To ola autority,
This is with respect to my booking on friday 04.08.16 on ola cab.
Driver name : sunil [protected] dezire mh12 gz 5363 uv code 3732.

I have booked the car, car reached akurdi but he was not ready to come to our location, then however we managed and sat in the car and moved some distance in rains and suddenly driver told that your booking is cancelled you must get down of the car as ola cancelled your booking, which is really embarrassed us along with guest (Includes 2 senior citizens) and make us out of car in heavy rain, when we moved out he taken away the car with our material includes umbrella and when we called and asked for that he is telling you should come to ola kharadi office to collect those ubrella costing 300/- (If we consider the distance umbrella collection will cost me rs.5000 /-) which is not our mistake.

We will donate those umbrella to ola cab and their irresponsible system and driver, but we need strict action against driver and your systems and apologies letter from ola cab or we will lodge complaint against ola in grahak manch.

Response is must in next 4 hours.

    Ulhas Sudam Thorat ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a White Swift Dzire MH46AD1349. Share OSN[protected] only on boarding cab.
    These were the driver details. I boarded from Kamothe, Navi mumbai to Vikroli near HCC.
    The driver was very sick. During the journey he made a personal call and was so LOUD ! he kept his call on speaker and i could literally hear all the conversation. He used abusive words saying he was vry sick and stuff.
    He was very rude when it came to paying him the amount. He was not carring change. I was giving him 500rs for 393rs payment bill. He didnt have change for that!
    Disgusting people driving OLA cabs . It literally ruined my day!

      If the total travel charge is 135 rs. Why the driver charged 185.00 rs?? Ola is now cheating people. This is the 1st time i am facing these kind of issues with ola. Today i travelled by ola & booked ola for my wife as well. But with these kind of experience i don’t prefer travelling by ola in future.
      1) the first driver was 8 to 9 km away from me & said he will arrive in 30 min. So i said i will cancel the ride. Since he did not know that the horamavu railway construction is going on & he was on the other side of the railway gate i cancelled the ride. & i did not get any message on my phone after i travelled by ola. So how am i to know the charge?

        Dear sir/s,

        I booked an ola auto driver name k. Murugan, his mobile no [protected], and his auto no is tn 07 bk 0884. When i got the message i called him and told that i have go to central station from kodambakkam, he was immediately rude and said central is long and i won't be able to come. I told that i have to take my senior citizen mother 74 yrs old and catch the train. He refused to come.

        And finally he had cancelled the trip stating that he was not able to contact the customer which was totally wrong. I only contacted him immediately after receiving the sms message.

        Pleas take action against this rude and ill mannered driver at the earliest.

            The above driver was booked by OLA and since the start of the trip the driver started shouting on me for why did I booked his cab but Ola had booked it as I booked the cab on book later option, he was late by 30 mins and on top of everything he so rash in his behaviour i totally disappointed with his words. I'm going to approach consumer form to complain and go legal for customer harassment in cab

              I travelled by ola cab on 22nd july from the shamshabad airport hyderabad at 6:28 pm and reached my destination habsiguda hyderabad at 7:50 pm. The fare for this ride was 691 rs. But the driver kanakaiah collected 691rs and additional rs 130 at the start of the journey to pay for the parking at the airport and told me that rs 130 is not included in the bill and i have to pay it. I did so. On reaching my destination i asked him to show me the details and he said his system did not work and he left. Next day when i checked the email i found that he had collected an extrs rs 130 from me. When i called his number he told me that he did not know and would come to my house and return the amount in a day or two. I reminded him several times but he would just give some excuse and get away. I finally decided to complaint since his intentions were to cheat me.
              I request you to kindly take severe action against him for intentionally cheating passengers and bringing a bad name to ola. I would like you to compensate me for the amount of rs 130 and also take action against him.

                  Hello team,
                  My brother travelled from city railway station, bangalore to rajarajeshwari nagar on 10/08/2016 at around 22:00. The ola cab number is ka 05 ac 7322. The ola driver promised to accept the booking. But after reaching the destination my brother came to know that he did not accept the booking and demanded rs.250/-. When he argued he started using abusive language.
                  When i asked the driver to show the booking the driver started again using abusive language.

                  I was so upset with his behaviour that i felt like slapping him. This is ridiculous. If there are such drivers then i will never use ola from now. This is totally unprofessional.

                  Request you to take necessary action towards driver.

                    I would like to report a complaint regarding cancellations of cabs and ignoring of duties from the cab drivers of Ola, and this has been going on for atleast a week now. Whenever a cab is booked, cab drivers always cancel the booking saying that there are no gas on a cab or especially if we're trying to go towards dwarka sector which most of the drivers are not willing to go, and i'm not really happy with the ola services that they are providing lately. I request that you guys take some actions and measures reagarding these issues so that other people would not face these problems in times of emergency. Thank You.

