I've raised an issue through the app in the past too. I've an issue with 2 outstation rides & 1 with-in city ride.
The First one was on Jan 22nd - Thats' Paid for already though, When I made the 2nd trip on March 11th ( for which I've not paid for yet ) I realized the problem with it
I took a drop at Bikanerwala which is 67KMs from my house and also the same exact spot where I've taken drop in past too, just your app calculates it differently now.

How did it become 20 KM extra ? The night time allowance & a driver allowance - at 6AM ? It was never disclosed at the time of booking of ride.

The bigger issue is drivers are not aware that Ola post paid has state Taxes included, the driver fought with me and had me pay 200 Rs. additional for Toll tax ( And please why are these drivers allowed to stop on the way to add money to fast Tag ) . The invoice doesn't get generated immediately so I couldn't even show it to him that, it's not 200 and it's already paid for. So for a Ride which was originally called out as 1200 by Ola I paid 1670 rupees. Need that corrected. It should be the original price called plus Taxes at best. So I should be credited back Rs 540 for it.
The 2nd one which I've not paid for ( & couple of other rides along with it ) was on March 11th. They are chasing me for it and I'm trying to sort it, no one understands the issue or is willing to fix it. So here I'm raising a complaint.
In this ride the driver was really rude, force stopped on the way to fill gas, this was an outstation ride the drivers should be prepared for the same. Besides that also asked me for 200 Rs of additional toll in cash which I paid as the drivers don't understand that it's a part of receipt, and I didn't know because by then I had not suspected for their system to be totally flawed and fraudulent. The invoice that got generated later has no mention of where the additional 350Rs got added from except the fact that it was the same distance I travelled - 67 / 68 KMs which shows as 105 KMs in the invoice ( which was 88KMs in the last one ) ? Really is there no calculation / tracking of actual distance travelled in the app ? How does the distance keep increasing by 20 KM in every ride from the previous one ?

So I ended up paying 1840 ( 200 in cash to the driver ) for a ride which was supposed to be a 1400Rs Ride ( including taxes ) Let me also mention that Driver or that Cab doesn't deserve to be in Ola Prime. I actually shouldn't have to pay anything for this one but there is an incorrect charge of 440 here ( 200 of which I've already paid to the driver in cash )
Third one that I took on The driver after this ride for the city trip that I had to end midway was no better. However the problem is again the Calculation of ride, I dropped midway because the AC stopped working, driver purposely took the heavy traffic way the cab wasn't just moving the map captures the drop point inaccurate as I dropped at near Purana Quila however the distance calculated in the invoice is 47.6 KM ? It's 16 KM from my house, you are trying to charge me for the complete ride.

They can't just charge anything to people thinking people wouldn't notice just because it's post-paid.
When they fix these issues I'd be happy to continue using their services. I really don't have to say I don't owe them anything as I've already been robbed fairly here and have been harassed. Especially by the people who keep calling everyday - 10 times a day.
Infact they owe me 540 ( already paid for ) plus 200 ( paid to driver in cash ) from the outstation rides which should be enough to settle the rides taken on March 15th.
