This is a follow-up to : 4529637

This is to inform you that I have made a payment of 10, 000INR on my OLA money account linked with - [protected] on 21st May, and I have been trying to transfer it back to my Bank account and it asks me to complete the KYC as I did the initial KYC in mobile and for the further KYC process I need to do it on my next OLA ride. The OLA Customer support says that the KYC process is temporarily inactive and has no idea when it will be reactivated. i have raised a request on ola customer care via mail and i just got a reply mail with a ticket id saying that the transfer will be initiated within a day and post-initiation i will receive the money credited in 10 business days. i haven't received any confirmation regarding the initiation. also OLA is very inactive in replying to customer issues.

      I have paid ola money due rs 1740/- . but this amount was changed without rining took by myself. on registuring complaint, ola support Mr Santhosh has confirmed me to send my account details and the amount will be returned within 7 to 10 working days. but not yet paid. Now I need my amount immediately with interest charges.

              I paid ₹6265 to Myntra through Olamoney on 21/05/2022 but the transaction failed as money was not received by Myntra.So I wrote a mail on 23/05/2022 to Olamoney describing the issue and requested for the refund.They issued me ticket number 4444111 and asked me to wait for 5 days.After 5 days I didn’t get any response from them so mailed again and again they asked me for 5 days.This whole is getting repeated again and again.They won’t revert me on their own and neither will tell about the refund status.

                Travel from Home to Airport on 17th April, 3:19 AM. The complete amount was paid to Driver 1189 through Phone Pay (Online UPI Transfer). Post the completion of raid, my wallet was charged INR 1000. Tried to reach Ola money on the same time, their was no customer care number available to check on the same.

                Post my return to Bangalore, i have written couple of Mails to Ola Money, on ticket have many tickets and majority of them are closed or no tracking without intimating to us.
                Finally on one ticket #4344913, they said the amount will be reimbursed thru NEFT within 10 days. but now Ola money team is not responding for any mails now.
                Post the due date, have written 3 to 4 mails, they are not responding
                Daily i get calls on paying the due amount, but they are not ready to listen to me. I get some SMS to make the payment which they are spamming

                    I've raised an issue through the app in the past too. I've an issue with 2 outstation rides & 1 with-in city ride.

                    The First one was on Jan 22nd - Thats' Paid for already though, When I made the 2nd trip on March 11th ( for which I've not paid for yet ) I realized the problem with it

                    I took a drop at Bikanerwala which is 67KMs from my house and also the same exact spot where I've taken drop in past too, just your app calculates it differently now.

                    How did it become 20 KM extra ? The night time allowance & a driver allowance - at 6AM ? It was never disclosed at the time of booking of ride.

                    The bigger issue is drivers are not aware that Ola post paid has state Taxes included, the driver fought with me and had me pay 200 Rs. additional for Toll tax ( And please why are these drivers allowed to stop on the way to add money to fast Tag ) . The invoice doesn't get generated immediately so I couldn't even show it to him that, it's not 200 and it's already paid for. So for a Ride which was originally called out as 1200 by Ola I paid 1670 rupees. Need that corrected. It should be the original price called plus Taxes at best. So I should be credited back Rs 540 for it.

                    The 2nd one which I've not paid for ( & couple of other rides along with it ) was on March 11th. They are chasing me for it and I'm trying to sort it, no one understands the issue or is willing to fix it. So here I'm raising a complaint.

                    In this ride the driver was really rude, force stopped on the way to fill gas, this was an outstation ride the drivers should be prepared for the same. Besides that also asked me for 200 Rs of additional toll in cash which I paid as the drivers don't understand that it's a part of receipt, and I didn't know because by then I had not suspected for their system to be totally flawed and fraudulent. The invoice that got generated later has no mention of where the additional 350Rs got added from except the fact that it was the same distance I travelled - 67 / 68 KMs which shows as 105 KMs in the invoice ( which was 88KMs in the last one ) ? Really is there no calculation / tracking of actual distance travelled in the app ? How does the distance keep increasing by 20 KM in every ride from the previous one ?

                    So I ended up paying 1840 ( 200 in cash to the driver ) for a ride which was supposed to be a 1400Rs Ride ( including taxes ) Let me also mention that Driver or that Cab doesn't deserve to be in Ola Prime. I actually shouldn't have to pay anything for this one but there is an incorrect charge of 440 here ( 200 of which I've already paid to the driver in cash )

                    Third one that I took on The driver after this ride for the city trip that I had to end midway was no better. However the problem is again the Calculation of ride, I dropped midway because the AC stopped working, driver purposely took the heavy traffic way the cab wasn't just moving the map captures the drop point inaccurate as I dropped at near Purana Quila however the distance calculated in the invoice is 47.6 KM ? It's 16 KM from my house, you are trying to charge me for the complete ride.

