Hi,
I am sohel qazi from hyderabad. My car attached in ola since long but i start driving from 25-april-2016.

On 26-april-2016 i have completed 12 trips & i am eligible for 11 trip mbg incentive i. E rs 4800 after ola commission deduction. But i didn't got any incentive. I was surprised & call the customer care, they replied out of 11 trips 4 trips are invalid. & they suggest me to go ola hyderabad office to resolve this issue.
I went ola office on next day & reached there at 4.35 pm, security does not permit me to go inside he says at 4.30pm server close down.
So i went next day before 4 pm i get inside. Ola employee give me same answer as call centre. I don't know what is invalid or valid trips. Even he don't want to share booking details, at next i meet his supervisor he replies same. Still i am awaiting to resolve this issue from ola.
Today booked cab for fateh nagar, jail road to gurgaon..Got the driver details and cab number dl1rt7595 but when the driver was called he denied pick up.
Highly unprofessional behavior, i am really disappointed with the services of ola.

    Had pre booked an early morning cab to the airport, about 12 hours before. Got the booking number immediately, just to be sure, I called up ola support about 8 hours earlier, to check if they would indeed send the cab at the scheduled time of the morning. They assured me they would do that. 15 minutes before the scheduled time, I hadn't received the cab details yet..I therefore called up Ola support wanting to know the cab details... And then they inform me that the cab is cancelled ... And ask me to book another cab in the Ride Now option, which is completely unreasonable that early in the morning . Ola cabs should not be taking pre bookings if they cannot send a cab at the appointed time. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Ola cabs

      He did not explain about the rate details, he said that he dont about the fare from madanandapuram to koyambedu.
      He cheated us . kindly do the needful.
      we paid for that ride Rs.625/- ( this is unreasonable charge )
      kindly make refund atleast Rs.300/-

        I requested for 6 seater not got and I went with 2 cars today surprisingly for 1 car we paid Rs 459 and 2nd car Rs 607 for the same place. Because driver don't know the place and his gps not working, went some other road. He delayed more than 15 min Disgusting. We never expected this type of service from Ola.

          Ola, once a dream to commute, has become a commercial tool to loot people.
          Even if there is so much talk on banning surge pricing by bangalore govt.
          Ola is continuing to loot people by charging as hight as 3x than the normal pricing.
          Ain't we paying for the diesel/petrol in the normal fares...This is really sick and ola is enjoying sitting back..
          The show won't run for long.Anybody can have a startup and provide these services.
          Goverment must intervene to make these mindless people learn their limits.

            I booked an OLA today, I was charged 1001/- for a 20-Km ride from T C Palya to Majestic Railway station. This is plain cheating. Government has set 19/- as max per km but OLA is not following any government orders! Is this a state with any law & order or OLA kind of cab aggregators are free to cheat people!

              Whenever i try to book micro and mini it shows not available and ride now options never works in micro ola cans. I drove only 1 time n micro.. they overcharges also...
              I took a micro cab from jaitpur extension to tughalkabad it charged 91 rs... last time i booked a mini cab the driver came late and he was eating paan masala, guthka . I felt horrible because chewing ghutkha could b seen as an inappropriate manner which makes customers uncomfortable. The mini cab charged me 87rs from badarpur metro station to jaitpur and micro cab took 91rs from tuglakabad metro station which is just one station ahead of badarpur. Micro cabs takes less.fares but both cabs took almost equal amount
              . Price fare is being taken high may be because of odd even byt this is wrong... if you wont take any action i will be seriously disappointed and will never book an ola cab and i will tell this to everyone near my including my parents neighbours and society too. they will also boycott ola.cab if you dont resolve this.

                Hello ola team,

                Today was my first ola ride which happened to be a disaster and total mismanagement from ola .

                Today i ordered a ola micro cab at 5:50(White indigo) .. Then driver didn't showed up till 6:15 .. Cancelled the cab and lodged a complaint at ola support .. Got instant reply that i got a free update to ola prime(White etios)...But later on got ola cab(White indigo) after waiting for 35 min at 6:23 and in which ac was not working, cab was in terrible condition and then last but not the least i was charged with fare of ola mini where i could have used my first ola ride discount coupon which i couldn't use as i was assuming that i am riding in ola prime (Which was the free upgrade from ola micro(Discount coupon not allowed )to ola prime) and then i reached late at bangalore university where i was supposed to reach at 6:50 but reached at 7:15 and i was not allowed to.Sit in exam.

