I took ola on 9th October and gave amount of 62 in cash to driver there but still it is showing payment pending. Please resolve this as soon as possible .

    I took an intercity ride on 18th Sept '21.
    Upon not being to download a receipt, I wrote to customer care. They responded with next steps. I followed. They didn't work.
    I again wrote to them. They responded with the same message. I again followed the same process. It didn't work.
    It is 15 October now. I have written to the company 7 times. They have only responded with same automated message.
    Result - I have not received my invoice - my most basic legal right.
    Result - I could not claim the amount from my company and had to bear it myself.

      I have been using ola cabs for years and paying properly. Now when I tried to book a cab yesterday it shows payment pending though I paid for all my rides

              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

              On 05.10.2021 I booked a cab from Rajouri Garden to Karol Bagh (booking id CRN [protected]).

              But, as per normal course practice (which I have faced multiple times), the driver called me about the destination and after intimating, he refused to pick. While I told him to cancel as he already had kept me waiting for long (while it was showing 2 min as per app), he did not agree to cancel himself.
              I reported the issue to OLA through their online support, however as usual apart from being sorry for the inconvenience, so steps were taken.

              After waiting for more time, I had to cancel it and take another cab as a lot of time was wasted there (far greater than the waiting time the app was showing - almost 15-20 mins). The cab's location was nearby somewhere but on asking the driver did not reveal the exact location too. my location (intimated to the driver) was just beside the main road.

              Later on, to my surprise, OLA had charged me Rs. 50 for cancellation.

              Now, I tried to contact them to intimate about the wrongly charged about and to refund the amount as well as to take necessary steps against such driver, post check his location history and our recorded conversation, no options was there as it was showing not eligible to raise a request for refund. I also marked mail to OLA intimating the details, which is not even acknowledged to date.

              Now, my simple query is, while their driver has not agreed to pick up, not agreed to cancel, even after waiting for long what option is left to the customer.

              Moreover, this process wasted a lot of my time almost 20-30 mins or more.

              Request you to kindly intervene and let me have justice.

              One more request, now a day, often OLA drivers call to know the destination from the client as they are not provided with the same by OLA in beginning (unless OTP is provided). After listening to the destination name, many times they cancel the trip (if even accepted and the customer waits for a long for the ride), in case, they call before accepting the trip, they often cancel the same and the same does not get recorded.

              This has become a very bad side of OLA now a day and often customer suffers in terms of faith and time loss.

              While the company is making a profit out of business, such serious irregularities must be addressed and resolved properly. If customers are charged for trip cancellation, why customers are not paid while drivers cancel the trip post accepting and keeping clients waiting?

              So, please let me receive back the wrongly deducted Rs. 50/-.
              Compensation for mental harassment and wasting my time for claiming refund and justice.
              A penalty of Rs. 50/- for each even where the ride was canceled by driver post-acceptance and post keeping me waiting (Booking IDs:
              07.10.2021 – CRN [protected],
              05.10.2021 – CRN [protected],
              24.09.2021 – CRN [protected],
              13.09.2021 – CRN [protected],
              26.07.2021 – CRN [protected],
              24.07.2021 – CRN [protected],

              14.02.2021 – CRN [protected]
              11.09.2020 – OSN[protected]
              ...any many more which are not reflecting his app history currently, OLA could provide details from their user-wise database.

              For evidence, just request for all call recording clips during that time. All chat histories and all complaints I made that time, timeline of car location from map.

                My vehicle "UP78DT6784 was attached in OLA kanpur (UP) in 2018 but recently its removed from my name because i sold vehicle.
                AT the time of attachment, I deposited 3000/- as security which is refundable but i have not received this amount yet.

                  Good afternoon OLA, I'm Suhas S Nayak, on friday Oct 1st at 8.42 AM I booked an ola auto from my home to the destination. The CRN [protected] and the name of the driver is Venkatesh Yallappa Hadagali. During the payment time I did the payment by cash. The driver told me that the payment was done online and refused to take the cash. Now I got the message to my phone asking me to do the payment again via online banking, please do check the ride information.

                      I took two rental rides one on:
                      3rd oct- Manesar-Faridabad-Manesar
                      8th Oct- Gurgaon-Faridabad-Gurgaon

                      I was charged toll of Rs700 for my 3rd oct ride and Rs496 for 8th oct ride. When I saw my detailed invoice there I see 6 or 8 toll plazas names, but I didn't crossed those tolls and also amount are different. When i called to customer care they were saying whether you crossed or not but its captured but when I spoke to the driver in that con-call he said you crossed.

                      Ola don't listening, I am asking send me the details with Time, place, toll plaza name with amount so that I came to know where are these toll plazas. because I am living in Gurgaon from the five years and travel frequently but never saw these toll plazas.

                      So my request to OLA that it's my right to know the complete and detailed breakup of my invoice because I paid the amount.

                        I booked an OLA (Prime Play) on 11th Sep'21. Based on the driver's request, I paid Rs 340/- in Cash at the end of the trip.

                        However, in the OLA App, I am unable to book any other rise as it still mentions that Rs 340 payment is pending. In the app, I am unable to locate the option which allows me to mark the payment as "Paid in Cash".

                        Kindly look into this & help to resolve!

                          I had booked a ride on 13th Oct with ola mini CRN [protected]. At the end of the ride the app showed that I can't pay with gpay so I paid in cash. However my app still shows that the payment is pending.

                              I have booked an outstation ride on 27\09\2021, at the end of the ride cab driver entered wrong odometer reading and I was charged twice than the estimated price, tried to contact the concern team but no response.

                                  I booked ola auto and selected GPay as payment option.

                                  But through ola Gpay it was not working and I want proceed for next journey.

                                  I went my GPay application and paid to driver.

                                  Now it's says same amount as due amount.

                                  Please fix this issue.

                                        I had taken a ride to koramangala and the driver asked for cash but I already had my default payment method set to google pay.. I plaid the driver personally through gpay and ola is still asking me money please resolve this pending issue and also I want my redund back on the previous rides where I was charged extra by ola and the driver of rupees 227