                    They can't just charge anything to people thinking people wouldn't notice just because it's post-paid.

                    When they fix these issues I'd be happy to continue using their services. I really don't have to say I don't owe them anything as I've already been robbed fairly here and have been harassed. Especially by the people who keep calling everyday - 10 times a day.

                    Infact they owe me 540 ( already paid for ) plus 200 ( paid to driver in cash ) from the outstation rides which should be enough to settle the rides taken on March 15th.

                      Ola money has deducted the postpaid payment of my bill from wallet. However, I had alreadypaid the amount through my google pay account a day back. Now, I am trying to reach them for a refund since 1 month and there is no response from the company. They are not sharing any contact number nor calling me to understand my concern. My postpaid bill amount of 1850 INR is paid twice to the company.

                        Dear Team

                        I have raised a dispute since 4 days with Ola postpaid which is not getting sorted Ref no 4470752 and I am constantly getting reminders for payment.

                        As per attached screenshots the amount should be around 4288.5
                        241 + 181 + 787.5 + 435.75 + 761.25 + 123 + 730 + 890 + 129 + 10 but it’s showing 6043.50, discrepancy of INR 1755 approx

                        I was told to allow time until 1st June, its 2nd June today what is taking so long, pls clear that first before sending reminders. I am not going to pa any late fees until I don't get the difference of the disputed amount

                        please treat this as urgent an dimportant

                          I was charge by ola money postpaid 569.00 on May 28th 2022 but myself paid cash by hand 750/- to driver and why again it is charged, please refund the money at the earliest.

I cancelled my order and money has been refunded from Indian oil corporation to Ola money wallet but didn't credited . I have complaint more than 20 times to Ola money but they refused to refund my money back. I have given all the possible transactions details screenshot to Ola. I didn't get my refund even after 30 days.

                              I am writing to inform my grievance against the unprofessional and inconvenience caused by the OLA Cabs service provider. I had booked the cab for the 28th March for Mumbai Airport drop. During the travel which started at 6:43 AM in the morning, the car broke down within 32 minutes, I was in the Pune City, somewhere near Tathavade area. The driver demanded to pay money by asking for end OTP and was extremely arrogant, I paid the money through OLA postpaid wallet. I tried calling the OLA service number I was connected to the safety helpline where the lady transferred my phone to the customer care, when the call got transferred to the customer care, the customer care IVR said it is outside working hours and the call got dropped. Post this, I took the photograph of the car break down and the car ride and immediate wrote an email to the OLA support team which is [protected]@olacabs.com. The ticket number for the same is #[protected]. Kindly note till date I haven't received any reply from them regarding the incident. I have been receiving emails and SMS to pay the outstanding amount. I also received calls regarding the outstanding payment and I reported this incident to escalate internally. Till date there has been no action. I have always paid all of my previous dues on time in full amount. Attached are the screenshots for your reference. I kindly request the consumer forum team to take strict action against the OLA team and also to ensure this does not hit my CIBIL score in any way.

                                    I made a trip by Ola cabs on 13 May 2022 at 8.45 pm (see snapshot attachment for trip details). The driver stopped at Shanthi petrol bunk in GST Road near Meenambakkam and filled diesel. He asked me how much was mentioned as the trip charge. I said Rs 210/=. Then he asked me to give RS.210 so that he could fill diesel. Since I did not have exact change, I gave him a Re.500/= note. After paying the dealer, driver gave me a balance of Rs.290/=. I thought tha I have settelled the Ola bills.
                                    But after few days later I saw that I am getting repeated SMS messages from Olamoney to pay the due amount of Rs 21O by 29th May or I will have to pay late fee. I wrote to Ola thru email several days back, but no response nor action though more 48 hours have passed. I am reapeatedly getting payment and late fee message.i never knew nor selected Olamoney as option then why the hell Ola chose that option for deduction? Why did the driver not update about receiving cash?Why is Ola not reponding even after repeated email complaints?

                                      I haven’t used ola money for the past month yet they have sent me a bill of 276 and there is no option to contact ola money customer care, pathetic.
