My name is roselyn. On the day of bharat bandh, i, e sept 27, 2021, i booked outstation old cab from Chandigarh airport and my destination was ludhiana. Iam unable to reach my destination due to road block and my ride was ended within 10km and the driver charged Rs. 2814 . He included all the allowances and taxes. So I complaint to the ola customer care on 28 sept to solve my problem. I have talked with the ola customercare three times and till now iam not getting any solutions. And I want my money back and more over I am a student...

    Hello Team,
    I seriously regret saying that the emergency service provided by Ola is pathetic.
    First of all the cab broke down after covering few kms and we had to push the car to the garage. Secondly, I tried calling all possible helplines but it was hard to reach an emergency contact person.Thirdly, we waited for OlA to provide a cab in these kind of situations but, there was no assistance from anyone.Fourthly, I spent almost 2.5 hrs figuring out how to get out from that situation and also had to pay the full amount even the trip was not yet complete.Fifth, Ola had made us gone through all sorts of trouble when the weather was bad and also late in the evening we were stranded in a place where Ola does not provide service.
    I seriously need a resolution to this kind of atrocious business strategy and also not even caring for the passengers.
    My family had to go through a lot of mental pressure and this should not be taken as granted.
    Please provide a compensation for the troublesome journey.

      I booked auto on 27th September (choolaimedu to DRJ hospital Kolathur).
      The total fair was rs.121.
      Driver name: ABRAHAM P
      CRN: [protected]
      We paid the amount in cash but when I tried to book an auto yesterday, it showed me pending due of rs.121.

      Please resolve the issue at the earliest because it cause lot of inconvenience and I'm unable to book any rides.

        I paid 786 rupees to the drivers gpay account on 13th oct. My Ola account is still showing payment pending. I have raised the complaint on 15th but no help recieved yet. Please fix this as I can't use Ola until it is cleared.

          I booked an Ola cab for my uncle and aunt, and they paid the full amount of 706 at the end of the ride.

          But the Ola app is showing that this amount is due.

          Kindly rectify this issue.

            On oct 10 i have a ride on ola auto from ramchandranagar to kailash nagar after the ride i have paid 84rs to driver but he didnt updated it on apl it was showing pending amount, the same i have informed through [protected]@olacabs so, close the issue
            On oct 15 i have a ride on ola cab from jogeshwari to mumbai after the ride my google pay was not working properly than i have paid by cash 478rs to driver but he didnt updated it on application was showing pending amount, the same
            And I did not use the application for Ola cab

              On October 14th evening I got bad experience with the idiotic and nonsense driver of Ola as I booked a cab from Madurai kalavasal to dsp nagar. Our house lies between chokkalinganagar and dsp nagar. But, the foolish driver refused to go to the other end of dsp nagar. That means he had to go to other 100 foot. He spoke woundingly and roughly. He was the worst driver I have ever had in my Ola ridings. Ola should eliminate such nonsense drivers or the popularity of Ola will be damaged.

                          For my last ride I paid the driver in cash and I'm unable to book the new ride now. It is showing pending payment I don't know why

                          Please solve this issue immediately
                          I am having the same problem. The driver is paid vis Gpay of one of my travelling along with me. That proof is also available with me. But OLA is showing pending payment of Rs.319/- and not able to book ola. My contact number is [protected] / [protected]

                            Ola charge incorrectly cancellation fee and there are no policies for them to reverse the charges after 48 hours. Cab booked and driver denied duty however charges posted to customer account is like looting customer in broad day light.

                              A cab driver from hyd named babu pally ( cab : white dzire TS08UG2411 ) was late for the pickup so I called him to ask where he is to which he replied me with some abusive words and also asked me to cancel the ride. As everyone knows that we can complaint about it to the management but no one was responding to me on the topic.

                                  Initially 3 times they have charged me higher then estimated fare at the time of boarding cab thereafter I had raised an issue and same was refunded in vouchers.

                                  Post that it was happened again thrice and they have charged me incorrect cancellation fees once whenever I’m raising my concern in ola app or ola support through mail, getting same response “you have exceeded the credit limit as per the norms and conditions of our company.” First I want to understand when they have refunded my amount because of their system fault why the are giving me such vague response instead of giving clarity to customer.

                                  12 Oct morning cab :-

                                  I have booked a cab today for gurgram destination then I saw DL car number thus texted him destination location as DL car used to declined gurgram trip … 3 minutes was waiting time after 3 minutes he texted back no then I cancelled trip..
                                  They have applied 50rs to my ride without checking message logs. They have not validated the message logs and simply give me above said vague response.

                                  12 oct even

                                  Wow they have charged me 616 rs however my cab was booked for 372 (minus 40 of voucher).Fare 25 minute waste in cab booking ad HT car cancellation Delhi route ride.
                                  Cab driver was initially moving car in different direction then saying as it showing IGI longer route in his mobile gprs I said go as per the app route then filled petrol in long queue then long route above all fare was not reflecting entire route though I was try reaching ola number but busy all time-then driver shown me 616 in his mobile I have paid through paytm to raise a complaint afterward again… mosquitos in car
                                  There was no clarity why my fare was increased from 372 to 616 ...

                                  13 oct morning also my fare was 200 approx post applying refund voucher worth rs 92 but that fare was again changed 298

                                  When I boarded cab on 14 oct my fare was 248 post applying my refund voucher worth rs86 then at drop location my fare 336 however there was no change in the location but change in fare?? Screen shot attached for reference

                                  I noticed post applying refund voucher they are increasing the fare and there customer services is pathetic only parrot response on mail without validating customer complaint and helpline not reachable all the time??

                                  What is all this….how can they cheat customer like this..

                                    Yesterday I took an ola at 9:13 pm at the end of that ride in the drivers ola app it showed an amount of ₹450 to be paid which I paid in cash now it is showing in my ola app that my payment is pending of ₹608. CRN no. [protected]

                                        I had ordered a biryani through OLA food app but as discount was not applied so I cancelled immediately. Customer care confirmed the refund in next 7-8 days. This payment was deducted through OLA postpaid.
                                        Now Ola food is refunding the amount and OLA postpaid is sending bill and adding late fees.
                                        I have sent multiple email at customer but no resolution yet..No direct customer care number has been provided for resolving this issue.
