I have booked s Cab with Ola today to pick me up from Hulimavu at 7.30 pm. Ola confirmed the booking vide CRN[protected] at 17.05 hrs. At 19.16 hrs Ola sent a SMS reading as "You've got a free upgrade! CRN[protected]Driver MANJUNATH T.K. ([protected]), Silver Verito KA51C6068 will pick you up @ 7.30 pm 29 April.
The Driver called me at 7.15 pm to confirm the location to pick me up and said that he is on Begur and is coming. Since he did not reach till 7.35 pm, I called him again. He said he is coming. He did not reach till 7.47 pm. Again I called him. This time he did not answer my call. At 7.42 pm
I got a SMS from Ola reading as "Ola, Sorry Driver cancelled your booking CNR[protected] after waiting for your pick up longer than max. wait time". This is wrong.
I want to know why the Driver misrepresented the fact and why is disappointing it's customers like this by dishonring the confirmed booking at the last minute.

    I wish to bring the following bitter experience to your kind attention and response.
    I’m muthukumaran, aged 67 years and just about 10 days ago underwent a cataract surgery.
    Today ( 29th april 2016) morning at about 10.20 am i booked ola micro thro mob. App and it was confirmed with a message saying that the cab will be arriving in 5 minutes and i also noticed the cab moving and then i noticed ti will reach in 4 minutes. I received a message at 10.26 am informing the name of the driver as prabhu t ([protected]) for crn[protected], white figo tn38b9043 to pick you up at 10.26 am
    As the said cab did nt turn up, i called prabhu at 10.36 am and he said that he did nt receive any booking till now.He further said that he is waiting for booking. So i got confused and did nt know what to do.
    Then to my surprise i received another message at 10.35 am informing that your cab has arrived on time. So i called prabhu again and he denied receiving any booking and he is also confused and asked me to cancel my booking!
    When i tried to do the same i clicked the option : driver denied but i received a message at 10.41 am saying that the booking crn[protected] has been cancelled as per your request.
    I will appreciate if you could clarify the following
    -how can the driver prabhu crn crn[protected], could say that he did nt receive any booking when it was confirmed by you ?
    -i also noticed the cab moving so from 5 minutes it came down to 4 minutes, what does it mean
    -how can you send a message informing that the cab driven by driver prabhu crn crn[protected] has arrived to pick me up ?
    -even then the driver prabhu crn crn[protected] denied receiving any booking ? How could it happen ?
    I was really upset and tensed as i planned to go early with my aged mother and return as it was getting hot !
    I would like to get a reply from you for the above lapse and who is at fault /

      I had one of the worst experience with ola cabs. The cab driver did not even bother to call to inquire about the pick-up location. I had to make multiple calls and then the driver started telling me i need to walk up to the main road which is almost 1km from my office. The reason for me to book a cab was to not walk that distance because i was unwell. I had to pick my sister on the way (Please note that there was no deviation taken for this purpose. My sister was already waiting in the bus stop). When i asked the driver to stop for a minute he cancelled the ride and asked me to book again. I have no idea what made him do that. If i have to book a cab again then ola was charging peak time charges which i was not willing to pay because of the driver's insanity. This was completely unacceptable. We had to get out of the cab and take an auto for the rest of the journey. Please take action against the driver so no one else has to be a victim of his insanity.

        It was just a distance of 4 kiometers from bellandur to kaikondrahalli bangalore, booked ola cab even though there is a peak hour(Ridiculous) hike of 1.6x. It came 20 mins late that what actually showed in the app. When it reached i saw the trip is already started, i just noted down the time its 10:18. They charged me 164 rupees, i paid. When i checked the invoice it shoews that the trip started at 10:04 pm. Never gonna use it again!!!

