Today morning I have to go to Bongir Telangana in ola cab at 9:30 am and booked cab in ola but have come to know by Devender whose number I received on my mobile after booking I called him and asked to go to Bongir so he said we don't have service to Bongir so I asked him what to do now i asked him shall I cancel the trip but he said not to cancel he said I will start the trip and finish it immediately so that u won't be charged he missguided as he knows that if he starts and immediately finishes trip immediately he will get his Comission and I have been charged for which i dint use he service but I received bill on my mobile for 60/- rs as ola cabs has good image in India but just because of such drivers only company name gets spoiled . I kindly request u to look into this matter and do justic and save company image from such cunning drivers .hope u do justice thank u I am adding message screen shot which I received on my mobile

    He was extremely rude and he had some confusion about the drop point so he literally threw us out of the car. we had scheduled the ride till sector 5 and he said it was only scheduled till AJC bose road. Since it was a share car and we had to pay on boarding, even though he did not take me anywhere, 163 rupees was deducted from my OLA account.

    I am a loyal client and was appalled by this behavior today.

    I would like a refund for this money and id like you to terminate such staff since we run businesses too and dont like to be spoken to in this manner by anyone at all

    please oblige and take this seriously as you are a good, developing company and such people are only hampering the company no end

      My wife and teenaged daughter engaged ola auto no tn 11z1615 by old auto driver ravikumar tel no [protected] at 6 pm on june 12 at chennai nanganallur to travel to maylapore. The driver was drunk and threatened to drop them midway. He dropped both the lady and daughter halfway near kastubai railway station and abused my wife and daughter in obscene language for no reason as he was fully drunk. He threatened to take my wife and daughter to police statioin and when my wife threatened to complain to the police he threatened with verbal abuse and harrassment. He refused to stopo the auto and ultimately dumped them in a remote location out of the way at 7 pm and demanded the fare

        I made six complaints in June 2016 (Date: three trips on 08th June)with respect to Ola money wrongly deducted for a ride for which cash was paid and for ride for which meter was turned on before the trip started. On calling the customer care (Ticket #9257317, #8854558, #8844401), they are not ready to refund Ola money for more than three complaints. I am not getting refund for three out of six complaints. Need help in getting refund.

          Today i booked for ola cab to travel from new perungalathur to pallavaram (Near tambaram). (Mr, appandairaj (Mobile no:[protected]) indica vehicle no:tn21 au 4723) the driver, by 700 am has came nearer to our location and stationed the vehicle just few meters away and asked us to come by walk and board the cab. When i asked the reason he told us that could not pass through road as empty cans are spared over the street. Since the passers are aged and have some luggage, i told him to come & pick up. After a few minutes as i could not see the vehicle, once again i rang up. To my surprise & shock he retorted back and said he has cancelled the trip. Because this gentlemen cancelled the trip at the last minute we could make alternate arrangement and fdue to this we could attend a important marriage function. Kindly enquire this matter and take action against him. If you have cab operators of this type of attitude, your reputation will be ruined sir.

            Hi We booked Ola cab from Vinayak nagar(Gunjur) to catch airport bus near Varthur Kodi, Initially we booked was mini cab, then later on we booked micro cancelling the mini.
            Instead of cancel, we got the message that the minicab is waiting our your station.
            Meanwhile we called micro can person and given our address, but he said he is on the way but never reached and neither picked our calls.
            After that we requested our neighbor to drop us to catch the bus.

            Below issues or concern should be escalated and bring to the notice of concern people.

            1st of all, if the service is not available in the area, they should not show it .
            Drivers are so unprofessional, they do not know the importance of communicating the message on time. Language is a big concern.
            Mini cab driver( Shivakumar ([protected]) was keep talking in Kannanda even though we said we can not understand it). Also in few minutes I got a message that the bill came as Rs.94/after the travel - even though we have taken the car at all.
            Macro cab driver Manjunath ([protected]) never received our call after our 1st talk.

            It is a pathetic experience with Ola for us.
            Because of this mismanagement we were about to miss our flight.

              1. Today my friend booked an ola prime cab from sector 19 noida to sarai rohilla station at around 0700 hrs for me.

              2. There were two person mukesh yadav and sanjay yadav in drivers dress in car no up 14 ft 1995 but they told as the
              Driver is new is being familiarised and as it turned out during the course of the journey when around raisina road on an open stretch he banged the vehicle into a bus around 0740 hr.

