Driver name rajiv vehical swift dezire tn48aw2355 crn[protected] from chennai maa airport to mahindra world city chingalpet

When destination location submitted before taking ride why did driver agree for drop.

20 mins before destination driver asked me to take another transport firstly early morning or morning secondly deserted place thirdly unknown to a visitor.

The reason to stop vehical was long distance then y did he agree to drop a customer.

Driver stated vehical not permitted to the location and finally he drops me charging 200 rs extra on total bill

Basically when he stopped in midway i tried contacting ola emergency had they helped me i would not have faced problem

At the end if ride when i was asked to give reviews i again gave them feedback/complaint yet no response not a single word.

I want my money back

Every time i take a ola ride only in channai i face this issue

Y dont ola has contact number y email or messaging incase of emergency.

I want my funds back

Hello

Driver name rajiv vehical swift dezire TN48AW2355 CRN[protected] from chennai maa airport to mahindra world city chingalpet

When destination location submitted before taking ride why did driver agree for drop.

20 mins before destination driver asked me to take another transport firstly early morning or morning secondly deserted place thirdly unknown to a visitor.

    Hello, today i booked cab from noida to delhi and normally when i used cab from same place them charges 500₹ to 600₹ maximum to max. Today they charged 878₹.
    Driver took longest route and he filled cng gas also after we denied him.. When we compliant to ola customer, they said that we sorry for that but charges would be same. And we only give 60₹ back. Instead 300₹ they giving me 60₹ only.
    Distance is only - 47.4 km. They took 56 km. Why he didn't opt route of dnd and they have charged 200₹ of toll tax.
    Ola just making fool to customer. Uber always takes fair decision for customers.
    Why should i pay more. Please help me.

    Kindly send message to respond soon..they are not providing any help and not bother to contact to customer. Even I messaged on Facebook but they didn't respond. Customer is nothing for them.They just know how to make customer fool to take fake charges.

      Hi Ola,

      I want to register a complain regarding the ride charges. It is very disgraceful that there was no mention of increase in charges while riding the cab. I had checked the fare estimates before riding itself. It showed 200 to 330 but I was charged 544 which is very very very high.
      It is really unacceptable to pay such high charge when there was normal traffic n it was not peak hour .
      I was charge 300 rs extra. I want my money back. If this continues I will never ride ola again . This ride has really broken my trust with ola.

        I have booked an ola out station trip on 24th october for an one way trip trip to pondicherry from chennai for 25th october 10 am. ola charged 2842 rs. my request is accepted within few minutes. next day on 25th october i received a sms that my ride arrived and waiting. i get ready and called my ola driver at around 10 am as i did not find my ride at the pickup location. ola driver asked for extra money.
        Driver asked for 3500 rs and extra money for toll tax, driver pata. i refused to pay the money. driver of ola refused to come to pickup location and used foul language and consistently asked for more money and threatened me to cancel the booking. when i refused to pay extra money, driver cancelled my trip. i was traveling with my 7 months old son and i had to faced lot of problem. as i checked out from my hotel and i has to pay my charge at pondicherry i booked for 25th october. this is not expected from reputed company like ola. i will never going to use ola any more.
        Who is going to pay me financial loss? and also who is going to pay for my harassment i have faced.

          Ola money is not accepted by auto drivers twice in two days. The say that ola will not provide them with full amount and the money will be credited late to their accounts. Everytime I need to call ola customer care to get my ola money back. I would have paid cash and ola money will be deducted as well. What sort of service is ola providing. Why I need to call everytime to get my ola money back. Remove ola money option to auto or provide them with full amount and on time. Fed up of this ola. Worst app!!

            How you People can hire these type of absurd driver??? The way he treated us was totally illegal and it really hurt to see such business going around, i will not tolerate this kind of behaviour.
            Mine drop point was little near, but that driver took me round the next long route and when i opposed, he reacted in very rude manner, his words were like "tu kya ladki hai jo idhar se jaane ke liye mana kar rha" i mean i have booked something and your driver will decide what to do ???
            To reach my destination, i took another auto, apart from my financial loss, the thing which matter me the most how you can treat your customer like this?? Mine last ride with Ola

                I booked ola sedan to reach rly.station from my residance..& ola replied that in next 16 mnts..the cab will approach you..but after 25 mnts..when I talked to driver he answered that he needs another 20 mnts.to reach...and that moment was very shocking for me becoz there was no time to find another cab .. it was very unfair act from ola service.

                  While booking ride on app for both the osn[protected] and osn[protected], i got message that cancellation fee has been applied and that i should pay rs 127 despite having opted for ola share pass
                  It was not mentioned for which ride this cancellation fee is being charged for?
                  When invoice was generated it mentioned convenience fee
                  Sending a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com has also not helped.
                  Seems this is a part of an intentional attempt to charge customers

                  driver vinod taken cash RS.720/- from me plus sea link toll whereas I have just received your invoice for Rs.602/- Kindly enquire and arrange to refund balance amount to me and credit my account.

