Dear team,
This is deepa. I am a regular customer for ola, whenever i am in need or anyone, i always prefer ola.
But now a days, the service is worst.
If we book a cab in ola app, drivers are just ignoring and cancelling the cab without informing us, rather stating a lame reason like (Distance is long, so i dont have petrol or informing us that he cant come so he wants us to cancel).
Is this is the way the drivers are supposed to deal with customer?? Worsttt!!

Name : subramanian k (Share ola, silver indigo), he cancelled my cab 3 times.
And today parasuranam n (Mini, silver indica,), i didnt go on a ride since he ignored us stating there is no petrol but he have shown that he have gone a ride with us for 89 rs!

People, do take action on them.
I am sure you will loss customers because of these people. Very sure!!

    On 18.08.16 at 7.50am i have requested ride to take me to the chennai airport along with my family and i received the driver details as mentioned below. But he never came although i kept calling him. There was no answer. I was stupid to believe that he might be on his way to pick me up and believed that he would definitely come to pick me to the airport but he never did. As a result i missed the flight to madurai along with my family and i lost my money as well as i could not attend the important meeting. The details that sent to my mobile phone :

      Today i booked an ola cab from kidderpore and asked him to go to barasat. The driver denied to to go to barasat (Kolkata) and said barasat does not come under ola service area although i previuosly boarded ola and travelled till barasat. He said this is my car and not your fathers car and just get out of the car. Then he cancelled the trip and went away. His name is imtiyaz cell no - [protected] and car no - od34a7131. I want strict action should be taken against him.

        Booking: micro. Vehile given” wagon r’ very small car under micro category. Vehicle no:mh47n1476
        Driver name:sanjay ph:[protected]
        From: lata apartments, kulupwadi road, borivali east
        T0: church next to parel station. Distance travelled 27kms.
        Micro charges (Rs.6per km) as per the rate shown by ola system
        Rs.246 – base fare rs.45 + time charges rs.39 + rs.162 (27x6)

        But the ola system showed rs.349 – rs.103 above the actual micro tariff system. I pointed out to driver these details and the fact that for my earlier same trips the charges i paid was from rs.250 to 270 only. But he did not agree. Ola has to repay me rs.103

          I have recd regular mails & sms for discounts, i have come to know that first ride is free after downloading the app, but ola hv charged even more from others and also charged mcd toll tax and srevice charges from me.

            I am not quite happy with recent few rides with ola cabs. Recent days behaviour and responses from the ola drivers are very pathetic, they are denying our booking. Sharing my experiences below.

            1. Crn[protected]: booked on aug. 13, 7:35 pm form chromepet to chennai central to pick up the train at 9:35pm. After booking i have received a call from my office i was speaking with my clique regarding my job, discussion continues 4 to 5 mins, after this call i was received call from your driver.

            Driver: why your phone was busy, i was tried you 3 to 4 times, it was waste of time to me (With raised voice)
            Me: be cool it was call from my office
            Driver: where you want to go
            Me: chennai central
            Driver: no, not possible to drop you on "chennai central"
            Me: ok already there is no time, just pick up us and drop us at chromepet railway station
            Driver: ok, i will come and pick up
            After few minutes, reached to our flat and called us again
            Driver: what is your mode of payment
            Me: ola money
            Driver: not possible to pick up you in case of ola money, please cancel your trip from your side
            Me: please cancel from your side, i have no time to cancel

            With my 1 yr baby i was started my bike and gone to chennai central.in this riding time your driver called continue sly and urging us to cancel the trip. My wife told we are in bike we are not able to cancel now, cancel your side. After few minutes ride was cancelled and i have received calls from your call centre, i am not able to pick up your call.

            2. Crn[protected]: aug 19. Around 10pm. I have booked the ride from chennai central to chromepet, driver called me asked where you want to go, i told "chromepet", he was denied my pick up, told me to cancel the trip. I was tried to cancel my trip but due to server problem from your side, i was not able to cancel the trip. I have informed to driver to cancel the trip, he asked crn number. Here is the highlight he started the journey with my crn and closed the trip. Bill was delivered to me rs 106 was taken from my ola money. I was raised the feed back and get the money back. Finally i was booked utoo cab first time and gone home with my wife and 1 yr baby, it was taken around 40 minutes to get a cab.

