Our company L&T Infotech has selected OlA cabs as official app taxi. Today was my first experience where I had 5 cancellations in a day . If you are not cash customer forget about your service.

Booked a cab in morning and you get at least one cancellation. Landed at pune airport and 2 cancellations
Today I almost missed my flight in Bangalore where is said driver is 8 min away and didn't turn up for more than 30 min. All the time it showed only 8 min away.
As customer we get charged cancellation fee. What is the penalty for not providing service.

It's ridiculous and bad bad bad service. Hope for your survival not sure how.

    Hi, today I hv booked ola 4 times every cab is denying coz they are at distance nd said that we r at distance so plz cancel the ride and book another one again I just want to know if anyone is in hurry then your services is not good coz u cannot provide services on time...unfortunately this is very disappointing for me I, ll never use again ola in future ...it's my worst experience.

      Hi on 16th Aug 2016 i forgot my new lunchbox(Tupperware, cost-1200 Rs) in ola cab. I called the driver and he informed that yes lunchbox is there is my cab and will return you once i will come to this side. I raised the complaint in ola customer case and the customer representative informed me to contact the driver first if not then they will contact the driver and ask him to drop the belongings to one of the ola office and from there you can collect.

      Now driver has stopped picking up the call and when i called the customer care they are telling we are not responsible about it please call directly to driver or raised a complaint in police station.

      He has informed the Ola driver is still with them but they can not help with this.

      Being a regular customer of ola these people behave like this when things are in their control. It is so much frustration.

        I am on ride from Laxmi Nagar metro to India gate and driver said to left the trip between and said his bumper is cracked but his bumper is fine . He also misbehave with me .CAB REGISTRATION NUMBRR IS DL1YC9842
        Driver also misbehaving to leave the vehicle .i have attached a pic with driver details please check and take a action soon.

          Mr. Nitin (contact no. [protected]) has behaved badly and shown absolute careless attitude. I called him several times. In each conversation he did not tell where he exactly was as he was wandering somewhere else. When I was trying to guide him, he instead o[censored]nderstanding where I am located, he cut my calls, hung up and even left the conversation abruptly. He wasn't communicating well. He took more than 15 min to call when he was in my vicinity. Carelessly ignored my instructions which lead to the pick up point and cancelled the booking himself and switched off his phone. I have been charged cancellation fees. I want the refund because he has behaved badly and Carelessly spoiling my experience and I'm charged cancellation for not requesting cancellation at all. He certainly spoiled my experience and had very careless attitude. Absolutely shameless behavior. My friend (registered with Ola) booked the cab as she was at my house and I was trying to guide him through out which turned out pointless.
          You've been upgraded to Prime! Bikash ([protected]) is on the way to your location in white Swift Dzire WB052544. 1.7 times peak time charge is applicable on this booking.

          This car drier refused to cone at pickup location and was giving useles excuses.. its vry pathetic to hear such excuses. Llease take strict action.

            It was Raksha Bandhan eve with beautiful weather and drizzling outside.

            Unaware of all this, someone was passionately working in office at a place in the heart of Delhi, until phone rang. There was a call from family and as usual there was a demand to be home in time, specially because some pre-festival things were to be taken care.

            She: "Tomorrow is Raksha Bandhan and we got to do something. How soon can we expect you?"

            An obedient He, looking at watch that showed 7pm, realized that he didn't carry the car today, so he needed to take the cab, calculated 45 mins of transit time and confidently said, "Well, I should be home by 8pm".

            He was too sure of OLA... which was the "mistake".

            And it started a chapter of experiencing worst of the services and customer servicing from much hyped cab aggregator company, OLA.
            He tried to book the cab but found no cab for quite some time. Seems there was an event rush which the company could not manage.

            Anyway, after continuous refreshes for 23 mins, he finally got one cab at 7:23pm (CRN:[protected]; Driver #1: Vinod) at 1.5x price. He was happy, after all he had to reach home early. Hence he accepted the booking.

            Cab was scheduled to arrive in 10 mins so he finished his emails and quickly got ready to catch it.

