I am a regular user of ola cabs. Yesterday on 15.08.2016, at 4:30pm i tried to book a cab from my ola app for travelling to haus khaz from abhay khand -4, indirapuram. The cab was booked and i recieved message that harendr ([protected]) wagonr up 14et 9478 was booked. Since he didnt turn up for 57-10 i called. The driver picked up and sadi that he is not intrested to come and asked me to cancel the ride. Since i didnt cancel, the dirver cancelled the ride. Though the ola team was trying to contact me i couldnt pick the call and as such the ride was cancelled and i could'nt give my complaint.
I was wantign to travel on urgent basis but the driver had not respondned properly. He is onl looking for his convenince. Kindly take strict action against such cab drivers.

    My name is rittick and i reside in delhi. I prefer to travel via ola, however every day i face poor experience with drivers. I book cabs and driver never turn up, firstly and they deny for pickup also after giving multiple reasons or without reaching at my place, drivers confirm that they have waited at my pick up point & after 5 mins i get a text that cab has been moved. Everyday i face one or the other issue with ola, i have called customer service multiple times however never got any support. I need back my cancellation charges.

      My name in seema and i reside in delhi. I prefer to travel via ola to my work, however every day i face poor experience with drivers. I book cabs and driver never turn up, firstly they deny after giving multiple reasons or without reaching at my place, drivers confirm that they have waited at my pick up point & after 5 mins i get a text that cab has been moved. Some drivers they also ask for additional money apart from the fares.

      Every day i face one or the other issue with ola, i have called customer service multiple times however never got a resolution.

      It is bad, very bad. Even i dont feel safe with ola. Drivers misbehave. They ask for good rating as well.

        Today we all know ola cabs are dominating the cabs service. However i would like to tell you some of the drivers say please do not use ola money give us money instead. So ola officers do not know anything about this. Also when we book the drivers ask where do you want to go. Why should the drivers know? After we give them a reply if they like the destination they will continue or they will cancel the booking using a lame excuse like customer not responding etc etc. The fact is they choose the customer. Poor customer care poor ola. They will soon be out of business.
        #MeToo Discriminatory Impolite services, I had to walk from where the cab dropped me till Cognizant Office. Will OlaCab own any responsibility? Poor governance & regulations.

I booked ola on saturday 8.45 pm, my order or booking confirmation is accepted, but driver not pick uped i booked 2 -3 times no one come to pick up and he told sir i am going to home so i not attend u r booking that time what i do, that time i going by auto i feel bad @ ola and that day he bill rs 107 rajajinagar to rajajinagar. How possible crn[protected]. Really bad service ola.

            Dear OLA,
            Last night we booked a cab from Sanctity apartments to Tata Institute. The driver is Sandeep Singh with white Swift Dzire. The driver misguided us through the wrong route without giving the exact picture of the distance and toll tax. The distance covered was 66 km and the actual distance between the destination and start point was 33 km. We would like to ask why were we misguided through the route. Please provide us with an explanation.

              I gave my mobile number to my friend's app once... Whenever she books am getting calls... Also i cldnt able book cabs from my account as i am not able to use that same number again for my account... So i wish to use my number to my new account... I tried in many ways to change it.. But i couldnt.. So kindly look after this problem help me solve this issue...
              Yesterday I did 3 consecutive bookings and all the drivers said they don't have permit for faridabad
              If you guys don't have permit than why you are running this business
              Highly unsatisfied with services in future I will not prefer ola cab to commute
              I also don't suggest any of my friend to use your worst services.

                I had made one trip from dharamtala to hatiara on last saturday 13th august 2016. The total km ran was 15.1. The bill had come around 657rs. How come such huge amount came for this short run.

                    I had booked a cab from sheshadripuram to majestic bus terminal for 3:35am, 13th aug since i had to catch the airport bus at 4:05 am. Infact i had done an advance booking on 12th aug since i didnt want to take any risk. I have been using uber but uber doesn't have this option of pre booking. I called the driver (Name-vijay m, mob. No. [protected]) at 3:30am to ask him to reach on time. He said he would be reaching in 10mins. I waited for him till 3:40 and when he didn't turn up i called him up agian. To my surprise to told me he had already taken another passenger since i had cancelled my booking. I was left completely shocked and told him i never cancelled the booking. After 5 mins i called him up again and requested him to pick me else i would have missed the bus. And he again told me he had taken a passenger since i had cancelled my booking. Till then it was already 4am and i would have anyway missed the bus. Finally had to book an uber to the airport and luckily there was a cab available at the vicinity. Very bad experience. Will never recommend anyone.

