I booked ola micro and reach bhayender and then the driver says the system is not working, and i had to pay 600 which i dont even pay for normal cab, that too it was ola micro 6 rs per kilo meters, this is what happen with me for the last ride as well, now a days ola is getting too bad, last time also happend the same his system was not working then had to pay extra

    The driver took a longer road and added a distance of almost 20km than originaly needed. Not only did he raise the meter up to 740 rs he claimed 1100 for the ride. Same day evening i took a cab from abt 4-5 km closer and ths rate was only 180.I feel cheated and have lost all trust in ola cab service. I have recently regularly been using ola cabs over uber but Ihave neve been cheated as I have been today. Please re-emberse me of the extra money I have paid or somehow rectify this mishap

      Mumbai OLA Cab number: MH01BT9474 driver name Sayed Salim reported much earlier in time though he was called at 5:00 am and he waited just for 5 minutes though advised by my wife that we are coming down as we have a train departing from Mumbai Central station on 6th May, 2016.

      This has caused great agony to me, my wife and my kid aged 8 years, we nearly missed the train as that early in the morning, I had to run out and catch a Taxi and got blackmailed and paid upto 4 times the fare to reach the station causing mental and physical agony by this dis-service.

      This is not expected from a cab service!

      I request clarification and / or would request he forum to help out.

        Yesterday i had travel from dadar to jogeshwari east

        Travel km 16.71

        Time travel 71.2 min

        Rs. 592

        I have paid rs. 592 for 16.71 km

        Ola cheated me and i have called the customer care and telling the issue but there is no proper reply and response from them,

        Ola customer care can"t raise the complaint from customer and the cheating me and irritating me with there irresponsible.

          My Invoice amount was 575 but i have been charged Rs. 900. The driver was insisting that the bill is wrong and he has spoken to his call centre and they have told him to charge this amount. He also insisted that i need to pay the toll though it was not applicable and asked forRs. 875. When i handed over Rs. 900 he told me that he does not have change.
          Please let me know what I need to do as I had to comply due to my flight timing.
          After receiving th confirmation I waited for the cab. After waiting for about 10 minutes I called the driver who told me I should get another cab as he was still 5-6km away from me. This was is extremely unprofessional and i told him I would lodge a complain. The is the third time it has happened to me.

            I had booked ola sedan cab on 9.5.2016 - and booking was received with CRN[protected] for time 20:13:00. But at the time of picking. it was not available because of that we were unable to attend one award function at Amer magestic Hotel. Therefore we got a profile notice. Due to Absence on that time. So we want to file a case on Ola cab. and it was too cancel again at night with booking CRN[protected]. Very Poor Service.

              Take ownership Ola. My sister had a ride booked from sector 5, for 11PM tonight 3 hours in advance. The ride was assigned to a driver (CRN[protected], who refused to do the pickup, because he was at Baguihati 30 minutes before the assigned time. The driver outright refused to arrive, even after knowing it was a lady's pickup, and disconnected rudely. The ride was transferred to another driver (CRN[protected], who directly cancelled the ride.

              Now here's the worst of it. When we called the support center, an agent named Albert took the call. It all went fine till I said that we needed a ride urgently as this was critical for a woman's security. Out of nowhere, the agent started experiencing "line issues" and said he couldn't even hear me. He was clearly audible, and I was in network area. He gave the closing script 5 times, while I kept shouting, and hung up.

              The next call was taken to a supervisor Akbar, who said that the last agent had left for the day. Really? Really Ola?

              Is this your level of maturity and responsibility? Agents freely disconnect calls on bogus grounds and drivers are misbhaved and irresponsible.

              My grievance is not just against the drivers, but the agents, none of whom show any amount of care for women's security and the responsibility of their profiles.
              Had anything gone wrong tonight, none of Ola's escalations and empathy could have made things right.

              Shame Ola, shame.

                Very poor service by ola cab - booked a cab and received sms showing cab comes in 6 min but when talk to driver ram autar he told his gprs not working so not able to pick and said to me cancel and reebok again, again same cab booked with same driver it happens three time than i again book sedan and driver rambeer sing also gave same excuse and both cabs are at z square and after final effort dirver sahil said he is at yashoda nagar bypass. No one come to pick and account also block. For such a worst service who gona pay...

                  I booked an Olataxi today (10.05.16) at 05.30pm Ref[protected] Driver Rudresha C Ph [protected]. The application showed that the vehicle had arrived at the pickup point but I could not see it. Meanwhile the application started showing I was travelling and I tried to contact the driver but could not. Later my olamoney account was debited with Rs.98 being the fare for a journey which I did not make. Please arrange for refund of the money.

                    I am not a customer. I am in tamilnadu. I have never used ola cabs.

                    But everyday i am receiving about 30 sms to my mobile - some communication meant for the customer / driver is being sent to me.

                    Its becoming a head ache. I already orally complained to your staff when they called me, then i tried blocking the number from my mobile and so i dont receive the calls now, but the messages are coming to me non-stop.

                    So please delete my phone number from your database

                      We have booked a ola cab on 8th may'16 & received a confirmation vide crn [protected] / "say ola to your driver srinivasa t ([protected]). Xcent ka52a1814 to pick you up @ 08:45 pm, 08th may".
                      The cab arrived on time and when 4 ladies boarded along with a kid of 7 years old for the destination (Shanti nagar bus station), the driver misbehaved and stated that, he can not accept the kid. When we tried to explain the driver that, the kid belongs to one of 4 ladies, he was very rude and merciless and he cancelled our booking and asked the ladies to disembark.

                      Though, immediately we had another cab allotted, but the unruly behavior of the driver mr. Srinivasa has put all the passengers into deep mental agony as they were to catch the bus at 10 pm. However, with the 2nd cab arrival, they could not catch the bus.

