Ola driver asked me to pay cash even when money was debited from Ola money postpaid. Rs360 cash was paid.

    In Delhi, the OLA driver asked me to pay in cash as he didn't have the online payment methods. So I gave it to him and went off to catch my flight. But when I reached my destination and decided to book a cab again, the app is showing that my payment is still pending and I asking me for money to book another one. At that time, I don't have enough cash to pay local drivers. It was a really frustrating feeling at that time, thanks to locals, they have online methods available with them and there is no customer care number or anything like that in the app. Please resolve this issue as it demotivates the customer to use any service like this again.

        In this date, I took a ride and paid the fare through Cash, but still the ola app shows " payment is pending " and I'm continuous getting message like " clear the pending bill" and it's really annoying. SO please try to resolve this problem as soon as possible

            I have paid the amount online directly to driver's upi id but that amount is still showing in ola app .
            i have paid 280 to ola driver directly in his account phonepe. but that amount is still showing in my ola app that is should be paid again. i tried calling the driver, but he didn't pick my call .

                    I have paid the driver in cash but still showing pending payment. It doesn't allow you to book further without payment. It happened earlier also and They are looting people like this. There is no option on their app for this type of complaint.
                    Yes you can raise complaint to there support mail id... They asked you to clear the payment then they start refund but I am facing same problem and paid cash and online two times to the same ride.. No response recieved till now... Such a pathetic and slow service...

                      Sir I've paid all the bills regarding my rides but somehow it is showing payment of 120 rs is left and I need to clear it . I always pay my ride bills in cash . I don't why they are charging me extra 120rs . In their support section they don't have any option regarding this . Because of pending money I am unable to book other rides .

                          On September 16 this year, I took a ride the driver insisted me to pay cash and later the it shows online payment is pending. Since then I'm not able to use the app to book a ride.

                              I have paid the driver in cash but still showing pending payment. It doesn't allow yo book further without payment. It happened earlier also and I had to pay twice as I was in hurry. They are looting people like this. There is no option on their app for this type of complaints.

                                I paid 312 to the driver as Cash however in app it still shows a payment pending, I am using other cab service until this is cleared, why cant OLA provide an option to the driver to confirm once cash is paid to them?

                                  1.Took 2 Auto trips
                                  2.Paid both in cash
                                  3.Ola app showing payment pending
                                  4. Spoke to driver to help clear pending on their part of app...they said they do not have any such feature

                                        On Aug 26th 2021, for ola outstation trip, CRN [protected] guntur to hyderabad.
                                        I have paid 2500 rupees to driver as he asked for petrol and said it will be adjusted end of trip but it dint get adjuated, I have reported issue to customer care on same day as trip ends, customer care executive told that amount will be refunded within week, I have asked to submit cancelled cheque after multiple followup with support team nearly 3 weeks, its been one month since i have sumitted the cancelled cheque(23.sep.2021) still not yet credited, all my old tickets closed without money refunded that day your executive said within 5 to 7 days money refunded but now am not able to even reach customer care numbers as they have automated calls with some dtmf tones to reach it will diaconnect automatically after few seconds without forwarding call.

                                        Totally disappointed with the service
