I have paid rs. 499/ through google pay but olx site doesn't show and keep asking me to pay for my ad.

And, there is no customer service number or email to contact them.

It's pure cheating by company like this and hiding their contact details.

Please instruct company to publish their contact numbers and refund my money.

I would like to add a similar case with all similar kind of id's and documents used to fraud me.

I saw an omni with vehicle number ka 03 mn 4958 with very good condition as mentioned by the fraud (Named as krishna) in olx as he told it's a 2011 model and driven only 92000 kms and priced as rs.32000/-. Later i negotiated it to rs.30000/-, so deal was final and he mentioned he is a cisf jawan employed in kempegowda airport, bengaluru. He was using his phone no. [protected] for all the communication with me.
So date of delivery fixed on today (05/06/2020). So today morning (Around 11 am) he called me and shared the bill
From "airport service army transport" and he asked me to pay rs.2500 as a transport charge to be paid in advance and i paid it. He told, car will be delivered as per the schedule (4pm) and a airport transport security person (Shared the photo of that person as well) will come to deliver along with army transport vehicle. He told he will be busy in his office work so he can't talk for further process and whatever process that person tells you have to follow and pay him using google pay/paytm/phone pe
After 4-5 hours one other guy called me and he mentioned he is from army transport and i have to transfer 12990/- mentioned in the bill as a rto name transfer. I asked him to come to my door step then i will pay you but he was talking about the army process so i paid him 12990/-.
After that again the guy pretend as a army transport officer called me from phone number [nirmal sing ][protected] asked me to pay the next mentioned amount in the bill as a process. That time i realised something back of mind as a case of fraud and started searching in google and found this post with similar bill consignment number and cisf id proof with photo only name changed as krishna
I realised, i became a victim of this fraud and then i called krishna about that and asked to return my amount (2500 + 12990+ 5000+ 1500= 21900) but he refused to do that. Later the id proof he shared with me in whatsapp deleted as i mentioned about the fake id proof.

Please help me and take an appropriate action on that.

I’m ayush deval from delhi. I put my electric guitar for sale on olx. Shrikant sharma contacted me to buy my guitar. He told me that he’s from cisf, also sent me his details like, picture of adhaar card, cisf batch, etc. He asked me to make a payment of ₹10, 000 and said that it will credited back to my account with the amount of guitar i decided. He sent me a qr code of paytm with another contact number. I made payment of ₹10, 000.
After that he blocked my number from every possible where.

They ask me for the 1000 rs via phone pe and then calling for the remaining amount they tool total 15000 from my in dividation part... 2000, then 3000 then 4999 and then 4900

I have given him 22000 rs and he is a fraud he did the same thing with me... I have been fooled.. Can someone helpe get my money out. I can share all the contacts on which i have transfered the money.

A men called me through olx and said he will be selling his iphone7+ and asked me foh the advance payment he also sent his photos and ids so that i can believe him please help me with the problem olx i paid him advance of rupees 4 thousand

I was seen a phone of redmi 8a in olx after i talk the person wo bola ki 6500 me denge lekin humlog dam kam kar 4500 me final kar liya uske baad bhir bola ki pahle 500 dena hoga courier ke liye. Humlog bhir pay kar diye bola ki 30 min me pahuch jayega uske baad bhir humlog 30 min wait kiye nhi aaya bhir call kiye to bola ki link nhii open ho raha hai aapka phone aahiyapur me hai. Humlog bhir pay kar diye tab bhir bola ki confirm ke liye 2500 pay kijiye nhii to saara paisa barbaad ho jayega to bhir humlog pay kar diye uske baad bhir bola ki bhir 2500 pay karna hoga uske baad humlog nhii kiye mera 5000 rs phans gya please support me.

I contacted a person through olx where i had seen a honda activa scooter with number dl13 sw 5954 registered on the name of cisf official naming bijender kumar. He shared his aadhar card, cisf id card and vehicle rc. After deal got final he took 4100 for the transportation charges and after that we lost contact with him on the phone number: [protected]. And after that we understood that his id was fake and he is using someone's id for doing this fraud. I would like to register a complaint against olx company that they are publishing ads without any verification about the vehicle and the owner. And i want olx to pay my amount back in any case

Even i was about to get cheated by this pradeep chakankar. And i believe that he won't be that guy in cisf army identity card it is someone else whose using pradeep chakankar id. So i saw an ad on olx of redmi note 8 pro and he was selling that phone for 7500, and i had a talk with him and we made a deal of 7000 and then i asked him that how'll i get that phone. So he said that it'll be delivered by his man till tommorow morning but first you've to google pay of rs 500 as a delivery charge aand as confirmation that you're really interested in purchasing my product. So gave me the same cisf army identity card of pardeep chakankar and adhar card also. And he even send me his account number and ifsc code of named umesh kumar, which i'm going to share with you guys. And more thing he shared the bill of that product which was kinda blurry and it was from telangana hyderabad and i asked him about the bill that why it is from hyderabad so, he said that his friend gifted that phone to him. And he said that the phone is with me and i work in andheri airport. So i asked him can i come there to get that phone so he said they won't allow you to come inside. If you have to so you've to take a pass 1100rs which will cost you so he said delivery will be the best option. That his guy will come and deliver the product to you in next morning but before that i've to pay 500rs through google pay.

After that lockdown
And now i reopened business and started posting adds but they say i have exist my limits and i was not told about it earlier when i gave 35000 rs to olx for business package
Now they can’t justify how i have used my all adds
I m facing problems in using olx
Pls resolve my issue as soon as possible i have paid for service that i can’t use