                      Today i booked an ola mini from Jayanagar Central mall to JP nagar 1st phase. The distance was not even 3km but we were charged 102Rs where the actual price is not more then 50-60. There was no traffic or peak hour charge but even then the charge was double.When asked, the driver respond in a rude manner saying "i dono, ask ola".                           Sales exuctive name abhishek ([protected], [protected]) came to ola cabs office. He is an airtel sales personeel. He presented me an offer of rs 399 plan. Were he promised to offer 500 local /std mins free, 500 local/std sms free and after will be charge as per given plan that was fine. The plan was correct but the other 300rs top up data plan he promise to give me 3gb - 4g/ 3g unlimited. When my card was activited i called to confirm my plan. I got a strange reply from customer care 121. They said your data plan is 3gb-4g/3g then 20kbps unlimted. According to indian constitution i can file a case against the company (Under false claim). I contacted him about the issue from then he is not responding. He has sold around 50 sim in ola cabs company two days ago stayting the same data plan of rs 300 which he has stayted me. Forward the mail to all of them who has taken the new conncetion and ported in airtel. As well as i will file as caseand also i am an online marketing pro. I will post the information in blogs, forums, pr sites and all the social networking website.

                          Kindly revert me back with solution as soon as possible before i take any action.

                            I booked a ride on 9th August 2016 RideCode:(CRN[protected]. Firstly the driver never calls, and my calls are not reaching him as he was busy on the call.
                            Then when I change my mind and book another cab, cancelling the one I booked, the previous driver calls and says "I need CRN to cancel the Cab request I had booked". Later on i get a message saying my money was deducted as the Driver used up my money to ride when I did not even get into the cab!

                            Drivers are taking benifits of OLA Money autoDeduct and there should be some validation process from the customer end!

                                Crn[protected] rs 1510 booked a cab ola in the morning sec 63 to janakpuri and the normal paid i will daily 400-600 but this they chahe 1510 and the reason they given fare increase and they will not refund my even as.. This is the 3rd time in a week.. I tried to contact all the representatives but no one responding.. They said the money will not refunded back to u as per fare charges when there is no traffic at all.

From our head office they have sended some stock for manyata tech park.. The guy who come blady didt come for right place and he using bad words with me.. Im guidng him... And he throwed for box and went like that.. Im sure next time we wont book a cab in ola cab i will inform our friends... We had hope less day... Car num was 5702

                                    Today i had booked a cab ola at 7.27 pm, crn[protected]. The diver refused to come, as a police personnel was taking a fine from him. I asked him to cancel the ride, he said he would not be doing, rather i do it. When i canceklled the ride for no reason of mine but for the fault of the driver an amount of inr 75 was deducted from my account.

                                      This morning i booked a cab vide crn no.[protected], but when i tried to contact the driver/owner mr. Balaji for the service, a recorded message came "sorry that the booking could not be confirmed". I left the booking there and booked another cab from ola only and came.

                                      To my surprise they sent me a bill for 87.00 for the unused service.

                                      Please refund this money immediately as the service has not been extended.

                                        On 8th aug 2016 booked ola rides 3 times, but disappointed with the service.

                                        1. First booked ola auto (Komarelli k [protected], auto ts09ua2658). He has not attended our phone call, even ola customer care also called him by keeping us on hold but no response from the driver.

                                        2. Second booked ola cab crn[protected]Laxman [protected], silver indica ts06ub3319). We were waiting for the cab but no response. After 3-4 calls he responded call by saying that the tire got punctured and he has cancelled the ride and avoided call. We got the message as we have cancelled the ride.

                                        3. Third booked ola cab crn[protected]Basava [protected], silver indica ap28tv7002). We got the message as the driver arrived. But driver arrived late to the different pick up point which was agreed over phone. And was on another call without responding to our call. He was on another call till 8.28 pm. (Almost 10 minutes speaking to kv reddy – telecom information depicts).

                                        Your cab drivers made as tense at the last moment by cancelling ride with their own without our information and without responding our phobne calls at the last moment, reaching to the different pick up place inspite of informing them the pick up point over phone.

                                        We have to board train at kacheguda at 9 pm (Irctc ticket screenshot sharing for your information besides other screenshots). We reached railway station at 8.59 pm. Because of your driver’s attitude. We struggled a lot to get into the running train.

                                        I recharged ola money on 03 Aug 2016 via HDFC Net banking. Ola recharge did not happen, but money debited from my bank account.

                                        Please help with this. By when will the money credited back to my bank account?
