    Hi, Booked an Ola cab from Novotel hotel, hyderabad. overall journey was about 8 kms. I had previously re-charged my Ola money and a whopping Rs.530 got deducted for such a short trip. This is highly unacceptable. Why do they advertise Rs. 10 per km and then charge such a hefty amount?

      Ola being an Indian company must understand the demography of the population. While senior management promised an inclusive customer service, there is no option for senior citizens to book, unless they use an app. Ola also refuses to re-book cab themselves even if the booking is cancelled by Ola for any reason and forces customer to book through app, even if customer has no option to connect to internet to use the app and even if it is an emergency like reaching train stations or airports or hospitals. This is particularly painful for helpless senior citizens who cannot rush out or arrange an alternate transport if Ola cancels the cab from their side and refuses to re-book insisting to use the app.

        I am a regular user of ola cab service. User email - biswajit.[protected]@tatamotors.com Mob no - [protected] On 05/07/2015 my wife and I was travelling from Kolkata to Jamshedpur. So I was in requirement of a Cab service from Tata Nagar Railway Station to Telco Colony at around 9.55pm. As my mob was not working, I got the booking through one of my my friend who is also a regular user of Ola cab. Booking no was CRN[protected] After reaching destination through ola cab No 1408 (White Indica Car), driver named Mr. Kaur (Mob no- [protected]) / Vishal Singh [protected] refused to return back Rs50/- which was an additional pay to the exact amount Rs.141 by mistake. Total Rs191 was paid to him but he refused to return back Rs50/- as he claimed that it was his. All of a sudden within a few seconds of discussion he started misbehaving with us and tore all the money which was paid by me on our face. After that he called on my personal mobile and started abusing me and offended me with slang language which can not be mentioned here. Me and my family is extremely disturbed with such a ruthless incident. After facing this brutal behavior from your driver I am very much scared o[censored]sing this service any more. I would like to draw attention from highest level of authority to this incident for proper justice and our security. We are feeling insecurity from this Cab driver.

          I Sagardeep Tanwar booked ola cab on 05/08/2015 from Sadh Nagar Gali No-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-45 to Amity University Noida, Sector -125 nearly distance 33 Kms one way from the pickup point.Taxi No-HR-55 Z0874 driver namely Surender opted a long distance intensely to get charge more and it came about 47 Kms. and he charged Rs 610. When I came to know about this incident from my child and wife who traveled in that taxi, I was dam disappointed the service of the Ola-Cab. Earlier also I booked ola cab several times for my child from Palam Colony to Amity University and the bill never crossed Rs 350/-. Ola cab was more trusted for me but after this incident it crossed a Laxman rekha infront of me and in future I have to think 100 times to book ola-cab. The cheating of ola-cab made me more cautious in near future and I will scared to book ola-cab in near future. Good By to ola-cab for me who had broken my trust on it. Sagar Deep

            Ola is no more trustworthy!! Didn't expected such an incident from Ola I'm a regular user of Ola and now I will be no more.Since last two months I'm booking your cab for the same destination and your drivers are dropping me there without any hesitation and denial. Today suddenly the driver stopped in the midway where there was unavailability of any alternative and told me that the area you are going is in the outskirts of the city and I will not get any bookings from there so I will not go further. After this I called upon your number where they told me that in that area we don't provide services. I told them that Since last two months I'm going to the same place by your cab only you can check it. They again replied the same thing that we don't provide service in that area sorry for that. I told them sorry is not a solution provide me with a solution. They again told that we are very sorry we do not provide service in this area. I insisted that have a check i daily go to the same place then he told that ok I'm checking and put my call on hold and didn't replied for the next 10 minutes and cut the call. Then I again called and repeated the same story to some other representative and he also did the same. Then I again called then the representative told yes we can drop you there but with an extra charge of Rs.200/-. I told them daily I'm travelling with the normal fare to the very same location then they told no we don't provide service in that area so sorry for that. Again they repeated the same thing then I again called and repeated my story then again they replied me with the same argument, she further added that you can ask the driver privately if he can drop you we cannot force him and she also put my call on hold. Then again I called and repeated my story and got the sam reply. In all this more than 30 minutes were wasted and I got late for my office. On insisting again and again driver agreed to drop me but my bill increased. No one is there to answer. No one responded. How can one trust Ola if someone is struck in such a situation? How will my time and mental torture will be repaid? If your customer is in a problem you provide "sorry" not a "Solution". It's very unfortunate for me to say that Oa has lost my faith. Your competitor is more promising and customer friendly. My question is still the same why you were dropping me since last two months if you do not provide service in that area?

