Hi i was deducted with cancellation charge, i cancelled it because drive phone was not reachable .. u people deducted money my asn number was[protected] .. i want my refund .. please do it .. I even put a ticket on ola . They didnt helped me out . This is not first time happening with me . So many time ola people will talk rude, take more money . They cheat us.

    I had booked a cab ride from faridabad sector 29 for my parents to terminal 1D. At the drop point, the driver told my parents to pay the fare I.e 570 in cash. They were in a hurry at the drop point so they paid him. However, I had balance in my ola wallet and it was deducted as well. So, I mailed your customer care but the executive is saying that it is against company policy to refund that amount. So, is it my fault that the driver is a cheat and I should suffer??? What kind of a company policy is this?? CRN is[protected].

      I am residing at Plot no 11 Balaji Avenue II Chennai 73, Tamil Nadu. I bring to your kind notice about charging me Rs 75/ yesterday by 4 PM when I have not booked cab for any ride. It seems something went wrong. Suddenly by 3 .48 PM yesterday I received a call from a Ola driver that I booked a prime sedan. How can this happen? Please look this matter and remove the cancellation fee from my account. Otherwise I may be forced to register my complaint with the consumer forum.

        ON[protected] i paid cash to driver for my destination that is 66 ruppes and i have an ola money 66 ruppes. My ola app money also deducted i asked the customer care they told everything is okay. I dont fight for money but i want justice i payed in cash to driver y my ola money got deducted i want the answer if it is a mistake they refund back to account whats wrong in that i payed in cash.
        I had booked for a mini, but OLA offered a free upgrade to Sedan, I accepted the ride.

        But when I reached the destination, got a bill for Sedan ride charges and also the travel time was more. I don't see any way to get this resolved from OLA.

        This is a robbing in the day.

          I booked the cab in choice for ride later and got booking no CRN[protected]. I got message at 6:15 pm on 14/10/2016 that Mr. Shubham Pal is reaching to start point with vehicle no up70ET0806. At my home he refused to go to cheoki railway station and told my brother that I will not go with ola charges and I will take Rs. 500 to that point and soon after I got message for cancellation of trip. At last time my brother forced to pay higher charge and the said driver is cheating to customers and agency.

            On 13.10.2014, I booked through the app car from KW Srishti, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad. I got the telephone number of Driver Deepak to whom I immediately called and explained the location.
            When he did not come I called him but he reached Kavi Nagar, which is good about seven kilometres away. Therefore I cancelled the ride.

              I travelled from Panjra Pole(Deonar) to Mumbai domestic Airport on 18th Sept 2016 at 5-26 pm Booking No CRN[protected] by OLA cabs where-in driver was Mr Noor Pasha. While booking estimated fare was shown on my mobile was Rs 180/- only... However, bill raised by the Driver was Rs.404/- because as per view expressed by the driver, he was aware of the correct route to reach Airport.. He pretended that he had seen the Airport itself 1st time on that day..In fact, I was to miss my flight almost..as a result of this situation.. After receiving my Bill on line, I had realised that driver genuinely mislead me by travelling in wrong route ..

              My appeal to OLA is how OLA can appoint an Driver at Mumbai without checking his knowledge of Mumbai Airport itself...also why there was no system to monitor this system in Mumbai.. and finally how they want compensate this loss of money, time and mental agony ?

                Hi,
                I booked an ola share yesterday around 8 pm from my home, located in a bit congested area. As suggested by the cab driver I took an auto rickshow and reached the main road (baghajatin more, kolkata-86). Here comes my trouble and horrible experience with OLA service. I am attaching a screenshot of my rides and that tells the story by itslef. Standing on a busy road with my 60 year old mother and getting text one after another stating your booking is cancelled is something we are not expecting from you or let me know we should start expecting this. I waited for 1.5 hours and got 5 booking cancellation. Does not matter how I reached home.

                I was not in the country for the last two years and someone told me OLA is the best private taxi service running on the street of kolkata. I got the proof.

                  I have booked two ola mini on 24.09.2016 with crn[protected] &[protected] for my travel on 10.10.2016. On 10.10.2016 evening 6.30, i got an reminder that the booking is as per schedule. But not received any car details till the reporting time. So, contacted the customer care, and with my surprise the gentle man said the booking is cancelled.
                  Please note for that journey, i have paid 4.5 times surge price with uber. Request your proper reply for my legal action.

                    Yesterday I booked the cap from Ola booking ref CRN[protected] from hotel Leela to Old delhi railway station. When I call driver Ashu Mobile no [protected], he confirmed he is outside Hotel leela and he asking where to go. When I told first come, he refuse to come without knowing details where to go. I told him I want to go Old Delhi railway station. He is saying OK, I am coming. To my surprise he did not come inside 10 Minutes, then again I called, he again confirm he is coming like this he played 3-4 times and then he switch over his phone. Then I called Ola, they are not taking call, standard SNS coming contact driver. it is catch 2 situation neither driver nor Ola taking call. Due to this I miss my train and important meeting, which resulted direct as well as business opportunity loss. All rider have to learn lesson from this so that they cannot miss train, flight and important business opportunity.

                      My OLA account is blocked and no reason has been given. I am a genuine user and have completed over 100 trips/rides (have invoices)
                      I have emailed and called support over 20 times to give me the reason and unblock my account. They send a standard reply that reason is unknown as system blocks. I have call recordings and emails. They just suggest that I should change my Main number and email to use ola. I can't change my number which is active since 2003 (13 years).

                      Seems like they purposely are blocking users who use ola frequently as they would register new user id's and ola's user base and average rides per user will increase. This will help them to increase their company valuation to attract investors.

