On 8th aug 2016 booked ola rides 3 times, but disappointed with the service.

1. First booked ola auto (Komarelli k [protected], auto ts09ua2658). He has not attended our phone call, even ola customer care also called him by keeping us on hold but no response from the driver.

2. Second booked ola cab crn[protected]Laxman [protected], silver indica ts06ub3319). We were waiting for the cab but no response. After 3-4 calls he responded call by saying that the tire got punctured and he has cancelled the ride and avoided call. We got the message as we have cancelled the ride.

3. Third booked ola cab crn[protected]Basava [protected], silver indica ap28tv7002). We got the message as the driver arrived. But driver arrived late to the different pick up point which was agreed over phone. And was on another call without responding to our call. He was on another call till 8.28 pm. (Almost 10 minutes speaking to kv reddy – telecom information depicts).

Your cab drivers made as tense at the last moment by cancelling ride with their own without our information and without responding our phobne calls at the last moment, reaching to the different pick up place inspite of informing them the pick up point over phone.

We have to board train at kacheguda at 9 pm (Irctc ticket screenshot sharing for your information besides other screenshots). We reached railway station at 8.59 pm. Because of your driver’s attitude. We struggled a lot to get into the running train.

Hi,
I recharged ola money on 03 Aug 2016 via HDFC Net banking. Ola recharge did not happen, but money debited from my bank account.

Please help with this. By when will the money credited back to my bank account?

    I have booked a ola cab in chennai on 5th august 2016 morning around 7:30am. The driver name is janakiraman, ph. No.[protected], cab no. Tn03q9722, silver etios. The ride booked was from vadapalani to tambaram. Immediately after getting sms from ola, i have called him to find how much time he will take, he told me within 5 minutes he will reach. After waiting for 10 minutes again i have called and he has asked for the crn no. To book the trip. As i was in hurry to get the cab, unfortumately i have told the crn no. Last four digits to him (Crn[protected] which i supposed to tell him after the boarding. After waiting for another 10 minutes, called him again and he is not picking the call. Even after repeated calls, he never picked up and never turned up. After waiting for 30 minutes, i have booked another cab and reached. How come, he will behave like this and keep me under tension as i have to catchup some thing else urgently? Later on i hv received a mail saying that the bill is rs.54/- which i have not even boarded the cab. You need to take a stringent action on theis driver as he kept me waiting and i hv lost an important business meeting.

      I booked ola cab from my friends mobile on 04.8.16 from mumbai, borivali east kanakia space 2 to domestic airport, mumbai. Driver came and picked and drop me @ airport but the fare he mentioned it is rs.764. But i gave the amount and my friend sent me the msg that the cost of the travel is rs. 353. He cheated me by asking excess amount. The crn no: crn[protected], name: chottan dutta, driver name: arun kumar. Taxi no. Mh02cr3850. Requesting ola cab service to consider this mail as emergency and refund the amount asap.

        Dear sir,
        I went to ola office and enquired about the attachment of vehilce last weak. They said after 2010 models will be taken for attachment. I bought a preowned vehicle tata indica v2 2012 model and went to attach. Now they are saying only 2014 will be attached.
        What is this? This is tottally a cheating and fraud.
        Absolutely disgusting service providers and an arrogant support service.

          I took this cab in evening peek time where even if you delay by 5 minutes, the traffic is increased two folds. My route was from airoli to goregoan which is a long distance route. This driver in-spite of not having enough diesel accepted my ride request. Entire route he asked me to open the windows as due to diesel deficiency, he can’t afford to on the car ac. (This was a pooled one), as my ride started he again accepted one more request for which he had to take a u turn and go back another 3 km to pick the second request. This took another extra 20 minutes, he then stopped at petrol station for diesel and wasted another 15 20 minutes. Due to all this non sense, i reached home 30-40 minutes late.
          The whole purpose of spending so much on taxi was to save time. But i ended up spending more money and more time.
          Adding to that, he was so rude that he was not ready to give way to ambulance which was just coming back. I requested him to give way twice and then he gave. Again just because he did not had enough diesel, he was guiding me wrong way telling that it's a shortcut.
          This driver was spitting gutka on road all the way.

          Ola, this is not at all acceptable as i am paying so much to save my time but due to this driver, i wasted whole of my time and money. Driver name is - divakar kamble ([protected]) having white swift dzire mh47c9407. Req no was osn[protected].

            Misleading and fraud

            I have booked the ola cab by email [protected]@gmail.Com and my contact number is [protected]. I had booked my last ride from shimla to mashobra. Five times driver has cancelled my ride with following reasons

            1) when i got a call he asked me he is so far so cancelled your ride and book new ride. I denied him for cancellations

            2) another driver asked me this is not ola cab this is only our agreement with ola...

            I booked an ola share today. Osn[protected] the driver didn't pick me up but started the trip anyway. I tried calling him several times but he did not take my call. He didn't have the courtesy to inform me he wasn't coming. You don't have any mechanism to know when whether a driver has actually picked up a customer in an 'ongoing trip'. After a while i booked another share osn[protected] and this driver too did not come for the pickup. After 2 back-to-back horrible experiences, i don't think i'm ever using ola again.

                Hey,

                I had to paid a huge amount for wrong ride. I selected a correct drop point in ola cab but it automatically system changed my address and i had to pay a huge amount for a wrong ride. Also i called their customer care department. They behaved very bad to me. I talked with gaurav bhardwaj. He said you need to end this cab here and i have to book ola once again. And i was on wrong address and no one was there. I felt so bad. Really, i had very bad experience about ola cabs.

