Dear sir, This is to notify you that I, Rituraj Singh Butola had made a booking with OLA CABS on 19th July for a cab to be provided (pick up point Gurgaon and drop point Domestic Airport) on 20th July at 4:30 a.m This booking was extremely urgent as I had an important meeting in Mumbai on the morning of 20th July. I had made the booking on 19th July at 11:07 am and had been assured that I would get the driver details half an hour before my pick up. I called up again at 11:29 PM of 19th July re-confirming my booking. I was given an assurance again. On 20th July, at 3:55 a.m i got a message from OLA cabs with the driver details (Mr Sandeep, Mob No. [protected], Cab No. - HR 56A 5670) However, after 5 minutes I got a call from the driver who stated Tyre Puncture as his reason for not being able to pick me up as scheduled, confirmed and re-confirmed by the company. Since, it was a very urgent meeting which I could not afford to miss, I called up OLA cabs again helplessly asking for alternatives. They informed me that no cabs whatsoever would be available until an hours time. They messaged me at 5:53 a.m saying "We regret to inform the cancellation of your booking CRN[protected] We'd have loved to serve you." I ended up missing my flight. This is not the kind of service expected out of a company that is operating all over India. I hope this issue is rightly addressed and a compensation of my loss is made. I not only missed my flight but a very important business meeting. On behalf of millions o[censored]sers, i urge you to kindly treat this as urgent and do the needful.'     I have booked a cab from my place to Airport at morning 3:15 AM but there was no response up to 4 AM, after we booked a cab in fast track which was superb came in 5 minutes after my call.We got a message containing driver mobile number from OLA, At that time we starting traveling and we canceled OLA booking.

      Ola cab confirmed my booking, promising service pf 2/cars within 16mins. After waiting for 10mins I called their assigned driver Sushil Roy who yelled about trying to call me and then cancelled my booking. The other driver didn't bother to receive my call or come to my address. Ola assigned a third driver Gajanand Dubey who was to come within 10minutes. On calling him, he said he was 40mins away. He also asked about my destination and then refused to drop me there, asking me to cancel the booking. When I refused his request, he said he would cancel it. After 15mins I receive a bill of ₹146 from Ola. And after 40mins the second driver arrives to my address, denying about any cancellation requests made by him.I called Ola Cabs to complain about the entire ordeal, and they promised to cancel my bill. But that hasn't been cancelled yet.

      I have booked a cab on 26.07.15 at18:00 hrs and OLA confirm the same. At 5:40 when no driver details comes to me than I call the customer care and the reply was positive from that side and confirm the driver details will be send with in 10 minutes.
      After 10 min. The driver details is received to me through SMS. At 5:55 when there is no response from driver ie no call than I called him and surprisingly he deny to come and pick me up than immediately call the customer care and she puts my call on hold and ask me to wait. At the same time a message appear on my mobile saying that my cab is cancelled the phone is still on HOLD.
      I manager other cab and come out a Km far from my house, There is a OLA cab RJ 19 2439 is standing and searching for customers.

      I feel that OLA is good but for a place like Jodhpur it is not sucessful.