              I had booked ola cab on 18th July, 2015 at Hyderabad. My CRN number is[protected].

              I had registered a complaint against the driver. I was told that your complaint would be resolved within 24 hrs, but it has been now 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from ola cabs

              We were two passengers travelling on the same cab. We had called ola cab helpline 33553355. They apologized for this and asked us to divide the taxi fare. As only one bill could be generated for this, so ola cab cancelled my booking and generated the bill on the name of other passenger. But when we reached the airport the driver refused for this and took the money and didn't even gave us the balance money and simply ran away.

              As we were already getting late for our flight, I could not catch him. I had again called ola helpline and told about the whole incidence.

              But no action was taken by ola cabs.

              This was not expected from such a reputed taxi service like ola cabs.

                Dear sir, I have booked a cab on 31 Jul 2015 vide booking no CRN[protected]. The total distance is only 16.27 kms and time is 38.52 minutes. Ola cab has charged me for the 5 km Rs 80 and balance at the slab. Also they have charges me for the correct time charges Rs.33.52. What surprised me is the looting of another Rs.330.71 in the name of Peak Pricing Charges making me to pay around Rs.599 against a mere 200. This is a real day light robbery from the customer who are cheated outrightly. The charges of Rs.33.52 and Rs.330.71 may be reimbursed as unauthorised.

                  Date of Incident : 1st Aug'2015 Client Number : +[protected] Driver Number : +[protected] I was to Travel on Sunday 2nd Aug'15 ( Midnight 1:00 AM International Flight ) . Considering the rainy season condition then in Kolkata I booked an Ola Cab in advance on 31st July'15 and they confirmed the booking with CRN Number :[protected] . I know there are some streets water logged in that time but should not be a problem for a cab for my area where I live in . Anyway I was waiting for their 30 mins prior message as I need to depart on 10:40 p.m on 1st Aug'15 and I got that at 10:13 Mr.Ejaz will pick me up ( Screenshot attached ) . I called the driver instantly to help him with the route so that there is no unnecessary delay . He took my address and said that may be he would be delayed by 10-15 mins . I said 10-15 mins is ok but not more than that as I needed to catch the flight . Suddenly I got a message from OLA saying that my trip has been cancelled as they didn't find a cab near my location . I called the driver again to check that out and he said to contact with customer care . I called customer care and they said Mr.Ejaz, the driver is suddenly refusing to pick up in water logged condition . I confirmed them in my route there is minimal water logged and shouldn't be a problem . But they said they are sorry . I didn't have the time to dig that out from Ola thay why this has happened but if Fliht carrier have not extended their timeline on that night I may have missed that flight which I never though of . Desirable Resolution : - Want OLA Cabs a written regret letter explaining why this has happened and assuring this will never in future . - Why they have not informed me in earlier even they had over 1 day to schedule and arrange cab for me . - Why they allow their driver to take decision whether they will go or not, in that case why they haven't any backup driver arranged My Mail Id is : [protected]@gmail.com and Local Number is : +[protected] Taiwan ) I want OLA's reply on this as soon as possible

                    What is this surcharge? Why you are not mentioning properly this in your apps while booking? When I was booking cab it shows only surcharge without mentioning how much it will be.Its look like that ola cab is cheating the customer keeping the hiden charge. I will make sure that my friends and colleagues circle should not go for this cab.

                      Ola Cabs is discriminating against customers who want to book their cab through customer care. They outwardly, arrogantly reject customers trying to book cab via customer care and insist that only customers with smart phones can avail OLA Cabs service. The rest of those without a smart phone are ridiculed, discriminated and humiliated. Such disgusting services (or lack of it) from Ola! Shame on you people at OLA.

