On october 15th, i booked a ola cab (mini) since sedan is not available in siliguri. and the driver refused to store the luggages with us since it I had few luggages with me. And he refused to give us a ride and he went away . Then another driver of ola came and he told he will load the luggages and also provide us a ride only if i give double fare rate. Since i was alone with my father and it was night time and no other option available because the route i wanted to travel did not had any public transport facilities. so we travelled and he took a long way too. our charge was 169
but he took 340. kindly do something about it.

    MANOJKUMAR NICHANI G ([protected]) Auto TN09CB2320 attends pick ups through the Ola app but once money gets deducted from Ola app says he accepts only cash. The entire rode was only for 139rupees but he made me pay 200rupees after creating ba big scene in front of my house. He even kept ringing door bells continuously and creating problems when refused to pay cash initially as Ola money was already deducted. Either remove such people from your membership or i want to take this through a legal action route. I want full details of your action taken on official recorded and communicated to me.

I had a female friend with me so i denied. Then he said we can't go. So i told him that I am gonna complain about him. So he told me to go ahead and complain and he even abused me.           The share pass adv (diwali offer) from ola cabs just said "travel any where for flat rs 60". i took the share pass paying rs 99. then i traveled from manyata tech park to shettihalli which would come with in 15kms. and now when the bill came it said that the share pass applies to only first 12 km and they charged me extra amount. this is really a cheating. if the share pass applies to only 12 kms why this clause was not mentioned in the offer? i will take the adv and the bill to the consumer court. ola is cheating the people.

            I booked 2 cabs for different destination one for lower parel (Ola) & another for dahisar (Uber) on 26/10/20116. But ola driver called me up & ask me there where you want to go then i said dahisar as i got confused between two cabs & i said dahisar, but when cab arrived to the pick-up point my fried sat on the right car which is booked for the lower parel. But the cab driver (Named as firoz shaikh) start arguing & said that the cab is booked for the dahisar. As i saw he was arguing for the same so i sat in the car, but i found in the negivation device that, the car was booked for the lower parel. The same thing i brought in the notice of the cab driver but he started arguing again, hence i called to the customer care of ola cab services, i was talking with the attendant named as samson i mention all the story to him but his response was also very negative & observed very much of arrogance in voice & tone.
            By the time i reached to the home my cell battery was down & hence cell got switched off. I reached to the destination & asked the cab driver that how much was the fare, so he said 250, & the same was paid to him. But when i reached home & charged my phone & switched on the messaged was pop-up that my fare was only 205.
            This kind of cheating behaviour is not at all accepted from the company like ola. The shameful & arrogant replied by ola customer care executive make me more angry.
            & on the top of that ola is expecting us to support them for their future in mumbai.
            I am the regular customer of ola, but that was the date on which the dirtiest service was been provided to me.

              I booked a cab on 14 oct 2016 vide crn no.[protected] in visakhapatnam, driver name rambabu, driver's mobile[protected], vehicle no. ap31tva0269.
              Total amount of the ride was rs.277/- which was deducted from our ola money. but due to non-receipt of yours system sms instantly, the driver asked to pay rs. 277/- and i paid. thereafter i came to know by email and sms the same amount was deducted from my ola money. i conveyed this to the driver. he promised me to refund the amount atleast five times. but non of the time he turned up.

              It is therefore, requested that view this complain seriously to retain a valued customer and do needful urgently.

                Yesterday night i booked cab from l&t south city to ramamurthy nagar for my mom who is a senior citizen and my brother. First the driver took them 4 km away from destination and when my mom tried to explain the location. He started threatening her and said that "be keep quite otherwise i leave you on road" and started shouting on her and said i know where i have to take you. I send the address on drivers mobile but still he was roaming. When i try to contact him he said i put that address on gps which you send me in text but he lied and didn't did it as my mom said. My complain is for his misbehave.

                Its a request to you kindly give proper and sensible solution.

