On aug 16, 11:15 pm, i booked a ride and a driver jay singh was supposed to pick us from isbt 43 in 6 min. After waiting for 30 minutes, i got a message, "thank you! Rs 47 paid in cash. How was your ride?
Then, i immediately booked another ride, balwinder singh was supposed to pick us in 1 min from the same location. After 25-30 minutes, a message displayed,"thank you! Rs 168 paid in cash. How was your ride? Balwinder was tracked going towards sec 14-15 towards 38 side.
Then, i booked the third one, i was picked up but the driver was clever, he did not ended the ride and asked to pay rs 67, and when he left a message appeared to pay rs 45.

Culture in india is to push forward excuses in place of having sorry on the inconveniences caused to others. Now, what are your excuses for all this harassment and embarrassment?

I am inviting law experts to take up this case in a competent court. As this is a crime, and it has to be stopped.

    The ride with booking No.CRN[protected] from Max Hospital Gurgaon to Sector -52, was charged from my ola money debited. Driver did not turned up for my ride and deducted the below mentioned amount from my a/c. I called up the below mentioned driver and he told me he is at home taking rest/sleeping and told me to book another ride. What kind of system Ola is operating that passenger did not board and ola started charging. What a wonderful app. Again I have to book another cab which dropped me at Janak Puri. I lost one hour in waiting for cab. From passenger they charge ride time or waiting time charges. If the passenger has waited for one hour for 40 minute ride, ola never pay a single penny to them. Without doing anything Ola is miniting money. I am sure this will also help Govt. to present this type of bills in High Court.

We would like to inform you that, we have launched the “Self-Serve refund mechanism” for start stop cases where the customer has been charged without taking a ride. Under this change, you will be able to request a refund from the option “Charged without taking a ride” in self-serve only for rides paid by Ola money wallet/voucher/coupon. Request you to check the below steps: 1. Select the option “charged without taking a ride”. 2. Request you to enter the exact reason in brief statements. 3. System checks the eligibility. 4. Approves refund in Ola Money, if customer is eligible for refund. I have also taken this up with the driver operations team, who will address this and necessary action will be taken against the driver partner as per Ola policy and procedure.     No refund has been received by me till date.
    Hi Ola

    I had booked a cab on on 28th Oct 2017... I kept calling the driver but his number was busy quite very long and i picked up different way of transport after me waiting for almost 15 mins without the respond of the driver... later i got a call from the driver I told him his irresponsibly over attending the call of the customer made me find another travel from another mode of transport.. This shows the drive is not giving importance to attend the call of a customer and busy with phone even after booking the cab the customer and after half an hour I received a text message from ola saying Rs. 100 will be charged on your next ride as cancellation fee. If you are charged incorrectly, go to support section on app and claim a refund.
    Hence am giving a compliant to resolve this issue.

It is surprise to see the message that cancelled that to after 20 minutes. I was waiting on road. Unnecessary wasted my time. Extremely sorry to say that your service is very very bad. Just i will remove your app from my mobile.

        Ola drivers are refusing ola money and hence trip. What is the use of ola money? I added more than rs.3000 in ola money. But very disappointed to see rejection by drivers. They get angry when ola money payment is told and start debate or oral fight or refuse trip. I have made my ola money account balance as zero. Please help in this context. They give lecture that ola is hiding ola money payment. I called ola customer service and found that the drivers are making false propaganda about ola money. Many drivers misbehave after ola money is paid by demanding cash payment also. Why to pay twice? Please help me to understand the usage ola money. Such issues are not seen in other company cabs. Why ola alone should have this problem? Please explain and resolve this issue.

          Today i booked ola cab from bangalore airport to electronic city. It us around 55-58 kms.
          As it was night time and i was sleepy, i didn't pay attention to the route he was taking. He even asked me to pay 120 rupees toll, abd said it won't come in your bill.
          Satish took the longest route and in my bill
          The 120 rupees toll also came.
          It always come under 1000 rupees, but today my bill came 1473 rupees.

          Please look into this issue as soon as possible. Else i will cancel all the ola cabs which my company avails, and will request my next batch of colleagues which is coming on monday not to avail ola cabs.

