I have booked a ola cab in chennai on 5th august 2016 morning around 7:30am. The driver name is janakiraman, ph. No.[protected], cab no. Tn03q9722, silver etios. The ride booked was from vadapalani to tambaram. Immediately after getting sms from ola, i have called him to find how much time he will take, he told me within 5 minutes he will reach. After waiting for 10 minutes again i have called and he has asked for the crn no. To book the trip. As i was in hurry to get the cab, unfortumately i have told the crn no. Last four digits to him (Crn[protected] which i supposed to tell him after the boarding. After waiting for another 10 minutes, called him again and he is not picking the call. Even after repeated calls, he never picked up and never turned up. After waiting for 30 minutes, i have booked another cab and reached. How come, he will behave like this and keep me under tension as i have to catchup some thing else urgently? Later on i hv received a mail saying that the bill is rs.54/- which i have not even boarded the cab. You need to take a stringent action on theis driver as he kept me waiting and i hv lost an important business meeting.
I recharged ola money on 03 Aug 2016 via HDFC Net banking. Ola recharge did not happen, but money debited from my bank account.
Please help with this. By when will the money credited back to my bank account?
