I have paid the fare to driver in the form of cash for my last ride. But it's showing payment is due in ola app. I am not able to book rides in ola app. Kindly resolve this issue....

I made payment in cash still it is showing pending cant use the ola app...

Today I have booked ola cab in chennai for my parents, they have paid the amount through cash but it is showing payment pending in ola app....

I've paid in cash to the auto driver because app crashed and wasn't working but afterwards the app isn't letting me book more rides because payment is 'pending'.
I would like to continue using Ola cabs but I can't until this issue is resolved...

My ride on 29 September where I paid the amount in form of scanning driver's Google pay QR code as driver demanded to do so. As well as my estimated bill was 139 rupees but deliberately driver took a long route as well as he driven very slowly and by taking wrong turns as well as U turns he made bill amount of around 157 ₹. He was sick and sneezing constantly and not wearing mask at all. If I wasn't paid for this order how can any driver...

Why ola app is showing payment due even I did not kept any ride on pending...

I have ola money but cannot get KYC done because drivers refuse to accept & the app does not give me the KYC OTP
I dont know how i can give KYC otherwise...

I booked a ride from Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) to Terminal-3, Delhi airport on 03.10.2021. The distance is around 36-38 km. I was shown an amount of Rs. 534 at starting. When the cab (driver name: Hemant kumar, mini Ritz) dropped me at terminal-3, the OLACAB application shown an amount of 699 INR. On 25 sep 2021 I have travelled in ola. I had paid 96 rupees to ola driver in cash because of app not working properly. Now ola app showing payment is pending. I unable to book new ride please solve issue quickly....

I had booked a ride on 22nd October and selected gpay option. But since it said payment closed and was not able to pay, my friend gpayed the driver.

I live in Hyderabad. I booked my auto, and the distance was 7km. I was charged Rs 110 then at the end of ride. I had to pay through online payment method(phonepe). Once I made the payment it showed pending and transaction failed so I did it again. So Rs 110 was depicted from my card two times....

I booked ola auto on 18nth & 19nth of October. I have paid through cash for my 18/10/21 ride and for my 19/10/21 ride paid through google pay yet it's showing my payment is pending.
So, please solve this issue as soon as possible....

On 21 September I took an ola at 5.45 pm at the end of that ride in the driver's ola app it showed an amount of ₹243 to be paid which I paid in cash now it is showing in my ola app that my payment is pending....

I have already paid bill of rs 150 and due to payment method issue I paid bill in cash. Driver markes that as complete but still I have to pay 150 to continue using their services. I have mailed them long time back and there is no option to reach out via phone. Ola is just a dumb company with horrible developers.
