I booked for an OLA Cab on 28/10/2016 around 5pm on ride now. A cab was assigned telling 10mins for my location. There is a GPS location when booked and it showed my address clearly. But after sometime driver called and asked for address this happens all the time even though you give your address via GPS location or type it in the app. Now the driver told some place where he is but it was little far and was asking me the address again, I could not give guide him to my place as my Kanada was poor.so i ran to neighbors who knew Kanada or Hindi but, and a person talked to him in Hindu but still he was not understanding the address.
Meanwhile he cut the call and registered for cancelling the cab. Which i am not even aware of. In middle i got a call from unknown number which i could not attend since i am already in middle of a rush, later i can to the understanding it was a call from OLA.
Immediately i got a message from OLA that i am charged 50rupees since driver cancelled the cab and i did not respond.
Now i have explained the full situation, now i mind 50 rupees. But what about the frustration i went thought, why do you even have app which asks address and have GPS location. Still ask customer for address and guidance. And at last without much consideration charge him instead. And also no other cab was allotted.
Now since i have to reach the railway station on time, luckily i was alone so i got in to a bus and carried on.
I think OLA should be ashamed for such service.
There are other issue which OLA did which i just want to mention here.
I booked for a cab on next day morning from railway station to home everything was confirmed and i was waiting the for cab the next day morning just before that time. I get message from OLA that they could not find cab for me, so sorry for the inconvenience, now who is going to charge OLA for cancelling the cab, poor me ?
OLA once you become famous because of people like us supporting you. Now if you do this you will be gone in no time, as people loose trust in now.

    I took a cab from vijaywada bus station to acharya nagarjuna university. Wherr the fare estimate was between 350-400 approx. The driver ended the ride as soon as we went a little ahead and then asked for 1000 rupees. Since its late in the night i paid him.

      I had hired an Ola cab from Ananthapura, Yelahanka to Koramangala on 9.11.2016;
      Driver Name: Ashoka Chakravarthi, Mobile No.[protected]
      Prime Sedan: Blue Xcent
      CRN No:[protected]
      Ola charges Rs.470/- (I had paid through Ola Money)
      Driver did'nt have cash for diesel refilling and his card was'nt accepted at the petrol bunk...So, I paid for Rs.500/- diesel through my credit Card. I am sorry to say that the driver has not bothered to repay my money back, nor is he responding to any of my calls from my mobile. If I try to contact him from an alternate number, he is giving some vague replies. I am not bothered that I lost Rs.500/- in the bargain, what really hurts me is that taking pity on the driver at the petrol bunk, I just had shown some humanity. But these people appear to be unworthy of it. I request you to personally intervene and resolve this issue.

        After booking my ride I called my driver to ask for his location. The driver enquired for my mode of payment. I told him I will be paying through Ola Money due to being low on cash( on account of shortage of change due to recent cancellation of 500 and 1000 denomination notes). The driver said he would not accept the money through Ola Money.
        So i asked him to cancel the ride.
        Then i get a message that my ola ride is complete with a billable amount of Rs 32 which have been deducted from my Ola Money.
        This is very unfair. My ola money has been taken and I have been charged wrongfully without riding the auto.
        I demand recompensation along with apology recompensation.

          I had booked a cab through the ola app for travelling to Pune airport but even after getting a CRN number & a message that driver is on the way nobody came to pick me which has caused a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional behaviour by Ola cabs.Kindly look into the matter seriously & do something about it as your popularity has taken a serious hit.Henceforth I will not use your service & advice my relatives & friends to boycott you.

            I booked a ola cab for my elderly parents from Fort William George Gate on 12th Nov 2016 at 2.30pm. My parents forgot the mobile in the cab and got off at Howrah station. The called me after 15 minutes and told me the problem. I am continuously trying to call the driver but he is not picking up the call. I got his name and vehicle no. from the customer care center. The name of the driver is Sopik and his mobile no. is [protected].

              Ola Double Charging Issue/ My Last Ola ride!

              I have sent my relatives to vasant kunj and Ola driver Dileep has wrongly demanded money from them, even though he got paid through my account ola money. My relatives were unaware of ola money transfer and paid him. When I got to know that I was doubly charged I felt cheated
              Ola team, Answer me on following

              1)Are your drivers not adequately trained to understand ola money credit.?

              2) Are your drivers not ethical? I booked ola cab for my relatives they did not have ola app to counter check /validate when driver ask for money. They paid him. I never cross checked as I trusted Ola team.

