Ola driver by name trejesh kumar, cab : white etios ka03ac1193, crn :[protected] uses bad language abusing me and my family. on booking the cab from jos alukas (dickenson road) and giving him a call, he said he doesn't understand the location. i tried to guide him to my location but inspite of several attempts he fails to understand the location after which i requested him to cancel the ride politely and took a private auto to my destination.
After 15 minutes, i receive a call from the above driver who immediately on picking the call uses foul language abusing me and family to the worst extent possible.
I and my family are deeply disturbed by the event and want a strict action against the driver to be taken by ola cabs immediately as driver's like these are responsible to various crimes all across the country.
Inorder the save the reputation of ola cabs and for the betterment of the nation, i request ola cabs to punish the driver thorougly.

    This incident happen in new delhiwhile travelling from ghaziabad to delhi on 17/11 and returning on 18/11. i travel by ola cabs on 17/11/16 and 18/11/16. on 17 they didnt take toll charges but on 18 they levied charges for nh24 though our great pm has annouced that no toll on any national highway till 24/11 midnight. a police case should be regsiterd agaisnt ola cabs firm and penalty should be levied on violation of govt. order. also they are advertising fake offer naming cashless 100, whch can be applied only after adding ola money and after applying it when ride end they cut from ur ola money all amount and say ur not eligible as offer start after 18 midnight but its no where mention in there terms and condition. i e mailed them with all evidence and they are still in denial mode. i wana file cnsumer case against these fraudster so common people wont be sucked more.

      I am a senior citizen and a regular customer of ola. I tried to book an ola ride today but a due of rupees150 is being shown at the time of booking. I have never cancelled my ride unless the driver refuses to attend. You are requested to waive the cancellation charges and allow me to book my ride without any due charges.

        Cab ka11b2705 was booked at under number crn[protected]. The cab was booked at 10:46 at that time the cab was seen (In gps) near devasandra petrol bunk. I could see in the gps that the cab driver went towards hoodi crossed hoodi flyover. He came back to near crystal apartment near which is 1.5 kms from my home and said that he has reached near my apartment. I could see in gps that he has stopped near wrong apartment 1.5 kms away. I asked him if the gps in the car is working or not for which he answered that his gps in car is not working and it is not showing the pickup location correctly. He was reportedly saying that he is forced to take the request because another cab driver cancelled the request. He was hinting on cancelling the request which i did not do and he finally cancelled at around 11:30.
        I received a call from ola customer care and was asked if i want to book another cab. Option 1 was to arrange another cab. I have not received any cab information for 20 minutes. So i booked another cab crn[protected]. The cab was cancelled again. It is been 30 minutes and no cab is arranged yet.
        It has happened in the past also. My parents had to go to hospital for doctors appointment. The cab was cancelled many time (Screenshot attached). Everytime i book a cab it is either cancelled or delayed beyond expected time.
        Ola is punishing the cab driver by deducting rs.80 toward the cancellation but what about the inconvenience caused to the customer.
        What if there is a cab delay and a small medical condition becomes big?
        What if cab delay cause big business loss or career loss?

          We booked ola cab from paharganj to sarai jullena on 15th november 2016 around 11 am and waited for driver at least 20 mins but driver denied to come and he switched off his mobile.
          Because of driver we faced problem and ola cabs are charging cancellation charges from us.
          I want return these cancellation charges in my old account asap.
          Why should i pay if i didn't cancelled the ride.
          I will viral all these on social media bcz ola is doing fake work bcz always drivers cancelled the ride and customer faces the problem.
          Fo resolve all issues asap.
          Crn no. And all details of that ride is attached herewith.
          Hope for the positive response.

            This driver booked his own cab with my phone and input the wrong destination. He then left while i was waiting after getting the code from me, went around with the meter on, came back picked me up and dropped me off not far from the pickup location and refused to go any further. He even tried to take my phone to give himself 5stars. Uterly dissapointed. Had to walk a very long distance because there were no other cabs available. He even refused to wait a few minutes for me to book again. Please take action so other customers dont have to go through this again. Thank you. Driver: Ravikumar V

              I was charged with cash for a ride. Later ola money also got deducted from my account. I called their support centre but they refused the refund. They said that i should've not paid in cash whereas the driver was not entertaining anything other than cash. I was not notified of any of this. When i asked to transfer the call to a senior they did it. I waited for about 3 min but nobody answered.

