I had a family trip and booked an ola cab to bangalore cantonment railway station on 27th october 4:00 pm. Booking reference number is crn[protected]. I got confirmation message with the driver details (Driver name: yogesh-[protected], silver indica ka464702). 30 min later (4:30 pm) i got a call from driver and asked my dropping point and shared my information to driver. Again i got a call by 4:45 pm but this time from ola help line and told your ride with yogesh (Ka464702) has been cancelled, we apologize for the inconvenience. Immediately i booked a cab from other service and reached railway station at 6:30 pm but this is 10 min late and not able to catch the train. Due to this inconvenience from ola i lost money and spoiled my planned vacation.

    I booked one ola cab from Kolkata airport. Car was not stopped in the desired location. Even driver also asked me to show the direction of the road. During the journey he also had been fined for not using safety belt. Even after reaching at our desired location at Nager Bazar he asked for cash 398 rupees including parking charge at Airport. When I refuse to give cash, he threaten me and I forced to pay cash as mentioned above. An amount of Rs 288 also deducted from my ola money too. I also inform the same to call centre to. But they did not refund my money back. This my first experience I ola.

      Hi,

      Nov 3rd, took a share cab ride from my office verizon to home in miyapur. I requested the driver to take different route as they regular route wasnt good and iam 6 months pregnant, so worried about the jerks due to bad road condition, requested him to take main road as it will be 2kms extra for him. That driver was soooo rude that he said he doesnt care of my safety and he is worried about his money and kms. I was in complete shock when he said that and also he was continuously on phone and i sat in front seat.. He was hitting me badly with his elbow when answered phone (May not be purposely) but he never said sorry. All the way i was scared whether i will go home or hospital.. These cab facilities only look for money and nothing else.. No safety is provided and when driver behaved rudely, when we compliant.. There is no response at all.. I complained more than 4 to 5 times.. No one bother to reply or call..

      While choosing the location, map doest allow us to select the location routing so such cases we request drivers and most of them say yes as its a safety issue.

      But such drivers like mohd rafeeq who drive white dzire are such not humans while driving..

      If the ola people doesnt response to my consumer complaint also.. I would like to know the process to raise a female embarrassment on that driver and also ola cab.

      Kindly help me with this complaint such that no other pregnant women suffer like me in the near future.

        I had to pay rs 80 instead of flat fare of rs 60 on my third ride of ola share
        On 10th nov 8:42 am. my destination is within 12 kms so flat rs 60 should
        Have been charged. i want to know the reason of this extra charge.

          While boarding the car driver took the payment in cash as he said that the share cabs are prepaid. In the midway ola money got deducted, I shown him that, but he refused to give the cash back and asked to contact customer care as thats not his fault. After deboarding also I showed him the mail which was clearly stating that the payment was done by ola money. But he refused and said he can not do anything as I have to call customer care for this. He also mentioned that don't add fund in ola money as this things are quite common. It's very unfortunate that you guys are sending notification every now and then and then charging double for a single ride. Is it your new tricks to cheat customer?

            On last Sunday (06/11/2016) I with my spouse and one child rode a taxi booked by one of my relatives. It was a Mini White Desire Tour that was provided from your end. Journey was started at Bapuji Nagar, Jadavpur, Kolkata 700092 at 4.40 pm and was ended at Howrah Station at 5.20 pm ttravelling total of 15.6 km. It took only 40 minutes to reach the destination. But astonishingly the bill against such travel was charged Rs. 593/- including the tax. It is very surprising how the fare was charged so high. Though I instantly paid the amount as was claimed, but it was very painful to me.
            Hence you are requested to take necessary action against the same and take necessary steps to refund the excess amount at earliest.

              This is a serious complain against Ola driver Anuj Sharma (White Etios UP 14 ET 7544; Phone No. [protected]) and the Ola cancellation policy.

              When I booked the cab driven by Anuj Sharma the system showed that he would be at the pick-up point in three minutes. however when contacted he mentioned that he would only arrive in 7 ~ 8 minutes. When I questioned him why he would take more time than what was displayed by the Ola system - he behaved very rudely. He switched off and very shortly thereafter I got the message that the driver had cancelled the booking. He did not arrive at the pick-up point where I was waiting.

              Shortly thereafter I got a call while in the lift of my apartment. The call was aborted before I could take the call. The phone rang for an extremely short duration.

              The call was followed by the a message from OLA that I had been charged Rs. 50 as penalty for cancellation which is unfair (a s the cab had not arravied at my pick-up location and was delaying. This reflects a business policy based on cheating the customer.

              why should I be charged Rs. 50 for a booking that was cancelled by a rude and callous driver who has no concern for the passengers schedule and did not even try to pick me up from the pick-up point. Also the contact from Ola was very short duration and almost intentionally designed for the customer to miss the call. The charge imposed is unfair. I sincerely request that the charge be reversed and the OLA driver be disciplined for his rude and unprofessinal behaviour.

