Dear sir, i booked cab from OLA in Hyderabad the fare details which are given at the time of booking are as follows FARE DETAILS Minimum bill Rs 100 for the first 4 Km and 10 wait minutes After 4 Km Rs 10 per Km After 10 minutes Rs 2 per minute but i was wrongly charged by OLA its details are FARE BREAKUP Base fare for 30 km: ₹499.0 Rate for 9.14 km: ₹109.68 Free wait time (0 min) ₹0.0 Wait time charge for 0 min: ₹0.0 TAX BREAKUP Service Tax ₹32.31 (Included in total fare) And the total fare was Rs. 609 for 39.14 Km. but according the details given to me at the time of booking the fare should be for first 4 Km. Rs. 100 after 4 Km. Rs. 10 per km i.e. 35.14 x 10 = 351.4 & the total fare should be 351.4+100 = 451.4. so I request you to refund me the excess amount charged from me. Thanks & Regards Ishank Verma

    Ref CRN[protected] 'm extremely upset with the PEAK pricing policies even on Sunday - I attempted to book without peak pricing 1.6x, it gave me an option 1.2x, I denied that however the order wouldn't go further & hence I was forced to select 1.2x charges. It was Sunday & 4pm isn't that peak hour. Also - why should there be ride time charges applicable? Even when you use Kaali-Peeli cabs or Auto rickshaws, there are no ride time charges, & then above all this you says we are quite cost-effective, we charge on Rs. 11/- per kms but never advertise saying - "Not only Rs. 11/- per km but also per ride time charges+ we will loot you by 1.2x / 1.6x" When someone checks estimate fate for a particular location it says X however the actual bills comes to x+y+z, I understand the word ESTIMATE is merely an indication & not final quote but the fluctuation is expected to be little bit when there is NO TRAFFIC & NON PEAK HOURS. Yesterday before booking it gave me a Estimated fare as Rs. 335 - 350 which seems to be somewhat believable. Is it logical that actual meter is Rs. 368/-(Rs. 100+ Rs. 258) however after taxes & all looting policies it comes to Rs. 513/-? Lots of hidden cost, which they never advertize. 1) Peak Pricing policy 2) Per min ride charges I wish to express my dissat to internet forums & social media as well about OLA's Looting policy.

      i had a very bad experience with the cab, they charged 500 extra for peak time, the distance i traveled from Secunderabad to kondapur its just 25 km. the fare approximately 250- 300 INR, but they charged 803 RS, when i ask driver, he is not aware of the bill, just saying contact OLA customer care, please dont use OLA cabs, Pleaese suggest me how to escalate to RTA/Govt..?

        I booked a cab on July 21 for 4.15pm. I got a confirmation - driver: Dhiraj, car: White WagonR MH 04 ED 9787. When we called the driver to ask about his location, he refused about confirming and lied saying he was in Dadar while I could see on the map that he was in Santacruz. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.

          Sir, Yesterday, we booked a OLA cab, which we later found to be a government owned vehicle, under Hyderabad water board (HMWSSB). The vehicle was being driven by an employee of HMWSSB, and when asked about how he was driving a govt. vehicle, he responded by saying that he drives it on Saturdays and Sundays as a OLA cab. We also found a large carton of liquor bottles in the trunk when we were putting our luggage. How can people use the Government Property for their private benefits ??? The details of the vehicle are mentioned below: Vehicle: TATA Indica (Silver) Reg. No. : AP29 TV2163 Kindly take appropriate measures to handle this and other similar acts of malpractices being done using our hard earned money in the form of government taxes.

            I had a confirmed booking (CRN[protected] for July 20th, 2015, 5.55 A.M. I receive the driver and vehicle details at 5.23 A.M. on the journey date. At 5.26 A.M., I receive another SMS informing that my booking stands cancelled. On contacting your customer care number, I am advised to try a fresh booking. Your booking App normally has two options - 'ride now' & 'ride later'. When I tried for a fresh booking, the 'ride now' option did not appear. When I tried the 'ride later' option, the screen flashes the message that the booking has to be done atleast one hour in advance. Since in this case the journey time was less than one hour, my request was declined. You can very well understand the stress and anxiety I had to undergo because of this last minute cancellation from your end despite booking more than 9 hours in advance. Next time if such a situation arises, I request you to either make an alternative arrangement or provide the customer enough time to make his own alternate arrangement without having to undergo avoidable stress and anxiety.

              I booked a cab for 20.7.2015 on 19.7.2015 for the evening at 6 30 pm. Somehow, the ride had gotten calcelled and an Ola representative from Bangalore called me up at 6 pmand told me my ride got called. I told him I did no such thing so he booked it again with during the peak time and my bill came to double the amount. This is outrageous and I demand a return of half the money. Ola app is making too many mistakes these days with booking rides and if this keeps on, I will no longer use this cab service.

                Hi sir/ Madam, Yesterday evening @ 8.50 pm i am using ola cab from Chennai medavakkam to Chennai chormpet. Total distance I am used is 8.86 kilometer they are asking RS 325, I was called to customer care ola cab they telling I was used time is very busy time and I am select 2X option so they are getting extra RS 154 amount from me.                   Worst xprnce.it was my first ride n the ride wich shud have cost me 380 rs ended up costin me 500rs.the unnecessary charges like ride time charges wre not justified at the tym of buking.Not that a difference of Rs.120 is much, what annoys me the most is that u people are out to con and rip-off the customers, who unknowingly fall into ur marketing gimmicks, unaware o[censored]r absurd charges.CNR[protected].