                  Yesterday was the tenth time the driver had denied duty. The reason being the place where i had to go is the very opposite direction to where he reside.
                  If drivers cant provide service required they need not be in this profession. They can drive an autorickshaw or taxi in the places where they reside. Females already are late in the evening and such service add to the sad plight they are undergoing. When the passenger books a cab assign to somone who stays in that Area. Else ask the drivers to be in their toes and provide service

                    This evening at around 5pm
                    I took an auto from bhakthavatchalam nagar first street, adyar, chennai to Mgr Janaki College, R.A.Puram chennai which is just approx 2 kms . But todays bill was 123 rupees and showed 8 kms distance. The usual fare would be around rs.50 to 60.
                    I regularly travel to that place but todays charge is atrocious

                    Kindly check and credit the extra amount charged on me and reply at the earliest.

                      Ola driver support team in Chennai is the worst support team I ever seen. Diver app crashes and we are instructed to change our Sim cards which is not related to the compliant we have went for. Do they think that drivers are not educated? and asking them to follow those silly instructions, We reached the support center 4 days in last 7 days but no use. They are not good enough to fix the problem and instructed us to come daily if the problem comes again.

                      Peoples working in Chennai are chatting with colleagues and they have not trained how to speak to the vehicle owners/drivers... (No respect nothing)

                        I am a resident in bangalore.
                        Today morning, i booked an ola share cab as usual from indiranagar to alcatel lucent, manyata tech park. with details as below:
                        Driver pavankumar m (bangalore):owner of white etios liva ka04aa3250 mob no [protected]
                        I had 2 other passenger companions who got off before me. the driver had a spat with change with one passenger as well, and kept the extra change.
                        As we arrived near manyata tech ark, the driver simply stopped on the highway in front of manyata tech park, and said i am stopping the trip. on saying, but the drop is inside manyata tech park his response in a high and rude voice was (in kannada) "sorry, no. i will drop here" on repeatedly telling him, all other cabs go inside, as i have marked the drop inside and paid for the same, he started screaming "if you want a drop inside, you should book mini/micro. share doesnt go inside". this is totally untrue, as all ola share cabs drop inside only, i travel very frequently using the same. on telling him i will contact customer care form ola, he just started racing the car, away from my destaination, over hebbal flyover, saying "i am going, do what you want". i was helplessly telling him, where can i just get off in the middle, drop me inside as that is my drop location. the driver was so pathetic/inhuman/rude, that he cpntinued driving on hebbal flyover, crossed the bridge. meanwhile i got in contact with ola customer care, and told the lady the proble. on speaking to him, and explaining, to drop me at my location, the driver again in his rude tone kept saying he will drop me outside only. later he spoke in the same tone to that lady, that he will not drop, escalate whatever complaint you want to. "hogu bedi, drop mad alla" that lady was shocked too, and she has raised a complaint against him for the same. i finally asked the drive rto just drp me at hebbal busstop, because i couldnt stand him anymore.
                        It was really humiliating even talking to him today. was it appropriate behaviour to:
                        1. deny the duty to drop at the marked location in the ola app?
                        2. talk in a pathetically rowdy/rude tone when asked to complete the journey, with threats of get off or i will drive off elsewhere?
                        3. when a single lady is taking the ride in your cab, is it even remotely human to just drive off somewhere, away from the destination? is is safe for women riders? who and why should one tolerate such sick behaviour in these circumstances? anything could have happened today.in his rage, he didnt even realise how he was behaving. so are women passengers safe with ola chosen drivers?
                        4. is it fair on ola, to just redeem rs 80 to my ola account for this demeaning and disrespectful behaviour?
                        I need strict action/warning to be taken/given against this driver. this is totally unacceptable conduct.

                          Today i booked ola cab from 23 sector chd to industrial area phase 1 panchkula and ola charged me Rs 257 and said distance was of 20.4 km and ride time 26 min..
                          First of all i travel daily on this route in my car the distance is not more than 13 km and how can 20.4 km be reached within 26 minutes.

                          Kindly justify it. Its against Consumer rights

                            I am totally unsatisfied with ola services. At first when i requested for cab some driver information was given and he picked me started the trip, but after traveling for about 10km's one more driver's details was sent to me. I was in dilemma and called customer care. For which dumb customer care services mentioned that my previous cab was canceled and new cab is assigned, i will not get bill if i continue in same cab and was asked to change it to new cab by returning back to place from where i started.
                            My question which were asked to customer care: (For which i got rubbish answers)
                            1) how can driver details change after trip is started?
                            2) if this cab was canceled, how can trip start?
                            3) why will i not get bill (It was official trip) since it is technical problem from ola?
                            4) why should i change to newly assigned cab? And how after traveling 10km's?

