I took an ola ride on 17th October and paid Rs.177 cash to driver after the ride but the app is showing payment pending amd I am not able to book another ride. Please resolve the issue at the earliest so that I can book my rides.

            I have paid for the ride using Google pay, outside the ola app the cab driver confirmed the payment received yet on the app I see "116 payment is pending" and I can't book a cab anymore. It assistant.

                I booked a trip from jallahalli to Anathanagar on 19th September 10am and the reference number is CN[protected]. Driver name majunath s.
                Total fair was 1064 rupees cash by hand given to him but he didn't end ride upto now. I can't able to use ola further .
                I tried to contact customer care number. I am not getting. Could you please resolve this issue.

                  This is with reference to the Ola ride taken by me on October 27 from Mekhri circle to Sterling residency in Dollars colony, Even after making the payment of Rs 68 through Google pay as mentioned By the auto driver Sri Suresh the Ola app on my mobile shows a pending payment of Rs.81. I am sharing the screen shot of the payment made through Google pay for your reference. This is not the first time, On October 7th I took a ride from my residence to All India Radio office early in the morning at 0530 hrs and even after making a payment of Rs195 in cash to the Driver Sri Rajendran I got a payment pending reminder and I have again made a payment of Rs 195 recently. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and see to it that I have no pending payments to make. An early response in the regard would be highly appreciated.

                        Time of Incident - 6:39pm
                        Full description of Incident- I, Ajay Vikram Singh, booked a cab from Bharatpur to Gurgaon at 6pm. The cab arrived at 6:22pm. When i sat in the cab, it was smelling like cigratte smoke. I asked the cab driver, he said, he has just now dropped a lady who smoked in the car. He opened the door and insisted that it will be ok within sometime. He started driving and within next 10 min, he hit a bicycle rider. Surprisingly, he did not realise that he has hit someone. When i shouted and asked him that is he drunk, he accepted and said yes, is drunk. I immediately asked him to stop the car. He asked me to share the stop OTP else he won't go. It was dark, raining and highway, so considering the security issue, i shared the stop OTP of ola to him. I was charged Rs. 5540 for a 17min ride (including sitting and getting off the ride). I filed a complaint in OLA and wrote multiple times on ola safety (ticket number[protected]. However, no one from ola team has reverted even after 10 days of incident.

                          I have booked cab on 24.08.2021 from Coimbatore.

                          I booked cab for my guest. I paid amount through my debit card which is 312 rupees.

                          Once the journey ends, the driver demanded for cash to my guest. I told him that i paid the amount through my debit card.

                          But the driver told us he had not received any cash, pay the cash in hand. So my guest paid the amount in hand.

                          I approached Canara Bank for my refund process. The issue was not solved. So I raised complaint in my bank.

                          Once the complaint had been raised, i got the message from my bank stating that the problem is with the acquirer bank.

                          Now i contacted ola for processing my refund. But they are saying that the refund can not be processed since it's been two months.

                          It took time for me to find out where the problem is. I have to approach my bank to know what is the problem.

                          Now it is the responsibility of ola to refund my money. They are not ready to process my refund.

                          It is not acceptable for me to pay the money to ola two times unnecessarily.

                          Kindly do the needful.

                            On 21st October I paid in cash to the driver, it still shows pending payment for me and I am unable to book a ride. Ola does not answer calls on suport number provided and the online app solution does not have this option.

                              I have booked a ride but driver has asked for an extra money apart from the ride charge. We denied to pay extra amount other than original charge so driver cancelled the ride. We have charged cancellation fee and it's getting doubled everytime so that we aren't able to travel now. This is unfair to charge fee for the ride which we haven't travelled and asked for an extra amount illegally. Please resolve this at the earliest.

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                We have travelled using ola on 21.10.2021 @9:11am thursday, in Bangalore, using mini, CRN [protected], for 335/-. As we were 4 o[censored]s, driver told Mini has to be converted to SUV and fare will be amount equal to Similar SUV Fare which amounts to 550/- at that time.AS we dont know how the internal process will be at OLA we thought that it can be updated like that and accepted what he said. At the end of the trip along with payment of 335/- online he collected with us 550/- extra cash. And he told that he will submit to OLA by end of the day.

                                When we called him regarding this he told that bill will be updated to 550/- and for 335/- Ola coupon will be available which we can use it later.

                                We were following up with him continously till today morning but we have not received any response from them.

                                If we were informed before the start of the trip that 4 people cant be acccepted, we would have cancelled that ride and would have gone for other Cabs.

                                  I completed a ride on 3rd October 2021 and did payment through cash. Still Ola app is showing that my payment is due of same amount. Also unable to connect Ola customer from the phone number provided by them. Please fix it as soon as possible.

                                    This is in regards to the Ola ride I took on the 23rd of September, 2021 from my residence to the airport.

                                    The bill was ₹389 and I paid ₹400 in cash to the driver.

                                    The driver did not update this information and I am being asked to pay again on the app as it shows under pending payments.

                                    I am unable to contact the driver as well since he did not call me from his number.

                                    Please help me out with the same.

                                    I am a very regular customer of Ola and take a ride almost daily.

                                    Due to this mistake I'm unable to take a further ride.

                                    The details of the ride are attached below.