                    I booked a cab on 20.06.2015 for 9:30 am. Called customer care, then they sent the details after 9:15 am. When did contact driver to come to place, he told me that please cancel your cab, I won't come. I requested him badly but he cancelled my booking and I got a cancellation message. Then Ola didn't proceed for arranging alternative cab for me.

                      Booking time and date . 03:40 PM, 13 Jul 2015 .CRN 99982931 The driver could not figure out my location and went to a wrong location and didnt even called. When i called he said he is waiting somewhere else. I directed him to my location . We boarded immdtly on arrival of the cab . But we were billed from the time he started from the wrong location as waiting time. Ola could easily see from the geo coordinates where the waiting time meter started and the actual customer location. Extraction of money.

                        I had to board a flight from Trivandrum airport.So I booked a cab the previous day for 6 am.They mentioned 30 minutes prior journey starts they would send me driver details.So logically at 5:30 am I should have received a message with driver details. at 6:15 they send a message saying sorry there was no driver in the vicinity.Now, I got their model.It is that you book a cab anytime you want.but we will come at your doorstep only if any of my cabs are available. If they cant run in cities like Trivandrum, then don't plan for expansion.When you cant provide the services then don't promise your service. Remain in tier 1 cities.Let the local players perform in tier 2 cities

                          Today (20/07/15)i had booked ola cab for reaching railway station. My ride was confirmed through SMS with CRN[protected] morning 5.10 am. I called driver he suggested me to book some other vehicle. Since i told him i'm getting late for railway station. he said he can not come and disconnected the call & i call to customer care[protected] but they did not pick up call and send a sms of booking cancilation. this incident shows theirs poor services and false commitment.

                            Date of Incident: 20th July 2015 CRN no:[protected] Time of travel: 9:10 The driver, Sudam Jagtap had no knowledge about the general direction sense or any areas. While driving on the sea link instead of focusing on the road, he was taking a video from his phone (while driving above the speed limit). Even after being given directions, he took the wrong turn (in Mahalakshmi) which led to a 15 min delay, got into an accident - hitting a red Swift from the back while taking a U-Turn, leading to further delay. A journey that is covered everyday within 20 minutes took 45+ minute, after which I eventually changed my cab to reach my destination. I request for you to look into the matter and provide the refund for the journey. Regards, Komal

                              Today (20/07/15)i had booked ola cab for reaching office. My ride was confirmed through SMS with CRN[protected]. (TATA indica KA 03 AA 2810. I called driver (Muniraju- [protected]) initially he suggested me to book some other vehicle. Since i told him i'm getting late for my office he said he will come and disconnected the call. But when i called him after some time he was not picking my call. i tried 4-5 times but got same result. Even after ONE hour and fifteen mints neither i received call from cab driver nor i got vehicle.

                              PLEASE TELL YOUR DRIVERS NOT TO MISLED THE CUSTOMER.

                              Had a bad experience with ola.

                                Horrible service. Please do not trust the ola cabs especially if you are going to travel early in the morning and that too senior citizens

                                Today morning our guests boarded a car booked through OLA from Defence colony, Indira nagar to Bangalore railway station at 5 am. First itself the driver refused to drop our guests at the back entrance of the railway station from where they could catch Shatabdi giving some vague reasons that there was some problem and that the yellow board cars will not be allowed.
                                The condition of the car was pathetic making all sorts of noise. The car broke down half way through near Vidhan Soudha .we got a call from our guest . so when i called the Ola help center they said they would send the car within five minutes and cancelled the old booking.
                                The call center guys as fools did not mention to the new driver that the passengers have to be picked up from the place where they were waiting near vidhan soudha. The driver of the car told us that it was not possible for him to come to indira nagar as he was in that side of the town !!!
                                Again we had to call the call center who argued that the address given at the time of booking was indira nagar ... finally after explaining to them over and over again that the guests were waiting because of the earlier car they decided that they would direct the driver to vidhan soudha.
                                what a pathetic service OLA is giving.
                                Because of the delay they went to cantontment station and literally run to get into the train . Both our guests were senior citizens.
                                when the guests got down at cant station they were asked to pay Rs. 215 .

                                Total ride time : 6min
                                I called OLA and they are not ready to register the complaint they asked me to send an email to [protected]@ola.com. I decided not only to do that, also share the details in facebook, bangalore traffice police etc.
                                Since you are not taking proper action I decided to post it wherever possible.

                                  17 July, 2:58 pm I had called an Ola cab for my friend . My ola money had a balance of 255 and the bill amounted to 799. Subsequently my 255 rupees had been deducted and when I asked my friend he said he had paid in cash in full. that is he paid 799. The number of the driver is [protected]

                                        Hello, i have booked my cab with Ola CRN[protected] for 10PM pick up today from Ambattur Ind Estate to Central Railway Station. The request was cancelled without prior intimation. This is not the first time this is happening with me and it is really causing a great inconvience to me during weeekends when i try to board train. When i tried calling them they keep my calls on hold or disconnect when its my number. This is a very pathetic service and i dont think Ola should continue this way being one of the best transport service providers. I am really dissappointed and would appreciate any action taken against this.
