The team Ola continuously doing harrasment calls and sending blackmailing message for outstanding amount. I registered complaint to their support team for being overly charged and different route but they didn't even care but now the team start doing Harrassment calls to me, the call starts from morning 9am to 10 pm more than 10-15 calls every day. They even start doing WhatsApp call every day apart normal calls, this is so frustrating....

My last ride from bangalore airpot to whitefield for amount 1242rs cash paid to driver personal Gpay.But still showing payment pending due. Please clear my due.

Date of incident: 30 April...

I had taken a ride from airport to mathikere, bengaluru on 29th Apr 10:20 pm the bill was 948 but the driver took 1000 rs cash from me, and yet he didn't update it in the app, now I cant take an ola rode Until i pay it again...

50000 loan taken from Aditya Birla FL
I have ola postpaid limit of of 3000 and i am not using ola postpaid from many months
But ola has tagged my name to Aditya Birla FL to a loan of 50000 and remaining balance showing 2Rs and This is reflecting on my credit report in CIBIL as negative account.. i request you to clear that 2Rs also because its effecting my cibil score.....

I booked ola electric S1 2 kw with full amount by credit card. Delivery date was 23 Apr.. But they failed again and again... I have also paid 6000 rs interest on credit card... Ola is cheating us......

Regarding the postpaid bill charged to me by Ola for last two rides, even though I had paid the fare in cash to the driver at the end of the ride. I have taken a ola ride from BLR airport to my residence on 8th April. The Ola app on my mobile did not show the ride cost after the trip, but it showed 1243 on drivers app and I paid the amount. After few minutes, the app showed the amount as 860. I raised a complaint and ola agreed to refund 383 to my account in 10 days on 13th April and took all the neft details. I took a ride from Dwarka mor, Delhi to D21 Corporate Park Dwarka Delhi.
Pickup time 9:15 AM and drop time 9:40 AM. Date 11/05/2023.

My ride fare was Rs. 134. But the driver said you need to pay Rs. 200 and I paid him and left as I was in hurry for my office. Now I am calling the driver but he is not responding even after multiple calls.

This is regarding the ride on May 1 2023,
I paid 132 for the trip to driver through gpay but still got charged in ola postpaid.
This is not the frst time.The same happened with me last year for which I raised so many tickets by mailing ola support but nothing worked I ended up paying that money to avoid the calls and texts.when I called customer care they didn't respond properly. The worst customer care I have ever come accross....

I have already paid the money thrice and your fake guys are harassing me continuously for the last three months....

Taken money 2 times but still not received the refund post having discussion multiple times with customer support

Only time delaying...promising lie...there is no actual support

Ola is cheater in Bangalore...

There has been fraud done by the driver of Ola .. made payment through credit card but the driver demanded cash as he didn’t receive payment .. paid him cash and Ola also didn’t return the debit wrote to Ola support multiple times but they are not replying !! CRN number of Ola ride : [protected]...

I have paid the bill by still the payment was pending I cannot go to next drive please clear the payment pending...

On 10th April I took Ola cab from Electronic city to Lalbagh (cRN - [protected]). the bill was 512. I paid through phonepe and it was successful but still driver said he did not receive it. then after some arguments app started showing that pay to driver in cash. hence I paid him in cash. he said Ola will reverse the phonepe payment. till today Ola did not reverse the payment. Ola support did not call me even after raising support tickets....

Payment is successful for the ride and it still shows in app that Payment is pending. Kindly resolve it....
