I have recharged 250 rs two times today(09.11.2016) at 12.44 pm and 12.50 pm. Amount got debited from my account. But not credited into my account.
I called customer care people. They asked me to take ride and before 10 minutes of completing ride asked me to call. We will help you like that they told. But Finally they did not help me. I got into embarrassed situation. Then Finally I got money from my colleague and paid it. Poor responsibility and answer. Hereafter I will not use OLA Cabs.

    I have 500rs Ola money, but when driver starting the cab, my Ola money 0rs only shown in driver app, so he asked to pay money, so the end of drop I paid 260rs.
    End of the drop also I am not getting any amount detected notifications, so only I paid amount.
    But my ola money detected 257rs, I called customer care executive, they told can't refund the amount, because few days before they changed policy. With out any intimation they changed policy.

      Booked an Ola share with another pickup from same location -New thippasandra. Once i got in, i shared the OSN number[protected]. He failed to register me which I realized later and instantly he was passing time so that the other booking gets cancelled on its own.

      He goes for another booking which is in another location -KG colony in a very lonely area. Once that passenger gets in, the driver decides to tell me to get off the cab as my bookimg has apparently been cancelled. He refused to contact the corporate office to clarify this and after fighting for quite some time, he became loud and rude and inappropriate. There is no way Ola is going to respond to this as there organisation is not very customer centric. however i hope they sense the rising discomfort and take suitable action.

        I had taken a ride on 05 nov 2016 at 07:18 from palam vihar sector 2 to delhi sarai rohilla.

        Total charges were 630/- and i paid rs 630/- to driver in cash as asked by him. But when i put on my internet connection which was off at that time i came to know that rs 600/- had been deducted from my ola account and i had to pay only rs 30/-.

          Booked an ola share cab, called the driver who was about 5 min from where I was. He said he won't be coming this way and asked me to cancel and book a different ola. Cancelled it but got a message saying I'll be charged 25 for next booking. Called the driver and he couldn't do anything.

          Any idea how to raise this to ola? Will they do anything about this?

            Sir,

            It is to my dismay and frustration that i write this compliant. I travelled by OLA today by Mini-White Micro CRN number[protected], ( i do not have the vehicle number with me and it is not showing in the Your rides list also), and left my residence at sharp 2.22 pm. The Driver FAISAN M did not know the route and he did not have the navigation also. Without knowing the route and without navigation and with my little knowledge about Bangalore route i guided him upto a point after that i did not know where to go. The driver went on asking and he took me in a very very long route and i reached the railway station at 3.45 pm. My train to Hyderabad via Kucheguda express was at 3.30 pm. I am feeling horrible and frustrated and OLA owes an apology to me and has to reimburse my train ticket cost, plus the OLA charge of 122 debited to my OLA money account, plus re-imburse my return charge by OLA of Rs. 165 to home plus reimburse my bus fare of Rs. 740 which is my ticket booked for tonight again to Hyderabad by BUS SRS Travels.

            OLA cannot appoint drivers who dont know the routes, cannot run the vehicle without a navigator and in such cases should not take the passenger on board and should have the decency to tell that please go in another cab as i do not know the route. What sort of a Company are you running, Are you out only to make money. Where is the customer satisfaction. ? How can you even do this? Why are you monitoring such rides which go without navigation ? Dont you come to know when the car is driving without a navigation. ? How can you make a passenger miss a train is my question.

            Please reply to me and send me a cheque for the amount i have claimed. What about the mental agony and damages and time wasted on travel? Who will pay for this time of 3 hours wasted, wasted on a useless journey? Please send a cheque for Rs. 1027 failing which i shall go to the Consumer Court.

            And please reset yourselves properly and make sure the passenger does not suffer due to no knowledge of routes and no navigation. You people are just out to make the fast buck.

            Please verify from your end whether it was the Drivers fault for not having the navigation today or it is the technical lapse from the Company s end that the Driver could not access the navigation.

            If a cab is going without navigation the Driver should be called and asked why the navigation is not on. Or strict instructions should be given to the Driver who accepts the ride without knowing the route. All Drivers should be trained to know the minimum routes. Airport, Railway stations, Bus Terminus, Major tourist spots etc. It is ridiculous if OLA Company employs drivers who dont know routes. I personally have instances of having suffered even earlier beacuse the Driver did not know the route nor could follow the navigation.

