Driver name Sanjoy Kumar Singha CNR[protected] mini white alto refused to accept Ola money and wanted cash money ..The driver misbehaved and dropped me at an unknown location at night.. I was travelling from ISBT near Balaji temple..betkuchi at 7.41 pm..back from my school prep. Classes. The driver took my pickup..when after 5 minutes drive came to know that I will pay through Ola money. .then he immediately told me to get down and take another cab. I refused to get down at that unknown location and wanted to speak to his owner..he refused and when I kept asking ..stopped the car and gave me a number which when I called was a wrong number..then he argued with me and dropped me at some place called lalmati Bhetapara. .unknown to me and charged me Rs.109 for 16 mins drive and from there I kept walking for sometime..found a small eating joint..from where I called my husband for help...took another Ola cab to a known destination from where my husband picked me up..I want justice..I am totally shocked at such misbehavior and terrible service... .Dr. Banashree Bardalai, Guwahati Assam ([protected])

    Let me bring to your kind notice that the driver denied his duty after hearing the drop location giving the reason of traffic jam after accepting the booking. I had entered my drop location before the booking was accepted. It is unfortunate that you are charging a cancellation fee from our end for the negligence of your driver. Being regular customers, we are forced to think if we have to do the booking from your end. This is seriously bad on the company's part.

      Hi, i have done a booking to airport on 18th october 2016 at 4.00 pm.

      Kumar was the driver, mini micra car(white)

      1. i do not understand how you could charge toll fee of rs 120/ just to drop me at airport? the total bill amount was rs 980/-

      2. the driver was shabby and looking horrible

      3. the car was not cleaned and again shabby.

      Is this the service, you give when there is more competition in the market?

      Please let me know the action taken by you and inform me by return.

        On 26/09/16, I hv regd ola cab from malad to Prabhadevi. Whil travelling I hd recharged my ola a/c with 599 for my future rides. Later while my journey ends that time I had paid hard cash Rs.312 as fare. Later I checked my ola account from where the same amount was also debited from my ola account. Now when I checked with Priyanka Jain from customer team she was told me money will not be refund as pe company policy..I very much upset with ur this service where customer ia suffering as money loss due to company policy..Request you to kindly assist in this issue..

          We have booked for ola cabs for pick up from Nile valley, Janapriya Townships, Hyderabad and drop at Secunderabad Rly station with request that the car should be there at 0930hrs. Though the driver made one call he did not turn up to pick and we waited till 1040 today. We were forced to take an auto to Railway station which is roughly 25 kms and it will take minimum 1 hour. Since auto dirver was very efficient we could make to railway station 5 minutes before the train reached the station. Such type of callousness on the part of the driver is not warranted. This is not first time. Even on 11.10.2016, we booked a cab to pick up from madhapur and drop at Nile valley at 11.30pm(inight). The driver cancelled the trip and the ola cabs charged me Rs.75/- for cancellation when again booked for, though the mistake was not from our side.

            I booked an ola cab through their mobile application from aces layout bangalore to kempegowda airport bangalore. At the time of booking they displayed estimate of 540 to 570 which was a good fare. On arrival they charged 1031 and justified the amount with various explanation. They said amount displayed was not applicable for airport drop. Where as my drop point was mentioned as airport.
            Need a help.

              OLA has completely disappoint me today. The service is very bad and worst driver .

              I booked OLA two time at late night today but when I called can driver they asked my drop location and post hear location they said that we will no go at this location. In this condition how we can take help of OLA.

              If we cancelled the ride after decline duty from your driver 25 extra charge would be taken by us in ride. I don't know why OLA assure good services even they have fault in your service and charged extra money for own mistake.

              Most of the time it's happened with me and at the time of cancel the ride I always mention status that driver decline duty but why you ppl make charge of this from us in next ride.

              Worst service, bad behave of driver, no seriousness of driver toward their job .

              Here I am attaching below details of both driver with car details i am not sure but I can little bit hope on you people that you will take some action
              for this .