                Please find below the free upgrade message . I feel looted and had a very disappointing first experience with ola.Requesting a proper action to be taken

                  #ola cabs are you hiring drivers or goonda to fight. Such a bad day to have faced such a worst incident today.

                  Today i booked a cab for my friend who wanted to carry some bags and a bedding to another place. I had already asked the driver about this and he said no problem.

                  After reaching the pick point he said luggages are too much.. And almost was burning from inside. We said him. You can leave if you have a problem. He pushed me back and i was shocked to have encounter a goonda... Is this what your services are..? And you advertise and do all bull propaganda... I bet... #ola you better be serious about it.. Or else.. Your days are numbered..

                    I booked OLA cab to go to Goregaon at 11.20 am approx on sunday 1st May Driver name is naresh and no is [protected] car no MH04ES0754.Driver did not turn up after talking to him also. Thereafter he did not respond to any calls. I used my first time booking code BOOK100 & were charged Rs.112-100 = 12 How ??? and why? I did not use the services..

                    Another time same day I booed taxi for thane from Kurla drives name Asif after confirmation he denied services. I had a hope less experience of OLA cabs.. am putting it on facebook with names of these drivers as well as their car numebrs.

                      I am complaining about the ola cab 3 times high pricing in evening time, without informing to customer.

                      I tool cab from camp, pune to vidya nagar, pune (Distance approx 8km) and during day time ola has charged me 180rs only but the same cab i took in evening 10:00pm it was charged on 3 time more pricing without any intimation, when i called to customer service regarding the same they did not give me proper answer.

                        I have prebooked the ola cab yesterday (30 Apr 16) for 4:10 am today(01 may 16).also I have called the ola customer care and I asked them twice whether it will come by the time or not.he said "for sure it will come sir".
                        At morning I received the message that sorry we are unable to find ola cab for you.due to which we have missed our train due to non availability of cab

                        If they are unable to find taxi for prebooking so why the hell they accept the request during booking.
                        This is clearly a fraud case in which they are giving surety of giving the service and the person believes them and at last they simply say sorry we are unable to find taxi

                          We booked a ola swift desire driven by mr subhankar das ([protected]) for crn[protected]who picked us @ 6:19 pm on 29apr from ruby bypass, kolkata.Initially he refused to go to behala since he does not want to face "terriffic" traffic jam at behala. We somehow convinced him to take some alternative route to avoid the jam. Through out the jouney he showed unacceptable attitude as if he was doing some favour to us. Further more he refused to pay the change of 200/- and started arguing and demonstrating unruly behaviour. Kindly probe the same

                            He did not reached in the next 6 mins which the app showed the reaching time. And then he cancelled the booking . Also instead of cooperating in understanding the location he was pricking an argument and was talking very rudely. He was shouting on the phone and instead of listening to my instructions he was shouting and fussing about not able to find the location. And as i mentioned he could not find the location so he cancelled the booking .

                              On 25th April (Monday) I pre-booked a Ola for going to Bangalore airport at 11 am and got a confirmation number CRN[protected] with driver Shivaraju S in a Silver Indica KA545189. Around 11 am when I called to check where my Ola was the driver said I'm outside the gate, please talk to security. We stay inside IIMB campus where security needs permission to let drivers'in. However when I was talking to the security (assuming it's IIMBs) he mentioned that it was a private flat somewhere else. The driver told me that my location was showing somewhere else and didn't even try to locate and come to the pickup point, but cancelled the confirmed booking. At this time I was desperately trying to locate another taxi. Many taxis were available but while booking the cab it kept saying 'Booking failure''. Finally when we found a taxi I had to pay 2.9 times the regular fare to reach my destination. I had the same experience 2 days before when I tried to book a cab to go to Rajajinagar for a temple visit. 'Booking failure'happened 6 times and after 10 mins msgs were coming regarding the booking. This is either a new trick of Ola or a bug in their system. Better stay away from Ola for sometimes friends. Just a friendly warning. I'll try to see if I can write an online petition to stop this public harassment.