        Hello Folks, I would like to share my complaint registered with OLA in which one of their cabs was involved in an accident and their shocking and irresponsible reply. Please share this further if you feel it fit to be shared further with your friends and general public. I am writing to express my disappointment & displeasure of highest degree at your services and customer support. I had registered a complaint on the 17th June'15 stating that your OLA cab bumped into my stationary car with a great impact from rear. The impact was so strong that my vehicle in turn bumped into the vehicle right in front of me. There has been considerable damage to my vehicle and the vehicle in front of me for which I hold yourselves responsible. On the very first day I was told that the driver would reach out to me to settle and resolve the issue which hasn't happened as yet. In fact he is not acknowledging our calls anymore. Every time I call yourselves I am subjected to the standard script of 'Sorry for the inconvenience' which adds to the frustration. What further adds to my frustration is that on each occasion I am asked to contact the driver directly which I fail to understand. Please understand that it is not my responsibility to contact the driver but it is yours to take action against your reckless drivers and address my concerns. On one occasion the agent I spoke to conferenced the driver who then on call promised that he would visit us but then again it has been over 5 days now. Yesterday when I called yourself again and the agent tried conferencing the driver a couple of times but the driver did not answer the call wish doesn't paint a very good picture of your internal co-ordination. While speaking to one of your 'Floor Coach' I was very categorically told to much of my surprise 'OLA is not responsible for it's drivers' and was asked to contact the driver again to resolve this issue. I was abruptly told by the same floor coach yesterday to file a police complaint against the driver and pursue this matter further. Please be acknowledged that I did not need your permission to file a police complaint, the only reason we did not proceed in that direction is because We were assured by your representatives that this would be resolved & settled. It's been almost 20 days since this complaint was filed and despite numerous calls to yourselves and the driver your lack of intent & the commitment to resolve the issue is quite evident. What further worries me is that OLA hasn't barred the driver responsible for this mishap and he continues to ferry the rides which in my opinion is a threat to public safety. Furthermore to your knowledge the third party ( whom my car bumped into) has been harassing me for compensation and has been calling me numerous times per day adding to the frustration. The rear impact has caused injuries to the spine of the passengers. After a fortnight of hassle and harassment I know the following for a fact: 1. OLA is not responsible for it's drivers so if in future there is crime/accidents committed by one of your drivers you come out clean. 2. You have the worst customer care or support who lack empathy & intent to resolve issues. 3. OLA lacks accountability. 4. OLA lacks credibility. 4. I am no longer a prospective customer and along with me 2 dozen of my relatives who were witness to this accident.

        <OLA's RESPONSE>Hey, as you are aware we are a cab aggregator company who don’t own any of the cabs. Since you have brought this to our notice that one ofour drivers was involved in this unfortunate accident we will for sure provide all necessary assistants in case you want to proceedlegally against the driver.< MY COUNTER RESPONSE>I am least bit surprised by your response however my disappointment is exponential in nature. Your response in a way is summary of my observations in my complaint so there is absolutely novalue addition to it.You provide services and there has to be a liability & accountability for the services you offer, that is generic business model.You have 100's of cabs running around the cities with your brand painted on them so what makes you say you are not responsible for the services you offer.Are you saying your brand is no better than a lame Chinese product with zero guarantee?Is your response going to the same as given above if one of the drivers is involved in a molestation case against a female passenger?This has happened with another service provider but they were decent enough to immediately acknowledge the incident, reach out to the victim andtake necessary action against the driver. In our case neighter happened immediately and the driver continues to ferry the rides till date.I sincerely believe that you should add a caution on your cabs saying 'ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK'.People should be aware of the risks involved since you have made a very bold statement 'OLA is not responsible for its drivers & to what happens to the on board passengers who are at the mercy of thereckless drivers'

          car RJ 20 TA 2303 ola cab In kota city...Rajasthan..at station road around 1 o'clock, appeared recklessly from break through divider on road...so fast that me and another car just missed an accident..! The other car had to apply brakes so hard to avoid accident that the car slipped. After nearly missing accident the ola cab driver still was driving recklessly..! The car next to us also took his cab details as I did...they would also report about this càse..!(I guess) I am reporting this because it was very close call...!we were really frightened for a moment...! PLZ warn the driver or take necessary steps...! I was just able to memorize the cab number ...as cab drove off so fast that I couldn't take a picture of it...!

            This is to inform that yesterday i.e. on 23rd July I have availed OLA cab at around 9:45 AM from Shyambazar to CIT road, invoice no CRN[protected]. The distance is 8.95 KM and I have been charged Rs- 429/- . This amount is exorbitantly high and therefore I called the customer care. As per your call center executive, this is the pick time and there are fewer amounts of vehicles in Kolkata. Therefore I have been charged Rs- 429/-. She added that sometime the ‘pick price charge’ is put on the actual amount and the amount become high, and it is my fault that I have agreed the terms and condition of OLA cabs at the time booking. Below details is for the reference First 4 km: ₹99.0 Rate for 4.95 km: ₹59.4 Free ride time (10 min) ₹0.0 Ride time charge for 26.23 min: ₹26.23 Peak Pricing charge (2.2x) ₹221.56 Total tax ₹22.75 . Now my questions are • If OLA Cabs is having less no. of vehicles, Who is responsible for that? • If OLA Cabs become unable to fulfill the demand of people, why should I pay this high amount. At the time of booking I thought if OLA is charging ‘Pick price charge’, then maximum it can be Rs- 250/- because the normal taxi takes maximum Rs-100/- from Shyambazar to CIT Road. . As per the calculation I have been charged Rs-48/- per Km, which is not at all convenient for a middle class people. I have mail to OLA(Email id:[protected]@olacabs.com) regarding this on 24th July, but not yet got any response. Request you to kindly look into this matter. Thanks & Regards, Abhijit Chakraborty
            Hello, we had similar experience and UBER and other local services are good. This new OLA should be banned.

