We traveled in an ola cab from Sodepur to Birati ( Kolkata, West Bengal ) car number - CRN[protected] on 25.08.23. My friend who travelled along with us forgot his office bag containing his important office papers and money in car. The driver had left by the time we realised the missing baggage.
When we called the driver after dropping, the driver didnot respond us. The driver is now out of reach and we need immediate assistance reagarding this, We have booked ola from the account of Poulomi Mitra. Please do the needful, we are very much worry about our bag.

    I cancelled One trip vide CRN[protected] dated 10 Aug 23 as i was not able to contact the driver. I was charged Rs.65. i came to know only when i had to pay Rs.65 Extra in my Next Trip vide CRN[protected] (Trip 119 and Cancellation charges Rs.65). When i initiated correction request in the App giving reasons, my Refund was approved and was to be credited to my Ola Wallet in 8-10 days as confirmed by App. Till date no amount is credited to my wallet. i am continuously raising concern on APP and Twitter handle @ola_supports Olas twitter handle only conforming that it will resolve my issue soon for past 5 days that too when i post any additional tweet. else they are dead silent.
    there is no customer care of OLA/ANI where i can lodge complaint. I am totally hopeless how fraudulently and irresponsibly this company works.
    kindly help it is mentally frustrating and unjust.

        I book ola scooter on 27/07/2023 and around 120000 and same cancelled on 06/08/2023 and still I m not received refund amount I made tooo many escalate not no use of it .

        And i purchased to card card Emi But since ola is not refunding Money so my EMI is running kindly help me out of this

          Hey good evening i purchase ola s1 pro n payed downpayment for 63k and the loan has been proceed through indusland bank in the app its showing sucessfull but cant able to do e mandate or auto debit buts its showing its i process its been so many days dint even got call from the bank also so could you please confirm me the loan has been successful or not. And the other side dp has been taken from the ola. They told to cancel the loan and rebook i dono what to do so please revert me mail im attaching details of mobile number. N order id here

            The OLA driver forcibly collected the toll amount of Rs 100/- from the ladies by creating nonsense at the airport on 30 Jul 2023 (OLA invoice No CRN[protected])

            OLA customer care, the grievance officer, and the nodal officer never responded to my mail complaint.

              I took this cab ride in Bangalore from a homestay to the airport on 3rd July 2023 and my payment was set to cash.
              I paid the full amount Rs. 1545 through Gpay to the driver and went for my airport check-in as I was in a rush. Later, I noticed that Ola was basically asking me to pay Rs. 1000 through OlaMoney and the rest to the driver. I contacted the driver and requested the money back but he never responded.

              I have paid for the trip in full. I tried contacting customer service but couldn’t get through and the automated system wouldn’t let me chat to a representative. I even wrote emails to their customer support and grievances nodal as well, but they also never got back to me. OlaCabs is harassing me with multiple calls, notifications and messages to pay again under OlaMoney payment. I have paid for the service. If anything, you should take this up with the driver. This is really bad customer service.

                Even after settling my due bill Ola is calling me and harassing me saying that my bill has not been settled, even they impose fine on me after paying the amount before due date . There is no any number mentioned in Ola app so that any aggrieved customer can talk to the executive for redressal. Ola app is just harassing there customers

                  I rode in ola with my friend from Anna salai to Vgn tranquil Kaatangulathur. My fare was rs.983. Once reached, I tried to pay but it showed processing in gpay so my friend tried to pay and the same issue for her .But within 10 minutes both our payments went through.I cnontanced the driver about this but he is not responding properly .Kindly help....

                  Hi Team,

                  My name is Rohit Joshi. Yesterday, I had booked one way ride from gurugram to vrindavan. The fare shown at the time of doing the cab booking was Rs.2887 for the distance of 133 kms.

                  I'm attaching the invoice for your reference. The driver charged me Rs.5777 plus Rs.800 toll charge without giving any reason. He was abusive and was trying to get physical.

                  Also, if you look at the invoice it is incorrect as it shows the distance of 391Kms which is certainly incorrect.

                  I therefore would want you to refund Rs.2890 which you've charged me extra else I will take this matter to the consumer court.

                  I've attached both the invoices for your reference and necessary action at the earliest.

                    My ride fare for Jawahar Nagar, new Delhi to Govindpuram, Ghaziabad was first estimated to be ₹591 then it was increased to ₹651. But at the time of ending of the ride, I was asked to pay ₹887. No reroutes we're done and there was barely any traffic on the road. This is extremely unfair.

                      I had booked a ride via ola cabs and paid the amount during ride via phonepe but due to some technical issues payment was failed but money was deducted from my account, and i paid cash also after terminating the ride and when I complained on ola cabs they said we will communicate within 7 working days, such a useless response I got from there side.

