I booked a cab on 20.06.2015 for 9:30 am. Called customer care, then they sent the details after 9:15 am. When did contact driver to come to place, he told me that please cancel your cab, I won't come. I requested him badly but he cancelled my booking and I got a cancellation message. Then Ola didn't proceed for arranging alternative cab for me.

    Booking time and date . 03:40 PM, 13 Jul 2015 .CRN 99982931 The driver could not figure out my location and went to a wrong location and didnt even called. When i called he said he is waiting somewhere else. I directed him to my location . We boarded immdtly on arrival of the cab . But we were billed from the time he started from the wrong location as waiting time. Ola could easily see from the geo coordinates where the waiting time meter started and the actual customer location. Extraction of money.

      I had to board a flight from Trivandrum airport.So I booked a cab the previous day for 6 am.They mentioned 30 minutes prior journey starts they would send me driver details.So logically at 5:30 am I should have received a message with driver details. at 6:15 they send a message saying sorry there was no driver in the vicinity.Now, I got their model.It is that you book a cab anytime you want.but we will come at your doorstep only if any of my cabs are available. If they cant run in cities like Trivandrum, then don't plan for expansion.When you cant provide the services then don't promise your service. Remain in tier 1 cities.Let the local players perform in tier 2 cities

        Today (20/07/15)i had booked ola cab for reaching railway station. My ride was confirmed through SMS with CRN[protected] morning 5.10 am. I called driver he suggested me to book some other vehicle. Since i told him i'm getting late for railway station. he said he can not come and disconnected the call & i call to customer care[protected] but they did not pick up call and send a sms of booking cancilation. this incident shows theirs poor services and false commitment.

          Date of Incident: 20th July 2015 CRN no:[protected] Time of travel: 9:10 The driver, Sudam Jagtap had no knowledge about the general direction sense or any areas. While driving on the sea link instead of focusing on the road, he was taking a video from his phone (while driving above the speed limit). Even after being given directions, he took the wrong turn (in Mahalakshmi) which led to a 15 min delay, got into an accident - hitting a red Swift from the back while taking a U-Turn, leading to further delay. A journey that is covered everyday within 20 minutes took 45+ minute, after which I eventually changed my cab to reach my destination. I request for you to look into the matter and provide the refund for the journey. Regards, Komal

            Today (20/07/15)i had booked ola cab for reaching office. My ride was confirmed through SMS with CRN[protected]. (TATA indica KA 03 AA 2810. I called driver (Muniraju- [protected]) initially he suggested me to book some other vehicle. Since i told him i'm getting late for my office he said he will come and disconnected the call. But when i called him after some time he was not picking my call. i tried 4-5 times but got same result. Even after ONE hour and fifteen mints neither i received call from cab driver nor i got vehicle.

            PLEASE TELL YOUR DRIVERS NOT TO MISLED THE CUSTOMER.

            Had a bad experience with ola.

              Horrible service. Please do not trust the ola cabs especially if you are going to travel early in the morning and that too senior citizens

              Today morning our guests boarded a car booked through OLA from Defence colony, Indira nagar to Bangalore railway station at 5 am. First itself the driver refused to drop our guests at the back entrance of the railway station from where they could catch Shatabdi giving some vague reasons that there was some problem and that the yellow board cars will not be allowed.
              The condition of the car was pathetic making all sorts of noise. The car broke down half way through near Vidhan Soudha .we got a call from our guest . so when i called the Ola help center they said they would send the car within five minutes and cancelled the old booking.
              The call center guys as fools did not mention to the new driver that the passengers have to be picked up from the place where they were waiting near vidhan soudha. The driver of the car told us that it was not possible for him to come to indira nagar as he was in that side of the town !!!
              Again we had to call the call center who argued that the address given at the time of booking was indira nagar ... finally after explaining to them over and over again that the guests were waiting because of the earlier car they decided that they would direct the driver to vidhan soudha.
              what a pathetic service OLA is giving.
              Because of the delay they went to cantontment station and literally run to get into the train . Both our guests were senior citizens.
              when the guests got down at cant station they were asked to pay Rs. 215 .

              Total ride time : 6min
              I called OLA and they are not ready to register the complaint they asked me to send an email to [protected]@ola.com. I decided not only to do that, also share the details in facebook, bangalore traffice police etc.
              Since you are not taking proper action I decided to post it wherever possible.

                17 July, 2:58 pm I had called an Ola cab for my friend . My ola money had a balance of 255 and the bill amounted to 799. Subsequently my 255 rupees had been deducted and when I asked my friend he said he had paid in cash in full. that is he paid 799. The number of the driver is [protected]

                      Hello, i have booked my cab with Ola CRN[protected] for 10PM pick up today from Ambattur Ind Estate to Central Railway Station. The request was cancelled without prior intimation. This is not the first time this is happening with me and it is really causing a great inconvience to me during weeekends when i try to board train. When i tried calling them they keep my calls on hold or disconnect when its my number. This is a very pathetic service and i dont think Ola should continue this way being one of the best transport service providers. I am really dissappointed and would appreciate any action taken against this.

