Hi ola
I am not quite happy with recent few rides with ola cabs. Recent days behaviour and responses from the ola drivers are very pathetic, they are denying our booking. Sharing my experiences below.
1. Crn[protected]: booked on aug. 13, 7:35 pm form chromepet to chennai central to pick up the train at 9:35pm. After booking i have received a call from my office i was speaking with my clique regarding my job, discussion continues 4 to 5 mins, after this call i was received call from your driver.
Driver: why your phone was busy, i was tried you 3 to 4 times, it was waste of time to me (With raised voice)
Me: be cool it was call from my office
Driver: where you want to go
Me: chennai central
Driver: no, not possible to drop you on "chennai central"
Me: ok already there is no time, just pick up us and drop us at chromepet railway station
Driver: ok, i will come and pick up
After few minutes, reached to our flat and called us again
Driver: what is your mode of payment
Me: ola money
Driver: not possible to pick up you in case of ola money, please cancel your trip from your side
Me: please cancel from your side, i have no time to cancel
With my 1 yr baby i was started my bike and gone to chennai central.in this riding time your driver called continue sly and urging us to cancel the trip. My wife told we are in bike we are not able to cancel now, cancel your side. After few minutes ride was cancelled and i have received calls from your call centre, i am not able to pick up your call.
2. Crn[protected]: aug 19. Around 10pm. I have booked the ride from chennai central to chromepet, driver called me asked where you want to go, i told "chromepet", he was denied my pick up, told me to cancel the trip. I was tried to cancel my trip but due to server problem from your side, i was not able to cancel the trip. I have informed to driver to cancel the trip, he asked crn number. Here is the highlight he started the journey with my crn and closed the trip. Bill was delivered to me rs 106 was taken from my ola money. I was raised the feed back and get the money back. Finally i was booked utoo cab first time and gone home with my wife and 1 yr baby, it was taken around 40 minutes to get a cab.
Both experiences are very bad.in starting stage we are happy with ola cabs, we have neglected like other cab services uber, fastrack, etc., recent days your drivers are trying to complete the counts not care about the customers. I think if it is continued again, i will say bye bye to ola and take uber or utoo have a better cabs and responsible drivers.
