30.05.16 / kolkata. [ journey from new alipore, j. R. Road to ramrajatala, kalpana clinic ]

Paid more amount than normal as the journey had to be covered by two separate ola cabs. The first car broke down near command hospital, alipore, kolkata with a bill of rs 91/ 1715 hrs / crn[protected].[ car no : wb05 3700 / white beat, driver : surajit ].

I have pre booked cab on 5th June-16 (Booking Ref[protected] and pickup date was 6th-June-16 @ 4.35 AM, 10 min before pickup time I got call from driver and he asked what is drop location is it Airport? I said no it's railway station and he said ok & disconnected. I have a complaint to make. The cab driver who was a young guy as compared to his photo received with the contact, was not knowing any location in Mumbai. He told me he was from Thane and that he needs direction. I told him I am new to Mumbai and do not know how to reach there. On 4-6-16 I booked olacab in Bangalore for 9pm ride from brigade metropolis though driver no was given he did not pick the phone.i got a message he was waiting aga iin e did not pick my call. I booked a ola cab, driver name pradeep torbol came for the pickup. It was a round trip... But while returning he said that he wanted to go home and said he will be logging out. He said he'll drop me at my place and whatever the bill comes while he logged out mid way from my home which was 116 inr he asked me to pay that amount when we reach at my place... I am Deepika Mohapatra a regular customer of your ola cab. I was travelling vanivihar, Bhubaneswar to nuapada, Cuttack in mini ola cab 30 mins ago. I tried the customer care number but did not work

The base fair of first 4 km of mini cab is 65 rupees shown in ola apps but you charged me 165 rupees for this trip. So i am very disappointed on your service. I want to know Why u charged me extra 100 rupees...

Booked an Ola Micro from Alaknanda, New Delhi to Hauz Khas Village. While booking it showed low peak pricing . To my surprise when I finished the journey the fare was of a Mini and peak pricing charges were applied ! What should normally range between Rs 102 to Rs 120 on a Micro and even on a Mini was Rs 188 !!

I am an Ola customer for long and this kind of overcharging has happened earlier too. This time I am really angry...

I had booked an ola auto. I received the booking details and called the auto driver dattu kurhade (Mob no - [protected]). He refused to come for pick up as he did not want to go that location and the distance was too short.
