The ride with booking No.CRN[protected] from Max Hospital Gurgaon to Sector -52, was charged from my ola money debited. Driver did not turned up for my ride and deducted the below mentioned amount from my a/c. I called up the below mentioned driver and he told me he is at home taking rest/sleeping and told me to book another ride. What kind of system Ola is operating that passenger did not board and ola started charging. What a wonderful app. Again I have to book another cab which dropped me at Janak Puri. I lost one hour in waiting for cab. From passenger they charge ride time or waiting time charges. If the passenger has waited for one hour for 40 minute ride, ola never pay a single penny to them. Without doing anything Ola is miniting money. I am sure this will also help Govt. to present this type of bills in High Court.

We are sorry to know that you were not picked up for the ride with booking CRN 340966902 and Ola money was debited. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to ignore the invoice that was received for this ride. We have recorded your feedback and necessary action will be taken against the driver partner as per Ola cabs policy and procedure.
We would like to inform you that, we have launched the “Self-Serve refund mechanism” for start stop cases where the customer has been charged without taking a ride. Under this change, you will be able to request a refund from the option “Charged without taking a ride” in self-serve only for rides paid by Ola money wallet/voucher/coupon.
Request you to check the below steps:
1. Select the option “charged without taking a ride”.
2. Request you to enter the exact reason in brief statements.
3. System checks the eligibility.
4. Approves refund in Ola Money, if customer is eligible for refund.
I have also taken this up with the driver operations team, who will address this and necessary action will be taken against the driver partner as per Ola policy and procedure.