                      This kind of behavior by the ola cab driver is totally uncalled for at the odd hours and need a stringent action

                      Request initiate necessary action and the same may be communicated back to us.

                        In the recent weeks, I have noticed that peak hour rates are being levied on otherwise non-peak hours with invalid excuses being made by the call centre stating that there are insufficient cabs in the area or there is high demand during that particular time of the day!

                        1. April 29th 9:00 am onwards I tried booking a cab in Mumbai (Powai to Parel) for almost 40 mins in an effort to book the car at standard rates! I've taking that route every Saturday since February and this was never the case. However, that day, it started indicating peak hour rates with 1.8x at first and then over the next few minutes it came down to 1.4x and stood on that! With no other option, I had to go with it. Invoice # CRN[protected]

                        2. May 6th around 4:00 pm I tried to book a cab in Bangalore (New Tippasandra to Thambu Chetty Palya) and yet again it started indicating peak hour rates again from 1.8x times initially and came down to 1.4x in 15 minutes and this was on Ola Share too. With the urgency to get to the destination, I had no choice but to take it! (Invoice # OSN[protected]

                        3. May 9th I tried to book a cab in Mumbai (Powai to Chakala) at 11:45 am and yet again the same peak hour rates of 1.4x applied to the booking! (Invoice # CRN[protected]

                        It is so unfortunate that a company that started so well and brought much peace of mind for consumers facing the transportation issues, is now looting it's customers! With monsoon season just round the corner, Mumbai residents will be the victims of yet another scam!

                        The authorities need to urgently intervene on this issue!

                          Ola people are totally non professional. Cancelling there rides frequently and charging improperly. Very poor and hopless service. They should buy new locks "tala " instead of cars. Bandh kardo agar service nahi de sakte to, pehle mini laaye, for micro laaye, lagtaa hai dheere dheere gayb ho jaayenge, sab car scrap me bhej do. Its the final destination of your company

                            I booked cab via ola app.. I booked micro cab. Where i booked a micro cab for low fare.. But when i ride on the cab i was told that i will be charged 40 percent extra.. I spoke to costumer care also and they told that i have to pay the charges.. I was very much disappointed.. It should cost around 400. But i paid 722.. It is just a autocracy on their part. Please help

                              I booked a cab at about 5.36 a.m. today. Vehicle was 16 minutes away. It was perfect time to travel to my destination. I confirmed the booking. Then after 2 minutes or so I called the driver on[protected] at 5.40 am . he confirmed booking but was advising me that he is at the railway station which is 6.5 km from my destination. Being a coimbatorian I know the distance and told him it's only 5.5 max. He said he cannot come. This has caused me mental stress for me my family from kannur and confusion to arrange another vehicle till 6.10 a.M. which is due to ola problem. this particular driver should be removed from your rolls. Plus ola shd not allow . crn[protected]. I told him I will complain . I must be compensated for this .

                                I had to take an ola cab even though there was a surge pricing of 2.6 times with my mom above 60 yrs and 10 month old baby.After the trip i had to pay Rs:292 for 4.87 km from phoenix mall to madipakkam, chennai at 10 pm.How is this fair. what are authorities doing.                                   Today afternoon (09/05/2016) i booked ola cab from my mobile app and it was booked @04:45 pm to travel from secunderabad, clock tower to green park colony, pin code -500035, with refference id-crn[protected], the cab came early to clock tower by 04:25pm, my parents get into the cab and moved after reaching 10kilometers (In the middle) suddenly driver stopped the cab and said to my parents that my server is not working indirectly he told them to get down from the cab. My parents called me scolded me... Thereafter i requested the driver not to stop in the middle and i offered him to pay extra amount even though he just said iam working for ola not for ur parents. After that my parents took another auto and came to my home... What the hell is going to ola cab... Is this the proper way of your (Ola) behaviour... My parents don't know hyderabad that's why i booked the cab... Then who is responsibility of my parents?.. Who is going to take care of my parents (At the time of journey)? I need proper explanation from ur end...

                                  In Bangalore government banned the peak surcharge, but ola cares a damn. They are charging highly and a 4 km ride can go to Rs 250 too. I have the snaps taken on may 4th 2016. This is insane and government should act immediately.

                                    Driver called us and asked where we would like to go when I said I want to go so and so destination he hung up and completed the trip and even I got message from ola that I have paid Rs.106 however I didn't took the cab and I haven't paid, this is very unprofessional behaviour and very disappointed, when I called driver he said Ola cancelled the cab not me, even play drivers lie if there is a mistake from their end. I am going to rate this on Ola website so other people know how unprofessional drivers behave.

                                      Of late it is our experience that Ola cabs though shown available in the area do not register request/do not respond the request after registering/do not turn up after registration/automatically cancel the request on their own/do not respond over phone/ask for double the fare in the morning at 7AM even.

                                      All these things have become very common and citizens of Bangalore are taken for a ride.

                                        Very much disappointed with your service for the first time.

                                        I have booked a cab one hour prior to my travel time, though it said my booking was succesful, just before 10 mins of my ride time got a surprising message from ola that "couldn't provide cab for you".

                                        But, as the request from customer care people of ola, i booked another cab using RideNow option which showed ETA as 5mins.


                                        When I called driver, he said he will be reaching me in 15 mins. But even after 15 mins, driver didn't turned up.

                                        He was not lifting call, finally mobile is switch off.

                                        Surprisingly I received an invoice for Rs:53. Saying that thanks fro traveeling with Ola, where i have not taken the ride at all.

                                        This is third time i'm facing the issue.

                                        OLA Team -- If this is a usual issue why are you making us to suffer, instead we wasting time for expecting your cab.

                                        Thanks for your patience to consider our problems.