                      Dear sir / madam,
                      I took a ride through a ola cab today[protected] under the terms that i would be charged rs.600/- for the to and fro trip from saalu hunse village, at kanakapura road, bangalore to bangalore city and back. the ola driver, mr. munesh (having mobile no. [protected] and sedan no. ka-05 6374) immediately agreed the terms but during the journey he started telling me that his cab was a sedan for which he wanted more payment and that as per his company rules, he was supposed to get more. but when i reminded about our terms and conditions which we had agreed earlier, he kept quiet during the journey. but after he had left me off at the one way destination in bangalore city from saalu hunse village, he told me that he could not wait and wanted the full payment of rs.600/- immediately. when i told him that it was against the agreed terms and also unfair, he again started telling me that his car was a sedan car and as per company's rules, he ought to get more. then, he broke into an an argument with me, for no valid reason whatsoever. and since, i had to go urgently to the said destination, i had to give money to him after cursing him. and i had to return back to saalu hunse village, at kanakapura road, bangalore by making other private means of transport. is this the customer service which the customer can look forward to in ola? why does the driver not stick to the original terms and conditions of agreement rather than modify and change it and make it favourable for him with a certain loss to the customer? why does the driver argue and always try to maintain that he was being paid less when it is not the case, always? why the drivers of ola are so greedy, dirty, money-minded & behave rudely when they can more sensibly in a disciplined manner by sticking to the original terms of agreement? who is going to bear the pain and mental agony caused by these irrational, insensible, rude, immoral and inefficent drivers?
                      Hence, with respect to the above, i request you to take strict, stringent and stern action against the ola cab driver, mr. munesh and also punish for his actions at the earliest. i also request you to recover the excess amount charged by the ola cab driver, mr. munesh, at the earliest.

                          I had booked ola cab online on 15 th august at 3pm at nair hospital mumbai central, journey to lokmany tilak terminus... despite calling the driver over phone 4 to 5 times he lied that he is standing near gate number 2...again i called and asked hin wher he is he started abusing over the phone... this kind of rude and abusive behaviour was never expected from your company.., please look in the matter ... the driver name is satyam driving a wagon r and his mobile number is [protected]
                          Today (09 Jan 2022) we had taken a ride in Ola cap from pulikesinagar to tinfactory. Cap number is KA 05 AF 5044. The cap driver was very rude and his behaviour was impolite. Since there was a road block, we requested him to take different road. Also since we had pregnant women in ride, we requested him to drive slowly. For that he started scolding us and he also asked extra money from us.

                            My name is Manish Singhal i live in delhi. I booked a cab using ola app from my mobile no.[protected] on 13 August 2016 nearly 12:30pm and the driver didn't come to my pick up location so I reached to the cab...and when I board he argued with me alot using worst language that you people took too much time to come..however he was too far away from my location but I tried my best to reach to the cab.I contacted to ola costumer support but they said next time this will not happen and didn't take any action for that driver. So I request you to take a sufficient action for that driver so that he will not do this thing again to anyone..

                                Today i had taken ola cab service for returning to my home from phoenix market city. The driver prasanna kumar (Do not remember the cab (White indica) number - osn[protected]Transaction id) misbehaved.

                                He charged us more than what we are supposed to pay. Me and my friend tried to book the share cab as there was no other cab available. We were in total 4 people. I tried booking for 2 and my friend was trying to book for 2 as well. By mistake my friend forgot to change the count from 1 (Default) to 2.
                                She was about to cancel the cab but we noticed that we have booked the same back fortunately (Turned out to be unfortunate). So, i called up the cab driver and explained him the situation about booking only 3 instead of 4 seats by mistake. Just wanted to know if it was fine for 4 people travelling in indica. I have seen the same thing happening in uber as well (They allow 4 people to travel in car pool).

                                Once i talked to the driver he agreed. He arrived at phoenix market city in time and we boarded the cab. On the was we asked him to take a little longer route (That too because he asked us about the way) as the other route was jammed due to traffic due to construction work. He complained about it but i tried explaining him. My friend told him that we would give some extra as you think we have taken you in wrong route. Since we know the places near by well and where there can be traffic, we were making sure that no one wastes time. That was the only reason we suggested him that route. It would have hardly made a difference of 500m.

                                While getting down from the cab we gave him 200 as we did not have change.
                                He was supposed to get 69+68 = 137 inr. He kept all the money and said 200 is the bill. I had three ladies with me and i was genuinely happy that we could get home without much trouble. But the way he demanded the money whatever i had thought giving him extra decided against it and confronted him about charging so much.

                                His logic was you have booked for 3 but 4 people got into it. My question is why did he then allowed me to get into the cab in the first place. I had informed him well before getting into the cab to confirm else i was happy to book other cab or wait for some more time.

