I have paid the driver in cash but still showing pending payment. It doesn't allow you to book further without payment. It happened earlier also and They are looting people like this. There is no option on their app for this type of complaint....

Sir I've paid all the bills regarding my rides but somehow it is showing payment of 120 rs is left and I need to clear it . I always pay my ride bills in cash . I don't why they are charging me extra 120rs . In their support section they don't have any option regarding this . Because of pending money I am unable to book other rides ....

CNR no. [protected], Driver name - Harbansh kumar. On sep 14, i book a mini wagon-r. I perform an online transaction of Rs 206. But after that ride it shows your dues are pending...

On September 16 this year, I took a ride the driver insisted me to pay cash and later the it shows online payment is pending. Since then I'm not able to use the app to book a ride....

I paid cash but it's still showing pending
The driver didn't want any online payment
So I had to no choice but to give him cash
But now it's still showing pending...

I paid 312 to the driver as Cash however in app it still shows a payment pending, I am using other cab service until this is cleared, why cant OLA provide an option to the driver to confirm once cash is paid to them?...

2.Paid both in cash
3.Ola app showing payment pending
4. Spoke to driver to help clear pending on their part of app...they said they do not have any such feature
5.tried calling Ola help desk...no response
6.Now am not able to book rides...

I've already paid my last ride bill but on the app it's showing that you amount of 97 is still pending. Due to which I can't book any other ride.

The total fair was rs.121.

We paid the amount in cash but when I tried to book an auto yesterday, it showed me pending due of rs.121.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest because it cause lot of inconvenience and I'm unable to book any rides....

I paid 786 rupees to the drivers gpay account on 13th oct. My Ola account is still showing payment pending. I have raised the complaint on 15th but no help recieved yet. Please fix this as I can't use Ola until it is cleared....

I booked an Ola cab for my uncle and aunt, and they paid the full amount of 706 at the end of the ride.

But the Ola app is showing that this amount is due.

On oct 10 i have a ride on ola auto from ramchandranagar to kailash nagar after the ride i have paid 84rs to driver but he didnt updated it on apl it was showing pending amount, the same i have informed through [protected]@olacabs so, close the issue...

On October 14th evening I got bad experience with the idiotic and nonsense driver of Ola as I booked a cab from Madurai kalavasal to dsp nagar. Our house lies between chokkalinganagar and dsp nagar. But, the foolish driver refused to go to the other end of dsp nagar. That means he had to go to other 100 foot. He spoke woundingly and roughly. He was the worst driver I have ever had in my Ola ridings. Ola should eliminate such nonsense drivers...

I have booked a cab From vanasthalipuram to Anand Nagar on October 13th and made payment for the same, bit it is still showing pay for the ride and book next..please resolve the issue asap...

Had paid in cash for my ride from Vile Parle to kasarvadavali on Friday date 15 October 2021 as my gpay was denying the payment . But till today they message me to pay for my outstanding dues...
