    I booked a auto to chhatarpur metro station paid the driver in cash Rs. 97 on 1st Nov, 2021 but in the app shows payment is still pending. Can't find any way to contact Ola support services in this regard. Kindly resolve this issue.

      Hi Team,

      I have paid the amount of Rs. 306/ to the Ola driver once after the completion of the ride. But when I refer in the app it shows that I haven't paid yet. One of the worst scenario happened and I couldn't able to book for my next cab as it is requesting to pay my amount again

          I have booked an ola auto from aictsl indore to sudama nagar, indore on 2/11/2021. The distance between these locations is 8.5km and estimated fare was 172rs. But after ending the ride the fare was shown 283rs for 19.4 km which is very very high. I have to pay the driver 283rs.which I want as refund from ola. Please help

                Hi,
                I took a ride on 31st oct 2021, from Electronic City (BLR) To Kempegowda Intl Airport (BLR).
                After the ride, I paid the Driver via Google Pay UPI, yet the app pops up with "Pending Payment" for the same ride.
                I was unable to pick payment method as Cash due to some unknown reason in the app.

                I am unable to book any further rides. Please suggest help for this issue urgently.

                  Please note that, CRN [protected], Driver name Manjunath K. B., Auto. I had taken a ride, When I book the ride it was showing Rs. 133 for a ride, later I did not check the amount just transferred the amount to Drivers Personal Google pay account Ph No. [protected] (Screenshot attached). I did not check the Ola status as I was in hurry. Later I could realize that Only Rs. 116 was charged by Ola (I paid Rs. 133 to Driver) and still showing as pending from my end. As I have already paid to Driver.

                    I paid the money in cash for my last ride using Ola cab services. But till date it shows Ola money pending. Because of that I couldn't able to book cabs till date. But I paid in cash. I don't how to resolve this problem.

                                I paid to the driver through Google pay after the ride taken on 10th October at 10.03 am. As drivers do not get money paid by Ola immediately, they ask passengers to pay cash after the ride or pay to their GooglePay account instead of paying online. Now Ola app support does not have any option to complaint about double charge. Please sort this out for me. They are useless.

                                      Ola Drivers charge extra money in Coimbatore, Tamil nadu

                                      Everytime i book for ola auto/ cab, the driver asks for extra 20-30 Rs for every ride. This has become very common in coimbatore city. I have even tried booming with my mom’s number and the same issue happens. If we refuse to pay the extra amount, the driver is cancelling the ride and is not willing to come to the pick up location.