            Soon 10 mins got over but there was no cab so he called the cab driver. Driver asked him where is the drop and he truthfully told, "It's Noida".

            The driver probably found the drop little far, (25 kms to be precise), and he may have thought that he might not complete his daily ride targets. So he decided and communicated not to carry on with this ride. Anyway, he requested the driver to cancel the ride so that system could get him another cab.

            Surprisingly, soon after he got the message that the driver had arrived and waiting. No prizes to guess, the drive was bluffing with the system. And later driver canceled the ride stating the passenger had denied to board.

            He was unhappy but left with no option, called the Ola contact center, where he was treated very well. Agent assured him to get another cab. He was indeed reassigned a new cab and SMS arrived (Driver #2 Rohit: 19:39pm).

            This driver, probably didn't like him as well, and denied to pick this ride, and hence the ride moved to another cab (Driver #3: Deepak Kumar).

            This driver, again didn't like him as well, and refused to pick this ride, and hence the ride moved to another cab (Driver #4: Kamal).

            He was truly impressed with automatic technology and how the drivers were getting changed one after another. But Alas, he was not allowed to enjoy the weather, the cab driver #4, also chose to cancel the ride.

            He again called the contact center. This time contact center shared their all the technology challenges and why couldn't they revive or reassign the ride to another cab any further. He was clueless on what to do.

            He somehow managed to reach CP by taking lift from a friend, thinking of getting better cab connectivity but here as well the situation was same. He waited and refreshed continuously for quite some time to get another cab.

            He managed another cab with new CRN:[protected] and a cab (Driver #5: Ravi) was assigned. Time was now 8.30pm. Ravi was an innocent driver who didn't know the tricks of the trade. Hence he agreed to take him home.

            After couple of miles, driver disclosed the cab didn't have enough gas and requested for 30 to 45 mins break for getting fuel tank refilled. Thinking of family, he didn't agree to spend that much extra time with the driver. May be he thought of spending that time with better people around.

            On enquiring why did the driver accept the ride, the driver disclosed that if he had cancelled the ride, he would have got penalized. Hence, he had accepted the ride first and informed later. He was not innocent but an extra smart driver.

            Clear cut process lapse at Ola
            Driver even informed the same to contact center and hence no option left but to terminate the ride mid way.

            He stepped out and realized mobile data was not working. He called the Ola customer service and told the whole story.

            As usual the robotic Ola service team had nothing more to do than apologize. They could not book cab on his behalf, "You know technical challenges", and recommended to find "some place" where the data network is available to run Ola app, otherwise manage by yourself.

            Clear cut shrugging off the responsibility.
            How can the company leave the passenger mid way without any option?
            He travelled around and found a pocket where he could get the Ola app working. He again booked the ride [CRN:[protected]] and cab Driver #6: Manjeet) was scheduled to come in 7 mins.

            He waited and kept an eye on number plate of every vehicle and in time there was a cab bearing same number as given in the SMS and Ola App. He stopped the cab and told him about booking. Driver confirmed the name and asked the magical question: "Where is the drop".

            And you know! This driver also refused to honor the booking by saying he had not received any such booking. Even giving the reference number didn't work. Calling the driver from the app landed on his mobile but he probably had another agenda in mind so he quietly pedalled the accelerator and moved on.

            He was standing on the road, "enjoying" the weather, clicking pics of isolated place, again tried the luck and called the contact center for help, but as usual, contact center refused to help any further.

            He kept trying to book more cabs and finally found a cab (Driver #7: Satish). Cab came after 10 mins as promised that took him home safely. He happily reached home at 10pm.

            Took 2 extra hours but had lots of learning.
            Learning:

            Ola doesn't care how many times the ola drivers ditch. 6 extra times here.
            Ola doesn't care how much time you wasted because of Ola booking and cancellations. 2 extra hours here.
            Driver doesn't mind leaving the passengers mid way at lonely place and Ola doesn't take the responsibility of in-transit passengers, even if they charge 1.5x fee.

