Dear concern

Kindly note i have not used the mentioned crn ride then why rs.59 deducted from my account. I booked the cab and driver did not even picked the call. This is the best example of looting customers if they have kept the balance in ola money. I request you to kindly reverse the charges immediately. Kindly let me know if you require any further information from my side.

    Dear Sir,

    My first experience with Ola has been so bad that I do not wish to use your services again. I have lodged a complaint on 3.6.2016 but there is NO response from your side till date.

    Ola Cabs Complaint Status Update [ID: 1301019] dated 3.6.2016 was given but no response to date.

    On 3rd June 2016, I had booked an Ola cab at 4:00a.m. to go to the Airport - KIA. Registration CRN No. given was CRN No.[protected] on 3.6.2016. Driver allotted was Kashif Mushtaq in Prime - White Swift Dzire Upgraded from Mini.
    No cab arrived and no one responded on the mobile number given as
    [protected] despite ringing several times at the appointed time.

    We had to urgently call another cab company which arrived within 4 minutes!.

    On calling the driver Kashif Mushtaq on 4th June to enquire why he did not come, he gives an answer that how can one expect a person to wake up from deep sleep at 4:00a.m. I enquired then why does he run a cab to which he insisted that he would not be able to take a call at that time. There was no sign of any apology or regret that a person's flight could have been missed due to his irresponsible behaviour.

    I have no idea whether my complaint will even be read and will anything be done about it as I have lost faith in Ola Cab serves.

    To top it, I get messages like these ' Thanking me for using Ola cab to Pulikeshinagar at 7:30a.m. on 3.6.2016. I DID NOT EVEN USE THE CAB NOR GO TO THIS PLACE!

    As regards rating OLA, I would put it to negative rating!

      I booked a cab for ride at 6 am on 10th June 2016 as we had to go to the airport from Savoury Suites, Daily Circlr, Bangalore. There were 5 people and we had to drop one at the distance of about 2-3 km and then go straight to airport which was 40 km from our place. The driver first let us sit and in the middle of the way says that he had a lot of strain out of driving for 2 days so he cant take us. He left us in the middle of the way with all our luggages. And told us to book another cab. He even took 100 Rs for 2-3 km. His name is Naveen.
      Kindly look in the issue and I hope no such convenience should be caused to any customer. Company should take the permission from driver if he wants to drive or not otherwise they cause such inconvenience to us. We are already late for our flight and in the way. I hope we dont miss our flight.

        We have booked Ola suv from mogappair to madipakkam, we came by white slide with Nine persons.but on return booking the driver not allowed to get into cab, and leave us with no option, by complaining the seating capacity, very worst cab services, fraudlent services for collecting Peak hour.charges very very bad services, please Suggest the no of persons and name of the car on booking itself

          I had booked a cab from Nirvana Country Gurgaon Sector 50. The driver Rajmangal Singh ([protected]) was confirmed and called us also. We had to travel to Udyog Vihar and this was around 9.15pm, by 9.30(8th June) we got a message that he has already reached and is waiting. When we called him he said, that there is traffic and would reach in 3 to 5 minutes. Post that his phone was switched off and we were waiting till 9.45pm and there was no response.

          We stay in mumbai and had never such issues with OLA in the past, our relatives who stay at nirvana country confirmed that his has happened to them multiple times and the drivers switch off when they dont want to come this is ridiculous!!!

          I called the driver today 9th June just to check why he did that and his response was 'AAPKO COMPLAIN KARNA HAI TO KAR LO'' the most pathetic behavior I have ever experienced !!!

          If this is the service of OLA it is rock bottom BAD service and if OLA boasts of sevice people like this guy should not be in your team shattering the BRAND image!!!

            I have been charged Rs 44 without a ride, money has been debited from my ols money account leads to frustration & harassment.
            It is like debiting money from bank account with my knowledge.

            Moreover no cab deriver was responding the call.
            Soon they will see court notice.
            Just wanted to ask one thing " from where you have learned the art of befooling

              I have took an OLA cab on 5 June 2016, 12:32 PM from Kanke Dam Rd, Gandhi Nagar Colony, Jhirga Toli, Gandhi Nagar, Ranchi to Station Rd, Lower Chutia, Gosaintola, Ranchi.

              In this ride Ola has charged me Rs. 30 for parking/toll fee.here i want to mention that this cab was neither parked anywhere neither paid any toll. but still they charged RS.30/- Extra with Bill no. CRN[protected].

