From the beginning of the Ola share rides there has been many issue that I am facing in my day to day travel. We have a toll in our way that is military area tolls which can be skipped by taking other routes that is of amount 30 bucks. What Ola say is that drivers have to follow the route given by them. Why the passengers have to pay the toll then. We are not suggesting them to take this route.!!! Earlier customer care said they will refund the amount as it is included in the share amount. Now they say it is not and we cannot help you. In fact the customer care says mam if you want you can stop using our service!!! Really they don't give a damn to their customers.

If we have the toll then why is it not informed before booking. It's not about 30 bucks . It about cheating the customers. Why will anybody pay even 1 rupee extra!! Every single penny matters. cabs are cancelled by drivers and we are charged cancellation charges!! Drivers don't come and do not cancel the cab also!! Cabs are cancelled several times. After sitting in the cab they do not turn on ac. Take the longest routes etc.I have paid the toll almost 30 times. Every time I have complained they say they will refund but now they say it's ok we cannot do anything. Take the ride or go to hell. We are not refunding the money paid to you!

    I travel from srirampur to nagasandra metro station i left my bag with documents and electronic gadgets in ola taxi braring no. K a o3 ad 3897
    Within half an hour we left from taxi we know we left our bag in the same taxi we called the driver he is not responsing properly we keep on try ola customer care nobody will there attened the calls we don't know what will we do.

    WITHIN HALF AN HOUR WE LEFT FROM TAXI WE KNOW WE LEFT OUR BAG IN THE SAME TAXI WE CALLED THE DRIVER HE IS NOT RESPONSING PROPERLY WE KEEP ON TRY OLA CUSTOMER CARE NOBODY WILL THERE ATTENED THE CALLS WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL WE DO.
    3 time taxi booked every time driver refused and started using foul language. urgent action needed to curb such behaviors.

      I had booked an overstation cab on 18th august in pune and the driver charged extra 1000 rs. It was accepted by the driver and authorities and assured of refund multiple times last recieved mail on 22nd aug. Do we customers are fool ki yahi apne paise hi bheek mangte rahe... Its been so long and no refund has been initiated and i remembered this instance when i had to book a cab today.
      I will keep on taking actions now on till the money is not refunded through various platforms
      [ola support] #[protected] issue related to my ride
      I am also posting the snapshot of mail by ola... Kindly please someone see through this matter.. And get these fraud companies shutdown.

        I have faced this incident a number of times in bengaluru, where the autorikshaws associated with ola cabs, used to decline the trip, even when they were near by my location.
        I have seen literally an auto driver using his phone app to decline my trip.
        The last incident i had was on 7th october 2016, where i had to leave in an emergency, and all i could do is to see ola autos declining my offers and finally had to get a normal auto which would empty my pocket.

        Please find a way to solve this issue asap.

          Booked ola cabs in patiala/punjab in advance for taking a patient to hospital 1 day in advance.
          we should be given a preference since we informed in advance. But sadly cabs are cancelled at last minute.
          when we have doctors appointment scheduled.
          How pathetic can ola be ?
          Feel like slapping the owner.

          Strict action should be taken against them.
          If i was a lawyer. I would sue them
          5 times cab booked from airport, as soon as taxi comes. They cancel booking... I kept waiting for 45 minutes.. finally one cab taken Mr.. worst experience.
          .how come such thing Is posible that your booking automatically getting cancelled.

            I had booked a cab on 12th night at 9:30 from Thanisandra to Hennur, Bangalore. We called the driver and he asked for booking number which was provided but he never showed up to pick us up. Not only that, i got a mail from Ola thanking me for the ride I had taken which never happened. I was waiting there with my daughter till 9:50pm before taking an other ride. This is totally unacceptable keeping in view the safety concerns we have in the city. I wish to take this matter further.

              Booking crn[protected], vehicle no tn 22 cq 6379 silver indica, driver name loganathan. wife booked cab at 5.45pm from pammal, chennai for dropping her mother and sisters back to chennai railway station on their maiden visit. driver came with another passenger saying he is dropping him at 0.5km. instead went via koiembedu dropping the other passenger causing my in laws miss their train to kerala. after reaching station he locked the veh not letting others to get down till the time my sister in law went to see the train status and come back. keeping the only ladies traveller's under great stress.

