I had booked an auto from koramangala to Rajajinagar today where it showed as 207 digital payment since the driver denied the digital payment i had to pay the same 207 in cash... but the ola app shows as pending payment of 207...please rectify the same the earlies.

    Sep 29th I made the payment of rs 323 through phone, but in the Ola app, it says pending payment. Am unable to book the future rides due to pending payment. Kindly resolve my issue.

      First time I paid to the ola ride of 183 rs from paytm and the driver didn't even update the status that i paid for my ride and app is showing that payment due until the next day when I was again using ola the app was showing that payment is due so I have to pay otherwise I didn't able to ride.as I was going to railway station and have to reach station at 8 pm sharp. I had to pay again by Google pay of rs 183. So I paid twice. And driver was so careless he didn't even update that I paid. Please refund my money.

        Dear sir,
        I was travelling on 02.10.2021 from my Hostel at DY Patil Medical College, Nerul Navi Mumbai to Airport T2 at 6.36 am by Ola Cab boked Online and reached Airport at 7.18 am. I took my luggage and left the Cab and after two minutes I realised that my Mobile left on the back seat of the cab. Thereafter immediately I rang to my no [protected] from my friend's mobile it rang for few seconds and immediately got switched off. When got contact no of driver mob: [protected] Name Farid Ansari from my friend who booked the Cab I rang him and found his mobile also switched off. I had flight to Delhi and told my parent who is Commissioner of Customs Patna about the incident. He immediately contacted to Cab driver but found his mobile switched off and Whatsapp call was on and ringing but not picked up by him. My father given him whatsapp message to driver and requested to return the mobile but no answer received . Again tried on Whatsapp call he picked up and requested to return the mobile but denied to have such mobile and not accepted my request. Two or three time again contacted to him but same reply. Hence I complain you to recover my mobile MI 10 I black and blue color. I am sure that the driver has got the mobile and now not returning.           Hi Myself Hrichit Narain from kanpur, One of my friend (Pratibha Singh) booked ola cab ( Prime Sedan Dzire Tour) UP78 FT 8202 Driver Name is Vishal Verma his contact number is [protected].Me and my friend regular customer of OLA and i m facing first time this type of misbehave by the driver, He was totally drunk and he was abusing and physically assault.
          My friend was with her baby girl which was one year old after this incident she is very scared and she is not well.kindly take it seriously and take action against the Cab driver.

            I have taken OLA cab on sep 18 from Dabri to Hazrat Nizzamuddin station. After dropping I've paid the total payable amount Rs. 214 in cash to the driver but in app it's showing Rs. 214 is still pending on my account. I've tried to contact you earlier and send mail regarding the same but no help provided. Please help.

                  On 4th October 9:44pm I have booked a ride from Gottigere, Bangalore to Bangalore cantonment railway sation, Bangalore.After completing my ride I paid the driver the amount of Rs 293 by Phone pay, still it's showing last ride pending payment, pay online.I don't know why such a reputed company is giving unnecessary trouble to their customer ...I want the solution ASAP

                      I booked a ride from the Chennai Central to the RTO, Thiruvanmiyur for a friend of mine. She paid a fare of 200/- in cash at the end of the ride. But, 200/- has been deducted from my Ola wallet as well.

                          I paid for ride through phonepe and my bank account has debited for it but it's still showing pending rides. From then since I stopped using Ola app and again I don't want to use because the drivers are cheating payments but I wanted to clear such dues. Please make it clear soon.

                            I have booked ola mini ride from Nerul to Thane on 03/10/2021. Online payment method was selected but unable to do online payment because app getting crashed while selecting pay now option. So payment done by cash.
                            Today I need to book a ride from ola, but it is showing due payment for my previous ride, so in order to book my new ride for today 04/10/2021 I paid extra payment which was showing due. For your ready reference I have attached screenshot of invoice. Request you to check the same and refund my extra payment done.

                                    I booked ola cab through mobile app from pune railway station to alandi and i paid 519 rupees through phone pay but when i reached to my destination driver asked me to pay in cash so i denied to pay. he rung the customer care from his phone and one of ola customer representative assure me that my money will be refunded in 3 working days but till today no refund received. i raised complain on ola app but no response from there too.                                       On October 4, I’ve used Ola for two times .
                                      The CRN number is [protected] and [protected].
                                      On both ride, I’ve payed the fare as a cash . But in my Ola app account, I keep on asking to pay the amount although I’ve payed for the ride . Ive been asked to pay FINE amount which is triple the price of actual fare . When I called the driver about this issue, he said that his phone got hang while confirming the payment. So, this was clearly the drivers issue.
                                      This is unfair.
                                      Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                        I had booked Ola auto on 29th sept 2021. Have paid cash as I always pay through cash. I have made the payment to driver through cash but the status is still showing payment pending. I have tried contacting back the driver to confirm the payment but that number is automated number Ola. also tried to raise the issue through support team in Ola app but the options are not related to this issue so I am writing here.
