    I live in Hyderabad. I booked my auto, and the distance was 7km. I was charged Rs 110 then at the end of ride. I had to pay through online payment method(phonepe). Once I made the payment it showed pending and transaction failed so I did it again. So Rs 110 was depicted from my card two times.

      I booked ola auto on 18nth & 19nth of October. I have paid through cash for my 18/10/21 ride and for my 19/10/21 ride paid through google pay yet it's showing my payment is pending.
      So, please solve this issue as soon as possible.

        On 21 September I took an ola at 5.45 pm at the end of that ride in the driver's ola app it showed an amount of ₹243 to be paid which I paid in cash now it is showing in my ola app that my payment is pending.

          I have already paid bill of rs 150 and due to payment method issue I paid bill in cash. Driver markes that as complete but still I have to pay 150 to continue using their services. I have mailed them long time back and there is no option to reach out via phone. Ola is just a dumb company with horrible developers. Developers are just eating salary and serving horrible customer satisfaction

              I took OLA auto ride on today (22.10.2021) at 08:18 pm to Chennai Central railway station. I had paid the driver in cash Rs. 108/-. But my app is showing payment pending. Please resolve this.

                On September 20th and 21st I took a ride from my home. I have paid ₹60 and ₹127 for the respective rides. But I got message from ola to pay the amount in ola wallet. I never select that ola wallet option . I always pay in cash only. I dont have e- banking or net banking facility in my phone . Then how will i select that option? From that day onwards I can't use ola cabs . They ask me to do the payment. Pl do correct it. I am attaching the ride details with cash payments. Thank you.

                    I booked an ola auto by selecting payment methord gpay. I couldn't pay online so i gave cash to the driver after ride end. Now it is showing outstanding payment. This happened previously and i paid thinking it was a mistake. But this time amount is 245rs. Plz resolve my issue and initiate refund of last time

                          Hi,
                          Had booked ola cab on September 21st morning and did payment by phonepe but still it shows pending and not letting book rides further.
                          Had faced this issue even on September 17 th, so chose support option of " Charged twice" and it was resolved but same support option didn't work for September 21st ride.
                          When called to customer care they are telling no record of rides before 30 days so can't help now.
                          This issue is being observed for more than a month still it's not fixed. Very bad service..

                            This is Jeevan Kumar from Hyderabad. Took Ola Auto on October 17, 2021 from Miyapur metro station to Kousalya Colony. Driver asked me pay by cash and i accepted the same continued my ride. Now, after my ride, in app it is showing as payment is pending.. tried to contact customer care but phones doesn't connect, chatting is done by AI and don't even respond to mails. this is complete irresponsible thing.

                              @Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — I paid to driver via cash after the ride but still the Ola app is showing pending payment in the app and trying to charge me.

                              Because of this I could not book another ride. Pls help me by updating the payment details.

                                I had booked a ride on 20/10/2021, and paid 375 rupees to the driver after the ride through phonepay. But in my Ola app it's showing I have a pending payment of 375 from my last ride. Driver received the amount payable through phonepay, but right now I can't book any other rides without paying that extra 375 to the ola app. I can't travel anywhere without this clearance.please help me to solve this.

                                  I took a ride on 16th Oct 2021 at 01:06PM.
                                  And initially I tried to pay using upi within the app but was not able to pay. Then after the ride completed I paid to driver directly to his upi scanner.
                                  But even after I paid to driver, OLA app is showing that my payment of 193 is due for the same ride. I am not able to locate any support question for that in ola app that is why writing here.

                                      I, VIkas Sharma, Advocate booked a Ola Auto for my mother and my son to attend function at Ala Liberty, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, from my house New Maruthi Nagar, Kothapet, vide Ola Auto bearing No. TS11UA4088, and the fare was Rs.198/- and the driver followed the right and correct way to travel.

                                      In return I booked same Ola Auto and the fare shown to me was Rs.198/- and the Auto number was shown at the time of booking was TS13UB3462 but the auto completed the drive number was different as shown at the time of booking, and the name of Driver was Syed Maqbool but instead of right and correct way he taken the longest way to my house and completed the travel distance of 23.50 KMS instead of correct way which is 15 to 17 KMS and the Auto was charged me Rs.284/- instead of as shown at the time of booking i.e., Rs.198/-. If the driver is using another vehicle instead of registered vehicle then what is the safety if some thing goes wrong, who is responsible whether OLA is responsible for the same.

                                      Hence I request the authority to take action against the driver of Auto bearing No. TS13UB3462 and return extra fare of Rs. 86/ - by crediting the same to my account and take action against the Auto driver for not driving the registered vehicle.

                                      Your immediate action will be appreciated.

                                      Otherwise I am constrained to approach the Hon'ble concern department and authority for the deficiency in service by you OLA and for the act of cheating.

                                        Took ride on July 24th from Thiruvanmiyur to Anna nagar.
                                        Driver asked cash for petrol and the same paid 500
                                        TRIP ID- CRN [protected]

                                        Support also raised on the same day but still the request is in progress.

                                        But for ola money customer support daily calling to mobile for three times.
                                        The same explained via phone also
                                        Daily receiving call, message from whatsapp but they havent listened what is my problem.

                                        Kindly resolve the issue.
