC. After checking with people around, the driver then took me to the right place as per my booking. On alighting he charged me ₹716. I had written to Ola Support but they have not responded except that they have given me a ticket number[protected]. I want the refund of the excess amount charged by the driver.

                            I purchased the ola scooter in the month of February 2023 but I am completely disappointed with the quality of ola scooter. Firstly the scooter side stand is broken within 20 days of purchase, we got it repaired on next day by expending Rs.600.
                            Now, today it again broke into pieces. Your service support is completely disgusting as we call them to repair and they say that we have to pay Rs.1200 this time(Mr. Deepak).
                            We are regretting our decision of making the purchase.

                            Kindly look into our matter. Company's ola centre staff in Jammu City is neither supportive, they charge so much extra for home service.
                            I want you to repair my vehicle free of cost this time otherwise I will push that matter in consumer court.

                              I have been charged extra amount due to traffic . I was shown 373 fare and had to pay 425 by the end. Traffic jam is not customer fault, this is totally illegal and unacceptable. I haven't created any traffic or stopped car in jam. I also faced the delay along with driver, as I have to reach hospital on time for my mother's surgery. Then why to charge money for extra amount. I tried contacting with support team, but their response was rude.

                              I request you to take a strict action against such unprofessional behaviour of Ola cabs.

                                I have dropped over 20 emails to Ola but they are not resolving my issue. Earlier they closed the ticket without understanding my problem and not they have stopped responding.

                                I’ve been asking them to remove a payment mandate which is registered on Ola. Brother they give any option to customers nor they are doing it from backend.

                                I want to delete all my data from the payment app but it is not possible unless Ola deletes the mandate from their end.

                                  I had taken a ride as per attached invoice on 27th May 2023, my ride amount made Rs 258 out of which Rs 236 we're deducted from my paytm account but my driver took cash of whole Rs 258 and said no amount is received by him via paytm. Also driver took the long route and drove very slowly hence bill amount was increased, at the time of booking estimated amount was only 191. The cab condition was very poor, AC was not working
                                  Ola app is not giving proper response on raising this issue, also I have contacted customer care executive but they are saying nothing will be done in your favour as you have paid cash. No proper customer service from such a big concern.Driver confirmed that Ola would refund me the money. I was charged twice for a single ride. Please refund ₹236 deducted from paytm

                                    On 15.04.2023 afternoon, undersigned booked an Ola cab from Noida to MDI Gurgaon for Rs. 684.00. The vehicle broke down enroute resulting in not only delay and inconvenience but also additional cost of Rs. 305.00 -towards hiring another cab to reach the destination - after paying to the cab driver whatever he claimed there. The same day the matter was reported to Ola by mail the same day and requested them to refund the additional cost incurred by me due to their poor service. However there was no response from them.
                                    Now from last few days, OlaMoney has started claiming once again the trip amount as OlaMoney Post-paid due. Several Communication to Ola has not yielded any response / result. Of late they have started to claim the fraudulent due amount by adding late fee. The matter is becoming very annoying.
                                    Ola must streamline their business process and learn to handle their unscrupulous business partners (drivers) properly. It is unfortunate to note that Ola prefers to believe their unscrupulous drivers more than their customers.
                                    I request ola to provide proper support and stop harassing their customers with such false claims.

                                      Regarding the ride I took on 26/5/2023 by 4:12 PM, I have opted for gpay once started the ride as driver had no change. Ola has requested gpay payment and I also paid it. But while closing the ride, application asked for cash payment again to close the ride. I paid driver again through gpay the same 364. Driver confirmed that Ola would refund me the money. I was charged twice for a single ride. Please refund ₹364

                                        I paid to the driver in cash Rs.2119 as he demanded cash payment . But later OLA bills me through postpaid charge too. It became twice charging for the same single trip. Even though i complained to OLA about the wrong billing they are refusing to revoke the postpaid billing. I contacted the driver and asked him to refund my cash payment, he declined to do so . but he accepted taking cash payment. i sent the voice recording ( in Tamil ) to Ola team but they refused it and still force me to pay again. They did not even bother to put the driver in call for confirmation.

                                        I attached the postpaid bill created . but i could not attach the voice recording as the format ( .amr ) is not supported to attach. i can send through email if needed.
