I have booked auto and completed my ride. Driver took cash but still in app it's showing pending. Unable to book rides further. Please help to resolve the issue

    I have made Ola auto ride on Oct 5th and paid ₹134 to the driver in cash as he said he didn't have google pay/PhonePe. But the app still shows that the money is pending, please troubleshoot it. I can't book another ride till I pay that amount. But why should I pay again if I have already paid the driver. Please look into this issue as soon as possible. I'm not able to book any further rides.It’s the sheer negligence of the auto driver to click acceptance from his end!

      I have paid in cash for my last Ola ride as per the driver request of Rs103.

      But in Ola app it is showing 103rs payment pending.

      Please resolve this issue and do needful.

        Yesterday I paid rs1095 instead of rs1059 to provided number by ola driver. After on-line payment he said invoice will receive in few minutes. But I have not received any invoice and app is showing payment is still pending.
        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and provide invoice copy.

              Have paid for the ride in cash to the driver but the Ola app still shows payment pending and isn't allowing me to book new rides. Please look into this.

                Today, I booked a ride and the estimated fare was Rs. 298. I booked it and paid online through UPI. The amount was deducted from my account but the payment was undone. At the end of the ride, the driver said that the payment hasn't been done. I checked and saw that the payment is undone but the amount already got deducted. So i had to pay him in cash. And I paid him Rs. 521. This fare was also higher than the estimated fare but i already got this refund. But the Rs. 298 that was deducted from my account isn't refunded. So please look into this matter. I paid through UPI as well as in cash.

                  Ola cabs is running a big scam and cheating customers, when customer takes a ride, fare is shown. but at the end of the ride ola charging more than whats shown !! unless customer changes destination or pick up why should fare change?? they are doing it on purpose, when complained they argue first then issue refund for additional amount in the form of ola coupons!! what the heck hard earned money translated to stupid coupons?? note customer cant use more than one coupon at a time, why not refund to bank account??? Ola is not the only cab service in india, I suspect they are doing it for many customers and making money illegally, they show profit while customers lose their money w/o realising ola coupons can't be equal to hard earned money !!
                  Ola are big cheaters n refuse to refund when asked to transfer same amount to bank account!! Ola need to be booked under fraud

                    I took a ola ride on 19th Septemeber and paid his through gpay directly to his number but now in the ola app it shows pending payment. I do not have option in ola to raise this issue in the support. It is the worst support. Attaching the screenshot of payment and ola pending payment messgae

                      As I have paid cash to Ola auto driver it is still showing pending in Ola app . As I had opted for cash only . But it is still showing pending and I can’t book the further rides .

                          I had booked ola auto on 30th sept. And paid the driver in cash. I recivd a msg that i chose online payment. I did not chose any online payment option. How can the company decide the payment mode of customer. I paid in cash. And it still shows payment pending. Please clear the issue.

                                    Yesterday I booked an auto and the fare was 100rs. Upon reaching my destination I paid the money in cash. But the status for that ride is still to be paid. I already paid 100rs.

                                      I paid the ola fare in cash but still showing the payment pending, why I don't understand. Please help me out!
                                      I've paid Rs.178 in cash but still showing the payment pending. If the matter is not solved, I'll have to avoid the ola ride and uninstall the ola app .
