Ola postpaid still not clear even I have submitted all proof that already paid to driver

On my last ride with old on 14th feb i paid the amounts as soon as we got down to driver via UPI as it was over 3000.
.
But now i'm getting text messages, whatsapp and emails from ola that clear your dues - 3000+ all the charges they keep adding but not resolving issue/-.

Ola Money Postpaid showing wrong due amount.

Address:A2 602, Green county Bhekarai Nagar, Hadapsar 412308

On 18th April 2022 I availed Ola car service. the date and time along with CRN details are as follows

Amount paid but did not get Gift voucher

First issue/complaint is that I've purchased 500 Rs. Flipkart Gift voucher/card from Olamoney app using Ola postpaid payment method. Till now neither I received email nor SMS for the Rs.500 Flipkart Gift voucher.
Second issue as per offer mentioned on olamoney app that if I'll purchase any giftcard using Ola postpaid method I'll get 10% cashback.
Third thing is that even after sending many reminders olamoney does not bother...

Incorrect demand of ola post paid money

I am receiving following messages and phone calls regularly

Your OlaMoney Postpaid bill of Rs. 321 is overdue for 31 days. Pay: olaca.bs/XOrMp4Js5X to avoid further late fees. Ignore, if already paid.

I din't use ola money till now
I am feeling most uncomfortable. Please resolve the matter immediately...

Cibil report wrongly updated

Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment in the month of January and February ????!!! Is this a Joke ?

Wrong Reporting in CIBIL

My Register Mobile Number with OlaMoney: [protected].
I noticed that there was sudden drop of 110 points in my score and 50 points in CIBIL report in December Month 2021. But I never defaulted any payments with OlaMoney. Raised Service Tickets: 3945101, 4052580 and 4331132 and followed up with them. They are simply closing the tickets by saying that they will address the Issue ASAP. Ola charging twice for every ride

I have taken 3 rides from ola in the last week and paid them all by cash but the app is showing that it's paid by postpaid and showing dues. Details below

Unable to use ola money postpaid+

I am a regular user of Ola Postpaid +. But I am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato app recently. Previously, I was able to use it but for a few days whenever I click Ola Postpaid + as the payment option it says that "You are not eligible for Ola Postpaid +".

Now It looks like I am not able to use Postpaid+ services anymore. Please look into this and let me know. Any help would be highly appreciated....

Ola post paid system

I am Mrs V Akilandeswari [protected] my number I paid lost three rides in cash .and also 53 rupees i paid for two times .that means cash and also post paid too then again they asked 749 rupees and also 101 rupees i paid for all rides .and also i don't wants to pay through post paid system..they asked again and again for this matter i complaint several times .but they didn't take action for this .today they ask extra 75 rupees for late fees...

This is to inform you I have received an email notification from Ola money postpaid bills of Rs 1000/- which need to be cleared by April 14th. I have not opted for Ola money postpaid. Can you please look into this issue.

Old Money Postpaid

Hi Ola
On 16th March, 2022, I have travelled from Kolathur (chennai) to Cenral Railway station using Ola Auto and paid cash 163 to driver. I have never opted Ola Postpaid service. However, I received mail that the amount 163 is due stating like i opted postpaid. This looks like a fraud attempt to grab money for service which already paid by cash. I raised the ticket in the app and ticket Id is 4277460. Please reverse the due amount...

Ola has disable my postpaid account. I used ola postpaid amount where i was given emi request of RS.15000 which is successfully converted and i received the msg from ola team.

Right now they are sending me the msg for the whole amount to pay which was converted into emi.

Ola postpaid disable

Ola has disable my postpaid account. I used ola postpaid amount where i was given emi request of RS.15000 which is successfully converted and i received the msg from ola team.