                    So, i was having a flight next morning at 7 so i book ola can 1 day prior so i booked and the ola gave me the cinfirmation and said that details will be shared before 15 min. Of your ride...and what i see in the morning that the text come from ola that sorrt there are no cabs..1 qus. Ola are you nuts? How can you say this at last moment. If there was no cab you should inform at the time we booked it...so now no trust from ola...uber saved my flight...highly disappointed

                      I have been using ola cabs since long. yesterday, i booked the cab and sureshgiri ([protected]) was supposed to pick me up from my residence in a white indigo gj01dv1508. he refused, saying he will take another 10 minutes. i said, ok but please come. he said, not possible and asked me to cancel the trip. i didn't cancel. please take action, or i will.

                        It was the first hand experience with ola rentals for me. The driver started asking me for 500 rupees to be paid during the trip. I asked the driver if it was okay for me to pay by ola money at the end of the trip. He mentioned that for rentals i needed to pay by cash only. So, i paid the pending amount at the end of the trip and the payment was fully made. Later i received a message that i have paid by ola money as well.

                        I called the driver regarding this, he asked me to file a complaint with ola for the same. Please refund the amount asap.

                          Hello sir,
                          I booked ola cab on 28/10/2016 for the pick up at 21:50 and driver called me at 21:38, later after 22:00also cab not came and i called driver he said cancelled and it is cancelled by him. I called customer care to send other cab he also refused. As i was in night time going long distance if he cancelled how we can believe those cab services? If any thing happened who will responsible? I requesting please take necessary action against ola services. If we have family how we go at night just think yourself.

                            On october 15th, i booked a ola cab (mini) since sedan is not available in siliguri. and the driver refused to store the luggages with us since it I had few luggages with me. And he refused to give us a ride and he went away . Then another driver of ola came and he told he will load the luggages and also provide us a ride only if i give double fare rate. Since i was alone with my father and it was night time and no other option available because the route i wanted to travel did not had any public transport facilities. so we travelled and he took a long way too. our charge was 169
                            but he took 340. kindly do something about it.

                              MANOJKUMAR NICHANI G ([protected]) Auto TN09CB2320 attends pick ups through the Ola app but once money gets deducted from Ola app says he accepts only cash. The entire rode was only for 139rupees but he made me pay 200rupees after creating ba big scene in front of my house. He even kept ringing door bells continuously and creating problems when refused to pay cash initially as Ola money was already deducted. Either remove such people from your membership or i want to take this through a legal action route. I want full details of your action taken on official recorded and communicated to me.

                                    The share pass adv (diwali offer) from ola cabs just said "travel any where for flat rs 60". i took the share pass paying rs 99. then i traveled from manyata tech park to shettihalli which would come with in 15kms. and now when the bill came it said that the share pass applies to only first 12 km and they charged me extra amount. this is really a cheating. if the share pass applies to only 12 kms why this clause was not mentioned in the offer? i will take the adv and the bill to the consumer court. ola is cheating the people.

                                      I booked 2 cabs for different destination one for lower parel (Ola) & another for dahisar (Uber) on 26/10/20116. But ola driver called me up & ask me there where you want to go then i said dahisar as i got confused between two cabs & i said dahisar, but when cab arrived to the pick-up point my fried sat on the right car which is booked for the lower parel. But the cab driver (Named as firoz shaikh) start arguing & said that the cab is booked for the dahisar. As i saw he was arguing for the same so i sat in the car, but i found in the negivation device that, the car was booked for the lower parel. The same thing i brought in the notice of the cab driver but he started arguing again, hence i called to the customer care of ola cab services, i was talking with the attendant named as samson i mention all the story to him but his response was also very negative & observed very much of arrogance in voice & tone.
                                      By the time i reached to the home my cell battery was down & hence cell got switched off. I reached to the destination & asked the cab driver that how much was the fare, so he said 250, & the same was paid to him. But when i reached home & charged my phone & switched on the messaged was pop-up that my fare was only 205.
                                      This kind of cheating behaviour is not at all accepted from the company like ola. The shameful & arrogant replied by ola customer care executive make me more angry.
                                      & on the top of that ola is expecting us to support them for their future in mumbai.
                                      I am the regular customer of ola, but that was the date on which the dirtiest service was been provided to me.

                                        I booked a cab on 14 oct 2016 vide crn no.[protected] in visakhapatnam, driver name rambabu, driver's mobile[protected], vehicle no. ap31tva0269.
                                        Total amount of the ride was rs.277/- which was deducted from our ola money. but due to non-receipt of yours system sms instantly, the driver asked to pay rs. 277/- and i paid. thereafter i came to know by email and sms the same amount was deducted from my ola money. i conveyed this to the driver. he promised me to refund the amount atleast five times. but non of the time he turned up.

                                        It is therefore, requested that view this complain seriously to retain a valued customer and do needful urgently.