                I booked an ola cab on 16.11.17 from andheri (e) at 5.44pm, the crn given by ola was[protected]. although at the time of booking the pick up wait time showed 1 min. i was picked up at 6.05 a good 20 min. later. i gave the crn to the driver to begin the ride and we started from andheri (e) at 6.10 pm - however hardly had we gone midway - past d. n. nagar, that the driver got a call on his mobile from ola bookings and later made me talk to the ola executive on the line - i was told that my ride had not got logged in the system and therefore the driver could not take me ahead. i will have to get off immediately. this is so unprofessional and absolutely wrong to take a passanger - the crn recd and given here confirms that & then to say a km or so later that you must get off - ola needs to not just apologize for the inconvenience thus caused to me but also compensate me for this unprofessional conduct and the trauma that i suffered at firstly waiting for 20 min. and then being rudely taken off the cab in the middle of the road at peak office hour time.

                  Yesterday i. E nov 16, 2016 i booked an auto from my office to my home. The driver came to me and i asked is ola money acceped, he said no. I said i have money in my ola money account but i will give cash and i will talk to customer care executuve and get my money. Then he started talking rubbish for no reason (I am travelling in ola since 8 months or may be more). Driver name is velu. Then before i entered into auto he said not to then scolded me saying bad words and sais ola is nothing to me, thats his auto. Talked so vulgar and went off. I got a msg after 5 mins saying 39 rs has been deducted from my ola account for last ride. I complained to ola but nothing has been done till now other than saying"sorry for the inconvenience sir".

                    I booked a cab for my parents on 16th Nov 2016 morning. On reaching the destination, the driver didnt tell them that the fare is deducted from my ola money account. He took 224 rs from them. The same amount was deducted from my account too. I got to know in evening and i called customer care. They called the driver and he claimed he never took any cash!! The customer care refuses to do anything about this. Why is ola believing the driver and not the customer who has travelled with them several times? The driver already took cash and would be paid by ola too. The driver fooled senior citizens by asking them for payment of the ride, when he already knew that money has been deducted from Ola money account. Ola says that they cannot refund the money now.

                      He miss behaved with me which is very annoying . I gaved the location through but when i was like near my location he got his another pick up then he said that if i have to reach home i have to leave the cab i am having an foot injury that is why i booked a cab but this strange behaviour.
                      When i said give your code number i'm gonna complaint of you then he stopped his vehicle and asked to leave the cab just by now moreover he said do whatever you want to his words "karle bhai jo kar sakta hai jitni marzi complaint krle kuch nahi hone wala "
                      I want that pervert should be punished
                      Even i want immediate effect .

                      For my ride on 06 th oct 2016 i have paid bill of Rs 320 to driver of CAB NO CG 04 HP 0810 in cash but then also they deducted money from my ola wallet for Rs.319.on there app there is no facility also to register a complaint.

                        Today, 17th Nov i was trying to get a auto on the Ola App. firstly none of the autos wanted to take ola money. So i had to cancel a atleast 3 rides. As i was still trying to get a confirmed booking, i see that there is a ongoing ride!!! but i am still on the road for a auto. It shows that the driver name is NARASIMHAIAH. I called the Ola support, who assured that they will do the needful & credit whatever amount gets deducted from my ola money account. i then take a regular auto ride from the road (not from Ola). I reach my office. after a while i receive the notification on Ola that Rs. 200/- was deducted from my account. The Pick up point shows lal bagh Main road & drop point 1st phase JP nagar.
                        firstly i didnt take that ride. Secondly Rupees 200/- for that distance is shocking.

                        I called the Ola support again. And again i got the same reasurance that the money will be credited to my account.

                        This is how the drivers find a way to steal from the customers. And Ola gives them the control on the Ola money. I will surely not recharge again. Also waiting for Rs. 200/- to be credited to my account.

                        Why should i pay the cancellation fee if driver doesn't come even after 10 minutes of booking.Its not my fault.I was getting late for my office and driver said he is coming in 2 minutes.Even after 10 minutes he didn't come.So i cancelled the cab and i got the message of cancellation charge of 25 Rupees.

                        It happened on 10th Nov 2016.

                        Some of the drivers dont receive the call or phones will be switched off. However the customer ends up paying for everything. the drivers are robbing, so is OLA! they do not care about the customer anymore. they have a standard answer for any customer issue.

                          I, bhavinder saini, an regular user of ola cabs. On 16th nov 2016, advance booking done for 01 mini car to pick me from pune airport @ 2300hrs. Confirmation received with crn # - [protected]. But till 2050hrs, neither driver details received nor call from ola. When i called on customer care, they informed that there is no near by cab available, so you have to re book the cab. When i tried to find the cab for re booking, it was available in 5-7 min with charges of 1.5 times. So if the cab available in same time slot, then how your customer care can refused the advance booking confirmation? Why i would asked to pay 1.5 times charges even after booking done in advance? When i booked the cab, driver denied to come as not interested to go as per my location.
                          Just saying sorry, never solved the problems, at mid night if we are not getting cab as per booking, then what situation occur with me, you can imagine by putting your self at my place.
                          It may be reverse also, if i would have to catch flight, and no cab reach on time, then who would be responsible for missing of flight & cost?
                          Pls either you improve your system or close this facility, which is not supportive for the people.
                          I need strict decision/ action on same as i have paid double amount by arranging taxi from other local taxi service & waste my almost 45min at airport.

