I paid in cash for my Ola ride today from Gopalapuram to Adyar Chennai. But it is still showing payment due and I am not able to proceed for another ride. Kindly resolve the issue.

      I paid old ride amount in cash to driver on 25th September 2021, but it is still showing that the payment is not yet done ... because of this we couldn't able to book our next rides..so kindly resolve this issue

        Sunday(3rd oct 2021) i have paid the amount in cash but the app showing still pending amount. Today I cant able getting a ride because of the pending amount. It was an urgent situation to went for my work so I have paid by online second time for the same ride & chosen another ride. This time also showing the same pending in App.

        I want my 1st payment refund & need to fix the pending amount issue. Otherwise, i can't able to use ola app.

              In my previous Ola ride on 6th October 2021 CRN[protected] Driver name: Suman Ghosh I have already paid in cash after the ride but still on 7th October, 2021 the payment status in "Pending"

                I took ola auto on October 5th from Egmore eye hospital to Poosala gangu street. I paid in cash to the driver but it still shows payment pending in the app. Hence I am not able to book my further rides in the app.

                  I have done payment for my ride dated on 04/10/2021 done my payment using upi. But still showing due payment of 19rs.
                  Since I want to book a ride for next day so I payed 19rs and booked my next day new ride.
                  Request you to refund my payment as soon as possible.

                    Dear Team,

                    I glad to write this, I am Vishwajit and I'm using ola service frequently but it seems very bad most of the time your drivers are cancelling the rides after contacting him.

                    How can we trust on your service?

                    If is any emergency we have and your drivers are just kidding with us?

                    Today same thing is happened with me. I need to take patient for hospital and almost 3 to 4 ola auto cancelled with saying very low fair even ola sedan also cancelled.

                    So, why we prefer ola if other options we have where I booked ride on uber I got ride immediately and safety.

                    Very disappointing service by ola and never suggest anyone if that type of service got.

                      Trip taken on Saturday. Sep.25 04.58PM Rs.275/- amount settled in cash towards CRN [protected]. From:Vigneshwara Nagar, Lakshmi Nagar 4th Stage to 18.Perumalagaram Salai, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Thiruvergadu. But app shows payment due and prevents booking further trips. the App is becoming ineffective. Human interaction must to fix system bugs. Thank you

                        2 times my clear bills was showing outstanding, those issues are solved now, but why ola charged extra money from my wallet, they asked to clear outstanding of 8rs each time, I’m sure this is happening with all customers.

                        It’s not fault from our end app has issue then why I have to give extra money to them.

                        This is loot.

                        Very much disappointed with Ola

                          I HAVE PAID THE DRIVER 165/rs in cash. but in the app it is still showing my payment is due. am not able to book any new ride now. please resove this as early as possible.

                              I have booked a cab in which payment option i have selected was google pay while payinh when i was on ride i wasnt going through then the driver gave me his scanner i scanned and paid directly to the driver and in my ola account the amount is still showing pending and this is not the first time it happened this is the 2nd time i have also raised request in the first time when it happened still no reply ..

                              And because of that i m not able to book any more rides
                              I am not going to pay single penny further if it will be the same. M gonna delete the app and will also suggest my friend s and family to do the same you people are thief.

                                    I (Kaushal) had a ride this Monday on ola auto and after the completion of the ride paid the fare to the driver in cash Rs. 80/- but the issue is in my ola account it is still showing pending payment Rs. 80/- .
                                    That's the fault of that driver so please remove that payable and resolve it asap.

                                        I had paid the driver through google pay to his personal number as per he asked. But rven after the ride the payemnt shows pending in my account which is unfair. Tried calling the driver to regund my money but no response. I want Ola cabs to either refund my money to pay to Ola's number or to remove pending payment from my account. This requires immediate attention