            Immediately lodge a complaint with government department in your area.

            Sending email to customer care is waste. I have even spoke with their supervisors.

            They will listen only ONCE they are banned.

            Here you need to realize the local government departments responsible for providing license to their services.

            JUST taking TAXES is not government duty. If they cannot stop this kind of fraud then there is no need of those departments. We are already paying too too much taxes and because of our taxes ONLY they are living. Either police. Government or any department.

              CRN[protected] These low rates are just an eyewash. Whenever I book a cab, I am asked to pay 1.7 to 2.5 times the normal fare. For example, for this CRN, the rate per Km was Rs 11 and not Rs 8 as stated for Delhi and I had to pay 1.7X the fare, which ultimately turned out to be the highest cab fare I have ever paid for any taxi from Delhi Airport to my home. It is like the olden times when the cab drivers used to hold you at ransom demanding more money than the normal fare. At least then you had the option to bargain, here you do not have that option at all. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied by the demand of extra fare which I feel is like black marketing.

                Above bill charged twiecely - 1. Payment given cash rs 182 to driver randhir meena of tata indigo rj14ta 8708.
                2. Payment debited my ola account [protected] as well.
                I have already complaint to[protected] on helpline yesterday.
                He assure me that above money will automatically credited my above account within 24 hours.
                But unfortunately it is not yet credited.
                You are requested to credit the same as earliest.

                  I ordered a OLA cab a week back and the driver purposely took a longer and more crowded route, on pointing this out the driver instead of continuing on the route took a uturn and took the originally correct route resulting in extra charge, later on when my mother said she would not pay the extra money he used disgraceful terms. After pointing out this to the customer care they told me it was because of EID that the driver took a longer route but there is no such hindrance in that route and i know this since i am a resident of the city and not a visitor. the customer care showed no support whatsoever and instead told me that my money is not worth to be refunded. complaint number at OLA-3382756

                    I am having trouble with Ola Cabs application due to which I am not able to book cabs online. My money is stuck in Ola and they are not helping in getting it back. The chain of mail started on 3rd July and its been 20 days that no one is responding for the same. The only reply I am getting is that the technical team will call me back but there is no reply.

