Please note that, CRN [protected], Driver name Manjunath K. B., Auto. I had taken a ride, When I book the ride it was showing Rs. 133 for a ride, later I did not check the amount just transferred the amount to Drivers Personal Google pay account Ph No. [protected] (Screenshot attached). I did not check the Ola status as I was in hurry. Later I could realize that Only Rs. 116 was charged by Ola (I paid Rs. 133 to Driver) and still showing as pending from my end. As I have already paid to Driver.

    I paid the money in cash for my last ride using Ola cab services. But till date it shows Ola money pending. Because of that I couldn't able to book cabs till date. But I paid in cash. I don't how to resolve this problem.

      Oct 28 took ride from Chennai central railway station to VFS global through OLA auto. I paid ride amount of ₹54 in cash to Driver but app still shows ‘Payment Pending’

                I paid to the driver through Google pay after the ride taken on 10th October at 10.03 am. As drivers do not get money paid by Ola immediately, they ask passengers to pay cash after the ride or pay to their GooglePay account instead of paying online. Now Ola app support does not have any option to complaint about double charge. Please sort this out for me. They are useless.

                      Ola Drivers charge extra money in Coimbatore, Tamil nadu

                      Everytime i book for ola auto/ cab, the driver asks for extra 20-30 Rs for every ride. This has become very common in coimbatore city. I have even tried booming with my mom’s number and the same issue happens. If we refuse to pay the extra amount, the driver is cancelling the ride and is not willing to come to the pick up location.                         I've already paid my last ride bill but on the app it's showing that you amount of 244 is still pending. Due to which I can't book any other ride.
                        Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. Ola support is completely useless as there's no way I can talk to a real person. No step has been taken by the customer complain.
                        It my request to solve the issue immediately.
