Hi,

As my identity my email ID is: [protected]@gmail.com and M-[protected]. I have been using OLA cab as per my requirement for a long time.

Last time on 08/11/2016 at 7.32 PM I called the vehicle No-OD02F7178 (Indigo) Name of the driver -Govinda at Bhubaneswar for local travel. But he deny to come by miss guiding me that MY LOCATION was not showing as per my presence. He repeatedly called me and asked to cancel the tour by showing different reasons. AS I WAS NOT REALLY AWARE THAT BECAUSE OF CANCELLATION I HAVE TO LOOSE Rs.50/- I cancelled the the tour and called another vehicle No-OD33E0200 at 7.40 PM and got a message of penalty of Rs.50/- which was added in my next travel. ( You can see both the call time and the gap is only 08 min so you can judge the situation).

Hence it is my appeal to you kindly review the matter seriously and add the above amount in my next visit as return money.
And at the same time please trained your driver not to do such type o[censored]nhealthy situation by which the faith of OLA cab in trouble.

    Dear sir,

    I have booked a ride from p. u. chandigarh to panchkula on 07 nov 16 at 08:00 p. m. the driver picked up in time and dropped in time. driver asked me rs 183/- for the ride to which i told him that the fare will be deducted from my ola wallet account, but he said that he does not have that fecility. he did not agree and finally i paid 183/-. to my surprise after sometime rs. 183/- also debited to my ola account. kindly resolve the issue immediately. crn no is[protected].

      This fare is too high and unexpected. what is fare increase amount?

      I booked micro but got a message that it is upgraded free of cost and i got swift car.

      Drivet had stopped for diesel. is it also charged to customer?

      Coming back, by uber taxi i paid rs 170 only.

      Not happy and convinced about ola this time. kindly refund excess you havr charged.

        Hello,

        I just used ola, when i check the travel distance in google maps it showed only 21 km but ola drove me around 36 km. So i had to pay additional 15 km fare.. They just charged me additional rs. 200. They are cheating the innocent customer who don't know the route. Better don't use this service. Or use public transport.

        Note: ola says they are using google maps, but they dont use the shortest distance. Cheaters..

          I traveled dehradun airport to hotel bassera mussoorie on 06.11.2016 and crn was[protected]. Our ola bill was 1550/- but driver peeyush chouhan has taken 1950/- saying that he has to return empty. I asked him to give the bill of rs.1950/- but he said that it will be updated later in the bill. But the same has not been updated in the bill till date. I am using ola for the long time but never faced this kind of problem since yet. It may hamper the reputation of ola.
          Please do the needful and refund my money.

            Can you please tell me what my complaint was? Are you checking history of Drivers because your drivers can call customer and abused them. I know because I reased that issue also but not get any satisfied answer, now this is second complaint. Your driver took money from me even it’s deducted from my ola money. I didn’t know because my internet was not working. They took i paid them

            Are you thinking this money is black money or what? i talked to your customer care but there reply was so poor and wired. This is my second complaint and you guys are still doing the same. No reply or same answer “we can’t do anything" just sorry. I am very disappointing with your service and customer care.

            i need my money back and i will. Kindly help me or may i go for Consumer Court?

              On 06.11.2016, i booked a share ola cab with share osn[protected] from netaji subhash chandra bose int. Airport to ranikuthi, kolkata. Cab wa share white desire tour no. Wb04g0492 with driver named pramod kr. Prajapati. I had ola money in my account, but driver did not show me the status on stopping, and asked for rs 355/-. On my telling that there was ola money in my account, he said that it get deducted only if i had told him at the starting. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action. I am very dissatisfied with this kind of service and afraid that in case of my problem not being solved, will not be able to restore trust in your services.

                I had a ride on ola cab on 8th nov from bengaluru international airport to sheshadripuram - ii main road.
                Crn number: crn[protected]. while travelling driver mr nagarjuna had collected rs 120 from me at toll gate towards toll charges. this toll charges were a part of the bill amount rs 536, which was paid by me in full.
                This has resulted in payment of rs 120 - toll charges twice to driver nagarjuna.

                Please refund rs 120 back to me.
                I run 25 km and charged 618 rs. OLA is a fraud service provider. Want to reverse my extra payment.

                  I was travelling from the Hyderabad Airport to Hi tech city. Due to chaos related to 500 1000note ban, I transferred a sum of 999/- to Ola money for convenience. Upon arrival, the driver demanded cash for the ride to be paid(which was rs 850/-). I told him that the ride pe paid off by ola money and for which he replied Ola money won't work now. He insisted on paying cash. I thought I didn't select the ola money option may be or if I pay in cash the wallet won't deduct my money. I was new to the city and a single woman travelling. I didn't argue much and paid him the cash. Later, found out that cash has been deducted from wallet as well.

                  I request to please refund my OLA money of Rs 850/-

                  Ola money is such a fraud.

                  I am a patient of lapchole sugery.booked ola cab on 6.11.2016 for the ride of 7.112016 at 8.20 am with crn[protected] to go to RN Tagore international for my treatment.they could not provide ola cab but harrased me by sending appologige SMS at 8 am.my advice to all not to book ola for urgent purpose.it is only for to attend party.

