I have just travelled from orion mall to kempapura hebbal, it's only 11 km. I am everyday traveling on same route because my office is there. Everyday i am spending approx rs.150/-.
But today the fare is very high. I am very disappointed not satisfied from your services.
This is second time the same fare incidence happens with me. For earlier i had raised complaint before 4 months but i didn't get any solution.br...

I have booked one cab at 12.26 PM today.I was allotted one cab no WB23C8803. My CRN No was[protected] & driver's name was Mr Dilip Das.It was shown one min from my pick up location.But after waiting for 10 min I contacted the driver Mr Das by phone.It was found that he was waiting near the same location at the time of booking.He told that he has reached the pick up place.But it was 0.5 KM from the pick up location.He was reluctant to come...

The driver stopped my rife midway and then charged extra rs. 60 above what i had already given him.

The driver in ola was very rude and i had an ola share from lohegaon to katraj the person dropped me in front of a dumpyard and said me that the location in ola app is saying that i entered this location...wow
my appartment was 100 m away from that dumpyard and the driver refused to take me and when i called the customer care they asked me to pay for the trip and said that if i wanted to move further from that dumpyard i have to book...

We are coming from bangalore to kolkata . And we had taken ola cab of mr. Santu vide CRN No. CRN[protected] on Friday morning dt. 04.11.16.
While coming outside the parking . He said that parking chrge 100 rs. to be paid by customer.
So we paid the money. After checking the bill we noticed that driver had taken 100 rs. Extra

Today, i had booked an ola cab from colaba bus station to peter dias road, bandra west vide crn no.[protected] and traveled through mini - grey wagonr upgraded from micro - left colaba at 1.10pm and reached bandra at 2.17pm since it was a saturday afternoon and the traffic was normal. I want ola to resolve this issue because it is the informal employer of these cab drivers and...

I am not a regular OLA user, its not even one ride per month which i take, still on 1st of Nov when i tried using OLA for sharing cab, the app was showing a pop up continously for choosing Ola share pass option, not allowing me to choose a ride now option for sharing cab. As i had to take a ride i had not option but to pay that extra rs.149. After paying only it allowed me to opt for a share cab. After subscribing i realized i have wasted...

While in the cab i used my phone but when i reached home my phone was not with me that means i forgot my phone in cab when i called the driver he told the phone is not in the cab. I booked a cab from Vijayawada to Vuyyuru, around 20km away. I know it is away from city, so tried to book outstation cab. But ola said it is not outstation.
I needed a cab urgently to go to hospital, and booked regular cab. Drivers say that it is outstation and denied ride. They say Ola does like this only accepting whatever drive comes by. I was in such a critical situation trying to book ola cabs, and everyone said the same thing.br...

I booked a cab last evening in Bangalore from Pillana Garden to Kalasipalya.. Amount has been deducted from my Ola money and driver said the amount has not been paid n said us to pay.. Please reimburse the cash 204 or let me know where to raise this complaint

I booked a Ola Mini on 4th Nov night. The CRN number is as follows : CRN[protected]. It was a very short trip and I was charged Rs 122. This is not done. Please reply me back at susnato.[protected]@gmaail.com

The ride was of 3.1km distance and this is unfair to charge soo much to your regular customer. I expect to get a reply to the above mentioned email address.

OLA driver named - Deepak Kumar (Contact No [protected]). At new Delhi Railway station. He asked me to locate him and I was on call for around 4 minutes 12 sec but I could not locate him as he was trying to fool me by telling his wrong location. please track his call at 22.30pm. This irritated me and I got angry to him. then he started abusing me like a non-sense creature. He said - "Tu chup kar aur request cancel kar".

I had booked an Ola outstation ride from Pune to Mumbai & back to Pune, was a 1 day trip on Nov 1. However when I reached Pune, the driver wasn't able to end the trip, it was a problem with Ola app or server. I have booked a cab in ola on 28th october from bangalore airport to shesadripuram police station after ride complete, driver took the fare and same time my ola amount has been debited.