            When we booked for ola cabs to travel to kochi airport from elamakkara. The driver picked the called and arrived at our facility. After we place all the luggage to his cab, then suddenly he refused to take the trip to airport. He told any other place he can come but not to airport. We are surprised, as he told he does not have permission to travel to airport.

            Then he asked to off load the luggage, he cancelled the trip from his end and moved out. The car details are as follows.

            Regular rider on Ola cabs in Kochi. Regret for the Driver behaviour related to my recent date (20.08.2021) booking. Initially one cab was reported on the way within 3 minutes and took wrong way and transferred to another Cab which was late by 10 minutes.Besides Driver was commanding me to reach at a certain point which was not my pick up point. He even asked us to cancel the booking if I can't reach the place where the driver parked the vehicle. when canelled a penalty of Rs.50/- charged in my account which is unwarranted for fault of the Ola driver. complaint lodged separately. Please look into the matter and reverse the penal charges. (# [protected])

              I booked a cab on 15/8/2016 in jaipur from caugan stadium to dcm area, crn[protected]. The driver picked up my chacha from the starting point but dropped at collectrat circul saying that ur trip is finshed as ur accompanied person is droped here by u and without the permission of bording customer stopped the trip intensely because the cab i booked for chacha was not charging any extra surcharge as per last booking but after cancelation he asked chacha to book again a cab but when i tried to book again from that point the app is asking now 2.4* multiplication of fair from there... I mean they cancel my old booking just to charge me extra and intensely hamper my time and money and tourchered me and my chacha by giving bull excuses... That my duty is just pic from a point and drop at one point not to drop anyone in between why???

                I booked ola mini white alto cap vide crn[protected] on 13 august 2016 at 4:26 am from kaushambi bus stand to max hospital malviya nagar.

                Below mentioned are following complaints:
                1-at the time of booking cab maximum fair charges showed round off total rs.350/- but i paid total amount of rs.506/- (Paid excess rs.150).

                2. Cab driver did not know about the rout then i was frustrate because i was too mush tired but they don't bother about the feeling of the customer.

                3. If i booked the sidan then they charged above mentioned amount i don't have any issue but i booked the mini alto why should i pay extra this is not justify.

                4. The driver waiste my time and he rooming around the one place to another place and they did't know route even he excess the google map still he stuck the route

                I request you to please refund my excess amount.

                  I booked ola cabs on 31.7.2016 from mugalivakkam, chennai when i was in chennai and the cab got cancelled on the wish of the drivers who refused to pick up and informed the cab admin that the cab is cancelled by the client. Similarly i booked ola cab on 7th august from new perungalathur (Chennai) to central station, the driver refused to come and got the cab cancelled on his own. This happened twice and i had to arrange for a private operator for a heavy amount so as to catch the train. Though you operate the cab in other working days, the drivers are not taking up trips on holidays thus giving difficulties and inconveniences to the client. For kind information and remedial measures, as you deem fit as per your records.

                    I am a regular user of ola cabs. Yesterday on 15.08.2016, at 4:30pm i tried to book a cab from my ola app for travelling to haus khaz from abhay khand -4, indirapuram. The cab was booked and i recieved message that harendr ([protected]) wagonr up 14et 9478 was booked. Since he didnt turn up for 57-10 i called. The driver picked up and sadi that he is not intrested to come and asked me to cancel the ride. Since i didnt cancel, the dirver cancelled the ride. Though the ola team was trying to contact me i couldnt pick the call and as such the ride was cancelled and i could'nt give my complaint.
                    I was wantign to travel on urgent basis but the driver had not respondned properly. He is onl looking for his convenince. Kindly take strict action against such cab drivers.

                        My name in seema and i reside in delhi. I prefer to travel via ola to my work, however every day i face poor experience with drivers. I book cabs and driver never turn up, firstly they deny after giving multiple reasons or without reaching at my place, drivers confirm that they have waited at my pick up point & after 5 mins i get a text that cab has been moved. Some drivers they also ask for additional money apart from the fares.