              3) Isn't it a drivers integrity issue?

              4) As per your policy you can not refund, I felt cheated after this incident.. I was a regular customer of Ola. Your response to this was highly disappointing.

              5) My issue is not resolved

                Dear OLA
                I have taken ride from spice garden marathahalli to Bangalore international Airport. CRN[protected] at 4:55pm on 10/11/2016. After reaching airport he has collected Rs. 1701.00 as I did not get the bill immediately on my phone. When the bill came to my mobile it was Rs. 1146. The driver was telling that hence forth do not take ride to airport in OLA as it will be costly. Kindly take appropriate action and return the excess money collected. Also penalise the driver for this kind of behaviour. I suggest you can givevprinted bill immediately after the ride as it is bring done by other cab operators so that customers cannot be cheated.

                  Dear team, it is really bad that you are charging surge charge for micro as if it is SUV.I was in hurry to book Ola SUV, but due to delay i have cancelled it. Latter thought to book Micro for which mistakenly have forgot to check other than 12 RS per km. I understand my mistake but really feel it's bad to charge micro rate as per Suv.. I had to pay 697 RS. Which was equivalent to rate of SUV.On what logic you people are calculating peak charge also in such area where Pvt. Vehicle are high...don't you think it has been overly charged as if your taking some patient for medical emergency .. I would not have bothered i[censored] ask to pay 100 RS extra but charging twice or thrice is a crime..Hope you understand my logic behind complaint

                    I had a family trip and booked an ola cab to bangalore cantonment railway station on 27th october 4:00 pm. Booking reference number is crn[protected]. I got confirmation message with the driver details (Driver name: yogesh-[protected], silver indica ka464702). 30 min later (4:30 pm) i got a call from driver and asked my dropping point and shared my information to driver. Again i got a call by 4:45 pm but this time from ola help line and told your ride with yogesh (Ka464702) has been cancelled, we apologize for the inconvenience. Immediately i booked a cab from other service and reached railway station at 6:30 pm but this is 10 min late and not able to catch the train. Due to this inconvenience from ola i lost money and spoiled my planned vacation.

                      I booked one ola cab from Kolkata airport. Car was not stopped in the desired location. Even driver also asked me to show the direction of the road. During the journey he also had been fined for not using safety belt. Even after reaching at our desired location at Nager Bazar he asked for cash 398 rupees including parking charge at Airport. When I refuse to give cash, he threaten me and I forced to pay cash as mentioned above. An amount of Rs 288 also deducted from my ola money too. I also inform the same to call centre to. But they did not refund my money back. This my first experience I ola.

                        Hi,

                        Nov 3rd, took a share cab ride from my office verizon to home in miyapur. I requested the driver to take different route as they regular route wasnt good and iam 6 months pregnant, so worried about the jerks due to bad road condition, requested him to take main road as it will be 2kms extra for him. That driver was soooo rude that he said he doesnt care of my safety and he is worried about his money and kms. I was in complete shock when he said that and also he was continuously on phone and i sat in front seat.. He was hitting me badly with his elbow when answered phone (May not be purposely) but he never said sorry. All the way i was scared whether i will go home or hospital.. These cab facilities only look for money and nothing else.. No safety is provided and when driver behaved rudely, when we compliant.. There is no response at all.. I complained more than 4 to 5 times.. No one bother to reply or call..

                        While choosing the location, map doest allow us to select the location routing so such cases we request drivers and most of them say yes as its a safety issue.

                        But such drivers like mohd rafeeq who drive white dzire are such not humans while driving..

                        If the ola people doesnt response to my consumer complaint also.. I would like to know the process to raise a female embarrassment on that driver and also ola cab.

                        Kindly help me with this complaint such that no other pregnant women suffer like me in the near future.

                          I had to pay rs 80 instead of flat fare of rs 60 on my third ride of ola share
                          On 10th nov 8:42 am. my destination is within 12 kms so flat rs 60 should
                          Have been charged. i want to know the reason of this extra charge.

                            While boarding the car driver took the payment in cash as he said that the share cabs are prepaid. In the midway ola money got deducted, I shown him that, but he refused to give the cash back and asked to contact customer care as thats not his fault. After deboarding also I showed him the mail which was clearly stating that the payment was done by ola money. But he refused and said he can not do anything as I have to call customer care for this. He also mentioned that don't add fund in ola money as this things are quite common. It's very unfortunate that you guys are sending notification every now and then and then charging double for a single ride. Is it your new tricks to cheat customer?

