I booked a cab from my mobile bearing no. [protected] and i've got the sms and from the sms i rang the driver no. ( name bapi ; mobile : [protected] ) who is just 1 km. Away from my home. Driver bapi said that he is coming and asked me about the destination. I told him the destination ( uttarpara ). Withing a few mnts. I got ring from ola saying that i have cancelled the booking as per drinver's version and to continue the booking press 2 and i act as per your advice and got the cab and reached my destination smoothly. Thanks for that.
But my complain is with the driver bapi ( mobil [protected] ). After hearing my destination he told your management that i have cancelled the booking which is not at all right. Please guide such irresponsible driver so that we the commuters are not be in trouble.
I have booked OLA cab yesterday evening( 9th Aug). i got message with driver info later he called and informed me saying booking cancelled without cancelling from customer side.. later booked again and another cab driver info got and he said due to network issue he did not get confiramtion from OLA.


waited nearly 30 min and went waste.

    I booked a cab today at 2:39pm to go centra mall in chandigarh. Driver with name deepak (Swift dzire ch74t8288, phn - [protected]) arrived to pick me. I already told him the destination in phone. It was just after 8-10 mins he started ride, he stopped the ride and forced me to book a second ride. When i refused he said he won't go further if i don't book another ride. That was really unprofessional behavior of him. And the stupid reason he gave me that he can not complete his monthly target so he can't ride more. I had to pay him 5 times more for the 8- min ride, which i could have completed in just 10rs by taking an auto. Is it my fault that you can not complete your monthly target. I just got off from the cab, booked another cab cab paid again the base fair, it was just the double charge i had to pay to go centra mall by booking 2 cabs. I am really disappointed why ola does not take any action against their drivers who put their customers in trouble. I had faced many situation before. Once i booked an ola cab. Driver just reached at my destination but he didn't pick me. He started the ride without picking me and after 5-10 mins he stopped it. He did so because he could complete his daily target. One day at office my friend booked ola cab. Drivers asked to wait us for 10 mins in phone. But after 15 min when we called him back, he didn't pick the call and after 5 mins he cancelled the ride. What kind of behavior is this? Are you guys are not professional. Customers book cab and pay high fare so that driver can follow their instructions and they face no problem but here is a different situation. Ola cab drivers have no concern with customers facility. They just want to make money by troubling their customers. Uber is much better in this matter. At least they take action if any complaint is filed against their drivers but ola team takes no interest in such matter. We have filed complaint in customer care many times but they are unresponsive. The only solution i find in this case is stop using ola cabs and preferring uber.

      I was booking 2 ola cabs mini in 13/08/2016 and next ride on that day was free but it is cancelled by driver . I have to reach new Delhi railway station for catched poorva train to going my home town. So, I have to booked extra 1 cab for going there. But, I was late for station .
      And so so thank of that train was late, and l catched the train by facing many
      problems...
      Please do something for that behaviour of ola...

        Please rectify your peak time charges policy. It is seen that peak time indicators are fluctuating just to inflate your cab pricing.this policy is unappealing and will definitely discourage further use of ola.
        The driver told me that under peak hour charges the bill comes upto 1000+. The normal cost would have been 200-250 and even under peak time cost max should have been 400-500. He advised me to stop and rebook. This was a matter of just 1min I had sat in the cab.I had travelled only 0.2 km. And as I checked to rebook, the peak time was gone.what sort of peak time surges and disappears in 2-3 minutes???So just for sitting in the cab for 0.2km we had to shell out 240bucks under your peak time policy.this policy is distorted and disgusting.Such policies are definitely not customer friendly and wouldn't last your company!
        I had booked a ola cab for 5am in morning of 9 aug 2016. I got a message from ola that your ride is booked. But during the time of pick up no cab driver has contacted me. When i called him afterwards he told me that he didn't receive any message of booking. Due to which i missed my train. Take action asap.

          Your Cheff charged Rs.60/- being parking fees in addition to Rs.282/-.
          Bill was not ready at the time of payment, therefore total payment made in cash Rs.342/-.
          In Bill Rs.60/- as parking fees was included in Rs.282/-
          No reliance can be made.
          Ride was @ Rs.34/- per km for 10.6 km distance.

          Very disgusting

          Refund in my account over charged amount

            I booked an ola as my sister admitted in hospital I m very tensed and book a car in Bangalore from Electronic city to Yeshwanthpur car number KA03AC6954 driver name Ashok .
            He behaved very rude tht he got a long ride through the whole ride he was talking in phone and behaved unprofessional.
            Finally he didn't stop at the exact location he stopped in middle and went back
            I never suggest to use these ola cabs

              I booked a OLA cabs in advance for a ride on a SUV to Bangalore airport from Malleswaram on Aug 11, 2016 @ 0100 Hrs. Booking Ref # CRN[protected]. I got a text @ midnight that driver details will be sent 15 mns before scheduled time. Shockingly I got a message @ 0045 Hrs that you could not locate a cab. This is totally unacceptable and you let me down bady at the last minute when my booking to airport was to catch an international flight. Thanks to your competitor - Uber I could reach the airport in time. Uber provide me cab within 4 minutes at 0104 Hrs. Your service reliability is seriously in question. Letting down customers at the eleventh hour is no good.

