On 3rd november 2021, i went for a ola cab ride. In the end of the trip, i paid by phonepe to the driver but in the ola app it still shows the payment is pending and i can't able to book any rides. it asking me to pay again.

please solve this issue.

              I had taken a cab and my cab broke down half the way and I had the driver the amount by cash and it still shows that my payment is due of 332 Rs.
              First of all if the car broke I shouldn't have paid him, yet after paying I paid the full amount.
              And now it shows I have to pay again else I won't be able to book a ride.

                I had booked a taxi from West Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi to L block, Kalkaji, Delhi on 06/11/2021 at 9.03 hours with CRN[protected]. I had opted for cash payment and at the end of journey, the amount of Rs 326 was paid in cash to the driver. But an amount of Rs 326 has also been charged out of Ola post paid account. It is requested that excess amount charged may be refunded to my ola post paid account immediately.

                  I have already paid payment 115rs. of my last ride still showing pending in app. Because of that I'm not able to use ola for next ride... please kindly look into this & resolve my issue ASAP

                        In 4th October, I took and OLA ride and paid the amount in cash. Initially it deflected me to pay thru OLA money, however I don't OLA wallet to avoid unnecessary charges issues. So I paid the amount to driver in full cash. However, it shows amount pending and does not allow me to book another cab until it clear the amount thru OLA wallet. There is now way out in OLA app to resolve this issue as well.

                        Request OLA to resolve this issue asap. Ride details:

                          I have a bitter experience this time while travelling from Airport to Howrah Railway station. OLA driver, (Booked at Uber Help Desk, Pillar no 22) influencing single passenger to take a diverted long route to reach the Railways station in the pretext of Traffic and Road jams. I would like to bring to your notice about such type of fraud happening at Airport area. Kindly vigil and take action for such unscrupulous cab driver.
                          In my case, I have raised an complaint on OLA platform as well against CRN no [protected]. The driver collected cash (Rs1100) from me but not updated this payment and it is showing Due to me in spite of the Payment made by Cash. The driver may be a part of Gang from Outside of Bengal! Sir, Kindly help others by preventing such occurrences at the Airport.

                                    Dear sir/ madam
                                    I am Mr Balasaheb karbhari kakad Age 37yrs.[protected] My ola partner account blocked due to wrong verification by team. Team shows police case filing no 900036/2009 filing date 19/01/2009. was registered on my name. But I am not that person. Actually name of persons in case Balsaheb Karbhari was 53yrs in 2009 when case was registered.But after 12 years my age is 37 how can I match with above case.
                                    For more details I have attached court judgement and my police verification. Please verify again and unblock my account immediately it's kindly request to all team I am suffering from very bad patch due to no work in my hand.

                                        This has become a trend that OLA drivers do not come if the fare is being paid by OLA Wallet Money. Nevertheless, OLA has provided an option to pay by CASH. Last two such trips were paid by cash. But it did not get updated in OLA.

                                        Now it asks me to pay the pending bills of last two rides together.

                                        Sorry OLA, I have paid by cash and perhaps you shall talk to the trip drivers regarding it.

                                        Not sorry to be rude, since you have been one.

                                        It will be helpful for both customers and service provider if this is resolved soon.
