    Now a days most of the drivers are denying duty! Also ola money is another challenge - if mentioned ola money - driver denies to pick up.

    Check 16th aug evening all transactions - 3 drivers denies duty (Where one driver two times) to pick up from hinjewadi & drop to tingrenagar (Vishrantwadi), pune - due to long distance/ or ola money on 16th aug-16

    Once spoke with driver, as per driver - they are not getting sufficient payment from ola service - hence such denying

    Even they are not bothered to your action, as multiple other service providers are open to them as per their update.
    We are really losing faith on ola service

      Ola cheated me today (17 aug 2016) with 260% extra cost as peak period charges at 6:10 am from cmbt to medavakkam. Other taxi provider charges around 300 rupees, but i paid rs.798 to ola... My money went olaaa! The customer care replied my complaint that peak period (Koyambedu bus terminus is 24/7 busy) is dynamic and varies from time to time all day (Not a specific timing they have for peak period). Go to hell ola...

        Today[protected] i have booked a taxi and arrived. But the driver stopped the car at the main gate refused to enter into our colony. We have luggages with children. I requested the driver mr. Murugan-mob. No.[protected] - (Tn22ct9502), to come inside. But he vehemently rejected even the road is clear. He cancelled our booking and gone away. I was much shocked. Kindly to avoid in future.

          I had booked an ola cab in kolkata from howrah station to the destination at kasba, new balligunj road. The cab number was wb73d7193, the driver's name was debasish whose contact number is [protected]. I booked the cab on 17/08/2016. While returning home, i realized that i had forgot my wallet in the cab, that was a share cab with one another passenger in it. I contacted to the driver but he is saying the wallet was not in the car and said he cannot give the number of that another customer. The wallet is urgently needed though it contains the important documents like credit and debit cards, id proofs of both me and my wife, cash etc.. So it would be pleasure if ola helps us to find out the wallet. Thanks

          Forgot my wallet in ola yesterday, contacted customer care and the driver as well but the driver told me that he will give it near MG road Bangalore but he kept us waiting there and then he switched off his phone And today also he called me in the morning and telling me that he will come and give and till now i have not recieved a call and he is not picking my call either.It has all my documents and 10k cash. Details of the driver are as follows
          I had booked an ola cab in new delhi from cannaught place hotel to station. The cab number was HR38Z3437, the driver's name was SC Uppadhaya whose contact number is [protected].
          I booked the cab on 04/02/2021. While boarding train, i realized that i had forgot my wallet in the cab.
          I contacted to the driver but he is saying the wallet was not in the car but i am very sure that it was left in car only as i was paying him cash he asked for change and i was not having change so i kept wallet on seat and made payment through Paytm as i was in hurry I forgot to pick my wallet, I am very much sure its in the car itself but driver is not accepting.
          The wallet is urgently needed though it contains the important documents like credit and debit cards, id proofs & some very important documents and cash etc.. So it would be pleasure if ola helps us to find out the wallet.

          Cash is not a matter now but cards and paper are very important.

            "rbaban ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white swift dzire mh06bp0093. Was supposed to come but did not.
            When the driver did not show up why should i pay? He called to say sorry and sent another driver who came 40 mins later. How would i have got the flight?
            I got this below message!!!
            " 75 cancellation fee will be charged on your next ride.in case you are charged incorrectly, you can claim a refund from the support section on the app."
            I am not liable to pay anything for your inefficency.

                I hired a ola share (Devender Prasad ([protected]), White Swift Dzire WB07J0903. Share OSN[protected] for my old parents on 14th of August. I booked it from picnic garden to nagerbazar. I booked seats for 2 and both avail the journey. Tge driver told from uttar panchannagram bus stand there have another booking n in that booking they have 3persons so my parents try to adjusted with them. My qustion how can be it possible? As I know old share is book for maximum 2 person. So how can the driver took 5 passengers in a cab?? And all 5 are adult.
                The problem is not end here while the car reach near nagerbazar the driver try to insisted my parents for drop out though the destination is not reached. And after while when they reach the destination the driver asking them for some extra money. My parents already paid the billing amount when they took the cab.
                I never experienced this type of thing in ola. I regularly use ola cabs. I really feel good with the cab so I reffer my old parents bout that. But there experience is really bad. Please take care bout that.