          I am forced to maintain decency here, but still i have never, never ever use ola for any purpose neither i will recommend it to anyone. I mean they are ridiculous. Does not matter what's the situation a person could be in. One night my friend got sick and apparently we had no choice but to book a cab and it happened to be ola coz we had a notion that they provide good service. So, we booked ola got the confirmation and driver said he is on the way. We were relaxed and thought thank god he will reach home soon and take rest and all of a sudden rang and the ivr said "the ride has been cancelled by you thank you for choosing ola " and we were like, really?? No one even bothered to know what was the reality and it was that driver, that piece of.

            Ola is cheating in the name of micro cabs. When we look for micro cabs it is available but when we take a ride, the bill comes up with 1.6x or 1.8x rate which is ridiculous at 10:30 am in the morning. There is no heavy traffic or not even the peak timings even than they are charging more than 20 rs/km. And in the entire bangalore city they have placed number of ads in which they have mentioned 6 rs/km for micra.

            Karnataka government has to take action against this. These cab service providers are doing fraud with the customers. I am sharing the bill screen-shot with this complained.

            I booked a taxi an hour before. Got the taxi unavailability message after an hour and that too the app doesn't prompting the destination and afteran hour got a response from customer care that the destination is not servicable with irresponsible answer sorry.. And not ready to change the apps.
            I took ola cab from Ghaziabad to mayur vihar. Rs 165 fare charge + Rs 165 toll charge. Total fare Rs 340
            This purely indicates over charging cab services during #oddeven days.

              If we have booked a cab and we are paying that means we expect a decent service in my case I waited for nearly 2 hours after which I got call from driver he says m in ur location when asked him where exactly coz we are not finding you he simply hangs on the phone next time when called he says I came off somewhere please cancel this cab. I had book cab for an emergency and if this is the service u guys need to understand people opt your service to help them highly disappointed

                  My name is mohammad harun misarwala. I stayed baroda, gujarat and last week i visited mumbai for few days. This is second time i used ola cabs and probabaly last time even i will suggest to my colleuge and friends not to use ola cabs on below reason. Please see the subject and below e mail you already have my travel fari with details.

                  I was really shocled when i see bill @ rs. 764/00 from millatnager to borivalli. Do you think am i foolish? Justification you have given is 3 times fair due to peak hours? You mean travelling at 13.30 hrs in mumbai you consider as a peak hour? My brother has travelled same time with same location and he payed rs.150/00 to ola cabs.

                  It is rally looting to people. I dcided not to use ola cabs in future as there are lots of other option available easily in market.

                    Yesterday i booked a cab and the cab driver talking with me continuoulsy. I was going for my exams and reading my books and he again and again asking me where i should turn...the route i had already told him is the common route in gurgaon..he was saying m living here only..if he is staying here then how he dont know the route of bus stand...and he was shouting and arguing with me in cab...i would request you to employee such people who know how to respect a female.

                      Hi,

                      I am a resident of bangalore and this complaint is about my multiple bad experiences with ola on 28th april, 2016.

                      I checked the exact distance from phoenix mall to my house and it's a little lesser than 10 kms. You've charged me for almost 12 kms, 11.51 kms to be precise. That's rs.15.1 more than what it's supposed to be. I know it's a small amount, but that doesn't entitle you to overcharge your customers. It's not my fault if the phones issued by you to your drivers conk off midway. Please make sure you help them keep their phones in fully-functional conditions so that the passengers don't have to be inconvenienced and pay extra at the end of the ride...All this after being made to wait in the cab for about 15 minutes after the ride is over and being forced to talk to whoever the driver calls up and hands you the phone to talk to to get a ride bill break-up since his phone has conked off! This cab driver's name is harish p and his cab number is ka03ac1569. He was polite, but please issue him a new phone!

                      Secondly, i booked two ola autos in the morning one after the other and both cancelled without any reason. They said they were coming to my place to pick me up and after making me wait for 43 minutes in total they both cancelled. I missed my advance-booked movie because of this sort of reckless i-don't-care attitude of your drivers. Please make sure you do something about it! The drivers names are nagaraju (Vehicle number ka02ae5631) and ameensait (Vehicle number ka03aa5998). I wouldn't have bothered complaining if it had just been a one-time thing, but i've been noticing unjustified cancellations from ola auto drivers every other day as my friend and i take an ola auto both to and from work every day and every alternate or consecutive auto driver seems to make us wait first and tells us that he's on his way to pick us up and then cancels without any explanation.