                Today i booked a cab at afternoon 13:47 cab no. is HR55X7230.i called the driver he use to play with me that he is behind me but the cab is not there, an hour passed but he is not came.
                After some time the phone put switched off.
                I booked another cab at 14:04 cab no. is HR66A6455.i call this peeson and he telled that directly the trip is cancelled, without any information on myApp
                Finally I booked another cab at 14:19 cab no.is DL1ZA1762.i call that person and he telled he is in sector50, and i am near to Gurgaon Railway station, but in APP location he is nearby two minutes
                Atlast I get another vendor cab, But I missed my train !
                Thisis because of OLA cabs services, these are utterly waste of service in NCR region.
                Faltus App!
                Ola cab drivers are more prefferd short distance travel and they are not coming to long distance

                  I have booked auto today from ola from sec93 to noida city center metro station which is 11km only. Also there was an offer in noida of rs50 cashback.
                  For 11km and 19min they have charged rs381 and for 84km in 19min. How it can be possible in 19min 84km in delhi ncr.
                  I have also attached the screen shot of billing. The amount was deducted from my ola money account so i couldn't do any thing.
                  Please help me as they are not replying on my mails

                    on 12.082016 I with my mother arrived at Bangalore airport. and with view that ola cab as wellas people are very good, I reached the parking to catch one but as i was not opearting Smartphone that day, The two executive standing in Ola parking advised me that inorder to book a cab you must have a smartphone, and they denied any help from their side. is this service Ola cab is providing.

                    please look into it very seriously. as further i will not resort to this.

                      We and our relatives are frequent user of ola, but planning to stop using ola service as it seems they have started all the bad practices once market is becoming good for them.Even if I see a free ola cab is waiting the driver has no call in queue in the normal/office hour they have started putting the rate 2x/2.5x everyday;this I have been observing for last few months.Now things are clear to me what ola is doing actually;though they say it's because of high demand...all crap. cheating common people is now becoming a common practice by this type of business houses/people etc.So I/we have decided not to avail ola cab any more.Also we would suggest others as well.

                        I booked Old cab on 13/08/16 driver called and asked drop location once heard the location ( Chrompet to Parry's) he said he can't come and he himself cancelled the ride and we got a charge of 50rs to our OLA account.
                        Then i booked next cab same result, we called driver he said his houseis in tambaram so he will not come towards parry's and said that in parry's he will not get return ride.

                        I believe we should help OLA to get return ride from now. shame on OLA they claim to be best service provide but this show their real face.

                          Booked a Ola Shuttle ride today from Olacabs.(SRN 3422669) I was supposed to be picked up at 9.51AM but the cab got delayed. Upon calling up customer support I got rude reply saying traffic is not in their control. I had buffer time so I was fine with it. But I got frustrated when the cab didn’t come after 30min also. I again called customer support and ask them to track the vehicle. As usual they put my call on hold for few minutes but this time I got astonishing reply saying the cab is already crossed my pick up point and now they can’t do anything. I asked them to transfer my call to the manager and it took 30min to reach to him. After 2 hours of conversation with him he was so rude and not accepting the mistake. Olacabs team has claimed that cab has arrived to the pick-up point and I wasn’t there. Since there was CCTV from traffic signal and petrol bunk I asked them to come and check the footage. They don’t care about customer and they want to mint the money. Finally they just agreed just cancel the ride and refund the amount. Olacabs bad service is rampant.
                          I was so loyal to Olacabs thinking it’s an Indian company and we should encourage them. But we shouldn’t. We should use product/services from the company who gives good services. I am Shifting to Uber or Meru Cabs

                            Yesterday, I had booked an Ola Cab to go from Bankshall St to Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital. On my Mobile, it showed there was a car available (Swift Dezire WB 19H1933, Driver Sujay) within 5 mins. I immediately contacted Driver Sujay on his mobile number: [protected] who said he is far away near Avani Mall Shibpur and would not be available for quite sometime and advised me to do a fresh booking. He asked for the booking number which was CS[protected] as he said if he cancels the booking from his side there will be no cancellation charges and accordingly I obliged. Howvere, I was shocked to find a sms & also on my Apps saying that Rs 110/- has been deducted for a trip from Bankshall St to Bichali Ghat, Shibpur.
                            I would request you to take a strong action against this driver before he does the same mischief to many other people damaging the reputation of your Company & also to refund the charges.