            Both experiences are very bad.in starting stage we are happy with ola cabs, we have neglected like other cab services uber, fastrack, etc., recent days your drivers are trying to complete the counts not care about the customers. I think if it is continued again, i will say bye bye to ola and take uber or utoo have a better cabs and responsible drivers.

              I am devendra. I booked ola at about 11.40 on[protected]. The message was that the car is to report within one minute which was a correct estimate as per car location. About 8 minutes after, the driver, chiranjit, asked me to let him know my destination. Though surprised, i disclosed it. At about 11.54 am, he informed me that he had picked up a lady, thinking that it was her call. It was clear that he was befooling me and was somehow sure that he can get away with it. Now if something happens to this lady, who shall be held responsible? The call was live for me. The lady, if the driver is to believe, rode the car on my call. This is absolutely unacceptable to me. I would like the authority to take an immediate action against chiranjit whose mobile no. Is[protected]. I vow not to ride ola till i hear appropriate action has been taken against this errant driver.

                Yesterday i booked a taxi from old airport road to bannerghatta. Driver asked me if i knew the way, i said yes and i was guiding him. All of a sudden the driver said that there is a problem with device and it's not working and he requested if i can get down. I was at btm 2nd stage then. I said ok i will get down and book one more cab. I tried booking, 6 bookings were confirmed and then the drivers said that they are not near to that place and they cannot come so i had to cancel all. One and half hours i was standing on the road doing this. I was really frustated and annoyed by the response i got from ola. Later finally i got a prime and then this smart driver said that he is 4kms away from my location. I could see him in my locater that he just a min away standing. I walked towards the car and found him starting his vehicle and coming towards me. I stopped him and asked how can you come so early. He said that his locater showed that i am 4kms away.. I didn't want to sit in a liars car but just because of the situation i had to and got up. Will never forget this experience. I will never and ever suggest ola to anybody now on.

                  I had booked an ola cab on 19th august from panjarapole to kandivali the cab was late secondly the driver didn't stoped at the location i had asked for.
                  He was so pathetic that even after showing the way i desired to travel he didn't follow that.
                  On the way after several requests to drive safe he ignored and continued to drive rash
                  The bill was of rs 544/- he asked for 650/- & took the full money i. E rs 650/- saying that toll is not included & i have to pay extra
                  On the whole way he kept on glancing & smiling thru rear mirror view. When she objected he didn't bothered
                  I can't even lodge a police complaint as he knows my residential address
                  Pls remove such drivers

                    This is complaint against driver abdul ([protected]) white alto as25bc9346. On 19th august i had booked ola micro in latashil to go home sonaighuli the driver arrived on time. But as i was about the reach my destination the driver started grumbling and telling that my house is so far and all that. As i reached home, he told me to book again. I said my ride is complete so why will i book again. We don't book taxi for free we pay for the ride and distance. Such kind of drivers should not be recruited in ola. Plz look into the matter so that other customer do not suffer such kind of cheap drivers.

                      One of my delegates from us need to book cab to airport. He requested me to book cab from infosys pune sez2 to pune airport. I booked cab at 5:40 pm, driver accepted my request, he called me and ask me drop location i told him 'airport' is said ok i am coming, and then what i got auto-generated call from ola stating i cancelled booking : (This was worst moment ever faced in front of foreign delegates. But this is not the end, story starts now. I again booked cab driver accept my invite he called me and ask for drop location i told airport he straightaway told me to cancel ride. I said i will not cancel then he told me 'mat kar jaa i will not come'. Then again i got auto-generated call stating ola will arrange other cab for you but no one came. This happened to 4 times.
                      Got reason from cab drivers why not accepting long tour request
                      Time taken from hinjewadi phase 2 to airport at peak hours take 2 to 2.5 hours. According to cab drivers if they reject this 2.5 hours long ride to airport they can increase there daily count of ride which is ola criteria to complete 12 or 14 rides a day. Which ultimately gives them good package at the end of month. But this is creating a mess and now it feels like india is ultimately india nothing can progress in front of money.

                      Strange thing is now if we sit along a road side ola cab drives comes to us and ask to book cab from different mobile so that they can complete their daily criteria. Good thing is they wont ask for money ;)

                        Ola had overcharged for one of my outstation visit by rs. 2450/-.in the first invoice they charged wildly high at rs. 6294/-, since i was in a hurry, i paid it. Later, when approached, via mails, a fresh invoice was issued for rs. 3844/- and stated that i paid for the first invoice rs. 5796/-. And hence, rs. 1952/- was refunded via ola money. Remaining rs. 498/- was never refunded.

