I booked a cab from Vijayawada to Vuyyuru, around 20km away. I know it is away from city, so tried to book outstation cab. But ola said it is not outstation.
I needed a cab urgently to go to hospital, and booked regular cab. Drivers say that it is outstation and denied ride. They say Ola does like this only accepting whatever drive comes by. I was in such a critical situation trying to book ola cabs, and everyone said the same thing.
Then, why the hell did ola accept and confirm my booking? Don't they care about customer emergency and act? This is so frustrating. Please coordinate with the drivers and accept bookings. Don't make us fools in front of them. 5 bookings were cancelled by drivers in span of 10-15 min. If you don't have even that minimal coordination with the driver, why the hell is this app for..!! Pity Ola..

      I booked a Ola Mini on 4th Nov night. The CRN number is as follows : CRN[protected]. It was a very short trip and I was charged Rs 122. This is not done. Please reply me back at susnato.[protected]@gmaail.com

      The ride was of 3.1km distance and this is unfair to charge soo much to your regular customer. I expect to get a reply to the above mentioned email address.

        Hi,
        OLA driver named - Deepak Kumar (Contact No [protected]). At new Delhi Railway station. He asked me to locate him and I was on call for around 4 minutes 12 sec but I could not locate him as he was trying to fool me by telling his wrong location. please track his call at 22.30pm. This irritated me and I got angry to him. then he started abusing me like a non-sense creature. He said - "Tu chup kar aur request cancel kar".
        WORST EXPERIENCE WITH OLA !!!

        Please contact me and get hold of this driver before this drivers talks such nonsense and unprofessionally with other ola users.

          I m very disappointed about this ride. In this ride u have charge so much beyond my expectations and also i m not satisfied your ola cab. And in future i will never ride in your ola cab i think uber is much better than your ola. To just make fool to people with your ola cab. In fact ola cab plz close your service to make fool the customer. I will never recommend to my friends and colleagues to use the service of ola cab no fraud cab... Very pathetic service.

            I have taken ola share to ride bck home frm office today like everyday OSN[protected] name of driver-Ramesh M (mobile no [protected]) in a White Indica KA02AA2949 with OSN[protected]. He dropped me in the middle of the trip at the entrance of a dark 1km lane and said since there has not been any other share passenger booking he had to travel so far fr one passenger he will not go any further. I requested him but he refused to go and closed the trip. I started walking the lane and a person on bike came from behind and tried snatching my laptop bag. But unable to do so as it ws a bagpack he went away. Is the safety of the female passenger of no concern to these service providers. I raised a complaint on ola customer care(complaint no #[protected] Unprofessional conduct )they closed it saying that necessary actions will be taken. Is this the only response we expect from ola cabs. I seriously want a disciplinary action to be taken against the driver and most olacabs. What if the snatcher had done something grose rather than just tryin to snatch my bag. Who is to be help responsible for this.

              These drivers are not also having proper licence, you should ask for their licence they would be fake or issued out of NCR region, OLA & UBER are making road traffic in delhi horrible & e-rickshaw is a misery. People in India fall prey to these stupid companies just for cheaper fair, how many lives been lost to due negligent driving o[censored]BER & OLA. We people need to shift to public transport & only then things will change. OLA & UBER should be avoided in any case i suggest for your own safety.

                I am rahul kumar sharma from noida and my car number is up 13 at 2275. I saw today that you reverse my incentives and showing that there is fraud. I am telling you that there is no fraud and you can cross check to call the customers. We are our work very honesty and you are telling that we are doing fraud. I want to know the procedure to check the fraud duty and if after cross check from the customer if you will prove that there is any fraud duty so i will reverse my whole incentive till today. Otherwise i will take legal action against your process in the court. Please do not do anything without cross check. Please look on this as soon as possible.

                  I had booked an Ola outstation ride from Pune to Mumbai & back to Pune, was a 1 day trip on Nov 1. However when I reached Pune, the driver wasn't able to end the trip, it was a problem with Ola app or server. So the driver demanded me Rs. 4500/- which I paid to him as I was unable to rech Ola customer care. Trip is still ongoing as of 4th Nov 2016.

                    I have booked a cab in ola on 28th october from bangalore airport to shesadripuram police station after ride complete, driver took the fare and same time my ola amount has been debited. I called to the ola customer care they told that they can't reverse the amount till the time cab driver was left from my place and when i called to the cab driver he is not picking my call.

                      On 31st Oct I booked an Ola ride from Hoskote bus stand in Bangalore to the airport. The fare estimate showed 310-340Rs for Ola micro. ( Uber had only UberX in that area and showed an estimate of Rs.600). I went ahead and booked Ola micro and when I got off at the airport - the bill was Rs.1019 for the 44.5 kms ride.

                      I was rushing, hence paid up and left. Later went through the rate card and realised that for airport drop in Bangalore, the min fare is 499 for first 25Kms! Why didn't this reflect in the fare estimate, when the destination was already mentioned??! Why wasn't the fixed rate highlighted while booking?
                      Ola is clearly fooling customers! Ola is clearly expensive as compared to other cab providers but they manage to mask the costs with offers and free rides, fooling customers. I had stopped using Ola for a few months, but made the mistake of booking this airport ride again! Quite obvious - when I called their customer support - they started explaining their rate card and said that is what it is.

                      More than the money, it's the cheated feeling that ruins my experience with Ola!

                        I booked a ola cab today at 1:48 pm mini CRN[protected] from noida sector 19 to lajpat l block. I had already paid by ola wallet but the driver kept insisting that it has not reflected on his app and he demanded money from me in cash.despite my repeatrd attempts he kept harassing me and i finally paid him Rs 236 in cash. Now the minute he drove off it reflected on my app that the same amount has also been deducted from my ola wallet. This is a complete rip off!