                              As i fuzel sayed, was trying to get business bond with ola as a partner in driving, so as per yours company rules i have submited my cell phone at your branch (andheri branch). well everything was fine until i got my cell phone back. and i realize that there are some unfortunate changes have been done with my personal asset (cell phone) my phone battery have been replaced by some of your representative. i am very upset with the way your company like to do business with partner. and as per that i no longer have trust in your company any more. i would like to get my assets back to me, as soon as possible. or i'll be taking a legal action againts this scenario. plus they have miss places my bill card as well. my lots is great. i hope action will be taken soon.

                                Hi Team Ola.. I am regular user of Ola Cab and use it for my daily travelling.. Until Today... Yesterday i made a booking from Infinity Mall Malad to my residence.. (OSN[protected] cab # MH01CJ4112). That Driver Mohd. Shakir denied the pickup and asked me to cancel the booking. So, i cancelled the pickup and i got the message that Cancellation charge wont be deducted. I again made another booking and unfortunately, it went to same Mohd. Shakir (OSN[protected] and he again declined pickup and asked me to cancel second pickup as well and i had to cancel that.. I got a message from Ola Cabs that Cancellation charges wont be deducted... However now when i have booked another cab from Mahim, Invoice is including Cancellation Charges... This is very unfair... First of all your driver has audacity to deny and on top of that you are penalising your regular and loyal customer. Fix this.. Uber is not far behind... You may end up losing your loyal customer who has given Ola preference over Uber...

                                  I am gaurav kumar from delhi and my car number is up 13 at 1682. I saw today that you reverse my incentives and showing that there is fraud. I am telling you that there is no fraud and you can cross check to call the customers. We are our work very honesty and you are telling that we are doing fraud. I want to know the procedure to check the fraud duty and if after cross check from the customer if you will prove that there is any fraud duty so i will reverse my whole incentive till today. Otherwise i will take legal action against your process in the court. Please do not do anything without cross check. Please look on this as soon as possible.

                                    On 22nd I booked a Ola cab from Koparkhairane to my daughters school in Airoli and the charge came to Rs.155 and the same micro cab i booked while coming back with no traffic and no halts from the same place to back home but to my surprise they charged me Rs.373. For such a short distance no good car would also charge so much. Previous month i went to the Mumbai airport from Koparkhairane and which is atleast 5 times the distance they charged me aroung Rs.375. I feel extremely cheated. Please look into it immediately.                                     Today I have booked a cab from Ola and driver Rajesh ([protected]) picked me and dropped at Vashi in a White Go MH02CR9094 with CRN[protected] but I found the bills is almost double of Rs 634/ instead normally it's coming Rs 350/ only.
                                    It's some Ind of cheating with the regular customers like me.
                                    I've had to cancel 2 trips in the past due to drivers refusing service if the customers using OLA Money. This is frustrating especially if you need a ride to the airport.

                                    Recommend a line of credit at fuel pumps for drivers commuting to and from the airport. This way it'll be a win win for both of you.

                                      Ola driver chose the longer route by ignoring the gps route .You ask anyone that to go to jwmarriot juju the best route available are from so road or link road . He have taken from different longer route which is just unfair and done purposely. I think Ola instead of thinking about customers they more think of drivers. This is so primafacie cheating act done by driver and still you'll are supporting drivers . The route chosen was completely wrong.

                                      We have travel so many times from malabarhill to goregoan by Olay micro but fare come max 300 rs and here it is showing 360.
                                      It is so cheap on part of Olay that instead of compensating customer you'll are supporting wrongful act of driver. This matter need to be public in newspapers.The driver was very rude to talk. .shame on Ola.

                                        This is sai kindly find the crn reference numbers in which i was charged three different amounts for rides for the same distance and same mini cab used and there was no peak charges included when i booked. kindly give me clarification on this issue asap!