                I had booked an OLA car on 23.09.2016 CRN[protected] driver Yashwant ([protected]) White Indica MH12KN 0834.and was surprised by the sheer arrogance and ignorance of the driver. He did not know the meaning of the CRN .When i showed to him that he was not putting the number correctly he was down right rude and asked me to leave the cab immediately. I thought OLA drivers were courteous and well informed about their systems .But unfortunately it was not so .The driver not only was ill informed, down right rude, his car was not in good shape and was dirty from the inside too.
                I have had two other run ins with OLA drivers previously
                With such drivers and service I would not like to travel by OLA
                I hpoe you will take some action on this please

                  I have to say this in highly disappointment that the service that Ola provides is really horrible and completely unsatisfactory. Last day I wasted almost 1 hour in booking the cab to travel from Nangloi to Jamia Nagar. I made atleast 30 calls to 5 different drivers which I booked the cab of. 3 of them(Pawan phone no. [protected], Aadesh phone no. [protected] and Sandeep phone no. [protected]) denied the service immediately. 1 of them dint picked the phone up. And the last one made me extremely frustrated. His name was Sonu(Phone no. [protected]). He picked the phone up. Agreed for service saying he will reach there in 2 minutes. But no response of him for the next 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I got the call of the driver and he was asking for the OSN no. I said please trace my location using GPS system and come to my place as soon as possible as I was getting late. He asked me again and again. Lastly I gave him the OSN number. After 5 minutes I got the message from the same driver(Sonu) that my ride has been completed and I had to pay xyz amount(i dont remember exactly). At last I had to board metro as I dint had any other alternatives to reach early at my destination. This was not expected from them and I want to be strict action taken against them. Specially the deiver named Sonu. I want the feedback at the earliest.

                    I had applied for ola cab to take me to suburb bus stand at 5pm. I got driver details aa manju [protected] at 4:45pm. I called him but he refused to come as he was far away. He even refused to inform ola that he cannot go and that they must arrange another cab for me. After a lot of trouble i was somehow able to reach bus stop on time. How can we trust ola if they appoint such careless drivers?

                    I applied for ola cab today to go to suburb bus stand at 5pm. I got driver details at 4:45pm. Ravi [protected]. I called the driver but he refused to come as he was 6km away from my place. He even refused to make other arrangements for me or call ola to arrange other cab for me. I had to make other arrangements by myself with so much tension and worry.

                      Beware of olacabs and ola money!!!
                      Had a terrible experience today with ola cab and ola money. had booked a ride for my parents to the delhi airport on 1/10/16.. the driver (prince: white amaze dl1rta5294) charged the full amount rs 488 from my father and at the same time the amount present in my ola money account (rs 425) also got deducted. i called up their support centre and the lady bluntly told that it was my fault and the money cannot be refunded. i asked her to transfer to her superior and some mr. sherriff also did not listen to me. i made conference call with my father who was in airport at that time and he told the whole thing to him. sheriff took the driver on concall and the driver bluntly refused that my father paid rs 500 to him. he said that he paid rs 100 only. mr sheriff instead to listening to us put all the blame on us was still adamant that it was our fault. my father doesn’t have android and thus he cannot check if any money was deducted or not. nor did i receive any message that the money was deducted from my ola money account. the thing which is irritating is how the concerned person (mr. sheriff) behaved. instead of helping us out and refunding the money he put all the blame on us. please beware of these farud ola people and their drivers.

                        This issue is regularly happening in all ola rides.in a route where the singe toll charges are applicable, ola charges twice the amount for it and customer care is not responsible for refunding even after bringing this complaint.

                        When i tried validating all my invoices, the same was done for every bills. When cross checked with other customer rides the same was done. This is biggest cheating where customers will not notice this in their busy schedule.

                          I books a can like around 4:30 for 6:25 and received a text of sharing driver details 15 min befor the ride. And i waited for almost 6:20 for the message and did not recived any message not a single message even of apology that we'll not be provided with the cab, my main problem is that if they are unable to reach then they shluld inform is before the time. And after calling coustmer care they said you can make an immediate booking i mean how can we make immediate booking if there is jo cab availabe and if that same [censored] happens again what then? If they are unable to provide us cab on time why the hell are they operating the company, why are they making fool? I am sory to say but this is my third time, i m facing this problem and m surely m not going to book any rides further. M really nd really disappointed with this activity and i warn others also not to book any rides with ola again!