                              On last Sunday (06/11/2016) I with my spouse and one child rode a taxi booked by one of my relatives. It was a Mini White Desire Tour that was provided from your end. Journey was started at Bapuji Nagar, Jadavpur, Kolkata 700092 at 4.40 pm and was ended at Howrah Station at 5.20 pm ttravelling total of 15.6 km. It took only 40 minutes to reach the destination. But astonishingly the bill against such travel was charged Rs. 593/- including the tax. It is very surprising how the fare was charged so high. Though I instantly paid the amount as was claimed, but it was very painful to me.
                              Hence you are requested to take necessary action against the same and take necessary steps to refund the excess amount at earliest.

                                This is a serious complain against Ola driver Anuj Sharma (White Etios UP 14 ET 7544; Phone No. [protected]) and the Ola cancellation policy.

                                When I booked the cab driven by Anuj Sharma the system showed that he would be at the pick-up point in three minutes. however when contacted he mentioned that he would only arrive in 7 ~ 8 minutes. When I questioned him why he would take more time than what was displayed by the Ola system - he behaved very rudely. He switched off and very shortly thereafter I got the message that the driver had cancelled the booking. He did not arrive at the pick-up point where I was waiting.

                                Shortly thereafter I got a call while in the lift of my apartment. The call was aborted before I could take the call. The phone rang for an extremely short duration.

                                The call was followed by the a message from OLA that I had been charged Rs. 50 as penalty for cancellation which is unfair (a s the cab had not arravied at my pick-up location and was delaying. This reflects a business policy based on cheating the customer.

                                why should I be charged Rs. 50 for a booking that was cancelled by a rude and callous driver who has no concern for the passengers schedule and did not even try to pick me up from the pick-up point. Also the contact from Ola was very short duration and almost intentionally designed for the customer to miss the call. The charge imposed is unfair. I sincerely request that the charge be reversed and the OLA driver be disciplined for his rude and unprofessinal behaviour.

                                  I hired a ola cab CRN[protected] in Guwahati today(11/10/2016) number [protected] to drop me to airport but the driver was arrogant and misbehaved with me. when I told him to park the vehicle inside my apartment rather than parking on the road he started quarrelling and used abusive language against me. Further to that when I tried standing against his abuses he came to hit me and was about to fight with me. Which in turn made my reputation in the society go down as its not a sign of a good person. I urge ola to take take of the case or else I will be bound to file a case against the same. which means I can go for a defamation case damaging my reputation.I need the full refund to be made by ola cabs Car no. is As-8088(full number not coming on my ola booking) Bijoy driver name

                                    Money got deducted from wallet after the ride and also on top of that driver also collected that money. When contacted with the OLA help desk they are telling that they dont have any option to revert the additional money collected from the drivers as they are not employed by OLA. What a lame excuse is that ??? So i ended up paying the fare two times.

                                    Also the driver took a long route than the regular one and the fare was also high due to that

                                      I had booked a ola share from kolkata railway station for my home on 08 nov 2016.the app displayed a fair of 76 rs but driver asked me to pay 40 rs extra as parking charge of kolkata railway station.i argued with him but he started shouting on me that he is picking 100 people everyday from kolkata railway station n noone questioned him ever.as m not interested in arguing with him i paid him 40 rs extra, reached home and called ola customer care kolkata.they yold me that they will take action on driver but didnt respond back.this is a cheating with customers and ola should look into it..

                                      I did not recieved CRN number/OSN to be told to driver to start the ride, the driver vinod kumar white wagoner 1933 came on time to pick me, (from sarai rohilla to ajmeri gate) but i did not recived any CRN NUMBER, so driver cancelled my booking.the cancellstion was from driver and not from me, so i should not be charged in my next ride.

                                        I was travelling from Howrah Railway Station (New) to Keshtopur. As per the traffic police rule, each cab driver has to park their car to pick up a customer at this station.

                                        I took an allocated Ola cab from the parking place. While leaving the parking place the driver asked me for parking charge at the exit of the parking area. I gave him Rs: 50/- as usual. This parking charge never included in the fire in earlier rides.

                                        But, Ola charged me extra rupees for this parking. Even, they didn't mention the parking charge in the trip bill.

                                        I gave Rs-157+50 = Rs 207/-

                                        So, they charged me twice for parking.