                    But tax driver start taxi just come erragadda flyover he told me share our taxi onther one passinger he was take u turn he piuk up passinger driver told him we go to begumpet. We go out my taxi pay my bill rs.197/-
                    Driver is a dirty rogue, he looks very dangerous he looks like a shadist killer
                    Please arrest this type of taxi drivers. Cancel taxi permit and cut tow hands and legs under arms...

                      While going driver stopped in service road and he off the cab. Me and my child was there. He was shouted that he will not reach destination. Then i asked to drive.In mean time in phone call he was shouting and spoke bad words. My child started crying by his loud voice. It was night.In service road no one was there. Bad experience in my life history. No one was there. I was unsafe at that time.

                        Yesterday, i booked an ola share can which showed 4 min for pickup, called driver after waiting 5 min and driver said it will take another 15 min without proper reason, i have enough reason to cancel the booking, which i was not allowed to in the ola app, i requested the driver to cancel the trip which he accepted happily as if he was waiting for me to call and request for cancellation. To my shocking surprise money got deducted from my ola money, even though it was a mistake from driver side not coming on time and no proper update. I called driver and he was so easily saying its my mistake for booking sharing cab which he cannot help, atleast if i was warned about this charge while requesting for cancellation i would have rethinked about cancelling it. It was clear theft of money by missing using the technology. I am very much sure driver did not even start his vehicle and waiting only for customer to cancel to earn money without breaking a sweat. What a great technological thieves.
                        I know nothing great can happen by writing my complain, but i want to share this modern theft experience.

                          Yesterday i have book one ride from howrah station to sealdah. The vehicle no wb04g4377. The driver was sh. Harindar singh. He has taken rs 108/- (Billed amount) plus rs 50/- agianst parking charges. The total payment i have made to him was rs160/- (Rupees one hundred sixty) only. The receipt of the parking charges is with me. Kindly look in to the matter. Whether it is proper or not? Kindly let me know the action taken in this respect. Bill no.                             I boarded the cab with my mom and in between the trip we were asked to get down from the cab due to battery problem in the vehicle, also he has charged for the trip . This is unfair as we were asked to get down without an alternative . How safe are your cabs to travel with such unprofessional drivers ?
                            How can we board cabs with a trust of reaching home safely.

                              As per trail mail and cancellation fee unjustified deduction, Pls find my following points for your submission:-

                              It was unfair on your part to deduct Rs 50/- as cancellation fee because driver himself took decision to go . Nor he has given call to me. When I reached downstairs, he was missing.

                              Being a regular Ola user, this unfair deduction is unjustified and need to be reimbursed back to me asap.

                              Hoping to reimburse asap in my ola account.

                                Once you board the cab please share CRN[protected] with driver to start trip.

                                I had booked a cab on Saturday as I wanted to shift my PG from Ecity to Whitefield hope you can understand how far is it and aftr waiting for 30mins he came near my PG at Ecity and asked me for the drop when I said its Whitefield he just asked me to cancel the booking and book another cab. I had almost 7 bags to carry with me. This driver as soon as he heard the drop location he jUST took a reverse turn with a high speed and left from there even after I said I have PG to be shifted. After that I got a call saying driver has informed Customer has cancelled the booking and I had given feedback on the IVR but no response yet. I dont think so this is what respect you guys give to girls. I want some strict action to taken against him and I want a call back as well as in what you have done if not I have to post this same on Facebook n spoil you guys names for sure. I want a call within 24hours
                                The Ola taxi peoples cheating me again again..while I am booking ola cab I have selecting the Micro...But, u automatically upgraded to mini...also u r deducted as mini cost...why u r doing Like this...

                                  I have traveled by OLA cab 3-4 times from similar starting point to similar end point but every time cab drivers are showing different kms using the same route i don't understand how is this possible. Every time the charge is also different depending on the km.

                                  Can u justify me how is this possible, weather overnight road length has increased or the destination has shifted to some other location.

                                    I booked ola cab on 6th august'2016 at 9p.m. Driver name is Manish and cab no WB19H1587. He told me within 5mins he will pick up us. But in stead of coming, he continuously delayed and even shouted over phone. We waited for 30mins, but he didnt come..then I cancelled my booking and booked another cab.
                                    So I am requesting you to take necessery steps against him for harassing passenger.

                                      CRN[protected]...sir i have been charged 50rs for cancellation of ola cab...sir the driver doesnt know the routes..and he is taking so long to come...so i booked another cab and cancelled the previous one which is taking soooo much time to come..at that time i dont have time its urgent..so i booked another cab...i request you to refund my 50rs...otherwise i will stop booking ola cabs from now onwards..and i will make a bad image of yours on '''''SOCIAL MEDIA'''''' SO REFUND MY MONEY
                                      I booked ola cab on 17.06.2017 from Hiran Kudna to Gandhra, and charges were shown on screen Rs. 545 but the driver asked me to give Rs. 100/- extra, stating toll plaza but I didn't agree. So he refused to go and I had to book another ola cab for which I was charged Rs. 50/- as cancellation. That's not fair.
                                      I booked ola cab toda at 10.32am with OSN[protected] on 05.09.2019, from narayana tiffin center (babai hotel, rd no.8 venkatgiri, hyd to mbt building banjara hills) i checked and also conformed his arrival on phone, said he (Mir Mahmood Ali) is on the way it will take 20 min time, i said ok i will wait ater 10 min he cancelled booking, not responded my call and also charges were shown on screen Rs.15/- on next booking again, this is the third time i think i should not avoid such things everytime and also drivers says no change every time and charge extra 5/- That's not fair.
                                      cancel extra meaning less charges otherwise i will never book ola booking again.