                            I took cab from Blr apt to residence. When I boarded the taxi driver told me to give 200rs for fuel. As I was busy on call I didn't realise what he was saying I said ok. After about 2km when my call got over I told him I will pay by ola money. He said he will not accept it and if I want I can get down here. I agreed to pay by cash thinking there will b an option in app for selecting cash payment instead of ola money. Wen I started digging in the app I could not find the option. When the ride got over I had to pay cash of 409rs and also the same amount got deducted from my ola account. Please look into the matter and refund the money back into my account and if you can please tell me y this option is not there of paying by cash instead of ola money

                                I'm the frequent rider of ola cabs. From last five days i was cheated by driver. They charged extra amount, which was in excess of billed amount. Following are the details of bills and extra amount:-

                                  "Worst" experience with "#OLA" cab driver.

                                  I booked a cab from Vasai to Bhayander, i just made the driver wait for 5 min coz suddenly my mother got chest pain so i cancelled the ride immediately and thought of booking later... Later i got a call from the cab driver (DHARMENDRA) asking "Why you cancel the ride?".. I told him "it's personal issue." after that driver abused me "[protected]@#%OD" and he cut the call. Again i tried calling him...He disconnect my call.

                                  When spoke to the customer care, they gave me a time to resolve the issue in 48 hrs. And top of it they asked me to pay the cancellation charges.
                                  #OLA COMPANY IS NOT BOTHERED TO GIVE. SAFE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS ("SPECIALLY WOMENS").

                                  This shows what kind of driver they hire and how safety the ride is for womens.

                                    I booked ola rid from my home to bangalore airport today 16.11.2016 pick up time morning 3.45 am with crn[protected]. Vehicle no. Ka41b2278 driver hemanth gowda. Driver came with the vehicle without enough diesel and requested for payment in cash for filling the diesel. Since there is no alternate at last minute at early morning at 3.45 am, i paid rs. 500 for diesel and rs, 400 after the ride (Total rs.900). The same amount again deducted from ola money also without any intimation to me. Immediately i spoke to the customer care and they are not able to provide me a solution. I contacted the driver and initially he agreed to pay the amount back to me. After that he is told that since you have given complaint to ola customer care he will not refund the amount. After that he is not responding to the calls also.
                                    In short 2 problems. 1. Last minute the driver was not ready to accept ola money transfer
                                    2. Ola money deducted money without intimating me.
                                    Request you to kindly provide a solution to pay back the extra payment collected

                                      I did raise a request for booking a ola cab under prime category in ola app yesterday (15-nov-206) at 10:00 pm. The booking id as per ola record is crn[protected]. I t was mentioned in the app that i would receive the cab within 8 minutes from the time of booking.

                                      When i interacted with the driver, i was informed that he is long away from my location and he would be late. I called to the ola customer care and informed the same and requested them to arrange me an alternative cab as already i was late. The customer care executive denied my request and assure me that the cab will arrive within 6 minutes. After 15 minutes i again called the customer care stating that the driver has not arrived yet, i was again not given an option of rescheduling the cab stating that the driver has reached very close to my destination. Due to this delay i was marked as leave at my organization and i had lost my one day salary.in spite of this i called them again after 50 minutes from the time booking and informed them, they told the driver has reached my destination. I tried to reach the driver, he told that he was not able to find the location and asked me to cancel the cab. Since i denied his request he had himself cancelled the ride stating that "customer was not reachable".

                                      In spite of the driver's negligence and delay and even after my repeated communication with the ola executives, they have charged me rs. 75 /- as a fine for cancellation. When i tried to reach them explaining the situation, they had asked me to sign in to their website and raise again a separate complaint for the same issue.

                                      Since i am fed up and have lost m salary for a calendar day, i am raising this complaint requesting you to kindly assist me in getting a proper solution for such repeated scenarios i had experienced with this service and also in getting compensation for the loss i had faced due to ola's negligence and unprofessional customer service.

                                        This is ridiculous. This ride was booked by me right at the More mall on the famous Dr Rajkumar Road at Rajaji Nagara. Bangalore.I also spoke with the driver and gave directions while my gps was on to guide the driver. He kept dilly dallying and after 5-10 minutes asked me to cancel booking . He also stopped answering my call thereafter.

                                        Please immediately credit back the cancellation charges because it was the drivers fault.
                                        Do it before Ola gets 'Uber'ed.
