I have flight today at 5:40 am .
And i booked ola cab at 4:10am .
And the driver is not give response proper and he delayed 20mins . And finally he cancelled my ride he told me cancelled and book again . So that i am not able to reached ahmedabad airport at time .
And i am software engineer. I have client meeting at mumbai .I just missed that . And i lost my client also . So i want to claim ola cab. Please help me out.
Here i attached screenshot of booking and and call timing . I call driver . Please take some action .

I was just booked ola cab in my mobile app,
i was urgent to make trip because of my sister in law has pregnant, i was explained the driver. but he told me that he could not get any pickup. so he is not understand our situvation.

fare charged - rs 338/- (why 2.5 times peak time charge has been applied????).

    Hi team,
    I booked ola cab from thubrahalli to bangalore airport and it costs me 1100 rupees which was quite high citing car standard that too without a. c. moreover ola app does not provide ride estimate rate before starting trip otherwise i would not have booked ola cab in that scenario. for that below quality cab 1100 does not seems justified to me.

    I hope ola team will look in to this matter asap.

      On 10/08/2016 morning i had have suppose to go dumdum airport to pickup a flight for mumbai, for that i have booked a ola cab, crn[protected], driver name-nishar ([protected]). My pickup time was 04:55 am. Just before five minutes before my journey your customer care inform me that i had cancelled the cab and your driver informed them that he could unable to contact me. It is totally lie, because i am ready to go, and i try to contact to your driver several of times in that moment, but he intentionally doesn't pickup my phone. It is totally disgusting.
      It is my complaint number one for your service and your driver.

      Second complaint is - when i was came back from kenya, i called your driver and asked him, why he did this, he simply answer me that, "have you owned the cab?, you can do anything". I told him, that i have to lodge a complain against him to his authority. After few minutes he called me back and threaten me (Using abuse language) that if i try to lodge a complain against him. I immediately disconnect the call.
      I got 2 invoices for the rides that I did not make.

          Payment system bad.Peak hours no need.if driver by able to complete during peak hours.Ola theft the whole day income of driver.Ola is bad as compare uber.kindly stop dis stupid system.Nd make. Payment regularly nd no cancellation charges..otherwise this company will close soon.Ola deduct the driver funds 250 per cancellation.This is not fair.Uber have no such kind of rule.They give chance for income..Nd ola find the chance to earn income by theft the driver income..Kindly take the strong action by this..

            Driver misbehaviour and try to run out from location

            I am very disappointed about the ola services which was provided by your ola driver earlier this evening.

            He did mis behave and in last run with my luggage. I was trying to run behind the car and then able to catch my bag. Btw lot of things got damaged which is available in bag.

            Please let me know who will be looking in this matter as i need clear explanation on this and asap.

            On the night of august 3, My grandmother died at a town called UNA in south-west Gujarat.
            My mother who was in Ahmedabad needed to go there (Max 354 km by google maps). Since it was late into the night, no State transport/Private buses were available. No trains were available until morning. So she opted for Ola Outstation cab.
            Estimate showed INR 6289 for a round trip journey (360 km*2) of 1 night. Having no choice, my mother opted for that although she wasn't going to come back (ORN[protected]
            Cab arrived at around 3 AM. And the driver was decent throughout. My Aunt and Uncle also joined with my mom and so they were 3 passengers in an ola mini.
            When they reached Una, next morning Ola showed the total bill of 10300 with total 1177 km! There is no way that trip could have been that long. (Even if you consider round trip journey, 588 km is definitely not the distance between the two destinations) My uncle tried to argue but considering a tragic situation he paid the full amount and let the driver leave.
            I sincerely request OLA to investigate this and refund me the money that was charged extra.

                Ola cabs are really troubling people nowadays. They are taking the bookings and don't arrive. Once you book 1st they will ask where to go.. After listening to the destination they cancel it immediately. I asked one ola driver why do they do so. They said ola company pays according to the no of trips done per day.. So they prefer only short trips and as per their wish. So ola company can u guess how u put trouble to the customer. A person prebooking for railway station or airport or anywhere urgently how he must be facing the problem. Please come out with a solution for public. One of my friend once booked the cab didn't come and at the last moment he couldn't get any more cabs and by the time he reached station train had left and he missed it. He had lost money for train tickets and his urgent official meeting too. So please someone solve all these kinds of problems. And knowing these people also surge the rate. We will be seeing cabs will be more but they make it surge. Atleast govt try to solve this or cancel the ola licence for harassing the public.
                I could not pre book and i rang Rushi who said would book the taxi for me to go to the airport as i could not prebiok from my app. The taxi did not arrive and had to rush to the airport in a rickshaw from mansarover hotel in maninager ahmedabad. We really had to rush to the airport hense we would have missed our flight.

                  kindly find the culprits and block the usage. now a days all OLA drivers mis using personal and official email id o[censored]nknown people,

                  this is very wrong in terms of security reasons i am going to log a complaint in police station against OLA if it happens in future.