              3. I with my wife and two small kids was on way to catch a train. The incident has caused all o[censored]s serious physical injury, mental agony and pain due to their negligent service..

              4. Some of the things which come to mind regarding their fraud services are: -

              - what were two drivers doing in the cab.
              - if training then why at the expense of customer and his family life.
              - why were the drivers not trained.

                On 09 Jun 16, i have booked Ola Cab Service five times starting from 2240hrs to 2257hrs. The reason behind booking for the cab service five times is the repeated denial of service by the Ola Cab Drivers. Following is the List of Ola Cab Drivers who denied services requested for:-
                Driver Rakesh Vehicle No. HR55X2227
                Driver Gaurav Vehicle No. UP16DT5771
                Driver Aftab Vehicle No. HR55X6723
                Driver Satish Vehicle No. HR55X4970
                Driver Rohtash Vehicle No. UP16 CT7980
                These drivers not only denied for the service but they did not bother to call up the person who booked their cab. Every time i had to call up using my personal phone on their numbers to find out their location and requesting for the service.
                This seems to be a very sorry state of affairs for a Cab Company who is projecting itself to be a prime service provider in the recent times.
                It is requested that strictest of the action may be taken against the above mentioned drivers which should become an example/deterrence for the others.
                I hope the action taken by your company will result in not letting another individual go through the same suffering which i had undergone on the night of 09 Jun 16.

                  This ola company rides is such a disgusting transportation i have ever had.they just know how to earn money from the peoples and make profits.i dont know how this ride became famous.i think that taking rickshaw or bus or a local is very much cheaper than this.i did not ever thought that my experience with this ola ride will be so much poor.i mean what is the base fare and for first 100 kms the charge is 100 rs then the normal rates will be applicable.i just took a ride for around 1.3 or 4 kms, the driver told me that he would charge 125 rs for it.i got shocked and i canceled the ride.

                    There was Rs 600/- in my Ola money account .now the balance showing in my account zero.i haven't use a single rupee from this account .
                    last month i have used Ola cab in Delhi and paid the bill cash to driver because this tour was sharing basis with my relatives i just booked the cab through app.
                    i have made so many complaints to cust care online but nothing resolved.

                      I have booked a cab via Ola cab app. My booking got confirmed and subsequently i got the driver's call to confirm the pick up address. After i told him the pick up and drop locations, he keeping in mind the traffic on that route, denied to perform his duty. He simply said i am not coming. You may please cancel the booking. Isn't it really ridiculous!? +[protected] this is the number i got call from. This is really unprofessional on any company's behalf. Licence of such companies or the employees should be cancelled or atleast they should be instilled with the dire consequences in such cases.
                      I have the same kind of experience hence I would like to suggest there should be some punitive action mechanism against those cab owner/driver who denies to perform after booking confirmation. Needless to mention that the client must gets confirmatory message after getting acceptance from the cab driver.

                      If this mechanism is not available, OLA must not provide quality service to rider.

                        I went to ola office to get the knowledge about the paying if i give my car for ola services a few days ago (4-5 days max).
                        The representative told me there that ola keeps 20% of your earning and gives you 80% but later what i found out was ola just keeps 10% and gives the rest 90%.
                        I seriously think this is a case of fraudery and the person who told me this was the head member of that office.
                        I want strict action to be taken against him because there were 3-4 more people sitting in that room and he was spreading the same news.

                          Dear sir
                          Yesterday i was trying to book a cab for myself but none of the drivers showed up. And it is not possible that there were no cabs because i was in a good area(mg road ggn). After 1 hr i got a cab and ask the driver about my problem. The answer he gave me leave in utter shock. He said to me that nowadays drivers are not intersted in picking customers as they can increase their number of trips by fake ids and hence just go for mostly 2 genuine trips and rest are fake trips by fake gmail ids and numbers.
                          They are just incresing their incentives my making the most number of trips.
                          Please look into the issue and resolve it.
                          Kindly change tour polices for the sake of your customer( make some laws for these kinds of drivers)

                            Was never intimated about any peak charges prior booking the cab.when I reached by destination I was demanded to pay Rs.643 whereas I was only suppose to around pay Rs.230 as I travel to this place frequently with ola cabs as that my work place and it is only 18 km away from my home and also had booked a prime cab from Ola app. Driver advised me that it is
                            strange that Ola is charging so high whereas it should be around Rs.230. He advised me to pay the him Rs.643 and that I can speak to the Ola customer care and get the money refunded back. As I was getting late for work and had no time to argue with him and unfortunately had to pay him that amount and today when I spoke to Ola customer care I was advised that I was intimated while booking the cab, which I wasn't and this isn't the first time I am booking a cab with Ola. This one has completely changed my experience with Ola cabs and will never recommend anyone for it as you people are fraudulent and charge unnecessary amount from people. Absolute rubbish service.

