I booked ola rid from my home to bangalore airport today 16.11.2016 pick up time morning 3.45 am with crn[protected]. Vehicle no. Ka41b2278 driver hemanth gowda. Driver came with the vehicle without enough diesel and requested for payment in cash for filling the diesel. Since there is no alternate at last minute at early morning at 3.45 am, i paid rs. 500 for diesel and rs, 400 after the ride (Total rs.900). The same amount again deducted...

I did raise a request for booking a ola cab under prime category in ola app yesterday (15-nov-206) at 10:00 pm. The booking id as per ola record is crn[protected]. I t was mentioned in the app that i would receive the cab within 8 minutes from the time of booking.

When i interacted with the driver, i was informed that he is long away from my location and he would be late. I called to the ola...

This is ridiculous. This ride was booked by me right at the More mall on the famous Dr Rajkumar Road at Rajaji Nagara. Bangalore.I also spoke with the driver and gave directions while my gps was on to guide the driver. He kept dilly dallying and after 5-10 minutes asked me to cancel booking . He also stopped answering my call thereafter.

Please immediately credit back the cancellation charges because it was the drivers fault.br...

Ola services are pathetic. I believe, they need to change their location tracker system. Because of what I was left at the solitude place.

I had taken ola share service. And in the middle of the journey driver told your destination has arrived but that place was unknown and solitude.

I tried to put the drop location, but the driver had to drop another person.

I want to log complaint against ola driver jagbir. Driver was very rude and cheater. I have made an reservation against crn no.[protected] from bindapur dda flat to new delhi railway station, ajmeri gate side.

Date of booking 11 nov 2016, time of booking 04:56 am. Driver drop my father who is 74 year old at girdhari lal hospital, kamla nagar, ajmeri gate, new delhi and charge amount 250inr.

I was supposed to take a cab to majestic for which i booked a cab from OLA- the worst cab service in the country. Because the driver abandoned the trip mid-way i missed my ongoing ride to the airport and had to take a cab to the airport for which i paid 1600 rupees

Yesterday i had a trip with ola cab using there shared cab where the ola cab driver asked me to pay in cash. When the trip is over i paid the cash to driver. At same time ola automatically deduct my money from ola money wallet without any messages.
Such a rubbish cab facility. When i asked them to refund me the money wrongly taken by them the ola customer care told me they are helpless to refund. What a worst cab facility....

Sir, i was booked ola cab from iskcon temple new delhi to noida sector 122 but driver (Ramesh kumar, grey colour swift dzire) refused to drive me to the drop destination rudely when he met us at temple gate. And when i booked next cab from that place after cancellation of ramesh kumar ride he was good. So, i want my cancellation money back. Thank you

Hello,

I just used ola, when i check the travel distance in google maps it showed only 21 km but ola drove me around 36 km. So i had to pay additional 15 km fare.. They just charged me additional rs. 200. They are cheating the innocent customer who don't know the route. Better don't use this service. Or use public transport.

Note: ola says they are using google maps, but they dont use the shortest distance....

I traveled dehradun airport to hotel bassera mussoorie on 06.11.2016 and crn was[protected]. Our ola bill was 1550/- but driver peeyush chouhan has taken 1950/- saying that he has to return empty. I asked him to give the bill of rs.1950/- but he said that it will be updated later in the bill. But the same has not been updated in the bill till date. Can you please tell me what my complaint was? Are you checking history of Drivers because your drivers can call customer and abused them. I know because I reased that issue also but not get any satisfied answer, now this is second complaint. Your driver took money from me even it’s deducted from my ola money. On 06.11.2016, i booked a share ola cab with share osn[protected] from netaji subhash chandra bose int. Airport to ranikuthi, kolkata. Cab wa share white desire tour no. Wb04g0492 with driver named pramod kr. Prajapati. I had ola money in my account, but driver did not show me the status on stopping, and asked for rs 355/-. On my telling that there was ola money in my account, he said that it get deducted only if i had told him at the starting....

I had a ride on ola cab on 8th nov from bengaluru international airport to sheshadripuram - ii main road.
Crn number: crn[protected]. while travelling driver mr nagarjuna had collected rs 120 from me at toll gate towards toll charges. this toll charges were a part of the bill amount rs 536, which was paid by me in full.
This has resulted in payment of rs 120 - toll charges twice to driver nagarjuna.