                      All in all, i had a horrible experience with ola three times in one day today! I regret telling a survey call i got just yesterday from some company good things about ola. I'm going to make sure i never praise your company again if this is the kind of experience i'm going to have with ola!

                      Please make sure corrective actions are taken against the above mentioned grievances! And i want to be kept informed about what corrective actions you're taking for the same...If that's not too much to ask.

                        We hired ola cab from Hitech city to Prasads (multiplex), but we have to get down near Jubilee Hills near KBR Park, much before my destination,
                        as the driver was drunk and was very rashly driving the car, with lot of jerks even at the traffic signal.

                        Told him we got senior citizens in the passenger seat, but he didnt listen and continue with his way of driving.

                        On confronting him again, he started abusing us and finally we had to ask him to stop the car, which he did immediately by force applying the breaks, giving lot jerk.

                          Cab booked at 6am in the morning for 11:30am pickup and received confirmation message on mobile instead of that we didn't receive any cab at the respective time nor we received any call from customer care regarding this.

                          On giving call to the customer care 15 minutes prior to the departure(11:30am), the customer care executive informed us that there is not car assigned to you and asked us to book it again and also asked us to arrange for the alternative.

                          So, while booking it again using app we were shown errors to give a gap of atleast 1hr.

                          We lost lot of time in this and hence arranged for the another alternative and some how we managed to catch the train just before 1min of its departure. Passengers includes my wife, 2 kids & 2 senior citizens.

                          I am not satisfied at all with the service provided and hence bringing this issue in your eyes. This is the 2nd time happened to me and am not going to book Ola again after having this worst experience. Thank you so much.

                            Today we have booked a cab and the driver said he is reaching in 4 min he was no where close the destination and kept on giving wrong information leading so much problem for my parents who is plus 72 and was suppose to catch shatabdi train from bhopal junction. This is very casual behaviour and i severe breach of trust. We were continuously on phone with this driver of yours which will reflect in the call details as well and finally we were forced to take help from other sources causing severe problem both mentally and physically.

                            To add the driver was suppose to reach at 1 55 PM and he did not reach till 2 35 and kept on giving wrong information about his whereabouts . In fact he did not reach at all.
                            I am surprised to see that ola has send an SMS stating no response from customer wherein we were continuously speaking to this great staff of yours which is all on phone call records.

                            This is ridiculous to accept such poor closure information at Ola's end.
                            Seeking an appropriate reply in this connect.

                              The driver did not come at the appointed time and when contacted, wanted me to cancel the booking. I refused. I got msg from vm-olacab : ' ola ! Sorry, driver canceled your booking crn[protected]longer than max wait time after waiting for your pickup.' the driver never came to pick me up. I kept waiting for more than 15 mts when i was sent another msg at 1352 hrs stating that another cab would be sent with a new crn[protected] driver rasuldeen tn 68 - d 6693. The vehicle arrived at 2.12 pm and after my boarding the cab, the driver refused to ply and asked me to get down ! This sort of service and attitude of the drivers shall only bring down the credibility of olacabs.. This is also a bad advertisement for ola !

                                I had booked an ola cabs for ride later and without my intimation the cab got cancelled after i received the booking details. This is highly unprofessional and due to this issue i had almost missed my flight but luckily got an auto but the harassment I had to go through due to this is very bad and I need an explanation for the same. I dont know if they will work on this or not.

                                  Please refer my crn[protected] for pick up from sec-3 mvp colony vizag to vizag airport, the driver is demanding for additional rs.55 for parking charges which is unethical and against customer satisfaction for which i heavy told him to drop me before the parking toll gate. This practice will surely spoil the reputation of ola cabs. It is advisable to o instruct the drivers accordingly. Thanks and regards anil kumar dora. [protected].

                                    Sub : Cheating by OLA –Taxi Driver.