                                His next logic was you took me in wrong route so yo made me travel 2-3 kms more. He asked many a time whether to take left or right. That made me feel he is new in this route and does not know the place well. That prompted me to guide him else i was happy to be sitting silent. That made me also feel that he is not looking at the map (Which i could not see either). Moreover while entering the cab he asked us the booking number so that made me feel that he has some problem with his mobile or network. So, i was just being nice in telling him the route to avoid traffic and save time for all.

                                Now coming to the misbehaving part :

                                I just mentioned to him that i will inform the ola office that you have charged me extra. He got furious with that and did not allow me to get down. He started driving the cab and told that i have to come with him now to report in ola office. That was outrageous. Without my consent he forced me to travel with him for almost 150 m. Specially considering i had to take care of other 2 ladies (1 had already got down on the way) to make them reach home. That was serious offence as per me and i know this is my responsibility to report this issue so that other customers are not troubled in future.

                                I asked him to stop that car and when he did not i even told him i will go and report on my own he need not carry me. He still did not stop. So i got hold of the steering wheel. Then he threatened me to leave the steering wheel.

                                Finally he stopped the car.in the mean time one of my friend followed me till the car.

                                I realized there is no point in giving others trouble. I will handle issue the way i had thought off. I was getting down from the car when my friend asked him why he did not stop the car he started arguing with her.

                                I am just shaken by this incident and can not let it go until i see the necessary action taken.

                                  Travel from chennai omr to koyambedu. Travel on 12th august.
                                  We called up ola auto. The guy picked up the call and he said is it for ola money or cash. We said cash. Then he said that my meter is not working and i will take it for cash. And said 2 times higher cost he said 600 to 700. Where as normally with meter it ll cost only 400. Because he know we where in hurry he canceled the call so that he can take us for cash.
                                  Ola should not allow these kind of drivers who does not even run meter.. What the heck is wrong with ola.. They are loosing their name because of these kind of drivers.

                                    I booked a cab from my mobile bearing no. [protected] and i've got the sms and from the sms i rang the driver no. ( name bapi ; mobile : [protected] ) who is just 1 km. Away from my home. Driver bapi said that he is coming and asked me about the destination. I told him the destination ( uttarpara ). Withing a few mnts. I got ring from ola saying that i have cancelled the booking as per drinver's version and to continue the booking press 2 and i act as per your advice and got the cab and reached my destination smoothly. Thanks for that.
                                    But my complain is with the driver bapi ( mobil [protected] ). After hearing my destination he told your management that i have cancelled the booking which is not at all right. Please guide such irresponsible driver so that we the commuters are not be in trouble.
                                    I have booked OLA cab yesterday evening( 9th Aug). i got message with driver info later he called and informed me saying booking cancelled without cancelling from customer side.. later booked again and another cab driver info got and he said due to network issue he did not get confiramtion from OLA.


                                    waited nearly 30 min and went waste.

                                      I booked a cab today at 2:39pm to go centra mall in chandigarh. Driver with name deepak (Swift dzire ch74t8288, phn - [protected]) arrived to pick me. I already told him the destination in phone. It was just after 8-10 mins he started ride, he stopped the ride and forced me to book a second ride. When i refused he said he won't go further if i don't book another ride. That was really unprofessional behavior of him. And the stupid reason he gave me that he can not complete his monthly target so he can't ride more. I had to pay him 5 times more for the 8- min ride, which i could have completed in just 10rs by taking an auto. Is it my fault that you can not complete your monthly target. I just got off from the cab, booked another cab cab paid again the base fair, it was just the double charge i had to pay to go centra mall by booking 2 cabs. I am really disappointed why ola does not take any action against their drivers who put their customers in trouble. I had faced many situation before. Once i booked an ola cab. Driver just reached at my destination but he didn't pick me. He started the ride without picking me and after 5-10 mins he stopped it. He did so because he could complete his daily target. One day at office my friend booked ola cab. Drivers asked to wait us for 10 mins in phone. But after 15 min when we called him back, he didn't pick the call and after 5 mins he cancelled the ride. What kind of behavior is this? Are you guys are not professional. Customers book cab and pay high fare so that driver can follow their instructions and they face no problem but here is a different situation. Ola cab drivers have no concern with customers facility. They just want to make money by troubling their customers. Uber is much better in this matter. At least they take action if any complaint is filed against their drivers but ola team takes no interest in such matter. We have filed complaint in customer care many times but they are unresponsive. The only solution i find in this case is stop using ola cabs and preferring uber.

                                        I was booking 2 ola cabs mini in 13/08/2016 and next ride on that day was free but it is cancelled by driver . I have to reach new Delhi railway station for catched poorva train to going my home town. So, I have to booked extra 1 cab for going there. But, I was late for station .
                                        And so so thank of that train was late, and l catched the train by facing many
                                        problems...
                                        Please do something for that behaviour of ola...