                    I booked a ola cab on 31july morning. From railway station to jaipur. But driver took 200 more from what the bill amount showed.
                    If you want 200 more for outarea if a city. Why are you hosting flags of your rates as 6rs/km.
                    You should pre inform your customer officially so that they can decide whether to hire you or not.
                    I claim for a refund.
                    Otherwise all my friends will start boycott ola rides and find other alternatives.

                      I am from Chennai city. I have booked Ola mini cab on 24-Aug-2016 at 8.50am to travel exactly 31KM. The estimated amount is shown before ride is Rs.597 to 690 but after we started the ride suddenly received a massage that peak hour charges is applicable on this travel in middle of road. After reaching the destination the bill suddenly shown Rs.1362 and the driver forcing me to pay. I have no time to argument there and I was with my family I paid the bill. In India this type of rubbish and fraudulent service provider still doing their business to cheat public money. I am fully not satisfied with their vehicle condition and service. I am suggesting people to don't prefer Ola cabs in your future service. Very very fraudulent service.

                        Ola people are simply getting so much money without prior peak hour notification. They have charged a tremendous amount of 890rs for a distance of 15kms.This has greatly annoyed us and we are planning to take up some other reliable services.This has caused me great mental stress and I'm planning to quit ola services.Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.
                        Booked a ride from tolichowki to alwal with the driver K Ganesh, silver indica, TS08UB4118. Driver denied duty and misbehaved by calling after giving his feedback while cancelling the ride.
                        The cab driver did not come to pick me up even after waiting for 1 hour on calling he always said 10 minutes he had a white Logan please take immediate action and you have lost a permanent customer

                            Our company L&T Infotech has selected OlA cabs as official app taxi. Today was my first experience where I had 5 cancellations in a day . If you are not cash customer forget about your service.

                            Booked a cab in morning and you get at least one cancellation. Landed at pune airport and 2 cancellations
                            Today I almost missed my flight in Bangalore where is said driver is 8 min away and didn't turn up for more than 30 min. All the time it showed only 8 min away.
                            As customer we get charged cancellation fee. What is the penalty for not providing service.

                            It's ridiculous and bad bad bad service. Hope for your survival not sure how.

                                Hi on 16th Aug 2016 i forgot my new lunchbox(Tupperware, cost-1200 Rs) in ola cab. I called the driver and he informed that yes lunchbox is there is my cab and will return you once i will come to this side. I raised the complaint in ola customer case and the customer representative informed me to contact the driver first if not then they will contact the driver and ask him to drop the belongings to one of the ola office and from there you can collect.

                                Now driver has stopped picking up the call and when i called the customer care they are telling we are not responsible about it please call directly to driver or raised a complaint in police station.

                                He has informed the Ola driver is still with them but they can not help with this.

                                Being a regular customer of ola these people behave like this when things are in their control. It is so much frustration.

                                    Mr. Nitin (contact no. [protected]) has behaved badly and shown absolute careless attitude. I called him several times. In each conversation he did not tell where he exactly was as he was wandering somewhere else. When I was trying to guide him, he instead o[censored]nderstanding where I am located, he cut my calls, hung up and even left the conversation abruptly. He wasn't communicating well. He took more than 15 min to call when he was in my vicinity. Carelessly ignored my instructions which lead to the pick up point and cancelled the booking himself and switched off his phone. I have been charged cancellation fees. I want the refund because he has behaved badly and Carelessly spoiling my experience and I'm charged cancellation for not requesting cancellation at all. He certainly spoiled my experience and had very careless attitude. Absolutely shameless behavior. My friend (registered with Ola) booked the cab as she was at my house and I was trying to guide him through out which turned out pointless.
                                    You've been upgraded to Prime! Bikash ([protected]) is on the way to your location in white Swift Dzire WB052544. 1.7 times peak time charge is applicable on this booking.

                                    This car drier refused to cone at pickup location and was giving useles excuses.. its vry pathetic to hear such excuses. Llease take strict action.

                                      It was Raksha Bandhan eve with beautiful weather and drizzling outside.

                                      Unaware of all this, someone was passionately working in office at a place in the heart of Delhi, until phone rang. There was a call from family and as usual there was a demand to be home in time, specially because some pre-festival things were to be taken care.

                                      She: "Tomorrow is Raksha Bandhan and we got to do something. How soon can we expect you?"

                                      An obedient He, looking at watch that showed 7pm, realized that he didn't carry the car today, so he needed to take the cab, calculated 45 mins of transit time and confidently said, "Well, I should be home by 8pm".

                                      He was too sure of OLA... which was the "mistake".

                                      And it started a chapter of experiencing worst of the services and customer servicing from much hyped cab aggregator company, OLA.
                                      He tried to book the cab but found no cab for quite some time. Seems there was an event rush which the company could not manage.