                                    On 26th April, 2016 – Tuesday, We arrived at Bangalore Domestic Airport around 9 am.
                                    We were trying to book OLA Taxi and were unable to book due to non availability of mobile signal.
                                    We came out and spotted an OLA taxi waiting for some one else, but the person who booked did not come.
                                    We approached the driver and realised that he was waiting for Mr. Kappor. The driver was willing to cancel Kapoor’s booking & take us to our destination Jayanagar, 7th Block. We started just before 10am .
                                    List of Cheating:
                                    At the Toll gate outside Airport, he asked us to pay the toll money and we gave him cash Rs.140 and paid. We asked him why we should pay.? He said that is the procedure.
                                    It was very hot and we asked him to switch on the A/C. He refused and he said that the petrol was less. He drove for about 20 minutes with out A/C till he reached a petrol station.
                                    I also found out, he had enough petrol to run the A/C, but he purposely did it.
                                    He took around more than 2 hours to reach Jayanagar.
                                    After reaching Jayanager, he asked us to pay around Rs .1380 and we paid him, which is very high.
                                    We paid total around 1380 + 140 ( Toll ) = Rs.1520.
                                    I do not have his car number or name. But I feel you can find out from your records with the help of above details.
                                    I hope that you will take necessary strong action against the driver and inform me the outcome.

                                      Secondly he charge me 4000 for his already broken phone which was kept in tensionally over my luggage while im taking out my luggage from the cab...

                                      Thirdly i miss my flight for the second reason as he take an hour to mess with me...
                                      All the people including the crpf man came out n feel sorry for me today...

                                      Never take ola...nor i"ll suggest...

                                        I had confirmed a booking of ola cab on 23/04/2016 at 2:02 pm. Booking
                                        Tfs-pp-c71332447. As there was a delay in the cab arriving to pick me
                                        Up, i happened to check the registration number of the cab which came
                                        To pick me up.

                                        I was shocked to realise that the cab had a different registration
                                        Number ae6374. (I was not able to note down the complete registration
                                        Number). I refused to board the cab and called customer care to lodge a
                                        Complaint.

                                        The scariest part was that ola has shared my registered mobile number
                                        To all the drivers, as the cab driver who came to pick me up too had
                                        Called me on my mobile number. But this cab's registration was not
                                        Matching with the one in the message that i had received on my
                                        Mobile.

                                        I strongly protest and take stern exception about how did this cab
                                        Driver, who is not authorised, have my mobile number?

                                        I immdtly called up customer care, but till date there has not been any revert from ola.
                                        I had confirmed a booking of Ola Cab on 23/04/2016 at 2:02 pm.Booking
                                        TFS-PP-C71332447. As there was a delay in the cab arriving to pick me
                                        up, I happened to check the registration number of the Cab which came
                                        to pick me up.

                                        I was shocked to realise that the cab had a different registration
                                        number AE6374.(I was not able to note down the complete registration
                                        number).I refused to board the cab and called customer care to lodge a
                                        complaint.

                                        The scariest part was that Ola has shared my registered mobile number
                                        to all the drivers, as the cab driver who came to pick me up too had
                                        called me on my mobile number. But this cab's registration was not
                                        matching with the one in the message that I had received on my
                                        mobile.

                                        I strongly protest and take stern exception about how did this cab
                                        driver, who is not authorised, have my mobile number?

                                        Ola Cabs — Misleading / False Advertising

                                        Ola showing advertisement on TV that they only charge 6rs pkm for micro cab but they don't mention that 100rs for 4km is fixed. It is a clear case of misleading.

                                        failure of credit

                                        I shared my OLA cab ref feral code with my 3 friends but I did not receive any OLA balance after they took rides in it.

                                        Driver charged me extra money apart from bill

                                        My bill is 201 and driver had taken rs251 from me. When I asked him why rs50 extra then he told me because of your luggage. This is not professional n right way to charge extra money.

                                        Ola plz take action on this type of drivers otherwise no one will prefer to travel by ola...n refund me my rs50