                    Today (17-aug-2016) i booked ola auto from begumpet railway station to kalyan nagar phase -1, beside a. G. Colony, hyderabad-500038.

                    As i booked the auto much before the train reached the station so the driver
                    Aid that as i booked much before 15 mins, the booking is cancelled. I accepted what the driver said. So from the station i went with the same auto which i booked and went by meter.
                    When we reached the destination the meter showed rs. 80. The auto walla was arguing to give rs. 90 as ola charge that much. Could you pls let me know the charge from begumpet railway station to kalyan nager phase 1.

                      Hi, ola sent me a coupon code that gives 50% discount on ola mini and prime rides in mumbai between 11 am and 4 pm. However, when i tried using the code, it says that the code is not applicable to your account. When i called ola to understand the reason for this issue, they said that i've violated some policy of ola, due to which i'm not able to use the code. Firstly, they didn't tell me what was the violation about, secondly there's no violation of any policy done on my account, and i have evidence on this. This is ridiculous, as this is misleading the customers by sending fake or invalid coupon codes, just to display how much they value their customers. But sending fake codes to customers determines the company's credibility and goodwill. Thanks for reading this, pls be cautious.

                        On aug 16, 11:15 pm, i booked a ride and a driver jay singh was supposed to pick us from isbt 43 in 6 min. After waiting for 30 minutes, i got a message, "thank you! Rs 47 paid in cash. How was your ride?
                        Then, i immediately booked another ride, balwinder singh was supposed to pick us in 1 min from the same location. After 25-30 minutes, a message displayed,"thank you! Rs 168 paid in cash. How was your ride? Balwinder was tracked going towards sec 14-15 towards 38 side.
                        Then, i booked the third one, i was picked up but the driver was clever, he did not ended the ride and asked to pay rs 67, and when he left a message appeared to pay rs 45.

                        Culture in india is to push forward excuses in place of having sorry on the inconveniences caused to others. Now, what are your excuses for all this harassment and embarrassment?

                        I am inviting law experts to take up this case in a competent court. As this is a crime, and it has to be stopped.

                          The ride with booking No.CRN[protected] from Max Hospital Gurgaon to Sector -52, was charged from my ola money debited. Driver did not turned up for my ride and deducted the below mentioned amount from my a/c. I called up the below mentioned driver and he told me he is at home taking rest/sleeping and told me to book another ride. What kind of system Ola is operating that passenger did not board and ola started charging. What a wonderful app. Again I have to book another cab which dropped me at Janak Puri. I lost one hour in waiting for cab. From passenger they charge ride time or waiting time charges. If the passenger has waited for one hour for 40 minute ride, ola never pay a single penny to them. Without doing anything Ola is miniting money. I am sure this will also help Govt. to present this type of bills in High Court.

We would like to inform you that, we have launched the “Self-Serve refund mechanism” for start stop cases where the customer has been charged without taking a ride. Under this change, you will be able to request a refund from the option “Charged without taking a ride” in self-serve only for rides paid by Ola money wallet/voucher/coupon. Request you to check the below steps: 1. Select the option “charged without taking a ride”. 2. Request you to enter the exact reason in brief statements. 3. System checks the eligibility. 4. Approves refund in Ola Money, if customer is eligible for refund.                           Hi Ola

                          I had booked a cab on on 28th Oct 2017... I kept calling the driver but his number was busy quite very long and i picked up different way of transport after me waiting for almost 15 mins without the respond of the driver... later i got a call from the driver I told him his irresponsibly over attending the call of the customer made me find another travel from another mode of transport.. This shows the drive is not giving importance to attend the call of a customer and busy with phone even after booking the cab the customer and after half an hour I received a text message from ola saying Rs. 100 will be charged on your next ride as cancellation fee. If you are charged incorrectly, go to support section on app and claim a refund.
                          Hence am giving a compliant to resolve this issue.