                      Why would they suspended a genuine and frequent user in spite of writing to them over 20 emails explaining that I am a genuine user who has taken over 100 rides

                        From the beginning of the Ola share rides there has been many issue that I am facing in my day to day travel. We have a toll in our way that is military area tolls which can be skipped by taking other routes that is of amount 30 bucks. What Ola say is that drivers have to follow the route given by them. Why the passengers have to pay the toll then. We are not suggesting them to take this route.!!! Earlier customer care said they will refund the amount as it is included in the share amount. Now they say it is not and we cannot help you. In fact the customer care says mam if you want you can stop using our service!!! Really they don't give a damn to their customers.

                        If we have the toll then why is it not informed before booking. It's not about 30 bucks . It about cheating the customers. Why will anybody pay even 1 rupee extra!! Every single penny matters. cabs are cancelled by drivers and we are charged cancellation charges!! Drivers don't come and do not cancel the cab also!! Cabs are cancelled several times. After sitting in the cab they do not turn on ac. Take the longest routes etc.I have paid the toll almost 30 times. Every time I have complained they say they will refund but now they say it's ok we cannot do anything. Take the ride or go to hell. We are not refunding the money paid to you!

                          I travel from srirampur to nagasandra metro station i left my bag with documents and electronic gadgets in ola taxi braring no. K a o3 ad 3897
                          Within half an hour we left from taxi we know we left our bag in the same taxi we called the driver he is not responsing properly we keep on try ola customer care nobody will there attened the calls we don't know what will we do.

                          WITHIN HALF AN HOUR WE LEFT FROM TAXI WE KNOW WE LEFT OUR BAG IN THE SAME TAXI WE CALLED THE DRIVER HE IS NOT RESPONSING PROPERLY WE KEEP ON TRY OLA CUSTOMER CARE NOBODY WILL THERE ATTENED THE CALLS WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL WE DO.
                          3 time taxi booked every time driver refused and started using foul language. urgent action needed to curb such behaviors.

                            I had booked an overstation cab on 18th august in pune and the driver charged extra 1000 rs. It was accepted by the driver and authorities and assured of refund multiple times last recieved mail on 22nd aug. Do we customers are fool ki yahi apne paise hi bheek mangte rahe... Its been so long and no refund has been initiated and i remembered this instance when i had to book a cab today.
                            I will keep on taking actions now on till the money is not refunded through various platforms
                            [ola support] #[protected] issue related to my ride
                            I am also posting the snapshot of mail by ola... Kindly please someone see through this matter.. And get these fraud companies shutdown.

                              I have faced this incident a number of times in bengaluru, where the autorikshaws associated with ola cabs, used to decline the trip, even when they were near by my location.
                              I have seen literally an auto driver using his phone app to decline my trip.
                              The last incident i had was on 7th october 2016, where i had to leave in an emergency, and all i could do is to see ola autos declining my offers and finally had to get a normal auto which would empty my pocket.

                              Please find a way to solve this issue asap.

                                Booked ola cabs in patiala/punjab in advance for taking a patient to hospital 1 day in advance.
                                we should be given a preference since we informed in advance. But sadly cabs are cancelled at last minute.
                                when we have doctors appointment scheduled.

                                  I had booked a cab on 12th night at 9:30 from Thanisandra to Hennur, Bangalore. We called the driver and he asked for booking number which was provided but he never showed up to pick us up. Not only that, i got a mail from Ola thanking me for the ride I had taken which never happened. I was waiting there with my daughter till 9:50pm before taking an other ride. This is totally unacceptable keeping in view the safety concerns we have in the city. I wish to take this matter further.

                                    Booking crn[protected], vehicle no tn 22 cq 6379 silver indica, driver name loganathan. wife booked cab at 5.45pm from pammal, chennai for dropping her mother and sisters back to chennai railway station on their maiden visit. driver came with another passenger saying he is dropping him at 0.5km. instead went via koiembedu dropping the other passenger causing my in laws miss their train to kerala. after reaching station he locked the veh not letting others to get down till the time my sister in law went to see the train status and come back. keeping the only ladies traveller's under great stress.

                                      I had booked an OLA car on 23.09.2016 CRN[protected] driver Yashwant ([protected]) White Indica MH12KN 0834.and was surprised by the sheer arrogance and ignorance of the driver. He did not know the meaning of the CRN .When i showed to him that he was not putting the number correctly he was down right rude and asked me to leave the cab immediately. I thought OLA drivers were courteous and well informed about their systems .But unfortunately it was not so .The driver not only was ill informed, down right rude, his car was not in good shape and was dirty from the inside too.
                                      I have had two other run ins with OLA drivers previously
                                      With such drivers and service I would not like to travel by OLA
                                      I hpoe you will take some action on this please

                                        I have to say this in highly disappointment that the service that Ola provides is really horrible and completely unsatisfactory. Last day I wasted almost 1 hour in booking the cab to travel from Nangloi to Jamia Nagar. I made atleast 30 calls to 5 different drivers which I booked the cab of. 3 of them(Pawan phone no. [protected], Aadesh phone no. [protected] and Sandeep phone no. [protected]) denied the service immediately. 1 of them dint picked the phone up. And the last one made me extremely frustrated. His name was Sonu(Phone no. [protected]). He picked the phone up. Agreed for service saying he will reach there in 2 minutes. But no response of him for the next 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I got the call of the driver and he was asking for the OSN no. I said please trace my location using GPS system and come to my place as soon as possible as I was getting late. He asked me again and again. Lastly I gave him the OSN number. After 5 minutes I got the message from the same driver(Sonu) that my ride has been completed and I had to pay xyz amount(i dont remember exactly). At last I had to board metro as I dint had any other alternatives to reach early at my destination. This was not expected from them and I want to be strict action taken against them. Specially the deiver named Sonu. I want the feedback at the earliest.