                        Every day i face one or the other issue with ola, i have called customer service multiple times however never got a resolution.

                        It is bad, very bad. Even i dont feel safe with ola. Drivers misbehave. They ask for good rating as well.

                          Today we all know ola cabs are dominating the cabs service. However i would like to tell you some of the drivers say please do not use ola money give us money instead. So ola officers do not know anything about this. Also when we book the drivers ask where do you want to go. Why should the drivers know? After we give them a reply if they like the destination they will continue or they will cancel the booking using a lame excuse like customer not responding etc etc. The fact is they choose the customer. Poor customer care poor ola. They will soon be out of business.
                          #MeToo Discriminatory Impolite services, I had to walk from where the cab dropped me till Cognizant Office. Will OlaCab own any responsibility? Poor governance & regulations.

                              Dear OLA,
                              Last night we booked a cab from Sanctity apartments to Tata Institute. The driver is Sandeep Singh with white Swift Dzire. The driver misguided us through the wrong route without giving the exact picture of the distance and toll tax. The distance covered was 66 km and the actual distance between the destination and start point was 33 km. We would like to ask why were we misguided through the route. Please provide us with an explanation.

                                I gave my mobile number to my friend's app once... Whenever she books am getting calls... Also i cldnt able book cabs from my account as i am not able to use that same number again for my account... So i wish to use my number to my new account... I tried in many ways to change it.. But i couldnt.. So kindly look after this problem help me solve this issue...
                                Yesterday I did 3 consecutive bookings and all the drivers said they don't have permit for faridabad
                                If you guys don't have permit than why you are running this business
                                Highly unsatisfied with services in future I will not prefer ola cab to commute
                                I also don't suggest any of my friend to use your worst services.

                                      I had booked a cab from sheshadripuram to majestic bus terminal for 3:35am, 13th aug since i had to catch the airport bus at 4:05 am. Infact i had done an advance booking on 12th aug since i didnt want to take any risk. I have been using uber but uber doesn't have this option of pre booking. I called the driver (Name-vijay m, mob. No. [protected]) at 3:30am to ask him to reach on time. He said he would be reaching in 10mins. I waited for him till 3:40 and when he didn't turn up i called him up agian. To my surprise to told me he had already taken another passenger since i had cancelled my booking. I was left completely shocked and told him i never cancelled the booking. After 5 mins i called him up again and requested him to pick me else i would have missed the bus. And he again told me he had taken a passenger since i had cancelled my booking. Till then it was already 4am and i would have anyway missed the bus. Finally had to book an uber to the airport and luckily there was a cab available at the vicinity. Very bad experience. Will never recommend anyone.

[protected] and sedan no. ka-05 6374) immediately agreed the terms but during the journey he started telling me that his cab was a sedan for which he wanted more payment and that as per his company rules, he was supposed to get more. but when i reminded about our terms and conditions which we had agreed earlier, he kept quiet during the journey. but after he had left me off at the one way destination in bangalore city from saalu hunse village, he told me that he could not wait and wanted the full payment of rs.600/- immediately. when i told him that it was against the agreed terms and also unfair, he again started telling me that his car was a sedan car and as per company's rules, he ought to get more. then, he broke into an an argument with me, for no valid reason whatsoever. and since, i had to go urgently to the said destination, i had to give money to him after cursing him. and i had to return back to saalu hunse village, at kanakapura road, bangalore by making other private means of transport. is this the customer service which the customer can look forward to in ola? why does the driver not stick to the original terms and conditions of agreement rather than modify and change it and make it favourable for him with a certain loss to the customer? why does the driver argue and always try to maintain that he was being paid less when it is not the case, always? why the drivers of ola are so greedy, dirty, money-minded & behave rudely when they can more sensibly in a disciplined manner by sticking to the original terms of agreement? who is going to bear the pain and mental agony caused by these irrational, insensible, rude, immoral and inefficent drivers?
                                        Hence, with respect to the above, i request you to take strict, stringent and stern action against the ola cab driver, mr. munesh and also punish for his actions at the earliest. i also request you to recover the excess amount charged by the ola cab driver, mr. munesh, at the earliest.