                I hired a ola cab CRN[protected] in Guwahati today(11/10/2016) number [protected] to drop me to airport but the driver was arrogant and misbehaved with me. when I told him to park the vehicle inside my apartment rather than parking on the road he started quarrelling and used abusive language against me. Further to that when I tried standing against his abuses he came to hit me and was about to fight with me. Which in turn made my reputation in the society go down as its not a sign of a good person. I urge ola to take take of the case or else I will be bound to file a case against the same. which means I can go for a defamation case damaging my reputation.I need the full refund to be made by ola cabs Car no. is As-8088(full number not coming on my ola booking) Bijoy driver name

                  Money got deducted from wallet after the ride and also on top of that driver also collected that money. When contacted with the OLA help desk they are telling that they dont have any option to revert the additional money collected from the drivers as they are not employed by OLA. What a lame excuse is that ??? So i ended up paying the fare two times.

                  Also the driver took a long route than the regular one and the fare was also high due to that

                    I had booked a ola share from kolkata railway station for my home on 08 nov 2016.the app displayed a fair of 76 rs but driver asked me to pay 40 rs extra as parking charge of kolkata railway station.i argued with him but he started shouting on me that he is picking 100 people everyday from kolkata railway station n noone questioned him ever.as m not interested in arguing with him i paid him 40 rs extra, reached home and called ola customer care kolkata.they yold me that they will take action on driver but didnt respond back.this is a cheating with customers and ola should look into it..

                    I did not recieved CRN number/OSN to be told to driver to start the ride, the driver vinod kumar white wagoner 1933 came on time to pick me, (from sarai rohilla to ajmeri gate) but i did not recived any CRN NUMBER, so driver cancelled my booking.the cancellstion was from driver and not from me, so i should not be charged in my next ride.

                      I was travelling from Howrah Railway Station (New) to Keshtopur. As per the traffic police rule, each cab driver has to park their car to pick up a customer at this station.

                      I took an allocated Ola cab from the parking place. While leaving the parking place the driver asked me for parking charge at the exit of the parking area. I gave him Rs: 50/- as usual. This parking charge never included in the fire in earlier rides.

                      But, Ola charged me extra rupees for this parking. Even, they didn't mention the parking charge in the trip bill.

                      I gave Rs-157+50 = Rs 207/-

                      So, they charged me twice for parking.

                        I have recharged 250 rs two times today(09.11.2016) at 12.44 pm and 12.50 pm. Amount got debited from my account. But not credited into my account.
                        I called customer care people. They asked me to take ride and before 10 minutes of completing ride asked me to call. We will help you like that they told. But Finally they did not help me. I got into embarrassed situation. Then Finally I got money from my colleague and paid it. Poor responsibility and answer. Hereafter I will not use OLA Cabs.

                          I have 500rs Ola money, but when driver starting the cab, my Ola money 0rs only shown in driver app, so he asked to pay money, so the end of drop I paid 260rs.
                          End of the drop also I am not getting any amount detected notifications, so only I paid amount.
                          But my ola money detected 257rs, I called customer care executive, they told can't refund the amount, because few days before they changed policy. With out any intimation they changed policy.

                            Booked an Ola share with another pickup from same location -New thippasandra. Once i got in, i shared the OSN number[protected]. He failed to register me which I realized later and instantly he was passing time so that the other booking gets cancelled on its own.

                            He goes for another booking which is in another location -KG colony in a very lonely area. Once that passenger gets in, the driver decides to tell me to get off the cab as my bookimg has apparently been cancelled. He refused to contact the corporate office to clarify this and after fighting for quite some time, he became loud and rude and inappropriate. There is no way Ola is going to respond to this as there organisation is not very customer centric. however i hope they sense the rising discomfort and take suitable action.

                              I had taken a ride on 05 nov 2016 at 07:18 from palam vihar sector 2 to delhi sarai rohilla.

                              Total charges were 630/- and i paid rs 630/- to driver in cash as asked by him. But when i put on my internet connection which was off at that time i came to know that rs 600/- had been deducted from my ola account and i had to pay only rs 30/-.

                              I request you to refund rs 600/- to my account with phone number [protected]

                                Booked an ola share cab, called the driver who was about 5 min from where I was. He said he won't be coming this way and asked me to cancel and book a different ola. Cancelled it but got a message saying I'll be charged 25 for next booking. Called the driver and he couldn't do anything.

                                Any idea how to raise this to ola? Will they do anything about this?

                                  It is to my dismay and frustration that i write this compliant. I travelled by OLA today by Mini-White Micro CRN number[protected], ( i do not have the vehicle number with me and it is not showing in the Your rides list also), and left my residence at sharp 2.22 pm. The Driver FAISAN M did not know the route and he did not have the navigation also. Without knowing the route and without navigation and with my little knowledge about Bangalore route i guided him upto a point after that i did not know where to go. The driver went on asking and he took me in a very very long route and i reached the railway station at 3.45 pm. My train to Hyderabad via Kucheguda express was at 3.30 pm. I am feeling horrible and frustrated and OLA owes an apology to me and has to reimburse my train ticket cost, plus the OLA charge of 122 debited to my OLA money account, plus re-imburse my return charge by OLA of Rs. 165 to home plus reimburse my bus fare of Rs. 740 which is my ticket booked for tonight again to Hyderabad by BUS SRS Travels.