                        I had booked ola cab (mini) on 15 jul 15 to pick me up from my residence at 0445 hrs on 17 jul 15 to enable me to catch train from nasik road rly stn. My booking was confirmed by ola and a SMS to that effect was sent to me and reference no CRN[protected] was given. With due respect I beg to report that I was not given the cab. I suffered a lot and even I could not catch the train. Please do something against the cab

                          Dear Sir / Madam, I travelled from Bandra Terminus to Churchgate on 14th July 2015. I was charged as below: First 4 km:₹100.0 Rate for 16.24 km:₹178.64 Free ride time (5 min)₹0.0 Ride time charge for 65 min:₹65.0 Toll Charges₹60 Service Tax₹18.23 (Included in total fare) Total Rs 404 The issue so happened that: The Toll charges are paid by me as the Driver Alok Tiwari said that his toll card will not work in Worli Sea Link. I was charged Rs 60 twice, once during the toll and then by the driver in the bill. And in my App (It shows 55 mins as the travel time, which is 55 mins as the driver picked me up at 1:40 pm at Bandra Terminus and dropped me at 2:35 pm at Churchgate). I was charged for a ride time of 65 mins. So i should have been charged for 50 mins ride that is Rs 50 instead of Rs 65. So overall i have been cheated of Rs 75. (Rs 60 in the Toll & Rs 15 in the ride time). I really loved Ola when i travelled for the first time but this time it wasn't a good experience at all. The Driver gave a pickup time of 1:04 and came at 1:40, i had to wait for 36 mins (I also have a sms of Ola asking an apology for the punctuality of the driver and lets make the ride a happy one). I thought it would get over there but when i came to know i am cheated i am actually not happy about this. Have mailed at support Id and reminded but haven't received a reply to it so posting here in the hope to get something. Hope to get a good response to this.

                            My wife booked the can in Jodhpur from Sardarpura to Airport. 17/7/2015, 12:30pm. The ride should not take more than 15 minutes. The driver took her around Jodhpur for 20 minutes and then into a secluded area. When questioned, he was rude, he slowed the car down in area's where no one was there. She yelled for help and when someone on the motor cycle came to help, the car did not stop inspite of being told to stop. The car kept moving and she had to jump off a moving car. Then the driver sped away leaving her in the middle of nowhere. She had to take another taxi to reach the airport.

                              Ola cabs are encouraging drivers with least integrity. I booked cab for pickup from railway station, Driver cancelled my request for cab mentioning the number was unreachable. This caused lot of inconvenience. This is definitely not acceptable. I am sure Ola cabs do not bother to address nor even consider this as a complaint. However, this is the fact that I would not utilize Ola cab service henceforth nor even allow any pals of mine using this cab service. At least if one passenger cancels their booking looking at my distress, my purpose is achieved.

                                Hi This complaint is for Ola Cabs. There were 2 incidents that happened with me within 2 days with Ola. One of the Complaint no. is 3278964. 1st Complaint I booked Ola cab to pick my sister and brother in law from Ghaziabad Railway station and drop at Vaishali. This was on Friday late night (10th/11th July). I kept on telling the Driver to reach at the main exist of the station and stand near Cumsome. The driver reached the other gate (Vijay Nagar side) and kept on forcing that my sister crosses the over bridge and reaches to that side. I informed the Driver that they are new to the place and don’t know the ways so he should come to the other side to which the Driver refused. So, I cancelled the booking. I got an invoice of 100 Rs for this. I made a complaint and it is still not resolved. 2nd Complaint no. – 3278964 Same weekend on 12th July, my sister and brother in law had a return flight from IGI Domestic terminal at 4:45 pm. I called Ola cab at 2:15 pm from Vaishali, Gzb. The passengers boarded the cab at 2:15 pm. The driver didn’t ask us the route and took the wrong route through Tis Hazari Court where he got stuck in traffic. When I called Ola and told them that the Driver is not aware of the route and he says he only knew this route to the Airport, they called the Driver and told him to take a different route. He took a turn back from Tis Hazari and took my relatives back to Seelampur and Dilshad Garden flyover from where he went to Yamuna Kreeda Sthal near Shahdra. By this time it was already 4 pm. I was continuously on the phone with Ola during this time. They called several time to the Driver on my sisters phone. At 4 pm there was no way that my sister could have boarded her flight at 4:45 pm (as they were still in Vivek Vihar, so we asked the Driver to get back to our house. I had to book another flight for my sister urgently. The flight she missed costed approx. 4500 and the one we had to book urgently costed her approx. INR 7900. I raised the issue with Ola and demanded a refund of 7900 for the new flight that we had to book. They first denied and then asked to get a ‘No Show’ letter/email from GoAir to confirm my sister didn’t board the flight. No Show email was forwarded to Ola yesterday (on 15th July) and I have not heard from Ola till now. They don’t seem to respond to the emails now. Also, Ola kept on saying that they Driver’s they send are trained and experienced whereas the Driver we got was very new and he said it was just 8-10 days that he was driving in Delhi and is new to the place. I have all the evidences to support what’s written above – all emails, flight tickets, Ola booking details etc. I am looking for a compensation against my new flight booking. Ola Cabs is the most unprofessional and dissatisfying service

                                  I have booked Ola on 11 Jul from Sec 63 Noida to Chhattarpur Delhi. Driver (Name Pradeep as per him, Owner was Sadiq ) has overcharged me Rs 65 for saying that it is a MCD Toll which does not reflect in invoice in message. I have written an email on 13-Jul-2015 regarding the same on mail id [protected]@olacabs.com but no body is bothering to reply. He took Total Amount 465+65 = 530. Olacabs invoice for CRN99164491 Please refund my extra payout details.

                                    -14th july 2015, -name of driver: Manohar K.M, -driver mobile no.[protected] -Silver Tata Indica KA 09 B 6295, -As we had booked this cab while returning from Mall of Mysore to Vijayanagar water tank around 8:30pm, the actual amount of travelling was 139rs and we gave 500 + 40rs as change. as soon as we stepped out of the car he left without giving change and later when we called him for the remaining money he said like "he is done for the day and the money has been given to some other person" . Now he is not picking our call .

This is the contact details of the person who did not pick my old parents from Wagholi and told that I don't serve for Wagholi. I am out of India and ola being reputed service provider I booked cab for airport. This is how they provide service to customer. My old parents were worried as they wanted to reached airport within time. He was also not talking properly with my parents.