                        Booking time 05:06 PM, 16 Jul 2015 Pickup time 10:15 PM, 17 Jul 2015 Pickup address Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Car type Min i The above transaction booked on 16th July at 17.06 pm for my journey from Porur (Alapakkam) to Central Railway station for me and my wife (both senior citizens) at 10.15 pm to catch my train at 11.35 pm Howrah Mail from Chennai to Rajahmundry. The same is confirmed by you with CRN[protected]. Thereafter around 21.35 pm on 17th July I have received a confirmation message SMS giving the details of cab driver with name: Ravi [protected] and informed that Mr. Ravi will be contacting us shortly. In the meantime, another SMS message came from you stating that the booking was cancelled, without giving any reasons for cancellation of my already registered and noted booking. When I contacted your No. 33553355. I was informed that the booking was cancelled and they will be able to arrange one more vehicle if the booking is again done through your app. There was no power in our house between 9.00 pm and 10.45 pm and the internet/app could not be operated without power. I informed the service providers about my inefficiency to book thorugh app and requested them to take a manual booking and arrange to send the vehicle immediately as I was not at fault in cancellation of the already booked confirmed cab. The same was not heard by your opertors/servcice people and they bluntly informed that once cancelled can not be revoked and without fresh booking by app/net they can not etertain a new booking.I am not apprehending any reason for the cancellation as the same was not done at my instance. As the time was very short, I have to run helter and shelter in the drizzling rain to catch an alternate vehicle. As the time is very odd, no vehicle including auto was available till 11.35 pm. Finally I have bargained an auto for Rs.400/- and reached central which resulted in my train leaving the station, causing a heavy loss of about Rs. 3, 000 towards ticket charges. I am forced to wait till morning 7.45 am in the station to get a train and go in a heavy rush upto Vijayawada and thereafter by another train to Rajahmundry to reach around 10.35 in the night. The inconvenience and trouble is unbearable causing a heavy loss of money and mental agony to our family. Further I have registered a compant with your office over phone vide complaint NO.3441697 around 10.30 am to 18th and there is no response from your office till date. I request you to please look into the matter and arrange to reimburse the loss of about Rs.5, 000/- incurred by us for cancellaltion and re purchase of fresh tickets for our onward journey after a wait of more than 10 hours at the central station and reach our place around 10.35 night instead of 10.00 in the morning Please take up the matter and reply me immediately failing which I may be constrained to take further action for the deficiency in services offered by you.                           I use ola cabs on a regular basis in Delhi. I use the cabs and the autos and the service is usually impeccable lest this case. I called for an auto to pick me up from my office to drop me home. The auto arrived on time and at the exact place after giving a few instructions to the driver. Got into the auto and reached home. While standing under my building the meter read Rs. 78. I took out a note of Rs. 100 and handed it to the driver and along with 3 rupees as I was under the impression that the meter read 77. The balance he would return to me would be 20 rupees. The driver in a very rude manner threw my 3 rupees at me and said I will give you 7 rupees and keep your 3 rupees with you. I was shocked and asked why, so he said u have to pay 10 rupees over the meter charge. Again very shocked as I always paid what the meter would show every time I booked an auto through ola. If this is a rule, why are we not informed of this? I feel disgraced to argue with an auto driver over 10 rupees. To make matters worse after calling the customer service, they seemed least bothered and said 'we'll check with the driver.' How does that serve my purpose? The driver would say he's innocent. The executive also did not bother finding out the details of my complaint and did so only after I asked him so. I feel wronged being loyal to a particular brand. I would like the authorities to please look into this.

                            I am a visitor to Pune for a business visit for 4 days. I can understand Hindi but can't speak. The company location is 10 km away from the hotel where I stay. I obviously need cab every morning and evening to travel to and fro between the client location and the hotel. I thought Ola was the best option and try book cabs on each way. Here are the issues I had faced within 3 days: day-1: The driver didn't know where was Viman Nagar (I am 3 days old in Pune and I know the areas around already). Finally he reached Viman Nagar after 20 mins early in the morning (Hotel receptionists were communicating to him). I had to go to Hadapsar and he didn't know any prominent locations in Hadapsar either. It's totally 25 mins way from hotel to the client location and it took 1.25 hours. Day-2: On my way back to hotel: I booked the cab and no call from the cab for 15 mins. I called him and he said he was already there at the nearby hospital entrance. Cool. I walked up there and couldn't find any cab. I handed over the phone to a local person (I didn't know that he was an auto rikshaw driver who hated Ola cabs) and asked him to guide the address and he misguided the Ola driver. Called the driver again and told him that I was at the hospital entrance. Never turned up. After 10 mins I see that the cab was had passed next to me, went ahead of me. Called him again and asked him to stop the cab wherever he was and told him that I was just behind him and running behind the cab. He never stopped. He said he would come and pick me up (don't know from where). It was raining. By now I was already in front of the next building from the hospital as I was running to catch the cab. I called the driver again, handed over the phone to a bank official and he guided him the right address but still the cab hadn't arrived. Finally cab driver stopped responding to my calls. I didn't have the internet on my phone, I was far away from wifi and my only hope was to get this cab. My trial continued. I called the customer service. I was explaining him everything, also told him that I didn't know to speak Hindi. He said he would call the driver, got back to me and said that I had to stand at one place (I was running around because cab driver made me run around). I stood. Cab had to come in 5 mins. Nothing arrived for 20 mins. Called customer service again and the same guy answered and spoke to me 5 mins in Hindi. I wanted to stop and request him to speak in English he never let me. I finally reminded him that I didn't know to speak Hindi and he told me that "I spoke with you in Hindi for 5 mins. You already have understood. How can u say u don't know". I don't know to SPEAK Hindi. I can understand (1.5 hours already). Day-3: I booked Ola and waited for 30 mins for the call. I called him. He answered and said "Cab is broken". Perfect. I cancelled and tried to book another Ola. Every time the same broken cab was getting booked. I called him and said "Please disable your radar if your cab is not ready for the drop" He disconnected my call. This time I was in wifi zone, but it said "Unable to reach our servers" for 1 hour. Call to customer service: "I cannot help you. Sorry. Try after some time. You may have some luck". I have travelled 14 countries in the world now. Never faced such a pathetic customer service until date. I wonder, how would a foreigner manage to deal with such people? Welcome to Pune and have a good time with Ola :-)