                        Please find the sequence below:
                        1. Booked a ride to Yadamuri and Balmuri via Ola with CRN [protected] with car no-KA13D0555(Rangaswamy).
                        2. Received Start OTP. and start reading the odometer Started the ride at 1:45pm.
                        3. We paid Rs.2000/- at the petrol bunk via Gpay at 1:49pm.
                        4. Paid at toll Rs. 515 by driver at different timings.(We paid at the end of the trip consolidated way).
                        5. Completed the trip at 8:55pm with the end trip reading in the odometer.
                        6. OLA app hung up even after the driver ended the trip and didn't work for a long time, almost 1day.(till 5:24 pm, 26.06.2023)
                        7. Despite all the mails, total amount deducted is break-up below:
                        Petrol price Rs.2000/-
                        Driver price Rs.3000/-(Including toll)
                        Deducted from PAYTM Rs.4329(Rs.4274 + Rs.55)/
                        Total amount paid Rs.9329/-
                        Actual trip amount Rs.4597/-(Find the invoice copy).
                        Amount to be returned Rs.4732/-

                        Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                          On 3rd Aug Ola ride from Ahmedabad to Dholka charged twice the amount shown at the time of booking. During booking Ola app shows the charge as Rs. 1212 only (Screenshot attached). But after the trip was completed, the driver manipulated the app and showed me the charge as Rs. 2313 and in addition he asked for another Rs, 190 for tolls but no toll in the route totaling Rs. 2503. I have made a request revision on the Ola app which was revised to 2263. Driver was not compromising and demanded the full amount which I was forced to pay through Google pay (attached).

                            I got an IVR call from an unknown number while I was in a Video Call with my parents in WhatsApp. And the digital voice said someone is trying to change my OLA registered mobile number. To prevent this it asked for pressing 1 and one OTP which is sent to my mobile number for confirmation. Since I was on another Video Call that time, I didn't open the text message. But checked it was in the name of Ola and the message was in the same folder of Ola. After entering the OTP Rs 9900 got deducted from my postpaid balance.Below are the details.                               I booked a rental cab via OLA India App on 9th July 2023 in Pune (Booking ID: CRN[protected]). The booking was for 2 hours or 20 KM. Beyond which, I would have been charged INR 17 for every KM of travel and/or INR 3 for every extra minute.

                              5 KM into the trip, the driver said he is not willing to come back this part of the town. He specifically said that he will end the trip exactly as 20 km gets over. Despite repeated explanation of the OLA rental guidelines, he refused to continue beyond 20 KM. He said he will end the trip at exactly 20 KM. I would have to book another cab from there. What was I supposed to do?

                              Given that I was going to the airport to receive my parents who were travelling from Tripura, it was very possible that we would have been dropped at some obscure place late at night where it would have been difficult to get a cab. I therefore asked him to cancel the trip. He happily complied. I had to book another cab right after getting down and went on to receive my parents at the airport.

                              I was charged in full, that is INR 651 for 5 KM travel, by OLA for the first trip. Despite my complaint to OLA customer care about the scenario and the harassment I had gone through, OLA customer care refused to revoke/reduce the fare and take any action against the OLA driver. Their surprising response was "..we have identified that you have de-boarded the cab for your personal reasons". They refused to process my complaint further.

                              I am attaching invoice of the trip that the complaint is about. I had to book another cab after de-boarding to take the same trip I was supposed to take in the first place. I am attaching the bill for that as well. Also find attached my interaction with OLA customer service regarding the incident.

                                Cash paid to driver but still showing outstanding

                                I paid the driver in cash but it is still showing up in my app that rupees 500 is pending. Trip date is 5th July 2023. CRN [protected]. Also find the attached trip details. Already tried to reach the support team but didn't get any response. Please resolve this issue ASAP....

                                  I am a OLA customer with a post paid CRDIT of Rs 10000.00I have been clearing all my rides within the time limit and use the OLA ridesextensively on travel outside MUMBAI.
                                  On 26th June 2023, I scheduled OLA SUV fora drop to EGMORE from Green Meadows, Thiruvanmiyur CRN No [protected] at 4.45.There was no response till 4.45 am. I then scheduled a new ride and cancelledthe scheduled ride.
                                  The new ride CRN [protected] was booked at 4.51 am andthe driver rang up to confirm the ride and asked for cash payment. He will nottake the ride if it is on line. Since we were running out of time, I agreedand, on his arrival, I have mentioned to the driver, I am an OLA post paidcustomer with credit line. The driver flatly refused to take the ride if it wasnot cash payment. He sited several cases of dispute between yourorganisation and the partners.
                                  Since we were running late for the train, I had toagree for the cash payment. The travel took place with your OTP is the proof oftravel and I paid Rs 517 to the driver.
                                  I took up immediately in the app for the reversal ofthe payment against the cash paid. Your app is repeating that the paymentcannot be reversed. I have taken up several times and, yesterday I spoke withthe Supervisor on the subject. After discussion, I am sending an official mailconfirming the complaint and payment of cash.
                                  I request you to address this issue and reverse thedues in my account. This is the plight of most travels when we scheduleovernight for airport or train station. Please look into the issue and correct.
                                  Please look into this issue and solve the problem. once due credit is given, i can make the payment for the first ride .