              Here i request you to kindly take action against OLA Cab for this type of excess charging.

                On 8th of June 2016 I booked an ola cab as my friend had to go for an important meeting. I got a confirmation msg saying that a driver named Jaisankar driving a silver Etios with registration number TN 07 BU 1858 will be my driver. When I called him he said he was 30 mins away as there was alot of traffic due to rain. I was ok with it as we still had some time on our hands. 7 min's after receiving the first msg i get another one saying a swift dzier was was my driver.I thought Jaisanker had cancelled my booking and i was allotted another driver. So i called up the new driver and explained him my address and he came and picked up my friend and was on his way. 15 min later Jaisankar reaches at the pickup point, calls me and when i explained what had happened he starts abusing me. Knowing that he was stressed driving through traffic I tried to calm him down but he went on abusing me through the phone. I had enough and i did not want to make much of it but this man kept on calling me on my phone. His phone number is [protected]. And hence this will be the last time ever that i use Ola cabs.

                  My kid vomited in the car fue to her illness. The driver started shouting. We came to the pick up point and my family deboarded. The driver stopped me asked for money to clean the car. I contacted customer care to know the policy. One lady from the call centre adviced the driver to take money from me as per my convinience. But the driver demanded rs.1000. Only offering him to pay rs.200, the driver started shouting and called all near by auto drivers and taxi drivers . They too build pressure on me to pay. Finally i had to pay rs.1000 to this nonsense. I want the driver should be terminated of contract with ola and return back my rs1000 paid to the driver. Driver name murali, KA 51A5772

                    I had booked for a mini cab from my brother's app on 4th June from Dhakuria, Kolkata to Shalimar station, but when the bill was charged it was charged for Mini. Please see the attached images, it shows that I had booked Micro and later charged for Mini. I have others also complaining about the same. please look into it, its dissapointing.

                    Please return my extra money that was charged as Mini.

                      Yesterday I booked a cab at 7 p.m. from Subhash Nagar Metro Station to Iskcon Temple. Registration number of the cab was HR55W 4337.
                      The behaviour of the driver was inappropriate. GPRS system of the car was not working. He was even not aware of any root with in Delhi because of this we have reached in about 3 hours instead of only 1 hour route. Each and every person who is passing by giving bad remarks because of his bad driving.
                      Further, because of his no knowledge of any route we have paid more than double of estimated amount. further we face a lot of losses because of reaching late due to his non knowledge of any route of Delhi.

                      It is strongly recommended that the driver and that cab mmediately be removed fromOLA services.

                        Ola driver named krishna was very rude... He seems to know nothing... He told me first that he has no idea about the place... Then told me wrong address pocket 2 instead of pocket 12 after that when he came to the navigating place he told me that he is not moving an inch from that place...
                        We have to pick the train but he cancelled the ride... I told him that i am with the ladies and baby and having luggage please cooperate... But he listened nothing and gone from there... He was so rude.. That is so strange because it was the first time i was experiencing so rude driver from ola... I missed my train and an very important event

                          Hey guys,

                          I am a frequent ola cab user and there are times when i get a free upgrade from ola like from mini to sedan or micro to mini. But, here's the problem, if its a free upgrade i should be charged as per the lower variant that i selected while booking (Lets say, micro) and not the upgraded car (Say, mini). This has happened with me many a times now and am highly disappointed with ola due to this.

                          Here's a recent example, i booked an ola micro from safdarjung to gurgan dlf phase 3 and was charged rs.234 (Crn[protected] and then i booked an ola micro but because i got a free upgrade to ola mini i was charged rs.348 (Crn[protected] on the same route.

                          I am not expecting any sort of refund here coz i don't want any hassle but i would really appreciate if this is rectified soon ; i don't want any free upgrades if you will charge me more for that.

                            I had a very bad experience with OLA. I booked a cab for my parents from Old delhi railway station at 3:30 on June 8, 2016.

                            The cab was 4 minutes away. His behavior was totally pathetic.

                            1. I asked him to pick up my parents from the pick up lane. He refused saying that they were not allowed to. ALthough i had earlier had pick ups using OLA from the point i was asking, he completely refused. I requested him to please try considering their age and the hot climate. He was still admant

                            2. He did not move even a step from his location and my parents walked all the way to where he was (4minutes distance if he would have drived). it was a little less than 1 km that that they had to walk to him

                            3. the moment they reached, he said that he cancelled the booking and will not pick them.

                            If it was not possible for him to take the booking, he should cancelled right away rather than causing trouble for 2 aged people with luggage.