                I rode a ola xcent cab on 19th october from belapur, navi mumbai to terminal 2, cs airport, mumbai. my crn no. was[protected]. however, when i got to the airport, no notification on end journey came on my mobile and the driver said the fare was rs.611/-. i told him that i had a ola money account and the same will be debited from this. however, he said as this was not being shown in his mobile, i will need to pay him. hence i paid the amount. till date i have not received any notification. on 20th morning on arrival at kolkata, i called ola service person, a ms pooja and advised her about it. regrettably, i have yet to hear from ola, nor have i received any notification. i want to know why i did not receive any notification of ride end nor feed back? further, was i deducted the money from the ola money besides paying the driver? i had asked pooja for a clarification... but i am yet to receive any reply. if money was debited from my ola money, the same should be credited back, after clarification with the driver. your early reply will be appreciated.

                  It all happened this tuesday evening when from vashi i booked olacab to travel to juhu. drive name is aazam khan his mo no is [protected], crn no[protected], ertiga silver. at destination i paid cash to driver and later i found that ola has also deducted from my olawallet.

                  Now ola says they cannot do anything in this.. i called up driver he first refused to even agree later he agreed for taking cash from me. i asked him to contact ola and mention that cash is recd so that extra money can be credited back to olawallet. but adamant ola manager says its not possible.

                  I am going to register fir against ola and this driver for askng cash when money was deducted fr my wallet, they did not sms me email recd much later...

                    I am Nitin Jaikar. Yesterday (20/10/2016)I was in Raipur at Fafadih Chowk and I booked a ride towards Saddu Area around 11:20 pm. I got a message regarding cab and driver details - Mr. Bed ; [protected] White Alto - CG - 04 LH 0463. CRN No[protected].
                    I got a call from [protected] for ride confirmation where in this driver asked me for extra fare for his return journey as it was late night and also he said he will take more passengers on the way if he gets.
                    I request you to kick out such elements from Ola otherwise I am pretty sure that Ola is going to loose heavily on customers. I am a frequent traveler and needs a cab but because of your such service I hadn't booked any ride from last 1 and half years. I want to ask what is this? Where is honesty here? Where is hospitality here? If instead of me any single woman had booked a ride would she manage with any other passengers with her at late night?
                    shame on the drivers hired/funded/ deputed by you. I thought as a responsible customer to inform this. No need to mention otherwise that I cancelled the ride and went by Auto in Just Rs. 120. Thanks

                      This driver abused us on the fact that we asked him to leave us on our dropping location. he left us much before our location giving lame excuses, and on telling him that we will complaint, he abused.

                      This behavior is not acceptable, and from near future we will never take an ola cab and will ask all our friends to do the same, until any actions are taken against the driver because we are seriously offended

                        This morning on 20th oct 2016 around 3:33 am - 4:01 am we book an ola cab by online for t3 airport from munirka. we three o[censored]s travel from munirka to t3 departure the driver his name... mr karan (prime sedan - white xcent) and his mobile number [protected] has overcharge us while we see only amount rs 209/- by online has charge us rs 480/- when we come to know that he has overcharge us we repeatedly call him again and again even he once reply us to return the amount after reaching back to munirka, but while we were on the way back to munirka from t3 airport after calling several time he pic-up the phone and told us, you don't have to call this number again and again and do whatever you want to do.
                        So this is not the way he should talk to us and in return we need the full amount to be return from him by this evening itself, if not than the further action we will made a complain to police.
                        Ola cab and the company we believe you and we have a great hope the necessary action will be taken by the company immediately, this is not about only the money but money as well as trusting the company and its employee.

                        Same thing happened with us with same driver Karan Jain (Prime Sedan - White Xcent), the amount was 561 in the Ola app (which we opened later), but the driver Karan charged us 915.

                        His contact detail is [protected], but he is not picking up the call.

                        We tried calling Ola support since morning but they are saying the driver has not charged any extra amount and they are claiming they don't need to be involved between driver and customer.

                        To add more worry, the same amount of 561 got deducted from Ola wallet as well.

                        We got an alert when we booked the cab that your cab is upgraded to Ola Prime, but no upgrade in reality.