            Open Question:

            When someone has accepted to pay 1.5x charge to take cab to reach home, why wouldn't Ola take the responsibility of in-transit passenger? Who would be responsible for time waste and harassment mid-way?
            This is the story of every common person using Ola cab services. Currently almost every ride that people try, on an average one driver ditches. It is happening with almost all commuters every day. Ola shrugs the responsibility by saying that they have taken the action against the drivers.

            We need to take a stand and share in groups to make everyone aware of this incident so that Cab companies take the responsibility to ensure the passengers reach their destination peacefully and do not become the victim of drivers.

              Driver Refused to come for pick up after booking was confirmed.Last minute driver mentioned like cant come for pick up. Worst Service ever had. This is happening repeated for second time.Never expected this kind of attitude from ola drivers and ola company.Later we received notification like cab cancelled because driver tried to call the user no response so cancelled trip.

                Today i booked ola mini near mani square. My desired destination was bonhughly, near dunlop. Rate card showed me that ola will charge me between rs 186 to rs 212. My cab's driver name was abhijit, car no - wb054106, contact no - [protected].
                I took the shortest way towards dunlop, that is through canal side (Beside ultodanga). Just the car entered the path, drive told me that the car got over heated and he stopped my trip. From mani square to ultodanga he charged me rs 129. And he did not drop me in my desired destination.
                So i request you to please refund me my 129 rupees.

                  Hi,
                  I took an Ola ride back from indira gandhi airport, new Delhi to okhla. I had been charged INR 516, though there is utmost rental of 400. few days back I paid INR 327 to ola for same ride. dat day to reach airport I paid INR 396. there was a deduction of INR 150 of toll/parking fee. why do I pay for any parking fee at airport if I did nt make any waiting and there was no toll in mt route. CRN[protected] was the ride. cab driver ignores it all and didn't make any comment. I want my money back. I am a regular customer of Ola. plz treat it on priority

                    As referred to in the subject i booked an ola micro cab dated 23 august 2016, at 8:30 pm from dwarka sector-1 to old delhi railway station as i had to catch a train at 11:00 pm. The driver did not arrive till 9 travelling to different locations and denied to come at 9:15. It lead to a lot of wastage of time and caused inconvenience to me. The driver's name is pankaj kumar, car number-dl1rtb1270 and i request you to kindly take strict action against him.

                      I am a regular ola user. I booked i ride today at niec shastri park delhi at 4:20 pm. But my ride was cancelled automatically and i have been charge cancelatiin fee unfairely because i did not cancel the ride. This has happened with me second time. Because i was charged unfairely i did not book cab again. Ola is a company of repute and such unfair actions on their part again and again is very intolerable.

                        I had booked an ola cab thru' their app for my trip to chennai airport from alandur on 20th august'16 and i received the crn[protected]. At 0803 hrs on 20th i received sms informing that cab number tn12k0831 is allotted to me. When i called up the driver he refused to come and pick me up and told me to cancel the booking. Then at 0805 i received a message from ola cabs stating that the driver told them that i requested for the trip cancellation which is a blatant lie. Since i had to rush to airport to take a flight i had to book another cab thru' another agency and had to pay more charges.

                        The unethical behavior of the ola cab driver in conjunction with ola cab agency i have suffered mental torture as well as financial loss. I would like severe action to be taken against the cab driver as well as ola cab agency.

                          It's totally cheating, Now M fully mentally harassed due to this mishappening as per as my Ola money used excess.

                          Three times excess money Charged & Bill generated 1185/- after travel 29.6 Km without giving any prior information by you & Driver & used my 829/- Ola money & Actual bill is 366/-

                          Once again request you to kindly check this case once again & reverse my Ola money otherwise i will lodge a complaint in Consumer Court.