                                  OLA cannot appoint drivers who dont know the routes, cannot run the vehicle without a navigator and in such cases should not take the passenger on board and should have the decency to tell that please go in another cab as i do not know the route. What sort of a Company are you running, Are you out only to make money. Where is the customer satisfaction. ? How can you even do this? Why are you monitoring such rides which go without navigation ? Dont you come to know when the car is driving without a navigation. ? How can you make a passenger miss a train is my question.

                                  Please reply to me and send me a cheque for the amount i have claimed. What about the mental agony and damages and time wasted on travel? Who will pay for this time of 3 hours wasted, wasted on a useless journey? Please send a cheque for Rs. 1027 failing which i shall go to the Consumer Court.

                                  And please reset yourselves properly and make sure the passenger does not suffer due to no knowledge of routes and no navigation. You people are just out to make the fast buck.

                                  Please verify from your end whether it was the Drivers fault for not having the navigation today or it is the technical lapse from the Company s end that the Driver could not access the navigation.

                                  If a cab is going without navigation the Driver should be called and asked why the navigation is not on. Or strict instructions should be given to the Driver who accepts the ride without knowing the route. All Drivers should be trained to know the minimum routes. Airport, Railway stations, Bus Terminus, Major tourist spots etc. It is ridiculous if OLA Company employs drivers who dont know routes. I personally have instances of having suffered even earlier beacuse the Driver did not know the route nor could follow the navigation.

                                    On Nov 6, 2016, at around 11:35 pm, I boarded an Ola share cab. A co-passenger boarded the cab after 20 odd minutes. Then on began my harrowing experience.

                                    Below is the complaint I sent to Ola to which they have not taken any action.

                                    Today, I had the most harrowing experience in the share cab ride(Share OSN[protected]. My co-passenger - Pooja lit up a cigarette inside the car during the ride. When I asked her to stub it out, she refused and continued to smoke. Even when I told her that I have allergic bronchitis, she didn't relent. When I complained to the driver she started abusing me. I immediately asked the driver to stop the car and called Ola support. I explained the whole situation to them. They promised to arrange a call back from the supervisor, but I did not get any. On multiple requests from the driver I let the cab start again. But, through out the commute that lady kept abusing me. The ride ended and I called Ola support again, and this time the supervisor came online and I explained the whole experience. They have said they will get back with a response in 24-48 hours.
                                    I was subjected to a constant barrage of derogatory and insulting language all because I asked her to stop smoking in the car. I couldn't even retort and defend myself as this was a delicate man-woman in a cab situation. I felt so helpless and took everything in and suffered silently. She even threatened to lodge a false misbehavior complaint against me.

                                    Moreover, she was clearly in violation of the code of conduct / customer behavior as specified by Ola.

                                    "General Customer behaviour while using transport service through CSP
                                    You shall maintain reasonable behavior while utilizing the Services offered by the CSP.
                                    You shall take full responsibility of Your items. In case of lost items during the journey, We will try to locate the items on a "best-effort" basis but We shall not be responsible for the same in case of any losses or damages arising out of such lost items.
                                    You shall ensure that You will not:
                                    Ask the CSP to break any Traffic/Transport/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose (especially reaching the destination earlier).
                                    Pressurize the CSP to overload the boot space of the Vehicle with luggage. (The Customer shall not be generally allowed to use the seating area of the Vehicle for placing any kind of luggage); and
                                    Request the CSP to halt at automated teller machines (ATM), shops, etc.
                                    Consume alcohol and banned substances including drugs and psychotropic substances, smoke or consume any toxins while in the Vehicle"

                                    I hope Ola takes this matter up seriously and not show any consideration for the gender and take strictest possible measure, including termination of her account with Ola. Because, any person irrespective of the caste, creed, religion and gender should be held accountable for their misconduct and assault on the other person (even if its verbal) and punished appropriately. No one else should go through what I have gone through.

                                        I book taxi for secunderabad railway station on 8/11/2016 at 5.30am.
                                        i book one day in advance. The taxi driver cal me at 5am and took address.
                                        after 10 mins got automatic call as taxi has been cancelled and ask me to select the option to re-book taxi.I book the taxi again ad they mention your taxi booking has confirmed, with in few mins you will receive sms of driver information. i waited for long time, i didn't receive any sms . Then i re-book taxi from app. I am so disappointed with your service and this first time i use ola and in 1st experience was so bad.i am expecting your call or reply.

                                        after 10 mins got automatic call as taxi has been cancelled and ask me to select the option to re-book taxi.I book the taxi again ad they mention your taxi booking has confirmed, with in few mins you will receive sms of driver information. i waited for long time, i didn't receive any sms . Then i re-book taxi from app. I am so disappointed with your service and this first time i use ola and in 1st experience was so bad.i am expecting your call or reply.