                            I booked a cab last night for today morning to go to railway station {crn no.[protected] and drivers mobile no.[protected]} he called me up 10 mins before reaching my to confirm drop location. I told him i want go city railway station he cancelled the booking this is ridiculuce if this thing happens again i won't prefer using your service. You people do need to solve this issue

                                Yesterday in the morning i tried to take the ola auto service. Which i thought would be convenient for me. As i wanted to go for the prayer service. I booked the auto at 9:17 am. Got a confirmation of driver coming to the destination (Arvind kumar - auto - dl1rm 6765). However when i called him. He said that he has cancelled the booking. So check the message. So i again booked an auto at 9:20 am and got a response that auto is coming (Dhoom singh - auto - dl1rm 5543). But when i called on his number, he didn't knew the way. He said, he is at khan pur. Then he handed over the phone to someone else. I spoke to that person also and explained the route. But he kept on asking me many questions where is it and where you have to go. So i said i have already registered and you might have received the message about it. Hearing that he kept the phone and cancelled the booking. So pathetic because of which i had to find someother alternative.

                                  This email is a general feedback to you. The service Ola provides these days are pathetic. I was a loyal customer to you. Ola services was amazing in the beginning. But now, the services provided are BS.
                                  I have various points to complain to you about.
                                  1) This has happened to me for the 4th time and on Oct 8th 2016 again at the airport. Every time it is the same case. I book a cab, driver calls me knows my destination where he needs to drop and the driver never turns up. Cancels the cab selecting "customer was not at the location". This drives me crazy every time. The driver never turns up at the pick up location. I have also had situations where driver said to me cancel the cab from your end madam, I cant drop you because the destination is too far. What am I supposed to do, why are you logged in the system if you don't want to pick any customers?

                                  2) One situation few months back again same pick up point, which is airport. The driver's car fails and he drops me on the Khadki Bridge at night 1 o clock saying I cant take you further. He goes diesel khatam hua. Should'nt you be checking your fuel level simultaneously and godamn filling it?

                                  3) On September 19th 2016, I took a cab from Nigdi to the airport. You can check my logs. Very disappointed with Ola again and to such an extend that I will soon uninstall Ola app from my phone.
                                  Driver parks the car at a location whose roads are under construction. I have 2 luggage including one big suitcase weighing 25kg. I tell him, Brother can you please reverse your car a bit? Due to the road construction I cant really lift my suitcase alone. Please reverse a bit, I can easily then keep the suitcase in a position where I can easily put it in the back. Adamant driver says I cant bring it back but expects me to lift the heavy suitcase and put it in the cab. which I could had done if he had spoken to me with respect. But no he did not. On requesting again, brother can you please help me with the suitcase, to which he replies that's not my job!
                                  What a bad on earth that driver is and the Ola Services are these days!! Pathetic!

                                  There are many more instances. Driver residing in and around Hadapsar rejecting on face to take up a drop at Pimpri Chinchwad side, etc., etc.,

                                  TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! TOTALLY PATHETIC!!

                                  I am not sure how you going to improve on the services part you provide now. But there are very few drivers now in Ola who are really sensible and to whom I do not miss to give 4-5 Stars as feedback. But most drivers nowadays are not polite.

                                  How would you want to improve your service and make your customer happy? If I understand that there are no measures taken by you, You can count one uninstallation of app from my phone and my family's phone soon.

                                    The driver who drove the above mentioned Ola Cab today at around 9.30 PM hit my car and ran away at Brindavan Street Extension, West Mambalam, Chennai - 600033. I wanted Ola Cab to take strict action against such irresponsible driver. I will file a complaint with police if appropriate action is not taken by Ola Cabs. I need the driver's Name and contact number as well.

                                      Ola driver, pawan who 1st helped me to book another ola cab, bad mouthed and intimidated on call when i requested for invoice of crn[protected] against a cancelled crn xxxxx6466 by pawan. Ola customer care at level2 katrine asked me to call and confirm email id from him but he shared invalidid as [protected]@gmail.com. His contact [protected] is informally named as poni. I took help from him with good faith but pawan misunderstands with anxiety that rs. 294 is small amount which any customer can ignore while reimbursement.

                                      Ola customer care managers should have internally coordinated to find the email id when i shared all the available information.

                                      I hope we can make service industry act good when it comes to developing india to a better behaving first. Drivers from ola are like front office live service providers. I am making this complaint knowing that i also legally made mistake by not refusing pawan for 2nd ride booking where he himself should have followed the same rule but i took the service after his firm consent that he will share the invoice copy after the ride.
                                      This is to complain about my recent ride with ola from chokanhalli to Cunningham road. The total distance travelled was approx 18kms and the driver charged Rs.422/- which is way more than what it is expected to be. I'm sharing my crn no below, kindly look into the issue.
