Hi Team,
I got a mail from OLA on 100% cash back for the ride on 28th Sep 2016, but I got only Rs.50 cash back.
After complaint they responded as "Due to technical issues, the terms and conditions are not shared correctly in mail". So, i asked due to OLA fault, i can't bear the loss.
After a long follow up, one supervisor just called me on 7th Nov 2016 to say that, they can’t do anything on this refund.
Also finally he said as “Due to OLA process fault, whatever frustration I have faced, all this is due to my problem only.
Please check and do the needful immediately.

If this is not resolved and explained OLA will lose a customer to Uber.
