Dear OLA,

I have been using OLA more than one year most frequently for my daily travel. My overall experience of traveling and safety was at the best on every ride i used to travel with OLA cab. But yesterday night was the worst and most pathetic travel experience i had while traveling by OLA Cab with my wife and my 18 months baby girl From Dadar to Kalyan.

Driver gave very bull [censored] reason in filmy style and abandoned the trip Midway at Highway and left us. This was very dangerous and completely unprofessional way of dealing with commuter/ Customer.

I felt that traveling through OLA Cab with my 18 month baby in night is safest way But Your driver had proven me wrong, my trust towards OLA cab is decreased with his such [censored] behaviour.

I would never complete if i was traveling alone, but all inconvenience happen to my baby is not tolerable. She(my baby) is not getting well now due to your driver left us in middle of the highway with all that buzzing horns and speedy vehicles.

I also tried to contact you but no one received calls. I expect valid and proper action on this driver and expect OLA Cab reply in next two working days.
If no such reply and action is taken then i am free to file Consumer Complaint in Mumbai Judiciary.

    Today i have booked ola from mini white indigo mh 04 gd 8813 "crn[protected]" from mumbai domestic airport to panvel. During the booking i didn’t got any information from ola app / support desk regarding the excess amount chargeable. Usually the charges from mumbai airport of panvel comes up to rs. 850-900/-. However today to my surprise i was charged rs. 1630/-. On inquiring the details from ola support desk i was informed that due to non availability of ola cabs near by mumbai airport i have charged been charged increase fare and i have to pay extra amount. Usually ola app while booking informs about the fare increase while booking however the same was not done today while booking. Had i been informed about the fare increase i would have taken other transport vehicle which definitely cost be low. Due to non availability of ola cabs why should i pay extra if i have other options available? I request ola to refund extra amount paid by me to the ola money immediately.

      Hi,

      I forgot my bag in ola cab.

      Now driver is making stories that he left the bag in the shop where he dropped me and i got a response from ola that "driver has returned the bag after calling me".in the end i as a customer didn't got my bag and ola is not taking any action so that i can get my bag back, while driver is bluntly putting lie across different to me and ola support.

      Unprofessional behavior of drivers at delhi air railway station. Rejected going to destination giving reason of traffic all 3 of them. I have wasted my time on them and reached late at airport. Although economical sometimes but not reliable service. And these incidences are happening frequently

        As the driver refused to adjust the fare in ola money and demanded cash payment, i paid rs 183 cash. Only now i noticed that the amount had also been deducted in my ola money account. As i am new to ola money system and this is my first instance i donot know that the fare will be adjusted automatically in ola money. The driver mr praksh taken cash from me and hence doube payment has been done. Kindly enquire with the driver and credit the amount back to my account - srikar

          Ola cab booked in Hyderabad KRN19592178 dated 14th nov 2016 at 8 pm. Driver switched off his mobile after auto booked through ola app on my mobile. Without completion of my trip Ola app is asking for my rating and showing to pay in cash Rs.43 which is false

            I had booked a Cab from Dayari Gaon to Pimple Saudagar on 19th Nov, 2016 at around 10.00 pm. The Driver Hanmant (mobile : [protected]), White Indica MH12GZ0685) was driving me and on the way he cancelled the booking on his mobile and told me that by mistake he cancelled our booking and we should do the booking again. He has done this intentionally and he should be punished.
            I and my wife had to get down and take a bus.
            If you notice, on 19th Nov, 2016, we had done 3 bookings (by Mr Anit Talukder) and all were cancelled by your drivers.
            I have lost faith in your company and would like to share my experience with people on the social media, if you don not take action against Driver Hanmant.

              I booked a cab for secunderabad station drop. App showed cab time as 1 min. On confirmation the time started to increase. I called up the driver the cab seemed nearby only but even after 15 min it failed to come. The driver stopped responding. I cancelled the booking and made a fresh one. Again before confirmation the app showed 1 min waiting time which started increasing post confirmation. Called up the driver and again the response was same... As i was getting delayed i cancelled the booking after getting a taxi nearby. However i had lost 25 min or more in this and by the time i reached the platform, the train had just left. I called up their customer care and spoke to the supervisor whose plain response was that they are only providing a platform and have no responsibility. I lost the railway fare as well as the return flight money for 4 pax and missed family wedding. How can i seek compensation and how can ola escape it's responsibility in such cases.

                The driver was not behave well with us.we book at 7:20 and comes at 7:55. And the main reason that the number of car was not same as the message came in our mobile, this is the main reason and I am very angry.also driver was eating pan and the car becomes smelly I want ola to take a serious action on this.the number came on my mobile is HR CT 7693 but the car had another number the mobile number of the driver is 79449854. And I also miss my train because of this.I become crusted because of this.

                  Yesterday i was cheated by ola cab driver. He charged extra amount, which was in excess of billed amount. Following are the details of bills and extra amount:-

                    The driver was very rude and refused to follow the route which i told him to go. He refused to go till my house which was hardly a km from the drop location. The drop location is given as the house address won't be exactly detected in the maps. The driver was very unfriendly and picked up fights. We choose cabs for reasons of having a peaceful ride till home. But you guys have drivers like this which makes us choose other cabs.

                    [protected] was the CRN number of the ride. The number of the vehicle is not mentioned as I din get a message from Ola regarding the driver's details. Please track this driver and remove him.He is unethical and rude.

