I took a ride on 2nd October 2021 and paid using UPI still Ola App showing payment is pending and this is happening for the second time. This is very unprofessional....

I booked a ride from the Chennai Central to the RTO, Thiruvanmiyur for a friend of mine. She paid a fare of 200/- in cash at the end of the ride. But, 200/- has been deducted from my Ola wallet as well....

I have taken ola ride on 2nd oct 2021.
I tried to pay driver through digital payment(phonepe, gpay..), driver said it's not working.
I paid through cash 140 rs and even after paying amount, in app I can see payment pending rs 139.00...
