On Ola company

When we are trying to book a cab nearby eg : 2min far, after booking it is showing 9 min time to reach our location, when i tried to call driver he is too far to our location and it will take more than 9 min. We are too frustrated today very bad experience with ola app.

Why it not booking nearby cabs when we are trying to book, if the cab is too far it should show like exact time before booking but after booking it is showing...

Left my bag in ola cab

My name is dhruv dubey and i am a regular user of ola cabs, recently on 11th july 2016 i booked a cab at 4.10 am as i need to catch a flight at 6 am.

Grievance in cab booking

Trip without receipt

Parking charge

But i can't take any parking i left ola on road there haven't any parking charges.. When i complain this ola support then told me yes it's chargeable... It's my first booking so really speaking, the dream fare always remains a dream.My bill was 399 after applying promo code book100. I was shocked total 6.4km+ 6.4 km = 12.8 km journey n they took 399. EXCESS BILL AND NON RECEIPT OF BILL

I have booked one OLA Cab from Bangalore Airport. CRN No. 63926387. Driver took Rs.120.00 for toll tax at Banglore Airport but receipt was not provided to me check the amount and get the reimbursement. Further, I booked for mini and i had to pay Rs.640.00 to driver for 36 KM ride. The Driver also take payment of 20 minutes waiting charge while I was forced to wait for taxi due to his late arrival.     This is most fraud company I ever seen. I ordered for parcel on 17th May and it was cancelled. So there was rs 86 to be refunded to me within 5 to 7 working days. Till now I have not received. Customer care doens't care and they are not returning my money. Is this your father' s money. ? I was my money back at any cost.

        I recently placed an order on the Ola Food app, but it has been significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, I have not received any proper updates regarding the delay, and I am unable to get assistance through your support channels.

          I booked a ride from Lakdi Ka Pul to Veera, Kapila Nagar, with a fare of ₹158. I made the payment via PhonePe, but it showed as "Payment Pending." The driver informed me that he had not received the payment and requested me to pay again, assuring that he would refund the first transaction if it was later received.

          Since the initial payment was eventually processed, I kindly request a refund of ₹158. Please take the necessary steps to process the refund at the earliest.

            1. Facing multiple technical issues in ola electric scooter. I've raised multiple tickets for the same but every time ola service center engineers make different types of excuses and I have to return without solution.
            2. The service centre team never share escalation matrix, so that a customer can escalate.
            3. I've raised tickets on call, email but their response is always poor.
            4. My another issue is- my mobile number has changed and old mobile number doesn't exist. When I asked them to change my mobile number, they asked me back to login the app and change the number. This is so senseless because no one can login the app if the registered mobile number isn't active because I can't receive OTP.
            5. I informed them that my old number isn't active, but then they did not reply.
            6. I emailed to grievance officer for quick help but no response from their side ass well.
            7. My current ticket numbers are[protected]/07721504/[protected]many more unresolved tickets in last few months)