                              I had missed my flight on 30th April because my cab haven't arrived. I had booked City Taxi Mini CRN79072780 from my home to the airport.I contacted the driver and he kept on saying that I am coming in 2 mins. In-fact he was lying and he was not on the road as well as I was unable to hear any noise. He told us that there is a strike in Pune so he will drop us 1 km away from the airport, we agreed to this as well. But he did not come. This is not expected from a cab service company. I have suffered a huge loss due to this as I was travelling with my family. And I had to take next day flight costing 50k. And at the end, my cab was cancelled as well. Please note that it was not done by me. This was a very bad experience and not expected from Ola. Ola should be responsible enough that people don't miss their flight/travel due to their poor service. Or at-least the driver should be honest enough that people can look for other alternatives. If he had told me within the time frame then I could have boarded my flight on time.

                                Date: 8th July 2015 I have credited Rs. 200 to OLA money on 8th July 2015. After reaching the destination, without deducting from the OLA money they have asked me to pay the whole amoiunt through cash. Later they have deducted Rs200 from OLA money as well. They are cheating people by playing such cheap tricks on people. Everyday when I call them, they say they will refund it by the end of the day, but till date i have not received my money back. And they say that they can only credit in OLA money and not to my account. This is really bad. request you to action on this.

                                  we had booked a Ola cab at 1.10p.m and he was asked to come and report at jaylakshmipuram state bank of Mysore by 1.20p.m, we had got an information from the Ola people that Nagesh.N will come and pick us up in his silver Tata Indica car baring the car number KA-09-B- 8508 and then he arrived at a wrong place and called us up and informed that we had to come there where he had parked his car.He was very arrogant, rude and manerless.Is Ola company so desperate to employ such uncouth drivers.Necessary action is required.
                                  ola cab services do not deserve to be rated.It is waste of time to rate them

                                    On 12th July I order an OLA cab to my residence in HSR layout, Bangalore to drop my parents at their Whitefield home. While paying the bill at Whitefield my father accidently left his brand new 25k worth mobile phone in the back seat of the cab. He realized it as soon as he reached home and called the CAB company. They contacted the driver who flatly denied having taken it. this was obviously a liew since the phone was for sure left in the cab. We lodged an FIR with cops giving the driver details. Nothing has happened yet. OLA had promised to investigate this and take action. So far no action by police or OLA . Looks like the thief (cab driver) is going to get away scot free! Amit Mannan

                                      I am an old customer of Ola cabs.I have also deposit of Rs 2180/- as ola money.For the last about a week I am unable to book a cab.When I book cab for any time today or next day I only get a reply that no cab is available .It is surprising that no cab is available for any time.                                         i olaI was been charged more on the ride inside of rs 40 I was force to give 80 rs + 10 as the auto drive demanded as this was booked for my guest think ola auto would be safe but in return my guest was fedup by give more amount for the ride Even and again I would not refer OLA ...Note .it a regular route as v travel though a normal auto its cast only maximum 40 to 45 rs but I wounded this instance the OLa auto show 80 + 10 = 90 rs I really dont know what was the route the drive took..and did it so ..f..*****And till now I did not get the message r a complete ride details though message r the mail ..that the recipient cost REPLY FROM OLA Ola Harish,  Thank you for writing in. This e-mail is in regard to your booking KRN 25843441 where the driver has unfortunately covered a longer route for the ride.                                         I was really not happy wit the reply which I got from Team OLA.it was just a eye was refund 8rs r 10 rs back and closed the compl.. i was not in need Of the amount i was warried only the planned it how to cheet the customers