                            Ola team,

                            I have been a frequent user of ola cabs. I am very much disappointed with services ola is providing. Terrible service provided by your drivers.
                            Yesterday i booked an ola cab-mini from “digital park road, yeshwantpur” to “jai bharath nagar, banaswadi main road” (Roughly about 13km), the map showed the driver had reached close to the pick up point but i couldn’t locate the cab at all. I called him several times but only received a switched off message. He didn’t make an attempt to call me and inform that he reached the pickup point. So i went ahead searching and found the cab in a corner. The diver was stretching his arms and was very busy talking to someone on the phone. I asked him why his phone is switched off. He kept arguing that it might have been busy and not switched off.
                            Even before i got inside the cab he kept asking where “jai bharath nagar” is located exactly. I got inside the cab telling him i have typed the destination and the route is available on your phone so please start the ride. He immediately refused to drop me to the destination. He cancelled the trip and told me to book another ola cab. It was pretty clear that he was lazy and he did not want to drive till “banaswadi main road”. Total waste of time!!! I got down from the cab after which i received a message from ola saying they tried reaching me to confirm driver initiated booking cancellation and i’m charged rs 25 as cancellation charges on my next ride.
                            Seriously disappointed with the way ola performs and treats its customers.

                              I got physically assaulted/manhandled by driver on 1aug2016 (crn[protected]. at that time i was 'ola select' customer to whom ola promises best drivers. i paid 549/- inr for the 'ola select' service and i want to claim it back as the company has failed to comply to its promise.

                              Furthermore i have learned from the company's 'safety/security team' that they are going to financially penalize the driver for his misbehavior. it sounds so ridiculous the company gets financially benefited if a driver misbehaves with a customer.

                              Is my ask justified?

                                The normal cost for a 20 km stretch of a normal mini cab will be around rs380 to rs420. But during the traffic hours, ola triples the amount to rs980 or rs1000... This is really worse... Even though the travel time is as same as the normal timings, they don't even reduce the amount during peak traffic hours. They add a separate column in bill as peak pricing which is double the basic fare which includes tax amount separately... Fully disappointed with ola services...

                                  This is regarding payment issue of my cab DL1Z6063

                                  this cab was attached with OLA Cabs from 8th OCT 2015 till mid of NOV 2015

                                  but i don't get any payment from OLA

                                  so i complaints multiple times about this in OLA and stop working for OLA.

                                  Total due was about Rs.45000 on OLA

                                  but now i am getting message like

                                  "Priye Ola Partner, Aap ki gadi DL1Z5063 par Rs 114776 ola commission bakaya hai. kripya ola office jaaye ya pas ke FINO Collection Center per ja kar apni bakaya rashi jama karwaye-Team OLA"


                                  Even they dont pay single penny for this cab and they are now sending the above message

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I did book the ola cab on 21st aug from preet vihar to indirapuram (Minishare). I had to cancel the booking twice since first driver (Mohd nisar # [protected]) had refused to go to indirapuram since he was going towards ito and denied to come to pickup location and was very rude.

                                    2nd time when i booked the cab the booking been given to ram rattan beniwal (Osn[protected], swift dzire hr55w8122 mobile no. [protected]. When i called up the driver he had asked me the location... (Which is already been mentioned while booking ola cab thru mobile and then the amount been given on the mobile no. Rs. 154/- for shared cab booked from preet vihar to indirapuram and driver had asked me to pay extra 130/- for up toll tax, which never had happened earlier.

                                    Hope the issue would be taken on priority and with utmost sensitivity.

                                      On multiple occasions, I have booked Ola share in Bengaluru. Driver never calls you, and when you call they inquire about destination. If that's not of their convenience they cancel the trip or force you to cancel. On 18th August 2016. I have had 3 cancellations and only the 4th ride was successful. It takes effort, time, patience and money to deal with such instances. Also, Ola service has deteriorated now a days and drivers are not at all professional. Quality is bad.

                                      Ola should improve the experience and educate the drivers. They really lack basic morals and manners. Professionalism is zero. Something to learn from Uber in that aspect.

                                        I was forced to cancel the the ride before boarding and when i talked to customer care of OLA the executive said that OLA will not charge for the RIDe as u never boarded. Now want to understand when we cancel the ride, OLA deduct some penalty on the next trip.
                                        Ola Charge for the trip being cancelled by the customer and what happen to the time when their driver do so.
                                        Its utter painful and exploited for a customer.