              On Nov 6, 2016, at around 11:35 pm, I boarded an Ola share cab. A co-passenger boarded the cab after 20 odd minutes. Then on began my harrowing experience.

              Below is the complaint I sent to Ola to which they have not taken any action.

              Today, I had the most harrowing experience in the share cab ride(Share OSN[protected]. My co-passenger - Pooja lit up a cigarette inside the car during the ride. When I asked her to stub it out, she refused and continued to smoke. Even when I told her that I have allergic bronchitis, she didn't relent. When I complained to the driver she started abusing me. I immediately asked the driver to stop the car and called Ola support. I explained the whole situation to them. They promised to arrange a call back from the supervisor, but I did not get any. On multiple requests from the driver I let the cab start again. But, through out the commute that lady kept abusing me. The ride ended and I called Ola support again, and this time the supervisor came online and I explained the whole experience. They have said they will get back with a response in 24-48 hours.
              I was subjected to a constant barrage of derogatory and insulting language all because I asked her to stop smoking in the car. I couldn't even retort and defend myself as this was a delicate man-woman in a cab situation. I felt so helpless and took everything in and suffered silently. She even threatened to lodge a false misbehavior complaint against me.

              Moreover, she was clearly in violation of the code of conduct / customer behavior as specified by Ola.

              "General Customer behaviour while using transport service through CSP
              You shall maintain reasonable behavior while utilizing the Services offered by the CSP.
              You shall take full responsibility of Your items. In case of lost items during the journey, We will try to locate the items on a "best-effort" basis but We shall not be responsible for the same in case of any losses or damages arising out of such lost items.
              You shall ensure that You will not:
              Ask the CSP to break any Traffic/Transport/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose (especially reaching the destination earlier).
              Pressurize the CSP to overload the boot space of the Vehicle with luggage. (The Customer shall not be generally allowed to use the seating area of the Vehicle for placing any kind of luggage); and
              Request the CSP to halt at automated teller machines (ATM), shops, etc.
              Consume alcohol and banned substances including drugs and psychotropic substances, smoke or consume any toxins while in the Vehicle"

              I hope Ola takes this matter up seriously and not show any consideration for the gender and take strictest possible measure, including termination of her account with Ola. Because, any person irrespective of the caste, creed, religion and gender should be held accountable for their misconduct and assault on the other person (even if its verbal) and punished appropriately. No one else should go through what I have gone through.

                  i book one day in advance. The taxi driver cal me at 5am and took address.
                  after 10 mins got automatic call as taxi has been cancelled and ask me to select the option to re-book taxi.I book the taxi again ad they mention your taxi booking has confirmed, with in few mins you will receive sms of driver information. i waited for long time, i didn't receive any sms . Then i re-book taxi from app. I am so disappointed with your service and this first time i use ola and in 1st experience was so bad.i am expecting your call or reply.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that me and my family hired OLA Cab on November 4, 2016 from RKPuram Sec-9 to Rohini Sec-6 which is just 21/22 Kms distance. OLA Cabs charged us Rs. 1113/- vide their invoice no. CRN[protected]. And the invoice says, the distance as 40.3 Kms. I request you to take up the matter and rectify this.

                      Hi Team,

                      I got a mail from OLA on 100% cash back for the ride on 28th Sep 2016, but I got only Rs.50 cash back.
                      After complaint they responded as "Due to technical issues, the terms and conditions are not shared correctly in mail". So, i asked due to OLA fault, i can't bear the loss.
                      After a long follow up, one supervisor just called me on 7th Nov 2016 to say that, they can’t do anything on this refund.
                      Also finally he said as “Due to OLA process fault, whatever frustration I have faced, all this is due to my problem only.

                      Please check and do the needful immediately.

                          On 6th nov 16, i booked ola cab from t.Nagar to tambaram. And it was confirmed at 12.09. I called the driver at 12.09, 12.10, and 12.11 but driver declined to pick me. So i cancelled and booked another ola and he picked me at 12.16.

                          I paid rs.306 [ paid 310 due to no change]. But ola bill mailed to my email was rs.281/ . Ola message at 12.16 says rs.25 cancellation fee . Which was included in the ride without my knowledge. This is very unbecoming of ola cab and unfair trade practice.

