Everytime i book for ola auto/ cab, the driver asks for extra 20-30 Rs for every ride. This has become very common in coimbatore city. I have even tried booming with my mom’s number and the same issue happens. If we refuse to pay the extra amount, the driver is cancelling the ride and is not willing to come to the pick up location. Today 1/11/21 I took a Ola ride and paid for it by cash but status is still showing pending on app. Plz resolve the issue...

I've already paid my last ride bill but on the app it's showing that you amount of 244 is still pending. Due to which I can't book any other ride.
Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. Ola support is completely useless as there's no way I can talk to a real person. No step has been taken by the customer complain.