                              Ola driver in Chennai had blocked traffic while making U-turn while knowing that he is not going to move further after he makes a turn because of excess traffic. When I informed him of his mistake, driver stopped his car, came out of it and started hitting me inside my car. I was seriously bruised on my face due to this OLA driver. His license plate is TN22 BR 9918.

                              I and all my family will never again board a OLA vehicle unless strict action is taken against this OLA driver and he apologizes to me.

                                I traveled by grey nissan go regn no. Mh 43 b 817 from nariman point to infinity mall andheri. I started my trip at 13.55 pm on friday, 10th june, 2016. The a/c of the car was ineffective. Further driver (Mr. Sumit) asked me to pay toll charges at bandra - worli sea link bridge. I paid the same. Later on when i saw the bill i found the same was charged to me in bill. I hope ola will take step against the driver.

                                  Hi I had received a mail from OLA mentioning if I recharge OLA money with 399 i would get 25% off on next 4 rides i take with OLA. I recieved mail on 19 May 16 and offer valid till 23 May 16. I have recharged OLA money and have taken more than 4 rides as well, no cash back is credited!! When i call customer care, i am asked to send mail to OLA money !! OLA money cust care i receive only automated response!! Its been more than a month that OLA is denied paying cash back!!

                                  Also, OLA is charging surge price up to 2.4 times actual charge, even for OLA share?? OLA doesn't initiate action against abusive drivers!!

                                  I am attaching the offer I received from OLA. Now when i complaint to OLA money they claim its related to OLA cabs n OLA cabs reply that its to do with OLA money!! Well both are trying to play blame game while cheating customers they are not far behind!!
                                  i am attaching mail which i received from OLA, now OLA refuses to give cash back!!

                                    Kindly note i have not used the mentioned crn ride then why rs.59 deducted from my account. I booked the cab and driver did not even picked the call. This is the best example of looting customers if they have kept the balance in ola money. I request you to kindly reverse the charges immediately. Kindly let me know if you require any further information from my side.

                                      My first experience with Ola has been so bad that I do not wish to use your services again. I have lodged a complaint on 3.6.2016 but there is NO response from your side till date.

                                      Ola Cabs Complaint Status Update [ID: 1301019] dated 3.6.2016 was given but no response to date.

                                      On 3rd June 2016, I had booked an Ola cab at 4:00a.m. to go to the Airport - KIA. Registration CRN No. given was CRN No.[protected] on 3.6.2016. Driver allotted was Kashif Mushtaq in Prime - White Swift Dzire Upgraded from Mini.
                                      No cab arrived and no one responded on the mobile number given as
                                      [protected] despite ringing several times at the appointed time.

                                      We had to urgently call another cab company which arrived within 4 minutes!.

                                      On calling the driver Kashif Mushtaq on 4th June to enquire why he did not come, he gives an answer that how can one expect a person to wake up from deep sleep at 4:00a.m. I enquired then why does he run a cab to which he insisted that he would not be able to take a call at that time. There was no sign of any apology or regret that a person's flight could have been missed due to his irresponsible behaviour.

                                      I have no idea whether my complaint will even be read and will anything be done about it as I have lost faith in Ola Cab serves.

                                      To top it, I get messages like these ' Thanking me for using Ola cab to Pulikeshinagar at 7:30a.m. on 3.6.2016. I DID NOT EVEN USE THE CAB NOR GO TO THIS PLACE!

                                      As regards rating OLA, I would put it to negative rating!

                                        I booked a cab for ride at 6 am on 10th June 2016 as we had to go to the airport from Savoury Suites, Daily Circlr, Bangalore. There were 5 people and we had to drop one at the distance of about 2-3 km and then go straight to airport which was 40 km from our place. The driver first let us sit and in the middle of the way says that he had a lot of strain out of driving for 2 days so he cant take us. He left us in the middle of the way with all our luggages. And told us to book another cab. He even took 100 Rs for 2-3 km. His name is Naveen.
                                        Kindly look in the issue and I hope no such convenience should be caused to any customer. Company should take the permission from driver if he wants to drive or not otherwise they cause such inconvenience to us. We are already late for our flight and in the way. I hope we dont miss our flight.