                              Even though I booked taxi through online, I was not able to get the taxi on 29 th of july from bnglre satellite bus stand to airport. It creates difficulties in reaching the airport on time. The driver one mr. Syed ([protected]) misbehaves in phone and he informed he will not come to pick me. Feeling bad on your poor service. Pls do inform atleast earlier to catch another vehicle if your drivers are not available.

                                I had booked a cab to travel from North Campus, Delhi to Kamala Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The cab arrived and asked me the destination to go. After boarding the cab, the cab driver told me just 5 mins into the ride that the cab doesn't have a permit for Uttar Pradesh. He told me that he can only drop me until the Delhi-U.P. border, after which I had to book another cab. This is a a serious inconvenience as the driver and customer both need to be on the same page for a successful ride. He was clearly unaware that the ride was booked for Ghaziabad, U.P. and that the cab didn't have a permit for U.P. OLA should urgently look into the matter and make sure that both customer and the cab driver have no problems to complete the ride without any problems. Such problems have also occurred on a previous ride and then too the driver had asked my family to de-board and book another cab. This is not only costing us more but also wastes a lot of time. For some one traveling in an urgency matter, this is a matter of grave concern. I would ask OLA complany to look into the matter urgently and make sure that such incidences are not occurring again. Until some concrete steps are taken in this direction, I will not be using the OLA app again.

                                  I had booked a Shared cab OSN[protected], cab WB04G1320 had a driver named Zafar. I paid Rs 300 upfront upon boarding the cab (as against 283 which was asked of me to pay). He revealed to me later that he had started the trip from his app for both occupants much before we boarded. However, the other occupant didn't turn up. Through out the ride he kept on fussing about the loss of Rs 250/- he had occurred bcoz the other rider didn't show up.
                                  Throughout my ride, we didn't come across any toll gate. At the end of the trip he asks me to pay Rs 100 extra for toll and Rs 250 on behalf of the other rider. I stood my stance that I've paid what message I've got from Ola and nothing more would be paid. Then he calls up a customer care from his phone, that guy at the other end asks me to pay 100 extra. Now, I've used Ola for so many trips across so many cities, nowhere was I asked to pay anything extra. I asked the guy on phone to send me an SMS or mail stating the same. I waited for 15 mins, but get no response. He loses his temper and began to demand the amount to be paid. I asked him for the bill of toll. He got nothing. Its 1:30 am, in an area and city unknown to me. He creates such a huge ruckus across streets. Many onlookers gather around. He hurles abusive filthy words, drags in other onlookers to abuse me further. He further threatens me that he will make sure to get back at me and make my stay in Kolkata miserable. It was such an embarrassing and humiliating scene. I had to pay him Rs 100 to shut him up and leave.

                                  Please take appropriate action against this person. Don't let other customers experience what I went through.

                                    I booked an OLA cab on 12/Aug/2016. Driver Ashoka cancelled it, since the customer was 5/10 min away. Its okay, if he cannot wait.
                                    Then I booked the Ola Cab again and driver Mohan ([protected]) was assigned - when tried reaching him on multiple ocassions, his phone is switched off. Such an irresponsible guy and how is the Ola Management is allowing such things to happen when the customer is waiting.
                                    I telephone the Ola Support and the Driver Chaluve ([protected]) was assigned. When telephoned him, he is stating his vehicle is pounded by the Police officials and checking is going on. The customer is waiting and again such ineffective service that the Ola Management does not know whom to assign.
                                    I again telephoned Ola Support and another driver Manjunath ([protected]) was assigned. When telephoned he states, he will take 10/15 min to come.

                                    How is the services running. The Ola Management seems to be totally unprofessional in its approach and the Drivers are totally irresponsible. Even the Drivers think they can take things into their hands and fool the customer. This shows poor coordination, inefficient information system at their end. They need to really pull up their socks if they intend to provide good services..

                                      We tried to book the Cab through Ola - my contact no [protected], the booking has been confirmed 6 to 7 times, everytime drive made an excuse & didnt turn up. It has been repeatedly happening with me - We are at Noida & driver always makes an excuses when we tell him that we want to go International airport. Today due to repeated cancellation of booking by OLA Cabby i missed my international flight - Ola should compensate financial loss as well as metal tourture.

                                        I booked ola micro cab in morning to catch train from ndls station booked cab at 04.20 a. M driver narayan [protected] white wagonr dl1rt5967 was already there in patel nagar he said he knows he will be there in max 5 min after 20 minutes i called him n he asked what is your drop point i said i already entered its new delhi station he said i don't want to go book another cab, as it is only 8 km from patel nagar the bill would have been for example rs100-rs120 max he said i don't want to go...

                                        I almost missed my train had to take auto as the other ola driver again called n was in karampura arrived so late then i had to take normal auto paid double but still managed to get on station atleast good the treain was late otherwise i would have complained directly to police station about rude n abusive n unprofessional behaviour of narayan [protected] white wagonr dl1rt5967.