                          When I was in Chennai in the last month I had booked OLA cab. The driver called in me to inform me that he is coming but for next 30 minutes he is not seen. When I called at his number he said trip is over and he got a arecepit of my acknowledgement of Rs 125/- How it is possible . Thereafter I booked OLA cabs but response was poor and somehow I felt OLA is a failure in Chennai as many criminals are on the payrolls of OLA. Fourth and final OLA cab fellow was demanding cash insted of card and he is ready to fight with the customers. Can you please lookinto these problems and correct the sameor please discontinue the service in the states where you cannot give clean services. Nochur sreeniwasan

                            I book OLA share for my mother on daily basis. Yesterday (2 Nov 2016), when I booked OLA share from my OLA SHARE PASS, the fare was 80 from my home to my mother's office. For the same route and exact same share pass, the fare charged to me was 102. The difference in distance in the map and invoice was about 4.9 kms which is impossible because everyday the distance charged between my home and office is about 11 kms. When I called up OLA, the employee POONAM DEVI spoke rudely and misbehaved on question of logic. She went ahead and abused and in fact asked me to not use OLA and now that I have, she said it is my [censored]#* problem. She also said that they can't share the reasoning behind the difference in tariff over mail as that is against their policy (which in other words means that they know it is unfair and they can't document it). She was very brash and abusive to talk to.

                            Despite repeated tickets and twitter complaints to OLA, the abusive brand and its employee was unapologetic to me. The issue is not as much of overcharge as of the illogical reasoning behind the overcharge. Also, the GPS even when directed by Google Maps can never give a deflection of 4.9 kms under any circumstances. Further, the abusive behavior by POONAM DEVI was avoidable and her instance on not documenting the reasoning is questionable on the ethics of the company. OLA APPEARS TO BE A DISHONEST BRAND SPECIALLY WHEN ITS EMPLOYEES PRACTICE SUCH FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR.

                              Few weeks back I I travelled with ola (CRN[protected]. For this ride they change toll tax but driver didn't pay it. When I complain in ola they said they system issue and they will not refund the money. Which is wrong because system issue is not a problem of customer that is their problem and customer should not impact due to their system.
                              Also may be this is just an excuse to earn money.

                                I have booked a OLA Cab on 2nd November 2016 at 9:50 PM from Ajaynagar, Survey Park, EM Bypass. After keeping me waiting for almost 20 mins, Driver cancelled the booking without informing me. I kept on on waiting for almost half an hour with my family. When I called up the driver to ask for an explanation, he abused me in nasty language and also sent me text messages abusing me of dire consequences. I did call up OLA care to report the issue and requested them to take care of the matter. After that also the driver has sent me abusive and nasty messages threatening me and my family.

                                  I paid by cash to the ola driver but my wallet also got deducted by the amount. Contact for more details.

                                  I had booked an ola auto from pune Airport to wakad. The driver requested for cash payment which i agreed. At the end of journey i paid the required amount in cash. However after the driver left I noticed that my ola wallet also got deducted with the amount. On checking ola faq, i was surprised to see that they think its right. And they recommend not to pay cash ever. This is a really stupid thing to do. This way the drivers can easily scam the users and ola is also part of this scam by not doing taking any action in returning the amount as well as against the drivers.

                                    It has been a horrible experience of trying to attach car with ola at raipur (c.g). i have been trying the same since june till nov 2016 and the staff is so careless and irresponsible, being a female i sat multiple times at ola raipur office and have been assured that attachment process will be done but it's a waste of time
                                    I bought a new car (2000kms run sedan) till now and have all documents complete but all employees are passing the buck at raipur office. highly unprofessional attitude and my documents have been asked thrice already n they lose it everytime
                                    I come from a corporate retail background and strongly believe that the company can't survive only with slashing prices it needs partners for long term
                                    Overall disturbing experience

                                      OLA is attracting people with its time to time offers but they should see if they are giving back what they have promised. I have taken Cab on Rent and applied Coupon RENTALS which gives me 400 rupees cashback after 48 hours. It has been more than 60 Hours and i haven't got the cashback yet. I have called ola customer care hell a lot times and they say it will take another 48 hours to look into the issue. This is ridiculous. If I wouldn't have called them, they wouldn't have worried about it. I tried calling them continuously and asked for cashback and they seem to not care anymore. Customers are exploited daily by these kind of cheaters. I demand complete refund of Rs. 1495 as a lesson to the mistake done by them. They should make sure that the coupon applied should be actioned immediately. This worries me a lot and makes my blood pressure high. How much extend can a normal customer can go? There is no way I am going to get a cashback or compensation. It looks like somebody should come from heaven and punish these idiots.

                                        I took ola cab from vivekananada nagar, banashankari 3rd stage, near big bazar to travel to bangalore international airport on 29th oct, 2016 at 2.30 p. m. the distance shown in google map is 43 kms. the driver govindaraj took the longer route which is 53 kms. also the toll/ parking fee is included in the bill of amount 1156. the driver took additional 120 rupees as toll for return journey on top of 1156 for his return journey. total amount paid by me 1276.
                                        My complaint is why do i need to pay double toll for his return journey, which i dint took. he should get the toll from other ola customer who took the ride from airport.

                                        I request you to return the following amount.

                                        Took tolll amount twice, so return 120.
                                        10 km extra for longer route which is taken 13*10 = 130.

                                        Total return amount 120 + 130 = 250.

                                        Please return 250 which is taken as excess amount from me.

                                        Looking forward to hearing from you shortly.