                          Date: 30th July 2015 I had Rs. 200 in OLA money on 30th July 2015. After reaching the destination, without deducting from the OLA money they have asked my relative to pay the whole amount i.e 250 Rs through cash. Later they have deducted Rs 200 from OLA money as well. They are cheating people by playing such cheap tricks on people. Everyday when I call them, they say they will refund it by the end of the day, but till date i have not received my money back. This is really bad. request you to action on this.

                            I am Avaneesh Pandey, a senior government officer of Central Government. I go to Bangalore quite often. I booked Ola cab twice in Baglore on two different occasions
                            1 Once for Airport for 16th March 2015, vide CRN 67841439, booking date 15/03/2015. Ola Cab was supposed to pick me up at 9.30 am from the exact address provided
                            2. On Second occasion for 10th July for Banglore City station from Byrasandra vide CRN 98619354. The cab was booked for 09.00 am on 10th July.2014
                            On both of these occasions the cab not only delayed, didn’t arrive but kept giving us the confusing signals, misinformation and ill behaviour by driver, irresponsible response from the Ola cab authorities.

                            Both the times they were defaulters till last and I have to resolve to alternative arrangement at last. This has caused me a lot of mental agony

                              I had booked a ola cab on[protected], from Jp Nagar 7th Phase to Satellite bus stand. Usually maximum charge would be Rs 180. But on[protected], i had to pay Rs 447. This is cheating customers, From here onwards will never use your ola service and also never recommend to any one also
                              I have checked in ola cab website faq (https://www.olacabs.com/info/faqs#PeakTimeCharge) and in that they have mentioned PeakTimeCharge and payment copy

                                  I have booked OLA cabs in the night for a ride on the next day morningcrn:[protected].

                                  The driver detail were sent just minutes prior to the ride and that after calling up the customer service. When contacted the driver, the driver just denied from coming. After that again contacted the customer service and they again allocated another driver who also denied from coming. Then after calling the customer service, they assigned a third driver who also denied from coming when contacted. After that i have cancelled the trip.

Due to drivers compulsion, that I had to pay Rs.143 that showed up on driver's device and also that below invoice of Rs.70 for below ride was sent out (also SMS ) only after I got down from cab, I ended up paying Rs.143 for the ride whose actual cost is just Rs.70 Pls credit balance Rs.73 to my account ASAP Regards, Kanmani S Please not that, above was my complaint e-mail that was raised to OLA cabs, but still no response from them on crediting back overcharged amount of Rs.73 to my OLA account. Every time, I call Support team of OLA cabs (+[protected], they simply cut my call saying overcharged amount will be credited in an hour. but still no sign of it, for past 10 days, despite my repeated calls and repeated e-mails to their support team ([protected]@olacabs.com) Requesting your intervention ans support, to credit back overcharged amount of Rs.73 and also the call charges that was incurred (STD calls from Chennai - Bangalore Support Team), for past 10 days, for the agony faced me.                                       Dear Support, I had credited my Ola Money on 22nd July 2015 with Rs. 1999. On the same day, I booked ola cab to airport. But at the end of the trip, to my surprise my ola money was reflecting zero balance. I paid in cash (Rs. 1494) to driver on goodwill on olacabs. I immediately raised a complaint with you[protected] regarding this and I was told that due to technical issues my ola money was showing zero and trip amount has been debited from my olamoney as well. I got an assurance that the issue will be resolved and my ola money will be credited back with trip amount within 24 hours. However, when i returned from my trip on 24th july 2015 and checked my olamoney balance at airport, i found that the issue was not resolved yet. Again I had to book a taxi to return home and pay in cash. When I called your customer care (3 times on 24th july) they did not have any clue about my complaint due to 'technical issues'. I want you to credit the whole amount (Rs.1999) to my credit card, as this is an exceptional case caused due to technical issues at your end. I do not want to book olacab just because I have surplus 1999 rs in my ola money. It is my hard earned money which I transferred to you trusting that it will be put to right use. Now that I have paid in cash, either pay me in cash or return the credit to my olamoney. Thank you, Valesh Pereira
