Hi All, We understand that OLA is the best car rental service as it has lowest price and good service. However, recently my mother traveled from Moti Nagar (Hybd) to Hyderabad Airport. The "Olacabs invoice for CRN97258698". The total distance travelled was "45.07 km' and the fare charged was Rs. 1413.00. I travelled in ola cab today from marathalli to Bangalore city railway station. Distance is about 20 km. I was shocked to see the bill of Rs 657 for 19 km. Sir, I am not clear or happy the way Ola charges the peak hour rates, No clarity or statement on the same in their advertisement. They are really misleading the public as cheap operators. Hi I have took a ride of 10kms from CMR IT to HAL . I have accepted 2.5 charge but . I never thought that you will add up the charge to the original.