                          On oct 8 2016 booked a ride through ola from meenambakam airport to chengalpet toll gate. Asked whether can i pay the driver through ola money. Driver was not agreeing. Hence i paid him in cash. As soon as the ride was over and driver left i opened ola. Money got automatically detected. Money deducted : rs. 498. Money that i paid to driver: crn[protected]. Driver name: saravanan k. Vehicle : white indigo, as soon as the money got deducted, called the driver. He said he had conveyed the same to ola and money will be transferred back. I didn't get any money back and called the customer care. Response from mr. Rakesh of customer care was, they are not responsible for this and i should have paid through ola money only. This is ridiculous. I should choose my own way to pay my money. Not ola.

                            My crn is[protected]. Even after availing a coupon of happy100, i was given asked to pay rs.136. What does "take any ride between 11-5 pm for rs.100 mean?"

                            Why do give false promises to customer with only half information ads and conditions apply? Please stop this at earliest. We use app based services because of the transparency, pls stick to it.

                              Description: my wife had booked ola cabs from hoodi to brookefield and the charge was rs140, but the driver demanded rs 500 additional for the earlier trip cancellation charges - infact those trips were cancelled by the drivers itself and the cabs never even reached our premises but we are forced to pay them additional money.

                                  I called ola taxi customer service and was transferred to a dexter c, escalating supervisor who was so rude, he insulted me as a customer and aggravated me instead of being helpful he spoke in loud and wrong tones to a women. He kept insulting my intelligence and when i tild him i don't want to speak with him anymore, and i demanded to speak to someone else, he refused to transfer my call and said he was the most senior person that i could speak to and that i could hang up if i wanted to.
                                  After i called back to complain, he mockingly loudly said to usha, the girl who answered my call, "long irritating call, don't answer"
                                  He does not belong in customer service.

                                  I expect an apology from him and he should be fired for not knowing how to talk to a woman or a customer.

                                  Ola runs a promotion that says you need to apply the code Happy 100 for trips on mini and prime cabs between 11am - 5pm IST
                                  I applied the code on 18th October in Mumbai, in the given time after the trip ended the promotion did not reflect and I paid almost twice the charge as compared to the normal amount I pay for that distance.
                                  When I arrived, I was informed by a colleague that a similar thing happened to her on 17th October 11am IST. So that's two people and it didn't take long to realize that this is a HOAX PROMOTION. Shame on you ola cabs. And the customer service was super unhelpful who says we cant see it on our system hence you haven't applied it.
                                  Drivers tend to not pick up calls for a long time if they don't want to pick the person.
                                  And if the user cancels we're given a cancellation charge which is insane!
                                  I am facing problems and I'm the one who has to pay for it.
                                  The service sucks and is only used because I don't have an option .
                                  Fix it fast or this company is going down
                                  I am charged 75/- extra everytime I travel through ola cab. Have been charged twice before, according to the ola cab driver its the cancellation charges that we keep on paying for the cab we booked previously and cancelled. So we have stopped bookibg the cab now.

                                    I had bitter experience with Ola cabs services yesterday (17th Oct 2016) for going to Airport from Sahakarnagar.
                                    I had booked first cab at 03.45 AM your CRN number[protected]Mr Raju (tel :[protected]- Vel No. KAAC838304). I tried call him half dozen time to guide him my location he did not respond at all.
                                    The second cab was booked at 03.56AM CRN no.[protected] Mr Nagaraj (tel No. [protected], Vel. No. KA 03AD4189. I also tried call him half dozen time to guide him my location he did not respond at all.
                                    Third cab was booked at 4.01 AM CRN[protected] Mr Lokesh - [protected], kA51B 4900. He was also tried half dozen time but also did respond to my calls.
                                    If these drivers do not wanted to come why should the switch -on the Device??? Believe me it or not these people did not have courtesy to call me, that the could not come till 5.30 AM when I had boarded for flight. However I find that I had messages from AM -Ola about the cancellation against these drivers.

                                    I find that these drivers have cancelled themselves the trip. I wish Ola need to penalize these drivers for bad services rendered by them.

                                    Ultimately I had to use some other services to reach Airport on time with great tension.

I call driver he was not responding good ... he word me that he is coming ... but he himself cancel the booking ... I not.cancel.. after that I got a call from ola customer care .. they suggest me to wait for new ola.cab.. but I not get any respond ... this was really inconvenience ..