                          On complaint, ola support says cock and bull story [ under the disguise of system working] and asked me to claim refund. I refused to claim by myself and asked the ola support to credit rs.25/- themselves for my next ride; as ola added cancellation fees in the ride without my knowledge, ola must credit themselves the excess amount collected, on my complaint.

                            I booked a cab for my uncle. The fair was Rs 326, but driver charged Rs 350. When I asked my uncle. He told me that he took 350, when I checked my bill it was Rs 326. I called up the driver back. He said I didn't not have change. How can he charge with out asking me or my uncle. When I asked for the remaining balance, he said to come to Rohini sector 11 to take the balance. Why should I go to 3 KM away to take the balance. I want to make you listen to the recording.

                              I booked ola and i left my mobile there in ola cabs and now ola driver is telling me that i don t have the mobile and he also told me that maybe some customer has taken the mobile so first of all i filed an complain of mobile lost the police told me that it will take 1 month approximately they should track my cell on that current day or next day . My father told me that he will not buy me a new cell phone as the phone was too costly and i request mumbai police to find my mobile as soon as possible.Ola people did not give me the details of the next passenger who sat in the car

                                I have booked the cab 7/Nov/2016 at 7 AM from Kogilu cross, BB Road, Yelahanka to BIA (Bangalore International Airport). They have charged me Rs.694/- (six hundread ninty fourrupees) for 19.5KM distance.
                                It is totally unfair and they are exploiting the customer. I have booked the Micra cab while booking it and i did not get any information on the charges applicable more than double. Usually it should be around Rs.250/- to Rs.350/- charged. Please book the case on the OLA and take action against the OLA company.

                                OSN[protected], fare shown while booking 203/-, on boarding the cab it showed 319/- adding rounding off amount 116 rupees.
                                If this is not resolved and explained OLA will lose a customer to Uber.

                                  I frequently travel by ola.I have noticed many times that drivers are taking more money than actual charges by not returning changes.this thing now happening everytime whenever I travel by ola. Whenever you travel no matter weather it is day or night they say they do not have change.sometime it is acceptable that driver may not have 10/20 rs change, so we can consider it.but now this became a regular practice for driver to say "I have no change".Few days back I traveled from airport to my place at afternoon, it was 570 rs, I paid 600rs, he said I do not have change, I had to pay extra 30rs. Now how can you expect that passenger will always carry plenty of 10, 20, 50 rs note to pay exact amount.And this is not acceptable when you are travelling frequently and everytime you are paying extra 20rs, 30rs, which has no record.The company knows that you are paying only the chargeable amount but in actual you are paying more.I request ola service to see onto this matter.

                                  How can you change ride charges in between a ride that too 2 times ? I have booked micro with Rs 6 / km and got only 20 km @ Rs 6 and then Rs 12 for next 17.9 km. It must be informed in prior, I might have seen other option.
                                  If I do not get reply, I will believe it is intentionally done and from next time I surely will opt other cab.
                                  I left a package inside an ola cab, but upon calling the contact number I couldn't connect. That package had an important item in it. I would like to retrieve the package. The name of the driver was Mohammad Arif and the CRN NO. is[protected].

                                    I have just travelled from orion mall to kempapura hebbal, it's only 11 km. I am everyday traveling on same route because my office is there. Everyday i am spending approx rs.150/-.
                                    But today the fare is very high. I am very disappointed not satisfied from your services.
                                    This is second time the same fare incidence happens with me. For earlier i had raised complaint before 4 months but i didn't get any solution.

                                      I have booked one cab at 12.26 PM today.I was allotted one cab no WB23C8803. My CRN No was[protected] & driver's name was Mr Dilip Das.It was shown one min from my pick up location.But after waiting for 10 min I contacted the driver Mr Das by phone.It was found that he was waiting near the same location at the time of booking.He told that he has reached the pick up place.But it was 0.5 KM from the pick up location.He was reluctant to come to the pick up location & insisted me to cancel the trip.I was waiting with my 83 years old mother.So I have no other option but to cancel the trip & to arrange for other option to reach my destination.So I have to suffer in spite of my confirmed booking.
                                      Sir this type o[censored]nexpected poor service is not good for your reputation.Kindly look into the matter so that this type of incident do not happen in the future.

                                        The driver stopped my rife midway and then charged extra rs. 60 above what i had already given him.
                                        Raju K M ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a White Indica KA50A3441. You are paying Rs. 106 for this ride. Once you board the cab please share OSN[protected] with driver to start trip.
