Hello team,
My brother travelled from city railway station, bangalore to rajarajeshwari nagar on 10/08/2016 at around 22:00. The ola cab number is ka 05 ac 7322. The ola driver promised to accept the booking. But after reaching the destination my brother came to know that he did not accept the booking and demanded rs.250/-. When he argued he started using abusive language.

I would like to report a complaint regarding cancellations of cabs and ignoring of duties from the cab drivers of Ola, and this has been going on for atleast a week now. Whenever a cab is booked, cab drivers always cancel the booking saying that there are no gas on a cab or especially if we're trying to go towards dwarka sector which most of the drivers are not willing to go, and i'm not really happy with the ola services that they are providing...

Today i booked an ola mini from Jayanagar Central mall to JP nagar 1st phase. The distance was not even 3km but we were charged 102Rs where the actual price is not more then 50-60. There was no traffic or peak hour charge but even then the charge was double.When asked, the driver respond in a rude manner saying "i dono, ask ola". I did not use this ride. I told the driver to cancel this booking as he said it will take him 45 minutes to reach. How can Ola cab charge me Rs.72/- when I did not use the service.

Sales exuctive name abhishek ([protected], [protected]) came to ola cabs office. He is an airtel sales personeel. He presented me an offer of rs 399 plan. Were he promised to offer 500 local /std mins free, 500 local/std sms free and after will be charge as per given plan that was fine. The plan was correct but the other 300rs top up data plan he promise...

I booked a ride on 9th August 2016 RideCode:(CRN[protected]. Firstly the driver never calls, and my calls are not reaching him as he was busy on the call.
Then when I change my mind and book another cab, cancelling the one I booked, the previous driver calls and says "I need CRN to cancel the Cab request I had booked". Later on i get a message saying my money was deducted as the Driver used up my money to ride when I did not even get...

Last i booked the ola mini;at the time i have two notifification from my mobile application;one is 20% offer, next one is peak hour, i dont know what is peak hour;ola customer care told peak hour means 3× charges;my travel distance is just 15 km, but he charge 680 rupees;so i want to refund my extra charges money

Crn[protected] rs 1510 booked a cab ola in the morning sec 63 to janakpuri and the normal paid i will daily 400-600 but this they chahe 1510 and the reason they given fare increase and they will not refund my even as.. This is the 3rd time in a week.. I tried to contact all the representatives but no one responding.. They said the money will not refunded back to u as per fare charges when there is no traffic at all.

I have travelled many times in ola i had comfort but this time i meet an hopeless behaviour with ola cab... From our head office they have sended some stock for manyata tech park.. The guy who come blady didt come for right place and he using bad words with me.. Im guidng him... And he throwed for box and went like that.. Today i had booked a cab ola at 7.27 pm, crn[protected]. The diver refused to come, as a police personnel was taking a fine from him. I asked him to cancel the ride, he said he would not be doing, rather i do it. When i canceklled the ride for no reason of mine but for the fault of the driver an amount of inr 75 was deducted from my account.
I want this to be returned to my account...

This morning i booked a cab vide crn no.[protected], but when i tried to contact the driver/owner mr. Balaji for the service, a recorded message came "sorry that the booking could not be confirmed". I left the booking there and booked another cab from ola only and came.

To my surprise they sent me a bill for 87.00 for the unused service.

Please refund this money immediately as the service has not been extended.br...

On 8th aug 2016 booked ola rides 3 times, but disappointed with the service.

1. First booked ola auto (Komarelli k [protected], auto ts09ua2658). He has not attended our phone call, even ola customer care also called him by keeping us on hold but no response from the driver.

I have booked a ola cab in chennai on 5th august 2016 morning around 7:30am. The driver name is janakiraman, ph. No.[protected], cab no. Tn03q9722, silver etios. The ride booked was from vadapalani to tambaram. Immediately after getting sms from ola, i have called him to find how much time he will take, he told me within 5 minutes he will reach. I booked ola cab from my friends mobile on 04.8.16 from mumbai, borivali east kanakia space 2 to domestic airport, mumbai. Dear sir,
I went to ola office and enquired about the attachment of vehilce last weak. They said after 2010 models will be taken for attachment. I bought a preowned vehicle tata indica v2 2012 model and went to attach. Now they are saying only 2014 will be attached.
What is this? This is tottally a cheating and fraud.
Absolutely disgusting service providers and an arrogant support service.

I took this cab in evening peek time where even if you delay by 5 minutes, the traffic is increased two folds. My route was from airoli to goregoan which is a long distance route. This driver in-spite of not having enough diesel accepted my ride request. Entire route he asked me to open the windows as due to diesel deficiency, he can’t afford to on the car ac. (This was a pooled one), as my ride started he again accepted one more request...

I have booked the ola cab by email [protected]@gmail.Com and my contact number is [protected]. I had booked my last ride from shimla to mashobra. Five times driver has cancelled my ride with following reasons

1) when i got a call he asked me he is so far so cancelled your ride and book new ride. I denied him for cancellations

2) another driver asked me this is not ola cab this is only our agreement with ola...

I had to paid a huge amount for wrong ride. I selected a correct drop point in ola cab but it automatically system changed my address and i had to pay a huge amount for a wrong ride.