                        Ola driver by name trejesh kumar, cab : white etios ka03ac1193, crn :[protected] uses bad language abusing me and my family. on booking the cab from jos alukas (dickenson road) and giving him a call, he said he doesn't understand the location. i tried to guide him to my location but inspite of several attempts he fails to understand the location after which i requested him to cancel the ride politely and took a private auto to my destination.
                        After 15 minutes, i receive a call from the above driver who immediately on picking the call uses foul language abusing me and family to the worst extent possible.
                        I and my family are deeply disturbed by the event and want a strict action against the driver to be taken by ola cabs immediately as driver's like these are responsible to various crimes all across the country.
                        Inorder the save the reputation of ola cabs and for the betterment of the nation, i request ola cabs to punish the driver thorougly.

                          This incident happen in new delhiwhile travelling from ghaziabad to delhi on 17/11 and returning on 18/11. i travel by ola cabs on 17/11/16 and 18/11/16. on 17 they didnt take toll charges but on 18 they levied charges for nh24 though our great pm has annouced that no toll on any national highway till 24/11 midnight. a police case should be regsiterd agaisnt ola cabs firm and penalty should be levied on violation of govt. order. also they are advertising fake offer naming cashless 100, whch can be applied only after adding ola money and after applying it when ride end they cut from ur ola money all amount and say ur not eligible as offer start after 18 midnight but its no where mention in there terms and condition. i e mailed them with all evidence and they are still in denial mode. i wana file cnsumer case against these fraudster so common people wont be sucked more.

                            I am a senior citizen and a regular customer of ola. I tried to book an ola ride today but a due of rupees150 is being shown at the time of booking. I have never cancelled my ride unless the driver refuses to attend. You are requested to waive the cancellation charges and allow me to book my ride without any due charges.

                              Cab ka11b2705 was booked at under number crn[protected]. The cab was booked at 10:46 at that time the cab was seen (In gps) near devasandra petrol bunk. I could see in the gps that the cab driver went towards hoodi crossed hoodi flyover. He came back to near crystal apartment near which is 1.5 kms from my home and said that he has reached near my apartment. I could see in gps that he has stopped near wrong apartment 1.5 kms away. I asked him if the gps in the car is working or not for which he answered that his gps in car is not working and it is not showing the pickup location correctly. He was reportedly saying that he is forced to take the request because another cab driver cancelled the request. He was hinting on cancelling the request which i did not do and he finally cancelled at around 11:30.
                              I received a call from ola customer care and was asked if i want to book another cab. Option 1 was to arrange another cab. I have not received any cab information for 20 minutes. So i booked another cab crn[protected]. The cab was cancelled again. It is been 30 minutes and no cab is arranged yet.
                              It has happened in the past also. My parents had to go to hospital for doctors appointment. The cab was cancelled many time (Screenshot attached). Everytime i book a cab it is either cancelled or delayed beyond expected time.
                              Ola is punishing the cab driver by deducting rs.80 toward the cancellation but what about the inconvenience caused to the customer.
                              What if there is a cab delay and a small medical condition becomes big?
                              What if cab delay cause big business loss or career loss?

                                We booked ola cab from paharganj to sarai jullena on 15th november 2016 around 11 am and waited for driver at least 20 mins but driver denied to come and he switched off his mobile.
                                Because of driver we faced problem and ola cabs are charging cancellation charges from us.
                                I want return these cancellation charges in my old account asap.
                                Why should i pay if i didn't cancelled the ride.
                                I will viral all these on social media bcz ola is doing fake work bcz always drivers cancelled the ride and customer faces the problem.
                                Fo resolve all issues asap.

                                  This driver booked his own cab with my phone and input the wrong destination. He then left while i was waiting after getting the code from me, went around with the meter on, came back picked me up and dropped me off not far from the pickup location and refused to go any further. He even tried to take my phone to give himself 5stars. Uterly dissapointed. Had to walk a very long distance because there were no other cabs available. He even refused to wait a few minutes for me to book again. Please take action so other customers dont have to go through this again. Thank you. Driver: Ravikumar V

                                    I was charged with cash for a ride. Later ola money also got deducted from my account. I called their support centre but they refused the refund. They said that i should've not paid in cash whereas the driver was not entertaining anything other than cash. I was not notified of any of this. When i asked to transfer the call to a senior they did it. I waited for about 3 min but nobody answered.

                                      I booked an ola cab on 16.11.17 from andheri (e) at 5.44pm, the crn given by ola was[protected]. although at the time of booking the pick up wait time showed 1 min. i was picked up at 6.05 a good 20 min. later. i gave the crn to the driver to begin the ride and we started from andheri (e) at 6.10 pm - however hardly had we gone midway - past d. n. nagar, that the driver got a call on his mobile from ola bookings and later made me talk to the ola executive on the line - i was told that my ride had not got logged in the system and therefore the driver could not take me ahead. i will have to get off immediately. this is so unprofessional and absolutely wrong to take a passanger - the crn recd and given here confirms that & then to say a km or so later that you must get off - ola needs to not just apologize for the inconvenience thus caused to me but also compensate me for this unprofessional conduct and the trauma that i suffered at firstly waiting for 20 min. and then being rudely taken off the cab in the middle of the road at peak office hour time.

                                        Yesterday i. E nov 16, 2016 i booked an auto from my office to my home. The driver came to me and i asked is ola money acceped, he said no. I said i have money in my ola money account but i will give cash and i will talk to customer care executuve and get my money. Then he started talking rubbish for no reason (I am travelling in ola since 8 months or may be more). Driver name is velu. Then before i entered into auto he said not to then scolded me saying bad words and sais ola is nothing to me, thats his auto. Talked so vulgar and went off. I got a msg after 5 mins saying 39 rs has been deducted from my ola account for last ride. I complained to ola but nothing has been done till now other than saying"sorry for the inconvenience sir".