That Time I have Samsung J2 Smart Phone your Executive said this phone not valid for Ola software And our device is finished. Then After Few Days I visit again ola Andheri Office He said Ola not giving any device you purchase your device. then i purchased HTC Desire and again i go to your ola Office at andheri again i wasting my 3 hours and then your executive said Htc Not Valid For Ola Software Samsung J2 Is Valid For That. i Already Purchased 2 Phones And already visit your office 6 to 7 visit and today again i visit ola office again wasting 1.5 hours and your executive said ola not giving any device. Please Said me ola interested or not to attached my vehicle or tell me ola not interested to entertained me.

                        Day before yesterday i was booked cab from sultanpalya to kengeri with me, my small kid & my wife, aunty, mother, while driving driver speaking in cell phone non stop he used 3 cellphone rotation continuously speaking someone and ambulance also came near by town-hall he wont give way to ambulance, finally he stopped vehicle in mid way mysore road, after that he said he wont come to anymore km i'll stop here. We can't do anything we get down the cab. 2.00 pm so hot in the main road my child & wife, aunty, mother (These two are old) after that we booked another cab and went just 3-4 km, worst behaviour he used phone while driving without way for ambulance midway stopped the vehicle.

                            I booked for an OLA Cab on 28/10/2016 around 5pm on ride now. A cab was assigned telling 10mins for my location. There is a GPS location when booked and it showed my address clearly. But after sometime driver called and asked for address this happens all the time even though you give your address via GPS location or type it in the app. Now the driver told some place where he is but it was little far and was asking me the address again, I could not give guide him to my place as my Kanada was poor.so i ran to neighbors who knew Kanada or Hindi but, and a person talked to him in Hindu but still he was not understanding the address.
                            Meanwhile he cut the call and registered for cancelling the cab. Which i am not even aware of. In middle i got a call from unknown number which i could not attend since i am already in middle of a rush, later i can to the understanding it was a call from OLA.
                            Immediately i got a message from OLA that i am charged 50rupees since driver cancelled the cab and i did not respond.
                            Now i have explained the full situation, now i mind 50 rupees. But what about the frustration i went thought, why do you even have app which asks address and have GPS location. Still ask customer for address and guidance. And at last without much consideration charge him instead. And also no other cab was allotted.
                            Now since i have to reach the railway station on time, luckily i was alone so i got in to a bus and carried on.
                            I think OLA should be ashamed for such service.
                            There are other issue which OLA did which i just want to mention here.
                            I booked for a cab on next day morning from railway station to home everything was confirmed and i was waiting the for cab the next day morning just before that time. I get message from OLA that they could not find cab for me, so sorry for the inconvenience, now who is going to charge OLA for cancelling the cab, poor me ?
                            OLA once you become famous because of people like us supporting you. Now if you do this you will be gone in no time, as people loose trust in now.

                              I took a cab from vijaywada bus station to acharya nagarjuna university. Wherr the fare estimate was between 350-400 approx. The driver ended the ride as soon as we went a little ahead and then asked for 1000 rupees. Since its late in the night i paid him.

                                I had hired an Ola cab from Ananthapura, Yelahanka to Koramangala on 9.11.2016;

                                Ola charges Rs.470/- (I had paid through Ola Money)
                                Driver did'nt have cash for diesel refilling and his card was'nt accepted at the petrol bunk...So, I paid for Rs.500/- diesel through my credit Card. I am sorry to say that the driver has not bothered to repay my money back, nor is he responding to any of my calls from my mobile. If I try to contact him from an alternate number, he is giving some vague replies. I am not bothered that I lost Rs.500/- in the bargain, what really hurts me is that taking pity on the driver at the petrol bunk, I just had shown some humanity. But these people appear to be unworthy of it. I request you to personally intervene and resolve this issue.

                                  After booking my ride I called my driver to ask for his location. The driver enquired for my mode of payment. I told him I will be paying through Ola Money due to being low on cash( on account of shortage of change due to recent cancellation of 500 and 1000 denomination notes). The driver said he would not accept the money through Ola Money.
                                  So i asked him to cancel the ride.
                                  Then i get a message that my ola ride is complete with a billable amount of Rs 32 which have been deducted from my Ola Money.
                                  This is very unfair. My ola money has been taken and I have been charged wrongfully without riding the auto.
                                  I demand recompensation along with apology recompensation.

                                    I had booked a cab through the ola app for travelling to Pune airport but even after getting a CRN number & a message that driver is on the way nobody came to pick me which has caused a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional behaviour by Ola cabs.Kindly look into the matter seriously & do something about it as your popularity has taken a serious hit.Henceforth I will not use your service & advice my relatives & friends to boycott you.

My parents forgot the mobile in the cab and got off at Howrah station. The called me after 15 minutes and told me the problem. I am continuously trying to call the driver but he is not picking up the call. I got his name and vehicle no. from the customer care center.                                         Ola Double Charging Issue/ My Last Ola ride!

                                        I have sent my relatives to vasant kunj and Ola driver Dileep has wrongly demanded money from them, even though he got paid through my account ola money. My relatives were unaware of ola money transfer and paid him. When I got to know that I was doubly charged I felt cheated
                                        Ola team, Answer me on following

                                        1)Are your drivers not adequately trained to understand ola money credit.?

                                        2) Are your drivers not ethical? I booked ola cab for my relatives they did not have ola app to counter check /validate when driver ask for money. They paid him. I never cross checked as I trusted Ola team.

                                        3) Isn't it a drivers integrity issue?

                                        4) As per your policy you can not refund, I felt cheated after this incident.. I was a regular customer of Ola. Your response to this was highly disappointing.