                              I have been a frequent ola shuttle user in noida from botanical garden to hcl technologies. On june 7th i clicked on 9:10 am shuttle but the system booked me on 9:20 am. However, i rushed and made it well in time for the 9:10 am trip. But a staff very rudely told me that he will not allow me even if i could see there were many vacant seats in the bus and stood in my way closing the door on my face. Just the day before i very well saw that he accommodated a different person although the person had a booking for a different slot! My question is if you are so religiously following the rule and did not allow me to board at 9:10 then why did ola left me stranded at 6:25 pm when my booking was of that time! (Fyi the bus was full to capacity). We don't create a hue and cry on that but your staff definitely does when we try to board a bus 5 min earlier and that too in the most insulting way.

                              I am happy to shell out a few bucks for alternative travel method and have my integrity intact than travel at subsidized rates and loose that. One customer would definitely not affect your bottom-line, but congratulations you just lost one!

                                On 26th april 2016 i booked a cab from rgia hyd. To bhel hyd. Pick up time was 11:00 pm. I got driver and cab detail in 10 min. Advance, but when i called the driver, he did not answer my call. Then called ola hyd. Ola hyd. Asked me to cancel the current booking and make a fresh booking. On fresh booking, i got a call from ola driver. Since it was late night so i did not bother to go through the sms sent by ola. At the end of journey i was charged 1.8 times the normal rate. Driver says, pl. Read sms. It is clearly mentioned that you will be charged 1.8 times.
                                My complain is once ola cab was available on airport, why ola management asked me to cancel and do the fresh booking and why i was charged 1.8 times.

                                  I have traveling with my family on 07/06/2016. Before start my riding i have said to driver that i will go belur math via howrah. But driver said he knew
                                  Hortcut way that will take less time and he has travelled a wrong
                                  Direction and drop us at belgharia station. When i have asked him why
                                  He would take wrong direction then he use foul words and behave as a
                                  Vulgar type and he had taken fare rs.191/- that was totally useless.
                                  He left us at belgharia station, not drop to my original destination
                                  Belur math when i requesting him and i have faced a lot of trouble
                                  With my family. One more thing, he has carried in some addictive
                                  Product with cap during driving when i have protested against that he again delivery obscene words to us.
                                  I have already complaint against this issue to ola caps head office. But unfortunately they (Ola caps) do not cooperate with us still. I also said them to refund my total fare rs.191/- but they deny to do that.
                                  For this reason i have requested you to take necessary action
                                  Against both ola caps and driver so that they will be thought to do this misbehaviour with other passengers in next time and refund rs.191/- to my account. Thank you.

                                    I tried to book a cab from sangamwadi parking no 3 to Shivane Pune morning at 7:30.total cab booked from my mob app were 5 but everyone refused saying the area is disputed and they are not allowed to take trips from thier as autowalas dont allow them its a union issue then the cab driver suggested me to come down to bridge where sangamwadi bridge just starts and the road which goes to shivaji nagar i will pick you from thier, i went theie by taking a auto as it is also almost 3 km from the parking area, again i called him he said that i have got booking from another SO HE CANCELLED mine.But still i tried for one more again he refused to take to to my destination. i agree that my destination quit far but then for that purpose taxis are preferred by us or u should clearly mention that not possible from our side for some places and mention the list in your app.IT WAS COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE FOR ME FOR COMPLETE 1 HOUR STANDING OUTSIDE WAITING STUPIDLY FOR THE CAB.USELESS SERVICE FROM OLA

                                      Ajay kumar chintamani tiwari driver of a white wagonr mh47n0533 took us via the wrong road to our destination inspite of specifying the way at the beginning of our trip. Once we reached i asked him to take me back to the place where i was to get dropped. He simply threw me out of the car and said i don't have a booking! I even offered to pay the extra money for the next trip but he still threw me out of the cab without even waiting until i get the next booking. I was stranded in the middle of the road with 0 percent battery and with no rickshaw going to my house! Extremely arrogant driver. Worst service ever! Guys please use uber i hope every passenger rides an uber cab think twice avoid ola.

                                        Recently i used ola service in ahemdabad gujarat. It is very disappointing and irritating too. Main problem is drivers do not know how to read gps system. As soon as i book a cab driver starts asking for route at-least 10 times!!! If he doesn't want to go to required area he himself cancels the request and says it got cancelled automatically!! As if we do not know about technology. Totally it is a torture to book ola in ahemdabad.