                            I have been a regular user of ola cab services but yesterday incident was
                            Quite unsatisfied and shocked.
                            Yesterday after booking ola cab, driver refused me to go the destination (Singhu border delhi) and he cancelled the trip and told me to book another ola cab. I never faced this situation with ola.

                            I am surprised that what kind of services ola is providing or don't they have any control over their driver. I had heard lot of cases from my friend where ola drivers denied to go to the destination although it was first time with me. These kind of drivers spoiling the image of ola.

                            So i would suggest you to take strict action action against drivers so that they would not have dare to do it in future.

                              Incidennt one: kolkata, thursday 17th august 2016 around 9 pm. My wife was harassed by ola driver, she was threatened by the driver to pay cash money to him imediately inspite her ola money got deducted. She was so firgthend! Informed customer care they instantly couldnot help.
                              Incidence 2: friday 1200 hrs to 1240 hrs. My daughter need to see doctor imdtly, appointment at 1330 hrs. Atlesst 4 rejections from the assigned drivers. Wasted lots of precious time and money. Atlast boarded car at 1255 hrs from dumdum.

                              Just to say pathetic unbearble service fro ola with. Public harassment, unbearable surge in price. Most poor driver quality. Unlimited rejections. Overall ola kolkata is the most pathetic among other states. Can ola solve this problem? Ola will be responsible if they dont reach doc chamber on time today.. I am very always worried when my wife plans a travel through ola. As i am staying out of state for job purpose

                                    This complaint is regarding Ola driver Akeel Khan ( white Swift Dzire) DL1ZA2501 with CRN as CRN[protected].

                                    This booking was from Pitampura West Enclave New Delhi to Nanakpura Motibagh New Delhi 110021 on 18th August 2016. THis route is of around 19.36 - 20 km

                                    As there was traffic on our route, the driver mislead us and drove us all over the OUter Ring road all the way around delhi, via ISBT -- Purani Delhi -- Cannaught Place -- India Gate -- Shantipath -- and then to my location NanakPura Motibagh as mentioned above.

                                    The total trip was of 41 Km and charged Rs695.

                                    I was new to this route however I constantly kept on asking the driver to be on the route as decided by the GPS but he insisted he is taking the short and traffic free route.

                                    I want action to be taken in this case as the driver mislead me since I was not aware of the route, and even after insisting him to be on track, he constantly changed his route.

                                    I also want a refund of my money. Rs 695 was charged on me. The actual cost of the trip had he followed the designated path would be not more than Rs 250

                                    I want a refund as I was tricked by the Cab driver in taking the longest route so he could charge more.

                                    I WANT A REFUND... You may check the GPS details as i have provided all the ride and CRN details.

                                    Give me my money back.. I will never ever take Ola and recommend my Family and friends to stay away from OLA as the drivers are not trust worthy and tend to fool us if we do not know the route

                                      We needed a cab at 7 PM (CRN[protected] in the evening and they charged us around Rs 550/ for just 12 Kms (24 mins). This was unbelievable for me as usually the fare was 120-150 for me and this huge surcharged fare was really tough for me bt due to time crunch I was left with no other option than to pay as driver demanded.
                                      But this excessive and unfair demands should be stopped as they are exploiting consumers.
                                      I was forced to paid Parking charges at airport. No body from OLA side informed me about this during booking.

                                        On aug 12, i booked micro cab from cyber city dlf phase 2 gurgaon. at 1.21 pm, i got a sms intimating about kuldip's cab hr 46d5116 crn[protected] and at 1.21 pm i got sms about surinder's cab up 14 ft 1996 crn[protected]. when i boarded 1st cab i got a call from 2nd cab. as i was already traveling, he requested me to cancel his trip. then i got a sms about rs.25 fine in future for cancellation. such incidents have happened earlier also. how can i book two cabs for one travel. likewise, once i booked my trip for ola shuttle to dwarka, i got a call from one taxi stating that i have booked the taxi. why should i book same journey by shuttle and taxi at the same time. please get your system rectified. there is some technical problem some where.