                              Ola drivers are refusing ola money and hence trip. What is the use of ola money? I added more than rs.3000 in ola money. But very disappointed to see rejection by drivers. They get angry when ola money payment is told and start debate or oral fight or refuse trip. I have made my ola money account balance as zero. Please help in this context. They give lecture that ola is hiding ola money payment. I called ola customer service and found that the drivers are making false propaganda about ola money. Many drivers misbehave after ola money is paid by demanding cash payment also. Why to pay twice? Please help me to understand the usage ola money. Such issues are not seen in other company cabs. Why ola alone should have this problem? Please explain and resolve this issue.

                                Today i booked ola cab from bangalore airport to electronic city. It us around 55-58 kms.
                                As it was night time and i was sleepy, i didn't pay attention to the route he was taking. He even asked me to pay 120 rupees toll, abd said it won't come in your bill.
                                Satish took the longest route and in my bill
                                The 120 rupees toll also came.
                                It always come under 1000 rupees, but today my bill came 1473 rupees.

                                Please look into this issue as soon as possible. Else i will cancel all the ola cabs which my company avails, and will request my next batch of colleagues which is coming on monday not to avail ola cabs.

                                  When we booked for ola cabs to travel to kochi airport from elamakkara. The driver picked the called and arrived at our facility. After we place all the luggage to his cab, then suddenly he refused to take the trip to airport. He told any other place he can come but not to airport. We are surprised, as he told he does not have permission to travel to airport.

                                  Then he asked to off load the luggage, he cancelled the trip from his end and moved out. The car details are as follows.

                                  Regular rider on Ola cabs in Kochi. Regret for the Driver behaviour related to my recent date (20.08.2021) booking. Initially one cab was reported on the way within 3 minutes and took wrong way and transferred to another Cab which was late by 10 minutes.Besides Driver was commanding me to reach at a certain point which was not my pick up point. He even asked us to cancel the booking if I can't reach the place where the driver parked the vehicle. when canelled a penalty of Rs.50/- charged in my account which is unwarranted for fault of the Ola driver. complaint lodged separately.                                     I booked a cab on 15/8/2016 in jaipur from caugan stadium to dcm area, crn[protected]. The driver picked up my chacha from the starting point but dropped at collectrat circul saying that ur trip is finshed as ur accompanied person is droped here by u and without the permission of bording customer stopped the trip intensely because the cab i booked for chacha was not charging any extra surcharge as per last booking but after cancelation he asked chacha to book again a cab but when i tried to book again from that point the app is asking now 2.4* multiplication of fair from there... I mean they cancel my old booking just to charge me extra and intensely hamper my time and money and tourchered me and my chacha by giving bull excuses... That my duty is just pic from a point and drop at one point not to drop anyone in between why???

                                      I booked ola mini white alto cap vide crn[protected] on 13 august 2016 at 4:26 am from kaushambi bus stand to max hospital malviya nagar.

                                      Below mentioned are following complaints:
                                      1-at the time of booking cab maximum fair charges showed round off total rs.350/- but i paid total amount of rs.506/- (Paid excess rs.150).

                                      2. Cab driver did not know about the rout then i was frustrate because i was too mush tired but they don't bother about the feeling of the customer.

                                      3. If i booked the sidan then they charged above mentioned amount i don't have any issue but i booked the mini alto why should i pay extra this is not justify.

                                      4. The driver waiste my time and he rooming around the one place to another place and they did't know route even he excess the google map still he stuck the route

                                      I request you to please refund my excess amount.

                                        I booked ola cabs on 31.7.2016 from mugalivakkam, chennai when i was in chennai and the cab got cancelled on the wish of the drivers who refused to pick up and informed the cab admin that the cab is cancelled by the client. Similarly i booked ola cab on 7th august from new perungalathur (Chennai) to central station, the driver refused to come and got the cab cancelled on his own. This happened twice and i had to arrange for a private operator for a heavy amount so as to catch the train. Though you operate the cab in other working days, the drivers are not taking up trips on holidays thus giving difficulties and inconveniences to the client. For kind information and remedial measures, as you deem fit as per your records.
