I have already complaint to[protected] on helpline yesterday.
He assure me that above money will automatically credited my above account within 24 hours.

I ordered a OLA cab a week back and the driver purposely took a longer and more crowded route, on pointing this out the driver instead of continuing on the route took a uturn and took the originally correct route resulting in extra charge, later on when my mother said she would not pay the extra money he used disgraceful terms.