                                I had booked aa cab on 18th of april from RR Nagar(bangalore) to international airport(bangalore).. and it charged me 1092rs. whereas the estimated fair showed 350rs...
                                they have charged parking charges as 80rs, but the cab has not stopped even for a min..

                                The following are the bill details.. I completely agree to the peak charges(1.2x) but wat about the rest.? Could you please let me know as to why have they chaged so much.??

                                    I have booked s Cab with Ola today to pick me up from Hulimavu at 7.30 pm. Ola confirmed the booking vide CRN[protected] at 17.05 hrs. At 19.16 hrs Ola sent a SMS reading as "You've got a free upgrade! CRN[protected]Driver MANJUNATH T.K. ([protected]), Silver Verito KA51C6068 will pick you up @ 7.30 pm 29 April.
                                    The Driver called me at 7.15 pm to confirm the location to pick me up and said that he is on Begur and is coming. Since he did not reach till 7.35 pm, I called him again. He said he is coming. He did not reach till 7.47 pm. Again I called him. This time he did not answer my call. At 7.42 pm
                                    I got a SMS from Ola reading as "Ola, Sorry Driver cancelled your booking CNR[protected] after waiting for your pick up longer than max. wait time". This is wrong.
                                    I want to know why the Driver misrepresented the fact and why is disappointing it's customers like this by dishonring the confirmed booking at the last minute.

                                      I wish to bring the following bitter experience to your kind attention and response.
                                      I’m muthukumaran, aged 67 years and just about 10 days ago underwent a cataract surgery.
                                      Today ( 29th april 2016) morning at about 10.20 am i booked ola micro thro mob. App and it was confirmed with a message saying that the cab will be arriving in 5 minutes and i also noticed the cab moving and then i noticed ti will reach in 4 minutes. I received a message at 10.26 am informing the name of the driver as prabhu t ([protected]) for crn[protected], white figo tn38b9043 to pick you up at 10.26 am
                                      As the said cab did nt turn up, i called prabhu at 10.36 am and he said that he did nt receive any booking till now.He further said that he is waiting for booking. So i got confused and did nt know what to do.
                                      Then to my surprise i received another message at 10.35 am informing that your cab has arrived on time. So i called prabhu again and he denied receiving any booking and he is also confused and asked me to cancel my booking!
                                      When i tried to do the same i clicked the option : driver denied but i received a message at 10.41 am saying that the booking crn[protected] has been cancelled as per your request.
                                      I will appreciate if you could clarify the following
                                      -how can the driver prabhu crn crn[protected], could say that he did nt receive any booking when it was confirmed by you ?
                                      -i also noticed the cab moving so from 5 minutes it came down to 4 minutes, what does it mean
                                      -how can you send a message informing that the cab driven by driver prabhu crn crn[protected] has arrived to pick me up ?
                                      -even then the driver prabhu crn crn[protected] denied receiving any booking ? How could it happen ?
                                      I was really upset and tensed as i planned to go early with my aged mother and return as it was getting hot !
                                      I would like to get a reply from you for the above lapse and who is at fault /
                                      Expecting a proper reply at the earliest

                                        I had one of the worst experience with ola cabs. The cab driver did not even bother to call to inquire about the pick-up location. I had to make multiple calls and then the driver started telling me i need to walk up to the main road which is almost 1km from my office. The reason for me to book a cab was to not walk that distance because i was unwell. I had to pick my sister on the way (Please note that there was no deviation taken for this purpose. My sister was already waiting in the bus stop). When i asked the driver to stop for a minute he cancelled the ride and asked me to book again. I have no idea what made him do that. If i have to book a cab again then ola was charging peak time charges which i was not willing to pay because of the driver's insanity. This was completely unacceptable. We had to get out of the cab and take an auto for the rest of the journey. Please take action against the driver so no one else has to be a victim of his insanity.