                                      Anyway, after continuous refreshes for 23 mins, he finally got one cab at 7:23pm (CRN:[protected]; Driver #1: Vinod) at 1.5x price. He was happy, after all he had to reach home early. Hence he accepted the booking.

                                      Cab was scheduled to arrive in 10 mins so he finished his emails and quickly got ready to catch it.

                                      Soon 10 mins got over but there was no cab so he called the cab driver. Driver asked him where is the drop and he truthfully told, "It's Noida".

                                      The driver probably found the drop little far, (25 kms to be precise), and he may have thought that he might not complete his daily ride targets. So he decided and communicated not to carry on with this ride. Anyway, he requested the driver to cancel the ride so that system could get him another cab.

                                      Surprisingly, soon after he got the message that the driver had arrived and waiting. No prizes to guess, the drive was bluffing with the system. And later driver canceled the ride stating the passenger had denied to board.

                                      He was unhappy but left with no option, called the Ola contact center, where he was treated very well. Agent assured him to get another cab. He was indeed reassigned a new cab and SMS arrived (Driver #2 Rohit: 19:39pm).

                                      This driver, probably didn't like him as well, and denied to pick this ride, and hence the ride moved to another cab (Driver #3: Deepak Kumar).

                                      This driver, again didn't like him as well, and refused to pick this ride, and hence the ride moved to another cab (Driver #4: Kamal).

                                      He was truly impressed with automatic technology and how the drivers were getting changed one after another. But Alas, he was not allowed to enjoy the weather, the cab driver #4, also chose to cancel the ride.

                                      He again called the contact center. This time contact center shared their all the technology challenges and why couldn't they revive or reassign the ride to another cab any further. He was clueless on what to do.

                                      He somehow managed to reach CP by taking lift from a friend, thinking of getting better cab connectivity but here as well the situation was same. He waited and refreshed continuously for quite some time to get another cab.

                                      He managed another cab with new CRN:[protected] and a cab (Driver #5: Ravi) was assigned. Time was now 8.30pm. Ravi was an innocent driver who didn't know the tricks of the trade. Hence he agreed to take him home.

                                      After couple of miles, driver disclosed the cab didn't have enough gas and requested for 30 to 45 mins break for getting fuel tank refilled. Thinking of family, he didn't agree to spend that much extra time with the driver. May be he thought of spending that time with better people around.

                                      On enquiring why did the driver accept the ride, the driver disclosed that if he had cancelled the ride, he would have got penalized. Hence, he had accepted the ride first and informed later. He was not innocent but an extra smart driver.

                                      Clear cut process lapse at Ola
                                      Driver even informed the same to contact center and hence no option left but to terminate the ride mid way.

                                      He stepped out and realized mobile data was not working. He called the Ola customer service and told the whole story.

                                      As usual the robotic Ola service team had nothing more to do than apologize. They could not book cab on his behalf, "You know technical challenges", and recommended to find "some place" where the data network is available to run Ola app, otherwise manage by yourself.

                                      Clear cut shrugging off the responsibility.
                                      How can the company leave the passenger mid way without any option?
                                      He travelled around and found a pocket where he could get the Ola app working. He again booked the ride [CRN:[protected]] and cab Driver #6: Manjeet) was scheduled to come in 7 mins.

                                      He waited and kept an eye on number plate of every vehicle and in time there was a cab bearing same number as given in the SMS and Ola App. He stopped the cab and told him about booking. Driver confirmed the name and asked the magical question: "Where is the drop".

                                      And you know! This driver also refused to honor the booking by saying he had not received any such booking. Even giving the reference number didn't work. Calling the driver from the app landed on his mobile but he probably had another agenda in mind so he quietly pedalled the accelerator and moved on.

                                      He was standing on the road, "enjoying" the weather, clicking pics of isolated place, again tried the luck and called the contact center for help, but as usual, contact center refused to help any further.

                                      He kept trying to book more cabs and finally found a cab (Driver #7: Satish). Cab came after 10 mins as promised that took him home safely. He happily reached home at 10pm.

                                      Took 2 extra hours but had lots of learning.
                                      Learning:

                                      Ola doesn't care how many times the ola drivers ditch. 6 extra times here.
                                      Ola doesn't care how much time you wasted because of Ola booking and cancellations. 2 extra hours here.
                                      Driver doesn't mind leaving the passengers mid way at lonely place and Ola doesn't take the responsibility of in-transit passengers, even if they charge 1.5x fee.

                                      Open Question:

                                      When someone has accepted to pay 1.5x charge to take cab to reach home, why wouldn't Ola take the responsibility of in-transit passenger? Who would be responsible for time waste and harassment mid-way?
                                      This is the story of every common person using Ola cab services. Currently almost every ride that people try, on an average one driver ditches. It is happening with almost all commuters every day. Ola shrugs the responsibility by saying that they have taken the action against the drivers.

                                      We need to take a stand and share in groups to make everyone aware of this incident so that Cab companies take the responsibility to ensure the passengers reach their destination peacefully and do not become the victim of drivers.
