Booking CRN [protected] with ola
I've booked boking CRN [protected] with option cash payment. if we make booking online payment driver will not take into ride if apart from cash any mode is selected. Before this booking another driver has already cancelled for this reason.
When trip was started this booking automatically changed from ola side cash to ola wallet and I was not aware about it. I need to catch my flight and I was travelling with my family and small kid . So when I get off from ola taxi, I paid cash (online driver's wallet ) . Even driver dint said anything and he went off there. When I reached I inside the airport and completed the security check in then I noticed, I called out driver but he said he not phone right now, he will transfers back in morning, I called him couple of days, he has always excuses and he said that I already told you for Cash payment only . Please take your from ola . I complaint to ola but they denied too.
Getting payment option changes and Ola's responsibility to collect back or removed charges my wallet . Instead of receiving support from ola team
the said they will spoil my cibil and keep calling for threating call instead addressing of my concern. To avoid this I made payment to ola and ola started calling me every minute automated reminder call to make the payment which is completely disturbing me as well while at work, home in hospital which could serious threat to my life due to distraction of ola's reminder calls .

OLA is not supporting to resolve this problem i complaint several time and they needs refund this money with interests.

    I am Priyanka I am from Delhi. I book ola cab dilshad garden to mahipalpur but cab driver no dropped me my proper location he dropped me halfway
    With my child and he will charged me full and he saying you will not give me money I will not give you luggage he behaving me roudly ad abusing discussing man

      I booked a ride with an option to pay in cash. midway ride i changed the payment method to UPI and paid the amount to ola cabs. The app is not showing this change and still asking for money in cash.

        I Had booked an OLA Cabs Outstation Ride on 13th September, 2023 From Bhubaneswar to Puri and It was a one way ride. The amount of Money which was written to be paid to the driver was ₹1664 but The driver charged us ₹2184 telling us that we have to pay the toll taxes both the ways. It was only a one way ride but still the driver charged us an extra whooping amount to ₹520.

        Please Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and take necessary actions against OLA Cabs and return my rest amount of money as a Refund as soon as Possible.

        Below I have mentioned the essential details and also attached the necessary screenshots.

          I am getting calls as am due with 132rs from July 14th. But I have taken ride on that day with 192 rs and also paid in cash. Yet I get number of calls repeatedly disturbing privacy. Look into it and will take it seriously later.

            I have taken the Ola Care + plan for my scooter where they claim if any time my scooter isn't working properly. They will initiate a pick up and drop service and solve the issue in priority. Also, free of charge because of the plan. My scooter isn't performing well its charging time always vary from 12-16 hours, also while riding it suddenly shows warning and get turned off while i am being on road which might cause some serious accident. Even after multiple complaints there is no resolution they just want me to sit back and wait till the plan expires. Even the customer service is unorganized. we have to chat with a bot which won't solve any of our problems just initiate a ticket for a problem. Then they have their call services which don't pick up the call on time.                   I booked a cab and during drop off i heard driver saying 375 so i paid 375 through upi Google pay but the payment got stuck so driver said it will be reverted back to my account so i did 375 again and then he said its not 375 its 575 so i paid 200 again to him but after an hour when i check my account details the payment was sent to driver so i contacted driver and driver confirmed me that he recieved amount so i requested him to refund and he agreed to refund but unfortunately he didn't transfer me my money so i raised a complaint against him on OLA App but even after sharing my payment details, bank statement and even the driver sent me a screenshot of recieved amount that also i had attached to Ola support but each tike they are just eager to close the ticket just because they have to refund me ... They are not taking any action on driver or they haven't even confirmed the payment on drivers side and finally after back to back calls with ola executives they only try to close the ticket without giving me a resolution so in this way Ola Cab and Ola Cab Driver cheated me so i request to take action ond these stupid apps

                    Respected sir/mam,
                    I booked ola cab - mini white indica on sep 6 8:43pm. The destination (railway junction) is 6kms away from my place so i booked earlier but the driver was not picking the call for 10 mins he came late and the behaviour is also rude. The fare generated in the app is ₹145/- but the driver was asking for the extra cash he charged me ₹180/- directly through gpay. I asked him the reason for extra payment he said he need to drop near the platform but he dropped outside the junction. I've attached the screenshots of both the payment to the driver as well as the screenshot from my rides (he completed the ride midway so its showing ₹70/- with 0.8kms). Please don't encourage these kind of acts and take necessary action.

                      I booked an Ola cab on 06/09/2023 at 5:30 AM from Anjappa layout to Electronic City. (Driver Kumar GA CRN [protected]). On the way the driver stopped for fuel and he asked me to pay for it. The furl voat Rs. 530. After the ride ended he pointed me to the scanner to pay for the ride which had amounted to Rs. 509. I payed double of what I would have paid.

                      Please get me the refund for the fuel that I paid.

                        Ola, Chennai.
                        I paid the correct amount to Ola cabs via GPay, but the driver refused to accept and asked me to pay via GPay to his own GPay account. I paid him an extra fare as well. My original total for the ride was ₹245 but I had to pay him ₹330 separately. Please help. I'm unable to raise a ticket for this issue.

                          I have paid my postpaid Plus bill of rupees 1358 on 2nd sept from Google Pay. However, the app is not reflecting the paid amount. It is still asking me to clear my dues. I have attached the screenshot of the payment.

                            Hi ola cabs,

                            On last three auto rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down.
                            As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and i didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
                            But now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues.

                            And from the last few days, started getting harassment calls to clear the dues.

                            Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.
                            This looks some kind of fraud is going with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.

                            First streamline your business process properly and then start the services.
                            Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models

                            I request ola please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.

                              I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding the quality of service I have experienced with Ola in recent times.

                              Over the past few days, I have been repeatedly receiving unsolicited calls from various "Ola" offices across India, all featuring pre-recorded messages.

                              These calls have become increasingly disruptive and frustrating, leaving me with no choice but to voice my grievances.

                              What makes this situation even more vexing is that these calls come from numbers that cannot be dialed back, as they consistently respond with a "number does not exist" message. Moreover, my attempts to address this issue through the message link provided for payment of dues have proven futile, as the link appears to be non-functional.

                              I have made several attempts to contact your customer support team via phone calls and emails, but regrettably, I have not received any response from a human representative. This lack of communication from Ola only exacerbates my frustration and dissatisfaction with your services.

                              I wish to emphasize that if this incessant harassment and lack of resolution continue, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities, such as the police and consumer protection agencies. My intention is not to create unnecessary trouble but to seek a fair and amicable resolution.

                              I kindly request that you immediately investigate this matter, halt the unsolicited calls, and facilitate a direct and meaningful conversation with me to address the concerns I have raised. My aim is to find a mutually satisfactory solution and restore my trust in Ola's services.

                              I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. Please treat this issue with the urgency it deserves, as it is affecting my peace of mind and overall experience as a customer.

                                I booked ola from JW marriot aerocity to terminal 3. When i booked the rate came to Rs.118. On arrival it showed Rs. 1016. I paid cash and left. Later i see the refund voucher of Rs.898. Not sure where that is sent. CRN[protected]

                                  Constant daily harassment by Ola

                                  On 9th July 2023, I booked a rental cab through the OLA India App in Pune for a 2-hour or 20 KM ride (Booking ID: CRN[protected]). Just 5 KM into the journey, the driver refused to continue beyond 20 KM, despite OLA's guidelines that should have permitted additional distance and time for an extra fee. I explained to the driver that I was heading to the airport to pick up my parents and needed to be sure we would be dropped off safely....
